I write in relation to an incident on 17 february 2017 for delivery of food from chef kitchen. Firstly, the food was never delivered to me and scondly, no appropriate solution has not been provided to me.

The customer care executive around 11 in the night was not all apologetic and told me she would only be able to refund the amount paid i. E.338. As and when i requested her to please provide me an alternative solution as it was 11 in the night and requested her to get me onto a call with the customer care team. She wasn't even helpful in that.

I haven't got my money back nor any of the swiggy executive even had tried to contact me.

    Sir i ordered briyani and chilly chicken from nandana palace restaurant in rajaji nagar it will take minimum 20 minutes to reach our home ie s-40, sfhs, 10th a cross, ganesha block, nandini layout, bangalore 560096. With in 5 minutes your service person called on my other mobile number [protected] and said the address doesn't exist. I have got id proof to prove that i ordered address is correct, without any further enquiry you have fined me with rs 200/ on my next order, instead of taking action against your staff how is it possible to fine me, further queries you pls mail to my mail id [protected]@gmail.com. It is not proper on your side to fine anybody with enquiry. At the same i ordered through nandhana palace restaurant and it was delivered to me on time if you want check the restaurant bill you will know and get proof of your staff fooling the costumers
    It will create very bad inpression on your app, but now it will work but not in future, pls take this complaint seriously and do the needful.

      Hi,

      I didnt get all the food not everything that was ordered was delivered. Then I called customer care to deliver that to me they said they will just take a strong feedback and they cant do anything. Then I asked for floor manager. Nilu the floor manager laughed (sarcastic) at me and said against my crying kid she will give INR 100 coupon. I know it might be your company policy but I cant feed my kid with Sarcasm and coupon. I asked her to keep this token and asked for a call back on the action taken against my feedback. Also I used to trust Swiggy thats why I paid extra while ordering from them and I didn't called the vendor directly. But I get now that their policy changed and they dont want to retain their customers. i am fine with that and I will be discontinuing Swiggy now and go for other options atleast they have decency to deliver complete food. Also, taking money for not delivered food is illegal, please check with your legal counsel on the same. I paid for the food that was not delivered and on top of that I have to arrange something for my kid at this hour. So my pain doubled. Also I paid them to get me complete food I dont care what happens between them and thier partner or who messed up. For me they are to be blamed for doing this illegal thing. Also, what is the proof that their delivery boy didnt messed up.

Finally am getting message like ordered got cancelled money deducted due to mobile number not reachable... What is this. Haa they have my adress right they can come and give... This is really foolishness... I hate this kind of people they deducted my money...

          Hi sir, i have opened new food shop in near pallavaram bus stand "five brothers restaurant", so i have planned to keep partnership with swiggy company so i have visited your chennai branch to ask partnership details but pallavaram area marketing manager told they can't take partnership due to lot shops applied partnership so they have eggnoued my shop and they didn't give proper respect to me,

          First pls train your employees how to give respect to customers and way of talking with customers,

            This guy who delivered the food seems to have a very big attitude problem. His name is amit mandeliya, from gwalior. He was standing on the other side of the road and technically he has to deliver the order to my doorstep. He did actions to call me on the other side of the road which seemed like i am his servant. When i refused to come to him he came to me and started talking rudely. He even said that what you will do, you will spoil my rating, do, i don't care. I made a video of him misbehaving. If strict actions are not taken against him asap i will definitely upload that video. Don't take it as a warning but as a way to improve your service swiggy.

              I ordered burger ice cream and pizza but it was not delicious and it look like sadak chap food. And delivery boy don't give any bill and on the packing no shops name. Swiggy delivery is faked. I will never buy again on this site and i will promote you that swiggy e-commerce website is fake. I am living in noida sector 49. My mobile number is [protected].

                Today i ordered lunch from saravana bhavan through your app though the food was delivered at time. I wish to inform that the containers of one of them was not intact and spilt and all the containers were in loose though packing charges and delivery charges are taken it made me unsatisfactory l request you to compensate in this regard.. The packing brought from the delivery boy was easily tampered by anyone it should be properly done so i request you to see the issue is solved.

                    I ordered burger from fried chiken cuisine, byculla via swiggy.
                    Burger contained worns in it, which caused me health issue, on complaining to swiggy they offered a cashback of amount which i ordered.
                    Quality of fried chiken cuisine, byculla is really bad, it contained worms which is seen in images, previous order too contained bad quality food, not completely fried chicken.

                      Worst experience ever!!
                      [protected] swiggy - delivery company and homely restaurant in bengaluru!
                      Last night me and my friends ordered food from homely, electronic city bengaluru, one of the food items were moong dal khichdi (Which was shown as a vegetarian dish) and instead received a khichdi full of chicken pieces in it.

                      Unaware of how chicken looked as we are grown up in a vegetarian family and never tasted chicken before in our entire life, we ate a few spoons of it until we realised it was chicken that we ate and we puked after that. The fact that we ate chicken dreads me to order food from outside.

                      It caused a lot of mental trauma and agony to us as we have never touched chicken from the time we are born. The restaurant (Name) and the service provider swiggy hurted our religious sentiment by sending us non vegetarian food.

                      We immediately went to homely's kitchen that is nearby to our house and talked to the manager over there, the person accepted his mistake and said that yes they sent a wrong dish and that this is technical glitch however they failed to provide me any compensation.

                      I then tried to talk to swiggy's customer representative, for that too, i had to wait for about half an hour to get their reply and then the person who addressed my issue was very chill with the issue! Sorry to say but the representative didnt care about my religious sentiments.

                      Hence i am writing it to you to provide me sufficient claim and to help stop this happening with anyone else. I hope a necessary action will be taken upon this restaurant.

                        I ordered from swiggy, pondicherry on 21feb.My location is correct as it was delivered to this address previously. I cleared delivery person's query also, then a supervisor is calling to tell that I have to pay the delivery guy extra as he is difficult to find the location and has been roaming or the order ll be cancelled and i have to pay 75 rs extra in my next order.order no.[protected]. This is not the correct way. I have had enough and uninstalling swiggy. Thank you for such wonderful experience!

                          Hi, i live in an apartment. The security over here allows other people (Delivery guys, food orders, other guests) if they have *any* identification proof like adhar card, pan card, license etc. All they need is to show the card to the security and enter the apartment.
                          Since your delivery guys are trying to be smart and avoid door deliveries, they are saying they aren't carrying any id card and asking me to walk till the exit gate of our apartment.

                          So today this swiggy delivery guy call me and asks me to come to the exit gate.
                          I asked him to come upstairs and deliver the food. But he said no. So i called the customer care to report an issue about this. Your customer service guy said that he'll have a word with that guy and call me.

                          But i got call from the delivery guy and he started shouting and asked me to come downstairs.

                          After going downstairs i find him not wearing swiggy tshirt and he started shouting that why am i not coming downstairs to pick my food order.

                          I mean, seriously. Is this what i get when i subscribed to swiggy super and order my food.

                          Later he took our food an left. After a while he comes back wearing swiggy tshirt and trying to pick a fight. The whole thing is recorded in the camera.
                          I am thinking to file a complaint.

                          You guys are responsible for this issue.
                          My order id is #[protected] i ordered food rs 180 but food is not delivered restaurant (sangeetha veg restaurant) they told packed and sent mr lekhan (delivery executive) carried food he cheated .(not delivered any food to me but closed t status as delivered.pl help me to reback my money.i lost my food and money too.
                          The delivery boy didn't handle the food items properly.due to this all the food got mixed up and ended up tastless.
                          Worst service by Swiggy Delivery executive Amer ([protected]) not delivered the food and asked to Cancel the order and re oder the food stating he got caught by police official or else come and collect the food from ESI and when I reached there he was not there and tried constantly to reach on his mobile where he didn't responded the calls, when able to reach him with using other mobile number, he simply denying that the order got cancelled what ever you want to do do it with rude behaviour and abusing language, you can't do anything, hiring such a ### delivery executive will ruin the Swiggy banner and customer will lost trust...request Swiggy to take action against this rog who has given dissatisfaction to me and my Family who were waiting for food..

                          Later I got a refund message from Swiggy "We have refunded the amount of the cancellation fee on order #74265415721, to your account/wallet since it seems to have been applied unfairly. Happy Swiggying!" Do you think this message will bring back the happiness and joy of my kids when I placed the order for them...living them with dissapointment.

                            On february 20, 2019 i have ordered food from piyo, madhapur, hyderabad. 2 mojitos with no gas and fully diluted and 1 cold coffee with melted ice cream half portion was delivered to me. I raised a complaint against this and asked for refund. They said they can't refund. This is not the first time they are doing this malpractice. Every time they deliver the order it will be either bad quality food or portion size issues. Despite of the complaints they don't improve service or refund my money back. It is their responsibility to conduct inspection or only partnership with certified vendors. Their greed for money to earn illegally they are taking partnership with any and every restaurants who doesn't qualify the basic norms and causing loss to customers. This type of practice shouldn't be encouraged and i demand the damages for the loss occurred to me

                              Delivery executive sangram kumar jena did not deliver a pre paid food parcel at 11 pm and blatantly lied about it resulting in unnecessary hassle. Operation head bbsr kept assuring but in vain. Even after 2 hours, food wasn't delivered, money hasn't been refunded. The timing inconvenience resulted in unavailability of ordering again because restaurants in bhubaneswar close about that time. This is the third time i'm facing this issue with swiggy. The hassle was highly unethical and unprofessional.

                                I ordered food from swiggy
                                I used to use swiggy always but an order from a restaurant made me feel horrible
                                I ordered chicken biriyani but i received beef biriyani ans that too foul tasting food
                                Moreover delivery was very late.
                                Food packaging was stupid and delivery executive was unprofessional
                                This is such a disgrace to receive this kind of service from you
                                I am planning to post this as my WhatsApp status and make sure nothing like this happens to my friends who use swiggy
                                Complaining about wrong calls from delivery executive,

                                I am getting calls since 2 months from Swiggy ...
                                kindly take action as soon as possible

                                  They won't even be ready to give change for money
                                  Every time they say no change we have to wait for them to get their change after that also we won't get 20 sometimes 30 rupees

                                      I have spoken to every escalation team in swiggy and all they do is apologize and commit that they will give feedback which is not right. What would have happened if my kid would have got the food with glass? Will you still apologize? Im not taking this. I need to know what the restaurant has taken as an action or im taking this up all over social media and bring your level of customer service and concern to people safety from your food partners. Are we eating free of cost? Do you know how much they charge for the packing?

                                      If this is not taken up seriously im going to the media as well to know how you guys treat customers and care for customer safety

                                        I placed an order with swiggy on 14.02.2019 for 488 rupees and made the payment with amazon pay (ie to specify that i paid in advance).

                                        Now, since the restaurant did not have what i had ordered a representative called me from swiggy and asked me if i wanted to cancel the order as i did not want anything else. i accepted order cancellation and was told that the amount would be refunded in maximum 24 hours.
                                        The HELP section in the app seems to be a dead end. in swiggy chat i try to explain my problem but there is no reply. most of the time my texts are not going through. it just shows sending..
                                        Since past those 24 hours i have been trying to contact swiggy on their number[protected] which i found online. The customer care automated call says that there are no current orders for this mobile number and HANGS UP!
                                        I tried calling Swiggy Offices in Chennai but no luck there too. All numbers i try to call are switched off or non-existent.
                                        HOW DO I GET THE REFUND?
