I ordered food at 9.00 pm yesterday. I ordered the food in such a way that dat i we could eat snacks first and den our dinner (1 malai tikka and one champ role and one champ gravy sabzi) from sgf rohini. I den calld sgf personally also. Dey said ur food is ready bt nobody came to collect it. One executive was den assigned at 11. Pm and he said he would nw take 30 mnts to reach. Even aftr repeated calls and reminders, we got the food at 10.45 night. We were left wid no hunger lft. We refused executive dt we wl nt collect d ordr now. He said plz hamari naukri p baat aa jaegi. Plz lelo etc etc. We den took d food bt it ws a waste for us. Plz tell us who wll b responsible fr our harrasmnt? Tell us otherwise we will file a written complaint agaist swiggy

    The restaurant shows fake quantity of food in the image n deliver very less quantity of food also the food which i ordered from the restaurant LUNCH BOX of dal makhni tiffin box was having very less quantity s shown in the image n also the taste of the dal was not good .i paid this much high cost for the food n if we get such type of food how willl we trust on swiggy .i want a solution for this complaint ... pls help me out i have wasted my money by ordering on swiggy i think so... n i will also keep in mind that all people in my surrounding are aware of this type of things done by swiggy n also that they do nt order food from nxt time.

      Bundl Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Shaila Towers, J -1/16, Room No. 102, EP & GP Block. Sector V, Salt Lake. Kolkata 700 091 deputed delivery boys against Location of Swiggy's Office Bally at "Daga Complex" B K Street, Uttarpara, Dist, Hooghly. and assured the salary will be credited to their bank account by NEFT each Friday without any delay. But single penny not yet credited to their bank account w.e.f. 02.12.2018 to till date. The in-charges of Bally office at "Daga Complex" B K Street, Uttarpara, Dist, Hooghly are unable to give any satisfactory feedback to the delivery boys and telling System Failed from H. O. since last 20 days which is a lame excuse. The unemployed youths join here ( Swiggy ) for a bright future and to run their live hoods, how many days they will run their live hoods borrow monies from others ? Hope solve this problem without further delay and arrange to pay the due salary to the delivery boy's Bank Account as an urgent basis

        I ordered from swiggy on sunday 20/01/19 from a nearby restaurant in lanka, varanasi... I was not having balance in my registered mobile number that's why i contacted the delivery executive from a different mobile number... After the delivery till now that person is calling me continuously that is really harassing me mental... Please work in this area as soon as possible...         Swiggy has tied up with restaurants such as empire, they delivered stale chicken twice and the customer support team neither acted on either complain which was raised and neither did they refund the amount.

          Am from a1-3h, plaza tranquil acres, kovilambakkam, chennai 600129 we are living in colony of many flats and different blocks when people from other blocks and flats order their food the location is pinning to my home loaction and address this is not single more than 100times, i haven even complained to your hub in (Albert) thoraipakkam, chennai. So i need you to focus on this situation of pinning wrong location. If this continues then i have to take some severe actions.

            Pl note when we place order as per the discount coupons eg 50%discount for orders between 4 pm to 6 pm the order automatically gets canceled and amount paid is refunded back
            If you are not interested in giving the discount then don't advertise on your app this is just wasting your time and you are generating unsatisfied customers
            Pl treat this as a feedback and not a complaint

            Today I have ordered food with Anjappar valasaravakkam branch and got delivered. But 1 among 6 items were missing

            And no proper response either from Hotel and delivery.
            I had ordered 2 half Chicken Biryani from Eaton restaurant in Allahabad(PrayagRaj) U.P. . in november 2018. I had paid the bill online but i did not get my order.
            Also I have not received my refund.

              amount debited twice and not refunded even after 12 days

              On 10th jan, i paid rs.351 twice for an order (Order #[protected]). I keep chasing the customer service and get a standard response that the amount will be auto refunded in 5-7 days. My bank confirmed that both times swiggy claimed the amount and is credited to them. Transaction ids:

              I have ordered a food on swiggy, order confirmed i received a mail regarding the same. After make me wait for more than 1 hour they said we can deliver the order and i received an email your order has been cancelled.
              Such a worst service by swiggy, i did not expected the same by swiggy.
              There was a guest in my house and i have to feel shame in front of them because of swiggy.
              I suggest to never trust on swiggy if you are craving for food very badly.

Suama jaiswal (Contact no. +91 [protected]) in swiggy, location bally but this office situated at b k street, uttarpara, dist, hooghly. On behalf of bundle technologies pvt. Ltd. Ms. Jaiswal collected bank details and rs. 1500/= from the boys and promised the salary will be credited to their bank account by neft each friday without any delay. But single penny not yet credited to their bank account w. E. F. 02.12.2018 to till date. The in-charges of bally office mr. Nabin shaw (+91 [protected] & [protected]), mr. Anik saha (+91 [protected] & [protected]) & prem sharma (+91 [protected]) they are unable to give any satisfactory feedback. HR Team ( +91 [protected] ) collected bank details and Rs. 1500/= from the boys and promised the salary will be credited to their bank account by NEFT each Friday without any delay. But single penny not yet credited to their bank account w.e.f. 02.12.2018 to till date.                   Items were differently delivered...i didnt get what i ordered...and i didnt get my money refund..or they didnt compemsate me too...instead trying to give copuns..it doesnt worth my money...i nedd my refunded or they have to compensate me in proper manner ..i m not at satisfied with swiggy teams interaction..even they can can understan my situation personally..but cant help it themself from given instructions...make customer happy ..and earn customer satisfaction..

                    I had ordered Mutton Briyani from RR Salem today afternoon at 2pm Via Swiggy. The delivery Address is Koyambedu which is an office address. The delivery boy called and told that he had reached the destination. I told to come to reception which was 1minute walkable distance from gate. He told that watchman is not allowing inside and also added that you itself come and collect your order near gate. Then I walked out and asked watchman about the Incident. He told that he is not wearing the Swiggy T Shirt and also he is wearing half pant, how could I know he is an delivery boy. And then there are two boys standing outside, I itself can't Identify that he is an delivery boy. I asked him Swiggy? then he replied Yes, I am. I asked him about his T- Shirt, he replied me rudely. The bill amount is 199Rs I gave him 500Rs. He replied me "no change". And then he picked me to the nearby shop with his scooter to give me a change. I'm really dissappointed with this incident. With the stuffs filled inside my office I need to go with him and collect the change with his rude behaviour??

                      I had booked an order [protected] for delivery of moolchand parathas on 20.1.2019 at 8.00 pm. The order stated 30 min or free. However, despite lapse of 50 min, no order was received. When the delivery agent was contacted he said he had gone to deliver some other delivery. And after this conversation was over, i received a message that the order was cancelled. Though, an advance payment was made by me through paytm, the order was cancelled by swiggy agent while we were waiting for the food to arrive. This is a highly irresponsible attitude on behalf of the agent and it is the first time we had faced such a problem with swiggy. No food was delivered, though payment was made in advance. And the refund for non-delivered item has also not been received as yet.

                        I ordered food from sqiggy today order no [protected]. The order says that i will receive aloo bhujiya free however didn't received any such thing. Also, the package containing paneer and cabbage was torn since it was wet.

                        When i contacted their support team they were not helpful even after acknowledging the fault and offered rs 25 coupon as a xonoansationto resolve the matter. I need complete refund or redeliver the order with correct products.

                        I will have to take it further to higher authorities if doesn't get resolved here.

                          The swiggy customer care person was about to give me 30 rs back but i did not accept bcoz i had paid 160 and i wanted a refund or replacement of food. But anyways indhraprasta of rr nagar bangalore is not a gud hotel

                            I had two addresses stored in my swiggy, one home ad another office.

                            From last 2 orders we are facing the address issue. You can track the orders places with contact no [protected] or mail id [protected]@gmail.com.

                            The issue is even though I have placed the delivery address as home and the same is printed on the receipt or the order tracking screen, but the map location was that of office.

                            With my first order, I wasn't aware of this issue. So we contacted customer care and the delivery boy. Customer care person understood the issue and got it delivered at the right address. We asked him to get this issue reported to the technical team, which he said he will do so. Today we ordered again, thinking that the issue might be resolved after a month. But it was the same. This time we checked immediately abd called customer care. But the customer care person was not ready to listen, instead blaming us to switch off the location and order, which makes no sense!!
                            After trying multiple times to explain the issue, we gave up and called the delivery boy. He delivered the food.

                            Now with this kind of issue, I myself will prefer not to order using swiggy, nor will recommend others to do so. Neither the issue is getting resolved even after pin pointing the issue which technical team must have done, nor the customer care is supportive to listen the issue.

                            Just an advice, resolve this address issue asap, else people can't keep on following up to get the food delivered at the right address.

                              I ve been working in swiggy in chennai, ambattur zone as delivery executive, i ve taken leave for pongal and suspended for taking leave on pongal, as a tamilian we celebrate only main festival pongal in tamil nadu for that reason a tamilian got suspended.. Great... My fleet manager suresh kumar - annanagar hub behaved very roud and asking me several questions for taking leave on pongal,.. After all my explanations still, he refused to release my suspension... I decided to leave the job and inform the same to all... Suresh kumar is behaving very roud to all executives for silly reasons.. He thinks himself as owner of the swiggy company and spoil the company name.. Many executives left the job because of him only.. So company should take action against him at the earliest.. Otherwise everyone will leave the company soon...

I regularly order food for my sister who's residing in another city, so she's too logged into my account but today she wanted to create an account for herself in swiggy., now the problem is swiggy didn't create a new account but for worse it fused her numbe with my account!! Now, if i try to login with my number it shows already used number 6 months ago!! So where's m account now??!! Gone with wind??

                                  Hi, my latest experience with swiggy:
                                  1. Ordered food.
                                  2. Got order revised.
                                  3. Three different executives assigned and no delivery after 60 min (Musical chairs with my order!)
                                  4. An apologetic customer care chat with copy paste of emphatic lines.
                                  5. A 5 min delivery assurance.
                                  6. Order unilaterally cancelled by swiggy after 10 mins!

                                      My order no [protected], I have bought a sweet from mansuk, but received a spoiled one raised a complain for that but no use they provided a coupon for the amount 75 which I said I am not interested in coupon I want my money back but thier customer care is one of the worst service, they are providing the spoiled food and these people are not caring about the consumer health, this kind of organization should be banned.
