I ordered food on 31 st December 2018. Money was deducted from my account. But the food was not delivered to me. I got message from swiggy about successfull delivery. I was trying to chat with them but they were not replying. I need my money back. I have provided screen shot of the order details.

I placed an order today thru swiggy for 3 pineapple and 3 strawberry pastries order #[protected] from godavri bakers vikaspuri new delhi but i was delivered black forest pastries instead of strawberry pastries and when i contacted swiggy they refused to support and clearly denied the order cant be corrected and instead the accused me that restaurant has sent correct items calling customer a lier when i sent them the picture of the same they...

I had lodged a complaint on your deliveryboy collecting cash on delivery for an order i had paid through paytm on 27th december 2018
Its 31st dec now and there has been no calls or resolution to the complainy..
Its the worst customer care service ever with different people messagin each day and not having track or record of the complaint

I would probably approach legally for your disinterest and horrible selection...

Recently ordered 3 chicken biriyani packs via swiggy. Order # [protected].
One of the packs was completely substandard. The food was stale and had only bones. I am not sure if this is similar to the zomato incident. When i reached out to customer care of swiggy they were completely not concerned. Guys please be careful ordering from these e-com folks. I asked for simple replacement or refund for the portion. They simply denied....

We ordered mutton biryani from bamboo hotel, mangalore through swiggy app.
When we opened the mutton biryani we found a big piece of metal.. When we called the hotel management.. They didn’t respond properly!!
Is this how swiggy giving the service!!

Someone else is using my swiggy account, i am trying either to log out from that other device or just delete my account.
I wrote them an email about the issue and surprisingly i got a reply telling me that i will get the refund as the app crashed. What the hell, you guys dont even read properly or you have hired robots.
If you dont do this, i swear to god i will launch an fir against swiggy...

Swiggy delivered order that was not eatable then i reordered and they didn't assigned delivery executive for 1 hour so i asked for refund and then they suddenly assigned delivery executive... So i told them to cancel order or i will not accept the order still they delivered and i rejected the order. So now they are not providing me refund. Swiggy cheats....

I ordered food aurangabad. The delivery boy, amjad ali was abnormally over enthusiastic calling me for directions at every turn unnecessarily. He first called me from app and then asked me to call him from my number saying he is not able to hear properly. Later at 11:30pm he messaged me on whatsapp ([protected]). Action must be taken immediately....

Hi i ordered a thali from your app i. E swiggy and i got a sealed packed meal with a live cockroache moving inside the meal. What should i do with this. I have placed an order worth rs 543/-, money got debited from my account order did not get placed. The very same day when complain was raised they agreed to the failed transaction and told refund will be done within a week. This didnot happen. After few days when i asked for the status they denied the transaction to occur and told n no. Of ways to escalate it. Ordered rice and chicken from kabab magic... Food and chicken was stinking... It was spoiled... They had sent the food with no bill... When asked they said closing time so no bill... It was horrible experience... Will never order food from swiggy again... We wasted rs 505.00... Swiggy should deal with this food provider seriously... I had placed an order at 9:27 pm from Siddique Kabab Centre Kondapur via swiggy app but even after 2 hours food was not delivered. Moreover, there was no information provided on why the food is getting delayed. We were waiting for food. Your customer care executives do not know how to address customers. When i called and enquired she was saying we cannot deliver the food. If that was the case it should have informed before, why that was realized...

I have ordered a pizza from wadhwa bakery lucknow. It was semi cooked and was stale according to me. The bakery did not mentioned the size of the pizza and when it arrived it was more a sort of mini pizza at the cost of a medium sized pizza. I have placed my order at 3:37 Pm and its been more than 1 hour I have been waiting for my food. I tried to contact swiggy delivery executive to enquire about my order he didn't answered my call. I raised request with swiggy customer care and got to know that restaurant is closed.

I'm still confused waht swiggy team, delivery executive and restaurant was doing for 1hour when restaurant was closed and if restaurant was closed...

First Order placed via swiggy app on 28 dec 2018, got quick delivery of order with missing quantity / no of items. Reached out multiple customer care executives to highlight issue and requested for refund / compensation but they were adamant that their system doesnt allow refund.

Worst experience with food e-tailer which is not able to correct their mistake and compensate...
