Hi,
I placed three orders worth: 227, 227, and 120 rs on nov 4, 2018. The order was placed on swiggy and payment was done via zeta app. However, the amount was debited from my account and order wasn't placed. Thus, i contacted the zeta customer support for refund. However, they mentioned that the transaction has been already settled and they need a confirmation from swiggy or refund arn for processing reversal for this transaction.

Attached is the mail from zeta, as well screenshots of the payments made via zeta app.
After connecting with zeta, i raised the issue with swiggy for giving a confirmation for failed order and initiating the refund from there end. I raised the issue on 29 november 2018 (Attached is the screenshot of the same). However, swiggy has not acted on the issue till now.
Registered mobile no on swiggy by which the order was placed on swiggy: [protected].
Registered mobile on zeta is [protected] via which payment was made.

Complaint marked as Resolved I had been contacting swiggy since November end. After raising the issue here, i received a call from swiggy for the issue and the money was refunded within a few days.
Swiggy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
