We have ordered 3 belgian waffles in that 2 are chocolate overload waffles and the other one is honey butter waffle and we did not get the honey butter waffle correctly without proper addons they simply gave us breads if you will not take the action we will file a complaint against you in consumer court i don’t have the picture of the food i want the solution for this with in one week

    Today we ordered two chicken zinger burger and one french fries from burget spot, kochi. But when delivered, french fries was missing. Upon complaining, i was offered a replacement or 25 rs coupon (I am wondering why 25, when the ordered item cost 85+packing/delivery charges). This is happening to me second time as i had same issue with an order with amul ice cream.

      not deleting my account even after raising request through mail.

      I have raised a request with swiggy to permanently delete my swiggy account on jan 2, 2019.in a confirmation email swiggy has promised to delete the account in 48 hrs. However as of today (I. E.[protected] my account is still active and they are not resolving the issue even after raising many mails. This just proves my point on how bad the swiggy services are....

      Delivery boy mahendra suresh dolhare was so rude & not able to read the address which was provided correctly. He was not ready to come at address & spoke in a very bad language. This is the quality swiggy is recruiting as an executive?? They are in to service industry & they don’t know how to behave with customer & even not able to ready the address from the app.
      Unsatisfied & last order from swiggy...
      Charge more but recruit quality. Ur delivery boy are the face of the company.

      I am a female and I got my order delivered in morning but I was started receiving so many calls form that delivery boy late night. Very disappointed. It could be very dangerous for me. Is this kind of people's swiggy hire for there services.????
      Today I placed a order of Dunkin Donuts through swiggy but their delivery boy delivered it to some other person.
      After calling him several times he didn't pick up my call. I contacted with online available executive but all in vain.This person name is Parveen Kumar and his no is [protected].

        Hello:

        This is in reference with order #[protected] on 16/1/2019. Order delivered by faiyaz wahid shaikh payment of which was done via net banking. I presume he is your employee? This person took cash money as well while delivering the parcel.
        When i contacted the support center (I_hussain) for reason and resolution, he firstly asked me to contact delivery guy. I would like to know why i should contact the delivery guy; aint the support center responsibility?
        Afterwards gave some false answers as well without giving trying.
        Although s/he mentioned that repayment to bank will be done, i asked for a reason why the delivery person took money for which he gave me some absurd responses later on.
        This is not the first time i had issues. Although i have adjusted (As mistakes happen), i feel incredibly baffled by the way things was handled this time with minimalistic response. As a user/customer, i have all rights to know why it happened. Additionally, s/he closed the chat without my approval. Is this called customer delight?
        I have attached screenshots of the conversation and require action towards it.

          I have ordered shavarma from swiggy. After some time i got an update that my food is on the way. But soon i got a call from the delivery boy saying he is at my door step and to confirm that i got the food so he will get next order. But really i didn't got the item. He never called me back since i confirmed the order i was not able to make a call to him. His name is sidique nizam from ernakulam. I want to take necessary action against him and i want my money back (Rs.160). This is seriously cheating and this kind of people is not good for you guys. Next time also he will repeat the same mistake. So please take necessary action against him.

            Hi, i ordered breakfast at 8.10 am today and received a call from swiggy that a part order was unavailable and they told me to select other options from the list. Which i did and order was executed. However, there was a decrease in amount and the agent informed that the difference will be refunded. Firstly, the order items were missing and there was a plastic rope piece in the item. I raised a request with the chat team and they informed that they cannot refund and can give me a replacement. The order was delivered to me at 9 am and after chatting with them for 45 minutes. They say they will replace the item. Meaning that i need to wait for another 45 minutes to wait for the order then eat my breakfast. Not sure if they have any time sense or not. When i asked to talk to a manager, they bluntly say that they are the last point of contact and there is no manager which is again a biggest lie on swiggy. You are running a customer service without any manager for the agents. I am not worried about the refund from swiggy but atleast feel sorry for the unhygenic food that you are delivering.

            I would not recommend to go for this App else you will regret for using this App.

            Make sure not to install this App and tell others the same as well.

            They have nothing to do so they are now trying to make people fools.

              The delivery person talks in a very rude way when asked him to deliver the package at home.. He asks to get down since the lift is not working and he won’t take the stairs.. Saying things like ‘mirchi kyu lag rahi hai’.. Even after specifying that there’s just one person at home and there’s no keys.. Expecting a quick call from you guys.. Number - [protected]

                Sir i have ordered two meals through swiggy on 9.1.2019 vide order no #[protected] posno 89050623 txn no[protected] and payment of rs 129/- has been paid through sbi debit card. Whereas meals not delivered due to restaurant was closed and same was informed by swiggy and it was also told that amount will be refunded shortly. Where as till ate i haven't got my money back.                 The manager of here is not exactly right, every rider kills the stomach and you It is the place where we are able to make a location where the location or location of the train is done or the office has been opened, it is time to do the duty.

                  The delivery executive of swiggy is very arrogant and bad behaviour. Why do a delivery executive have to grab customers cell phone. Unecessary arrogance were he unable to find the customers location which is taken by default by your swiggy app.
                  Are the swiggy services do not bother the delivery services were compared to others like zomato. Swiggy is worst with the delivery executive behaviour.

                  I have ordered many from zomato but never faced such disgusting situation.

                  Fedup and uninstalled the app.

                  I hope this will not repeat for the customers who order through swiggy

                  The delivery person insisted I come to the main road to pick the food. I wasnt in a position and i told the same. He said okay and hung up. It says the food has been delivered but it wasn't. Would like to mention the chat team wasn't helpful in any way.
                  Horrible option swiggy provide. Fuchk this app who sponsored hunger delight which provided useless food that after 180 minutes. SWIGGY u are gone from my Mo.. i know this dos'nt matter u but atleast feel shame for God shake i.e jai RAM. FURTHER donot realax I will escalate it. Mind it...

                    As much as swiggy makes its food delivery commendable in dedication and time to the consumer, it is equally threatening to encounter swiggy personnel on the road. The careless driving, without helmets and with earphones plugged in to talk to their customers makes driving risky for everyone else on the road. Most of the time, the swiggy delivery personnel can be seen zooming past all vehicles, impatiently honking at signals (When the light is still red), driving on the wrong side of the road, maneuvering through one ways and parked carelessly on the roads to pick up and drop deliveries. This is unacceptable to us as fellow users of the road, and careless on the part of swiggy to not check on the etiquette of their delivery personnel.

                    I am unable to put a specific date to these incidences as they are a daily occurrence, and i was also unable to find a complaints section on the swiggy app or website. I request that swiggy take some action on ensuring that their delivery boys drive safe, wear helmets on not engage in bad road practices in the future. This could either be done through their policy amendments or by bringing specific rules and penalties for their personnel.

                    I ordered french fries from the restaurant THE J, kolkata. The french fries were not crispy neither hot. It was not served fresh. I have done cash payment .i want my refund. The taste was very bad. The french fries were just smashed with sauce. I cannot even eat that.
                    Today, in Burdwan, near Dhal Dighi petrol pump, a Swiggy Delivery Staff came right in between me and a bus, driving rashly on a two wheeler, on a bus stop while i was about to board the bus, on the left side. Luckily there was no accident. On talking with the delivery staff, the staff not only refused to apologise but instead used abusive words and boldly stated that he doesn't care of complaints.                       I ordered for 4 items including chapati, roti, butter chicken, biryani, when i recieved the order butter chicken was missing i called on swiggy helpline number firstly they were trying to settle down by just apologising it, is this some sort of strategy they are being implementing to snatch money of the customers and than they wasted my time and energy and just given me the coupon of rs 200 what i would do if that at 12:30 at night when i won’t get anything. Such an absurd behaviour was practically not excepted by our side. Some serious action should be taken against them.

                        I have placed an order on 11th jan in domino's thru swiggy app.. I made payment thru my debit card.. Once payment was successful.. I haven't recieved order confirmation.. I can't reach swiggy support centre too.. Order value is 515.. I called domino's directly and asked whether my order has been placed.. They said no.. Still for more than 3 days it shows awaiting order confirmation and now it shows order delivered.. Even now i can't reach swiggy support team... Now it shows my number is used for 6 months.. I don't know what is thi.. I want my money back..

                            I had ordered cake from Bakers Hut and Havmor Icecreams through Swiggy.
                            It has been my worst experience of online food delivery so far. After ordering and payment, I was told they cannot deliver the food at mentioned address as it is very far. They refused refund of my order and forced me to cancel it at my end. After lot of arguments and numerous phone calls they agreed to cancel it from their end and refund me the amount after deducting cancellation charges of 75.
                            In the end, I did not receive my order, went through mental harassment and also lost 75 Rs without any fault of mine.
                            They did not even try to compensate inconvenience caused to me in any way.

                              Dear sir,
                              I have ordered some foods through online through swiggy apss on 25th dec 18 @ 9.00pm.
                              My order no. Was [protected] & i was waiting for the delivery. After 40 min i got a call from the delivery boy & has was saying that he got an accident and foods are flopped on the road.
                              He was asking to replace the order through swiggy apps & mean time i got a call from the customer care guy & he replaced the order to me, it was [protected] @ 9.47pm.
                              I was waiting the delivery & called the delivery boy, he went to wrong address & unable to deliver the same on my registered address.
                              After several phone call he was unable to make the delivery to me & i have asked the customer care for cancel the order.
                              My order got cancelled @ 11.03pm.
                              I have lodged a complaint on 26th dec 18 on their customer care executive mr. K kalparanjan assured that i will get the refund rs. 448 within 24 hrs.
                              Unfortunately i have not received the refund amount as per agreed time & i again connected with customer care on 28th dec 18.
                              One of the customer care executive mr. K sudipta was saying that they cannot initiated the refund to my account.
                              After several time he was saying that they cannot provide the refund saying the apologies from their end.

                              I am requesting you to kindly take the necessary action against them & get my refund amount rs. 448 from their end.

                              Also give instruction to them do not give any wrong communication to customers.

                                In a recent incident which happened on 13-01-19, i just come know that swiggy is not willing to work in dehradun anymore because after reporting of this incident to police and mayor, i am sure swiggy will have to wind from here.
                                Now let me tell you about the incident. My brother ordered something which swiggy accepted and was not able to deliver and forced us to cancel the order but my brother insisted that swiggy must have first confirmed the order then they should have accepted his order. Not only this, i will also quote a number which ibam also sending to police department because there were 2-3 people, one from swiggy and i think others were of chahat restaurant staff. They asked my brother for another mob. No. And after that they misbehaved and abused him and also threatened him and asked him to meet somewhere. I also talked to them, you can check the recording of around 10:00 to 11: 30. They were drunk and abuse us.
                                So what message will this incident convey to the public of dehradun you can easily imagine. Either you take actiom against those people or you be prepared for lose of your business share form dehradun because i am not going to stop until i got proprer action against those drunkards.

                                It is more than a month now,
                                My order automatically got cancelled.
                                But I haven't received my refund yet

                                I placed an order on 4th Jan and the order got misplaced.
                                It was totally unconsumable and I raised for a refund immedietely.
                                I was told that I would get the refund in 48Hrs.

                                    We ordered food from subway, bangalore through swiggy. Fortunately i got the bill from subway. There bill is rs.362/- with delivery and bag charges. Where has swiggy has charged me rs.400/-. When contacted customer care they connected to me, restaurant. Restaurant said everything is fine. Swiggy is not agreeing. Rs. 38/- is charged for no reason. This is complete tax leak from swiggy. Careful while ordering. Always you end up paying more than actual menu.

                                    No one is helpful. If someone orders something than suddenly order will get cancel and moreover when we will chat with some of the executive they will have such a rude replies as if we are eating for free. A tanaya swiggy executive does not know how to deal with customers. Pathetic service. Wil never prefer swiggy.
                                    I have ordered on 7 Jan 2018 and time 17:10 but delivery not on time. I am very disappointed with your Services next time I have not used your app.
                                    I had similar issue with an order here in Delhi. Swiggy's excuse is "typing mistake" in computer generated bill. They cannot come up with a better explanation. It is cheating and fraudulent so I decided to delete my swiggy account permanently and they wont even do that.

                                      I ordered for multiple people in office and clearly placed an order for 4 veg items and one non veg as only one of the people was open to eat non veg.. What was delivered was all 5 was non veg.. 2 people ate half of it but when they realised it was chicken.. The food was not going down and they felt offended too.. After which i tried placing a complaint.. My complaint was being shut down thrice.. I asked them what action are they taking and swiggy told me they can replace the order.. Is replacing or a refund any justification for harming someone’s faith and belief?!!

                                      Kindly refund the said amount immediately.
