Your company is not available in my city even though it is a municipal corporation. Moreover, the ads are just too much. After every three or four minutes, that disgusting ad strikes in. It is beyond the limit. Please try to limit your advertisement as it is highly undesirable to see the same useless and nonsense ad every three to four minutes. It will be really nice of you if you limit your ads on youtube and other website.

I had order from my local area restaurant (Pruthvi Vegetarianism, Kothrud) from swiggy, and they added packaging charges into my total bill. But originally that hotel is not charging for packaging on home delivery or take away orders, same confirm with the concern person from hotel.
Placed order first time for Rs.268 at 11.15 am today. Online payment made by Paytm. Order delivered by delivery boy Amit at other place. Requested either to supply my order or to refund my amount.
This restaurants taste is very bad and they dont provided any chutney with online orders for swiggy

    My sel[censored]jjaval on 4th february 2019 i ordered 2 ltr coco through swiggy and i pay rs on line after waiting of 1 hour i can't getting order and delivery boy said it was cancelled from our company. Even my paid rs also deducted. So pls refund back it rs 55 as soon as possible.

    I ordered 2 veg Briyani from other side of 17 degree having order number [protected] and [protected]. The packing of same order is different. In one order, there is resultant name and another one was without resultant name.so resolved it. And there is difference in taste
    He was being inappropriate and made unprofessional compliments. He also messaged me afterwards with more compliments. It became creepy and scary he knows where I live. I don’t know his name but I have his number which is blocked from my phone. I would still want action taken towards him.
    My name is alaukik tripathi. i live in Meghaninagar Ahmedabad. I have a swiggy app. I ordered some food near me restaurant. Not delivered by swiggi. Area not show in your app. That means you are not provide service in Meghaninagar Area Ahmedabad Gujarat.
    So, i requst you please provide your service in Meghaninagar area.
    They dint delivered food updated address, because swiggy two address options available, i change home address but delivery boy went gps address they cancelled my order and they charged money.
    A swiggy delivery executive should be given training of how the customer booked order reaches swiggy delivery executive.
    Because I am facing delivery job related problems, so please send me the information regarding what happens to the customer booked order from website till swiggy delivery app and who all are the intermediates?

      Hi, i order 3 dishes from swiggy, as one dish was not available the order was updated and 2 dishes were added, and then after 1:30 hours the order was delivered with 2 missing items, at 11:00pm, by then my parents slept hungry. The response from customer service was pathetic as they tried to shift blame on others and my call was disconnected midway while i was speaking (Saying that there was no response from my side, while i was speaking). Thank you.

      Today I ordered at burger King velachery, chennai. The delivery man tried to abuse me.. This is really very serious.. He also spoke very bad to me.. While I went into d room for giving change he straight away came inside.. I could not get his phone number but I have d order number #[protected] please he should be banned
      I received my order with complete spillage. Swiggy agent Jay is offering me only 125 refund when I asked for a replacement or complete refund. When asked to connect me with supervisor, he tells me they do not have such mode of communication. I want to know how is swiggy compensating me for such bad quality of service.

        Dear sir,
        This is regarding a bitter experience happened to me on feb 2nd 2019, i have ordered my dinner using swiggy app in hyderabad around 11.50 pm. Order number: [protected], i made on-line payment with my credit card. The order was accepted by the restaurant and i was tracking my order details on-line using the swiggy app. I could see that the order was picked up by the delivery person but about just after 12.00 am the app showed the order got delivered but in fact the person has not reached my location and he did not contact me either. I tried to call him but he said he has not received any such order. I tried to contact the swiggy help line but initially they said they have delivered the order. I insisted him to check the gps tracking data so that he can understand the person has not reached my location. He then admitted that they have some technical issues and told me that he will initiate the refund to me.
        This is not a rare case but these kind of fraud happening in hyderabad on a daily basis. People are so busy that they don’t respond to such issues. I request you to look in to this matter and please take necessary steps to control these kind of fraud in future.

          I had ordered from rajdhani hotel viviana thane! I ordered at around 2 pm and i did not receive it even after 47 minutes as it was mentioned then i called and he told me to wait i waited and then i get a call that the delivery boy has met with an accident when i confirmed it was not true at all what kind of reasons you give to your customers and i did not receive the food also this is unacceptable

            I had ordered food from swiggy app from momo station kandivli east on 2/2/2019 at 9:54 pm vide order no. #[protected]. The order was placed for 2 plates chicken whopper momos and instrad received some chicken whopper momos and 4 chicken chowringhee spice momos.
            After eating this, my daughter is vomittung continuously and has food poisoning.

            Please take action and revert.

              I had ordered 2 things at a time where in the eta was similar too. However one delivery boy cancelled the order and i was charged 75 inr on next order.
              Wherein i received 1 order.

              Swiggy calls to inform that the location is incorrect on map however the address was correct.

              Not gonna use swiggy anymore thank you for helping me know why more people use zomato now.

                A big 👎for you swiggy.
                On 15th jan, had ordered a two food items from bhagat tarachand via swiggy for some guests. Had made the payment through net banking. However when i received the delivery, one food item was missing. I immediately had a chat (On the app, not on phone) with one of their executive who promised me that the refund would take place within 4-5days but the delivery of the missing item was not possible. Had no choice but to trust him and wait. The refund has still not happened even after 15days, so yesterday i had a chat with one another executive and i was told that my refund has been stopped because of some technical issue. Upon showing some anger i was promised that the matter has been escalated and i will receive call from their team in a few hours, while writing this msg it's already 24hours but i have not received any call. Again have no other choice but to wait. I also spoke to one of their delivery boy who told me that this is a common complaint of many customers. I would advise everyone that if at all you need to order from swiggy, please don't make advance payment. Check your food parcel and pay accordingly to a a avoid frustration and disappointment.

                  How could you connect customer's contact no. With the delivery executive? Can't you connect customer and delivery executive contact via swiggy's service no.? Bcz customer's contact should be confidential. How could your delivery executive send messages on whatsapp?[protected] this was d no. His name is nilesh mohite. He sent me msgs on my personal no. Please solve this issue or keep customer's no. Confidential. Sry i deleted his no. Nd blocked him, i dnt have d proof to show.

                    I have ordered a premium butterscotch cake yesterday, and recieved a less costing cake and the taste was also not up to the expectations. And when contacted the customer care executives they cut me down chat abruptly without resolving my issue. Worst service ever recieved, other food apps serve better on customer issues, never seen someone handle a customer issue so negligently. Order_#[protected]

                      One of the worst service from swiggy company and from their customer care. We have ordered food for dinner 01:02:2019 by 9:00pm from swiggy but no order delivery happen and all persons at home waited along with senior citizens for food to have till 10:40 pm and slept without food today.

                      This is very serious concern i need justification otherwise i will file the case against swiggy in social media and fir in policy.

                        Yester day i ordered food through netbanking even my amount got debited. But some how i received an sms it say ""dear customer, we have refunded rs. 1207 for your failed payment against order id : [protected] to your bank account/card. Updated balance should reflect in 4-7 days""... But i didnt received any refund i paid for cash please i request you to processes it as soon as possible

                            I ordered food from the menu with swiggy and i prepaid for the food. I got no response from the delivery person and later i called up to ask about the ordered food and then he says that the food that i ordered is not there in the shop. I was made to speak with the shop owner and he said it was some mistake in the app that it was showing food which were not present in the restaurant. The shop owner convinced me to have another order which was not the thing that i ordered. I paid 190 earlier but was delivered food worth 65. I was told that i will be refunded from swiggy after sometime but i do not see any cashback done. It's been two weeks now. I want my cash back. I could not contact customer care service as it only accepts issues related to active order. Please guide me on how to handle this

My restaurant is located in dombivili east, dawdi road near regency estate, but the manager is saying that swiggy doesnt provide pickup service for this location. How come this be possible?? Entire dombivili swiggy is providing pickup service and for my location no pickup service.

                                Swiggy is the worst service anyone can imagine, it lacks compassion and empathy for its customer and has poorly trained its employes to deal with situations where their service fails which happens alot. The compensation for affecting those who suffer like me is unacceptable and unsatisfactory to say the least, their company is scam & unprofessional

                                  Swiggy has done this multiple of times and i am tired of this. That they accept orders without confirming from the restaurants and after the ammount is being paid that they come with # like the restaurant is closed or the items not available. I will make sure that swiggy gets a bad name for their pathetic services.
                                  It happened so that i had ordered food through swiggy from a restaurant and it was prepaid after 45 minutes they confirm that the item is not available. But it was still reflecting in the menu. I kept ordering the same item for two consecutively and same thing just repeated everytime. The menu was still reflecting the item and was never updated.
                                  Today also on ordering an item and after confirmation swiggy denied services saying the restaurant is closed and it was a heavily priced pre paid menu. The way they work is highly questionable to me now compared to thier competitors like zomato where i have never experienced such a hassle.
                                  It is very disappointing to know that your food cannot be delivered after such a long waiting time.

                                    I sent multiple emails to swiggy customer care to delete my account, they asked me the reason for it and I provided them a valid reason that I am not at all happy with their services. They told me that its been taken care of. My first email was in 29th Nov 2018, I checked my account today and I see that it is still active because I can make changes to it.

                                    If I don't want their services and I am explicitly requesting them to delete my account, they have no right to keep my account details with them whatsoever.

                                        I have placed order from SS Hyderabad briyani for Rs.1800plus they sent me rotten stinking briyani.they initiated full refund and now saying it is not response and we can't compensate more than 400rs. I have paid 1800rs and they took full amount.now they deny refund.

                                        I want full refund for the same.order I'd is [protected].

                                        I have the food with me now also.i haven't consumed it in fear of getting food poisoned. If needed I will send pictures of the items.

                                        Kindly don't believe the restaurant as they have trying to go compromise. I believe this is serious issue and needs attention. Your escalation team available over Twitter are fit for nothing. They ask me to do conference call with the restaurant.

                                        Earlier I accept replacement but now I am afraid they may send some poison as I have made posts in many consumer forums and social media.

                                        I hope some one from swiggy will get me a resolution with complete refund of my order
