On 26th jan 2019, i have ordered multiple items from meghana foods. Order number is [protected].
After some time i got message that order delivered, but not delivered, i contacted customer care and they told there is some technical issue and connected with delivery boy. He ased to share my location and i shared. After some time delivery boy mobile was switched off.
Again i contacted customer care, they simple told delivery boy mobile is switched off and will refund money.
This is worst experience, you people dont have backup plan for orders which were more than 2 hours.
I have not received any money back or nothing was done till date.
