I was very tensed when my product of rs 275 got auto cancelled on 26/09/2018 and the money was not refunded to my bank account,
I emailed swiggy several number of times, i was very frustrated but then i got the number of swiggy executive who prioritised my case and i received the refund in next 24 hrs.
Then i saw there were many such people like me who are in search of their number.
To those guys i would request you...

My order id is [protected], i ordered a salad from california burrito, benniganahalli, Bangalore through swiggy and what i receieved instead is bbq paneer bowl and a cheesy tostada(which is bearing order id [protected]), when contacted customer care they said they cant replace nor refund.

I had ordered on september 2018 the 19th at 9.10 and then cancelled it as by. Mistale i had set the date for tomorrow when i wanted the order to be done today

It's over a week and i still haven't received my refund.

I ordered a prawns ghee roast from tom's restaurant.

By mistake set the date for tomorrow's delivery when i was exploring.

Paid by debit card please initiate my refund....

How are you. I hereby request you to please show our resturant is not showing on your app. We mail alot of times. Also we have be emailing since days. Henseforth, no action has been taken place.
Also to tell you all our papers and documents have been submitted. We also have an account id and password.

I ordered has been placed with wrong address due to application issue and they have deducted my money for that.
There is a issue with the app because of that they have deducted my money.

Request everyone not to use this application, they should understand the pain for that. Simply they deducted my money.

My swiggy order number is [protected]. I ordered for an item from "flying sphagetti monster" restaurant in the city visakhapatnam. While ordering, the bill showed me rs.110 and it also showed rs. 0 delivery charges. After a while i got a message that the food is ready and u need to pay rs.210. How is this possible? I had to pay extra 100 rs. Please make sure that u refund my money back through any sort of payment means....

Swiggy has delivered me some spoilt food because of the way the have packed they're package. I have paid rs730 for the food through amazon pay and the money was deducted at time of order. After the delivery was made i have been trying to contact every staff possible and all of them kept saying it is out if their hands and they cannot do anything. They wasted a lot of my time. I was worked in swiggy for 3 weeks, in the initial 1st week i received amount from customer (COD) and the amount transfered to swiggy account by UPI payment mode. For that week after i paid the paid i didnt received my salary.Swiggy team informed that we will rectify the issue. i complained many times. Still i was not received the amount.

Also the team told that resign the job if you not intrested....

I have ordered from one of the restaurant. After sometime some lady from swiggy called me saying that your order cant be delivered as the restaurant is closed. But after sometime its showing food delivered and swiggy people have no idea whats happening.
Its happen quit often now a days and i have felt harassed like hell in the morning for breakfast.

I have been waiting for this order for one hour and the delivery boy picked up the order but didnt deliver to me.

This is the second time i am complaining about the same issue. The person who came for this particular delivery had a very bad behavior n he got into fight with the watchman. N after we took the order by getting down near the gate, while leaving he again ended up abusing my father in law and sister in law n watchman. He was using bad slang words.
