delivery boy misbehaving

I ordered food from Swiggy today.. And first the delivery boy couldn't get my address, then he said the gate to my apartment isn't open(it's always open), then he misbehaved with my security guard and shouted at me for asking him to deliver food at second floor... Never expected such unprofessional behavior from Swiggy... Moreover I tried calling Swiggy customer care, No response obviously....

I placed an order today. Due to network issue my phone was not reachable. I called delivery executive through my landline explained him the address. Waited for him on road for 10 mins. Suddenly he got my order cancelled. On call he misbehaved with me. How can you cancel my order after i called you and explained my address? I contacted help from swiggy app. After telling the executive that i called delivery executive. He is not ready to listen. He is constantly saying that delivery guy called you and your number was not reachable.
This is very unprofessional behavior. Never expected from swiggy. I am a regular customer of swiggy. Pls get my record checked. And that too you guys misbehaved so much. Earlier swiggy had a better standard.
This complaint is the last one i am doing. After this if you don't solve the issue. I will stop using swiggy.

    Items from my order were missing.. I called customer service and spoke to one of the dumbest and laziest executive IMTIYAZ. When I told him my problem, first he said THE RESTAUTANT HAS CLOSED FOR THE DAY (this is at 16:30) ... When I confronted him .. then he says THE ITEM IS NOT AVAILABLE.
    then I asked him what should I do when you're customer service is pathetic ... He asked me to order somewhere else and take a refund for the missing items ...
    Such pathetic ### are a shame on swiggy and a shame on humanity on the whole.
    I took the riders number from THE NUT JOB and called the rider and also called the restaurant.
    The restaurant confirmed that the rider had not taken the missing items and the rider confirmed the restaurant didnt give him the items (typical indian mentality, they blamed each other). The rider voluntarily agreed to deliver the items

      My order i’d [protected], the packet was delivered half open and in total mess. Cant even imagin eating such unhygienic food.
      It’s also seems some content in the packet was missing, the taste of the food was also not same as compared to what i had ordered earlier.
      Please get it rechecked if at all order got exchanged.
      Packet is laying with me in same condition as it was delivered to me, please ask somebody to collect it back.

        Hi on the 17th of september 2018 at 8.38 pm i placed an order for mamushroom manchurian (2plates) from fresh bites. The restaurant confirmed the order and the delivery guy was suppose to pick up the order and delivery. How ever i waited till 10pm almost 2 hours and dint receive the order. I received a call from swiggy from a guy he said his name is jaydev with employee i'd 1804 (Not sure if its right) he said he will deliver it or will compensate for rs 75 i said no.

          Ordered 3 times at exactly same time 2 were deleivered and third was cancelled after waiting long saw email from swiggy that order was cancelled no reason explained felt so embarrassed in front of guests had to order again and was immediately accepted this has happened many times i given more than one lac rupees orders and still no courtesy to even inform this blunder act done today

            Sir i have received wrong item. I placed order from swiggy website. I received very salty aloo paratha & wrong item given i ordered for tea they have given me coffee. After placing order restaurant tell chaat is not there so i told them to give aloo paratha in place of chaat. When i contacted support & told them they are not giving compensation as i got tea & too salty aloo paratha. I request to take strict action against swiggy. Kindly refund my hard earn money. Swiggy you have cheated me.

              I have placed my order on 16/09/2018 id-[protected] and this application showed me order delivered but i never received my order. the customer care guys do not pic-up the calls and those on chat provide wrong information.the delivery guy was very rude and said he cannot help. i had to make my dinner myself.i want my money back and will never use swiggy again. you guys are bunch of cheats and using fraudulent means to make money this is totally unacceptable. i will sue you guys in consumer court .

                I ordered food through swiggy app and made a payment through my sbi internet banking for inr280, on completion of payment got a message from atom technologies reference no. Igaejehaj8 that payment is successful and my sbi statement reflects the same.in spite of making the payment still by order was showing pending payment. Kindly refund my amount.

                  I had placed an order through swiggy for chicken kabab biryani paying rs 185 on 14th september 2018 however was delivered chicken tikka biryani. I noticed the same on opening the order received and immediately contacted their customer care via chat and notified the same and requested for an immediate replacement of my order to be replaced with the actual order placed or a full refund however was offered a mere rs 50 coupon which i mentioned i did not want and requested for a full refund or replacement. I requested for the matter to be escalated and call arranged from a manager to get the issue resolved asap and get the order replaced however the executive disconnected the chat and no one ever bothered to respond despite of even dropping them an email.

                    We ordered some food from swiggy and waited for almost one hour. After calling the person who was the incharge for our delivery we got to know that he went towards sector 16 though our order was to be delivered at greenfields colony, faridabad. On calling him he told us about the address issues and was saying to cancel the order as soon as possible and refused to deliver our order at the required address, he was really rude and was shouting and yelling at us! This was a really disappointing and i would look forward for a faster refund!

                      It's really shame to tell you that swiggy delivery people are driving so reckless and didn't care about the life of commuters around them. One of the delivery boy drove at a demon speed today and couldn't control his ride when he found no place to move ahead in a small street which lead to an accident causing head injury to my father. We afraid to go on the main road because of this thing and now it again happened on a very small narrow street in tiruvanmiyur haven't you taught your people that human life is more important than delivering food and too the boy who rided the bike didnt wear the helmet. When i wanted to inform it to the swiggy, i come across many such other complaints which didn't have any response even for namesake. We really wanted you to take an immediate action towards this kind of activity and stop shedding blood on the roads. Thank you

                        cod not available after cancellation of the order

                        I cancelled my order once on 10th september 2018 and cod as a payment option was made unavailable for me. When i sent them a mail asking them the reason for disabling the option they told me that the option can only be unlocked after 5 to 6 successful online transaction. This is completely arbitrary and violates section 2 nnn (B) of consumer protection act, 1986....

                        I was in my car, around 6:30-6:45pm driving down from mahim coming into bandra ahead of me was a rider from swiggy (Wearing a swiggy t-shirt) he was speeding and then he suddlt looks at his phone and stops, being right behind him i has push the breaks and some how control my car.

                        This would have been a bad accident people could have ended up dead

                        After which i pressed the horn with anger, to my surprise the rider cuss at me telling me it was my fault.

                        So many of these riders are aeen all around the city breaking the law riding bikes on wrong sides absolute hooligans.

                          On sept. 11th i have raised a complaint on amount deducted from my account. I have got a reply that money will credited within 2 to 3 working days. But i didn't receive the amount. Your team have given me a standard reply to check with the bank. I have checked with the bank and money is not received at my account and for them to investigate further they need the transaction reference number of the refund and the date on which refund is initiated.

This is not at all acceptable, ordered food at 11 pm latenight and got a call it will be delivered. How can you be so irrespinsibke, how delivery staff of tou can such irresponsible.                               Very worst situation faced with swiggy and i hope this will be last order with swiggy and in future again i won't make a mistake to order in swiggy.

                              Ordered a bulk order as i have few guests in my home. Initially after 45 minutes of my order i chat with customer care executive and i told that delivery representative is not going towards hotel. She told he is going, refresh ur app and some rude character. I waited again for another 1 hr. Even after 2 hrs, delivery representative is not moving towards the hotel and no calls or update from swiggy. I am waiting till that the order will be delivered now.in between couple of times i called delivery boy also. He told on the way, on the way sir. He also cheated me. After 2 hrs again i pinged customer care and they told can't deliver the order can we go for cancellation.

                              Very pathetic and impolite situation. Now cancelled the order and to get the refund of money i have to wait to for another 9 days. What a pitty. It's 10 pm now and where should i get food. All restaurants are closed and my guests are in home. Iam a frequent customer with swiggy and pitty on them behaving to customers. I will move legally for this ashamed character and will post with necessary screenshot in all the social networking websites. Swiggy is going to regret for this.

                                I have ordered samosas from kunjvihar however after done with payment i got call from kunjvihar saying item is unavailable and he ll mark unavailable the item which was unexpected. Later i got a mail regarding delivery that products has been delivered successfully which was absolutely not done. I called customer care and she told me that she ll refund half amount and not the delivery charges! This is so pathetic beacuse if I'm not getting my items then why they are charging for it. I want my refund back asap and do reply for this all.

                                  I order pizza from Domino's by Swiggy app there is all process go correctly then I paid my money through online and they deduct my whole money online
                                  and then they call me and said there is some technical issue so we will refund your money in 2-3 days. so if there is no information about their technical issue so why I stuck my money for 2-3 days and I asked for back money so they said that's not possible or they trap me in their talks to cancel my order without any objection.
                                  so why should I stuck my money for their in responsible mistake.
                                  that money thing happened with me so many times. Swiggy is just a waste of our time and money please make sure that my will refund instantly.
                                  and now I'll move to Zomato & Foodpanda App.

                                    I have order around 750/- worth orders through swiggy and their business partner (Restaurant) accepted the order and after one and half hour, swiggy customer care called me and tried to convenience that ordered items are not available with the restaurant and they were asking me to cancel the order from my end. And after some time they only canceled my order at their end with out my confirmation.

                                    We are new restaurant and we have trying to tie up with swiggy but inspite of submitting too manyonline requests and taljing to swiggy officials nothing happened ..why are they so irresponsible
