Very worst service from #Swiggy_Bhubaneswar Team.
We ordered 11 Nonveg items and 3 Veg items, but it delivered to us 10 nonveg items and 3 veg items. When we served each other, we found one item is lost and contacted to the #Swiggy customers care, they told they can do bla bla bla and at the end they have come with the solution is they will take care of such things in my future order. Then What about my one item which I paid for?? That money will go to whom? ?

First of all they did the mistake of not deliverying complete orders, then also not ready to refund the amount of non-delivery item. Is it the customers service? I along with my circle will not order through Swiggy and I would recommend people not to use such irresponsible, poor customer service company.
Swiggy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The delivery boys behavior was very bad . He just refused to deliver the order because lift was not working.
And he was literally shouting and at last told that you have to come downstairs to collect the order if you can’t then cancel the order.
What is this behavior? This is not the way people behave in service industry.
Order received wasn't what I had ordered and they would not do anything about it.

    I just received Pizza from Kings Restaurant Byculla Mumbai, order no [protected]
    See the photo how it is delivered.
    Delivery boy actually carried the pizza vertically. This has happened 2nd time with me.
    And your delivery person is so arrogent that I called him immediately after I opened the box. He refused to come back and now not lifting the phone also
    For me this the last order from Swiggy and am going to stop using Swiggy

      refund not yet credited

      I had ordered dinner on 10th november, 2018 via swiggy and paid through my debit card. Since the restaurant didn't accept my order for a long time (More than half an hour) i cancelled my order. Though i got a message from swiggy stating that the refund has been initiated, the amount has not been credited in my bank account.
      Please let me know about the status of my refund, as it has been 4 days already from the date of order....

      I had ordered 8 pcs of kanpuri ladoo rm gupta brothers one of the registered resturant under swiggy app but instead of 8 pcs have received only 6 when i told about this in the help box of swiggy tgey told me they cant do anything when i asked them why they started giving me # excuses then i contacted to the resturant owner he told me to file a complain bcs he also cannot help me then i again chatted with swiggy support they again denied to help me out thats why at last im filing a complain against tgem hope u people will help me out the order id is [protected]

        Ordered three items. (Starter, mains and a drink). The drink was missing and all they could do as "token of apology" is to refund the money i paid already. Looks like these people are least bothered about deficiency of service on their end and no communication at the time of placing order or when the restaurant confirms it. Taking customers for a ride. I wouldn't have ordered if either of the three items were not available.
        This is outright cheating.

        Food was not deliverd and your delivery executive angry with me he told me jo karna hai kar ly ###@@, , oder main delivery nahi karunga ... Or mere oder ko deliver dikha diya jo ki mujhay mila hi nahi my children waiting for a food it's bad experience with swiggy and never oder from u guys...

          Eveey time we order some food items are missing.. This is third time
          Hotel executive are denied to give extra items added on order... That reduces our intrest to order food from swiggy... Very disapponted. We will not tolerate it as we paid fro it we want our money back..... Look into it.. We have assumed that swiigy will give us the feed back... And itvwill resolved.. Asap

          The food is totally damaged and melted and i call customer service they are telling me that from next time this things are not going to happen ok.but what about present food which i order nobody is going to eat this who will pay for this.i just need an answer.

            I ordered at 9.45pm after 1hr they called me and told me that the biryani are finished at the restaurant. They give me an alternative, i choose and after that they called me again that you have to cancel your order at 11.30pm. Restaurant is closed, i slept hungry that night. Even i tried to call them but totally failed to resolve my problem. Even they don't give any compensation for this faulty. Is it well service?

            It's disgusting services, I was order on 29 Oct 18, 9:34 pm and made payment, money deducted from my account, on that day order not getting of some technical issue from your side, one of your colleague told me money will refund 2-3 days, still didn't get my money ...881 Rs., I need my money please revert ASAP. Still problem not resolved.

              Hi team,

              I would like to inform you that today i have ordered food from grills and fries around 1.30 and order get delivered to me aftr 75 mins and there was spillage, tandoori chicken was dry, pizza was half cooked and infant one of the item was missing wich restraunt already asked me to take the refund.. I got stuck with ur chat team for 25 mins and no one could help to process the refund and on the other side the delivery guy wasn't able to find the way, i have explained him multiple times, still he couldn't. And then i spoke with swiggy agent over the phone, he promised me the full refund as the food was spilled, uncooked and missing.. I checked the app there was no refund request then i called swiggy again and that last rep refused to help infact unable to understand the issue and was saying that nobody has mentioned the refund in the documents.. Its not my fault.. I got stuck with u guys for 1 hr 30 mins and still6no help provided.. Is that how u treat ur customers??

                It contained peice of a dirty brown nail, it looked a nail of some old person, which went into our mouth., Caused embarrisment in front of our guest and made us extreamly vomiting

                Being a regular customer of swiggy, I am very disappointed with such kind of food quality which was supplied, i am looking further to complain this matter to higher authorities.

                  Raised many complaints but even the escalation team was not of help
                  No refund was initiated.. Swiggy app was down, Support team didn't raise a proper complain. Escalation team is confused among themselves..

                  Pathetic service to a super member...

                    I ordered in swiggy 3 chicken maharaja mac large meals from mcdonalds but the order was incomplete and improper. They made me chat from 9.30pmon nov 11th 2018 and finally they offered 150rs coupon for the bill of 1024. What's happening? I am not asking force any arms from them? I am asking refundable for the bad quality product which i paid with my hard earned money and they are trying to satisfy meals within 150rs coupon

                    I have ordered from sharma snacks, Tollygange through swiggy but items were missing, didn't get my full order, when I told the delivery boy that my items are missing, give my money back and bring the order, he just ran away, when I called customer care, they are unable to help.
                    I want my money back, this type of harassment can't be accepted.

                      I had placed following 2 orders on swiggy. App from my phone
                      My money is cut from my account but no refund has been received after waiting for a very long time

                      Order number 1 was dated 4th november with amount 1553
                      No refund received till date
                      Order number 2 was dated 18th october with amount 415
                      No refund received till date

                      Response is very poor from swiggy team
                      Pune contact number of swiggy doesn't work.
                      Bangalore contact number of swiggy doesn't want to speak of any complaints but only of new orders.
                      Swiggy app response from chat team is not answering precisely

                        Hi, on 8 the of nov i ordered from siwggy a burrito which was supposed to have a cheese corn and spinach. I received only a spoonful of cheese and nothing else. Added to it when i complained about it on swiggy website the agent on his own without even listening to what i had to say closed the matter saying i had received enough compensation. What compensation may i ask? And does it even give you the right to give us the unprepared food? I usually order from siwggy but now after going through this experience i am done with it.

                          This is regarding a misuse of personal phone number from a swiggy delivery boy. His name is kanniraj - [protected]. He has delivered to a house in peelamedu at 10.50 pm on 11/11/2018 where a girl is residing alone. He has been caught overheard on phone giving personal information (Phone number) to a bunch of boys sitting in a car. This is a high safety risk regarding deliveries.. Reputation of swiggy is at stake. Please take necessary steps regarding the same.

                            Ordered burgers from, burger king using swiggy app and there was a bundle of metal wire inside the aalo tikki. I was fortunate that i didn't swallowed it.
                            This is another level of carelessness from swiggy and partner restaurant. On top of it when i contacted the consumer care and reported this issue, they were like "ok, we will report it" that's it.

                              The order number which i have mentioned in the subject is the one which i ordered yesterday at 8:08 pm which is active till now! Inspire of numerous trials in app support chat and call section the so called "glitch" has not been fixed yet! We as customers just care about the money which we pay and support which a consumer is supposed to provide which swiggy is clearly failing in providing since this issue started yesterday. Whatever the software issue is occurring now in your side... Is none of my concern since it's been too long. I just want my money for the order back!! Else the next time i complain about swiggy won't be in this consumer complaint app!!

                                I have ordered at 1:03pm the delivery time shown was 40 minutes. Its been 2:20pm the delivery is not yet done. When i call or message them no one responded. I have contacted the support they were telling that we had issue with restaurant we will deliver in 15 mins. Its been 25 mins already i haven't received the order. There should be some time bound to the order they say when ever it is ready we will bring it. It should not be like that right... I order for lunch they bring it at 4:00pm... Strict action must be taken against swiggy if they are not capable of delivering in time they should not accept the orders

                                  Order no [protected] dt.10 11 18. Not delivered. But received message that it is delivered. Phone banking exe initially informed that the specified item not available and i choose item. After some time another exe calls and tells me that revised item is available after 12.30. I had wait literally 1 hour to get this response. Finally had to cancel order and starved without food.

                                    The pizza that i received was completely stale and not at all fresh.
                                    There was some foul smell coming from it, the taste was just horrible, making the pizza completely inedible.
                                    I had to throw away the pizza completely.
                                    It also had spillage, as the toppings of the pizza had come entirely on one side.
                                    When i contacted customer care, they said due to system restrictions, they will not be able to process the refund.
                                    I would definately like to know about the system restrictions, stopping them to solve customer problems.

                                      I ordered food from swiggy on 10th nov 2018 to a restaurant called food court, opp. Dominos in baner at 2009hrs and then got busy with my work. After one hour i realised that my order is still not accepted by the restaurant. I called up the restaurant and came to know they have not got my order yet.in my app after paying the full amount it's showing "waiting for restaurant to confirm your order" and the restaurant guys are yelling at me that they don't know about my order. I tried to call swiggy people, they are just gave me a lame excuse about some technical issues. I don't know what is that about. But simple complain is that ordered the food, paid the money and after that, both restaurant and swiggy professional were not behaving properly
