The order was placed through swiggy. The delivery boy was mithileshkumar yadav.
I called up multiple times to help him to get the order to my place.
He even came close to my place.

I gave him proper landmark and details and have recorded the calls as well. But he used to go in some different direction only each time.
He then stopped answering the call and he just returned the order to the restaurant.
Please take action against the person, i tried helping him but he returned the order back due to his attitude. They have location devices also still he purposly did not come to my place.

    I am doing job in your company as a delivery executive. Why are you giving so less time to wait in the restaurant. Restaurant gives almost 30 to 40 minutes for preparing the food. You are doing our time waste. Give us the correct time. During this matter we face trouble with restaurant manager. We are doing profit for your company. But you are not seeing us.

    No work has been paid for 8 days after work.

    Actually I ordered at 08:00pm and the estimated time was 08:45 pm and even after 10:30pm I did not receive my order and the order was cancelled without my knowledge.worst service ever
    I haven't received my order even after 1 and a half hour. No delivery man is assigned yet. No information is provided. What is this?
    My registration was done with [protected] this no.is changed to [protected].it is must you to help in this regard since i am losing my orders.i was getting 50 orders per day.so i Was losing a work.kindly hep out me in vadodara gujrat.do The resolve as quickly as you can.

      Don't order from swiggy they are cheating with us. We have already given special instructions for make it jain and restaurants have no jain food but they started making food and we ask to cancel they have charged 50% of our money. Be careful guys.

      In this fraud freezland restaurant is also involved because they could call us and inform that this item is not available in jain so what should we do but they start non jain food and ask to pay 50%

        Have been struggling since a month to get my restaurant register with swiggy. I have shared everything on mail and received signature confirmation mail from them but after that, they are not replying. Followed up with them 100 of times but they are testing patience level.

        Atleast i should be informed about the updates. And also they have not uploaded the contact number. All of the concern persons are making fool by taking other employs name.

          I orderd pizza from top pizza, first of all i did not recieve any call for confirmation, after that ot took almoat 1 hour to deliver it. When opened the box had one bite of pizza it was yuck. I had second bite of it i felt like vomiting. It was s. Elli g very badly ehen checked it was not cooked the dough was stale. Cheeze was also smelling very bad. It had become cold also. I felt like they delivered stored stale pizza staight from dust bin.
          Did i pay 270 rs. For stale food or to get sick of it. I want my money back or the good coocked pizza again for which i have paid.

          Yesterday i ordered for 3 ice cream from natural ice cream. When i received the items all of them were melted. The delivery executive had no idea about the location and was moving here and there and took around 30 mins to get the products delivered.

            I hav ordered pizza of 203, my amount got debited but i didnt get my refund of 203 rs yet! Its been over 1month please help because i have calld many swiggy customer care nos they are not helping me they are sayn the amount gets auto refunded but its been 1month still not recieved my amount neither i am able to contact them i hv had a chat with them as well no body helps pls help me i need my money back😭😭😭

              This is the complain of all the people of our area that your delivery people are worst and so badly behaving people. Your man ask a person sitting in a car to come out and says him better learn how to drive or otherwise i will show u your aukat and than starts fighting with that driver and beats him. Says bad words to him. And also your driver said that better don’t challenge me otherwise i will beat you!!!. This happens many times in our area and in many areas of ahmedabad. And our area is going to file a case against swiggy in court about the bad behaviour of your delivery people towards general public. We are giving u last chance, if one more time it happens we are surely going to file a case in supreme court against swiggy

                Charged thrice for same order 13th oct...
                Order # [protected] at 1 pm did not deliver, showing delivered at 2:13 pm.
                Swiggy call centre told me to consider this order as cancelled, money to be refunded
                I reordered same food order # [protected] at 2:19 pm
                Another order # [protected] was created which is clearly a duplicate order and charged 2 times

                I have been charged thrice for same order on 13th Oct.. from Sarvodaya pure Veg Andheri East..
                I ordered # [protected] at 1 pm but the delivery person (Sagar Soni, as per app) never delivered the food, which is showing in history as delivered at 2:13 pm..
                I spoke escalated as food was not delivered for more than 1 hour and delivery person was not reachable, and received call from Swiggy call centre executive.. he clearly told me to consider this order as cancelled and money will be refunded to my payment mode Amazon Pay in next 24 hrs and advised me to reorder if I want the food..
                I reordered exactly the same food order # [protected] at 2:19 pm and paid again from Amazon Pay, which was delivered by Ankush Kumar at 2:55 pm.. looking at my account I realised I have again been charged twice for 2nd order, please note the order time 2:19 pm, deliver person Ankush Kumar and delivery time 2:55 pm is exactly the same and I have been charged twice for same delivery, I really don't know how this can happen. Another order # [protected] was created which is clearly a duplicate order.
                Now l have 2 unresolved issues,
                1. The cancelled order amount is yet now refunded after 6 days.
                2. The delivered food has been charged twice with same order time, delivery time and delivery person. One amount has to be refunded immediately.

                So I have been charged thrice for the same food, is this Swiggy ehics, way for working, cheating customers, and creating fraud in e-commerce and food delivery space! This is ridiculous and I want immediate resolution . Do let me know to whom this issue has to be escalated at Swiggy, consumer forum or even enforcement agencies, as I can take this fraud done on me by Swiggy.

                  Late delivery by more than 3 hours still not delivered our food... Around 30 calls we make but no one responded our calls... Not delivery person... Oour order no. Is [protected]... Unorganized company it is.. Swiggy company aim is to deliver food to customer as per their request but in our case they fail to fulfil the same for which they are servicing. We will definitely advise
                  Our relatives and friends don't choose swiggy any more.

                    Hi guys,
                    Ordered food in swiggy and the order is also confirmed by the restaurant then i was waiting for the food but 1 hour passed but i didn't get the food then i called the delivery executive then he is telling me one of the items is not there, then i called siwggy customer care care for the same, then the executive requested for any other items in the same restruant so that he can place the order on behalf of me. Again after 15 mins they cancelled the order. This is 5th or 6th time i am facing the issue with siwggy. Ordering food in swiggy is mental torture

                      I ordered something from a restaurant called veg mantra today. At first there was no delivery executive assigned for almost 20 minutes. After 20 minutes there was this piece of # (Delivery boy) named "arun" was assigned. The delivery originally was going to take around 42 minutes and the time was more than that hence i called up the delivery boy and asked him that how long will he take and i think i did a mistake by saying that because after this the guy was so # rude to me. He started with "bhai aapko pta hai mai kaha se aa rha hu" then he himself described that he came from a very far place and i believed that. Again i asked him that how long will it take amd then i got another surprise. " in front of me he asked the restaurant to cancel my order with me being over the phone with him and listening to that. Then after two minutes the guy called me back and informed that it is going to take 30 minutes more. I bursted on him after that amf promised him that he will not be able to keep his job now as the way he has spoken to me was pathetic and gross. Then i called customer services and the call was answered by someone named "mathew" who was laughing continuously over the phone while i was telling him the entire situation and then he passed the phone to his manager named "mazhar" who without listening to my problem disconnected the call. I would request swiggy to please throw these kind of people out of the company. They are good for nothing and it could be possible that they can end up mixing some poison in the food and take advantage of the situation. I want it actioned as soon as possible.

                        Swiggy has delivered a non veg burger instead of a veg burger! I need a refund for my order asap as such grave mistakes cannot be tolerated!! This is a vegetarian home and someone ended up eating a non veg burger in spite of being a vegetarian. I hope you/ mc donald’s understands the gravity of their mistakes!!! As a customer i’m outraged at how you can do this confusion between veg and non veg living in a country like india!!!

                        I have initiated a chat conversation for complaining but no response from swiggy.

                        Kindly process a refund asap and take the necessary action against whosoever responsible for this!!!

                          I ordere food every time something happens with u guys delivery executive says i have cancelled the oder until i make a call and ask hem he dent update first call i did discount my call.. And pls check my account u will find about the other orders giving opend packages.. I orders for fried rice gave me plain rice when i call ur excicutive he says i’ll give u a 30 rupes cupen what the hell man i oder food giving 150 u guys give me plain rice where u have paid 150 for it every time now i am deleting this app my last oder id [protected] and ur executive his number who cut my call answering cool to me his number ‭[protected]‬ do something i am tired o[censored] guys swiggy is worst wasted our food time

                            I had placed an order on 14th October 2018 (Order #[protected] ) from Swiggy while i was at my guest's place. The order placement time was 10PM and was showing me to be delivered in the next 30 mins, but the order was delivered at 11:15PM. The received order had an item missing and i informed the customer service about the same along with the late delivery issue. They only gave me an option for the replacement of the missing order, i denied because i had to leave the place and could not wait for another hour or so and ask my guests to stay awake for the same. I requested for a refund of the missing order. I was constantly denied and then i was told if i don't want a delivery at that time i can ask for the delivery anytime in the next 48hours. The guests were not going to be home for the next 3 days and i denied.
                            After following up with them on 17th Oct 2018, i was told 48 hours have experienced and now they cannot deliver or refund. I called the customer helpline but they were helpless about their system settings and gave me sorries for giving no refunds/delivery. It is their responsibilty to follow up on an issue and the resolve if i had already made the payment. The customer service was really pathetic and irresponsible. I felt cheated and the reason i am filing a complaint.

                            I placed a order at 8pm at 10oct2018 and after 2hours 15 Min my order gets cancelled without informing me I had already made payments there was birthday party of my daughter and I was insulted very badly in the party they were not even bothered to inform me abt the cancellation for that 2 hours this was the worst experience from online site

                              I have ordered some foods on yesterday at 17:42 hrs and accordingly payment has been made via credit card through phone pe app. The order has been accepted but it has been canceled after 01 hr without any proper reason. The amount that has paid still not refund back. It was my 1st order in swiggy that made me disappointed. So i claim compensation of double order amount that should be refunded back to me immediately.

                                I was waiting for my refund till 6 oct amount of 1499 i had odered a pizza on 6th oct after waiting for 2/3 hours they cancelled my oder after that i complained for my refund after having a lots of conversation with swiggy till now they are not giving a proper information nor they are refunding my amount.

Today i saw one of the incident because of your unrespected person hit the cow in the road... Very worst the young ones who have joined in your ofz...                                     I have given order at 12:52 pm but after one hour order is not delivered.
                                    Not even swiggy called me for the delay reason. I have missed a very important office meeting for this delay.
                                    Want to take strict action against them as they are not treating their customers well. And this is not the first time am facing it.

                                    I am on a rush and have ordered a food and was expecting it to deliver by 30 minutes of time. Due to some timing conflicts in the restaurant, at first the customer portal have called me and informed me to wait for an extra 15 minutes.. As i am able to bear that time i said okay... Later after minutes the executive who is in the hotel called me and said it will take around 45 min more to make it! These are all fine and there is nothing to complaining up to this point. I have decided to cancel the order of worth rs.123. As the cancel charges, they have charged rs.73 which is more than half of my order rate. Why do i need to pay more than 50% of the rate which is literally not my mistake? In the predefined message they are saying that the restaurant has already started to prepare your order and so that we need to pay them compensation... But what for i need to pay for them who is not even proper in mentioning their available from time... Is that the mistake from my side...? Do i need to be safer by choosing cash on delivery? I am very much upset with the cancellation charges you put up on your customers who are not even guilty.

                                      I ordered full chicken tandoor at rs.345 from chulangan, kahradi.
                                      Received only half and then i complained on swiggy customer care number. I got reply from their side i. E. "we can give you 30% amount coupons back".

                                      I requested them, pay me 50% amount coupons as i received only half chicken tandoor. They refused to do it.

                                      I am no more happy with swiggy. I want my 50% money back or coupons of 50%.

                                      Otherwise, will not prefer swiggy to anyone.
