I was in my car, around 6:30-6:45pm driving down from mahim coming into bandra ahead of me was a rider from swiggy (Wearing a swiggy t-shirt) he was speeding and then he suddlt looks at his phone and stops, being right behind him i has push the breaks and some how control my car.

This would have been a bad accident people could have ended up dead

After which i pressed the horn with anger, to my surprise the rider cuss at me telling me it was my fault.

So many of these riders are aeen all around the city breaking the law riding bikes on wrong sides absolute hooligans.

    On sept. 11th i have raised a complaint on amount deducted from my account. I have got a reply that money will credited within 2 to 3 working days. But i didn't receive the amount. Your team have given me a standard reply to check with the bank. I have checked with the bank and money is not received at my account and for them to investigate further they need the transaction reference number of the refund and the date on which refund is initiated.

This is not at all acceptable, ordered food at 11 pm latenight and got a call it will be delivered. How can you be so irrespinsibke, how delivery staff of tou can such irresponsible. Late night it created a lot if triuble for me.

        Very worst situation faced with swiggy and i hope this will be last order with swiggy and in future again i won't make a mistake to order in swiggy.

        Ordered a bulk order as i have few guests in my home. Initially after 45 minutes of my order i chat with customer care executive and i told that delivery representative is not going towards hotel. She told he is going, refresh ur app and some rude character. I waited again for another 1 hr. Even after 2 hrs, delivery representative is not moving towards the hotel and no calls or update from swiggy. I am waiting till that the order will be delivered now.in between couple of times i called delivery boy also. He told on the way, on the way sir. He also cheated me. After 2 hrs again i pinged customer care and they told can't deliver the order can we go for cancellation.

        Very pathetic and impolite situation. Now cancelled the order and to get the refund of money i have to wait to for another 9 days. What a pitty. It's 10 pm now and where should i get food. All restaurants are closed and my guests are in home. Iam a frequent customer with swiggy and pitty on them behaving to customers. I will move legally for this ashamed character and will post with necessary screenshot in all the social networking websites. Swiggy is going to regret for this.

          I have ordered samosas from kunjvihar however after done with payment i got call from kunjvihar saying item is unavailable and he ll mark unavailable the item which was unexpected. Later i got a mail regarding delivery that products has been delivered successfully which was absolutely not done. I called customer care and she told me that she ll refund half amount and not the delivery charges! This is so pathetic beacuse if I'm not getting my items then why they are charging for it. I want my refund back asap and do reply for this all.

            I order pizza from Domino's by Swiggy app there is all process go correctly then I paid my money through online and they deduct my whole money online
            and then they call me and said there is some technical issue so we will refund your money in 2-3 days. so if there is no information about their technical issue so why I stuck my money for 2-3 days and I asked for back money so they said that's not possible or they trap me in their talks to cancel my order without any objection.
            so why should I stuck my money for their in responsible mistake.
            that money thing happened with me so many times. Swiggy is just a waste of our time and money please make sure that my will refund instantly.
            and now I'll move to Zomato & Foodpanda App.

              I have order around 750/- worth orders through swiggy and their business partner (Restaurant) accepted the order and after one and half hour, swiggy customer care called me and tried to convenience that ordered items are not available with the restaurant and they were asking me to cancel the order from my end. And after some time they only canceled my order at their end with out my confirmation.

              We are new restaurant and we have trying to tie up with swiggy but inspite of submitting too manyonline requests and taljing to swiggy officials nothing happened ..why are they so irresponsible

                Have already complained before. The same repeats every now and then. Items which are unavailable are put in the app thereby misleading people in ordering them and then the order getting cancelled. And we have to wait for a week or so for the refund. This has happened multiple times. I can see items available on the app and later they are cancelled due to unavailability. Have lost a lot of money. I don't think i have even received any refund for some of the orders. This happens usually after 8pm or so, when i order an item and i rely on it for dinner and after sometime it gets cancelled. By that time all the restaurants are closed. I end up starving and don't even receive the refund immediately. The least they can do is provide me a coupon so that i can immediately place a fresh order. Im a regular customer of swiggy and i request to please stop showing items that are unavailable. It's is really misleading.

                Dear Swiggy ur offers are good, delivery is excellent, food is awesome but i[censored] don't deliver cash on delivery, it is a big problem. Plz release cash on delivery. It will be helpful to job holders like us.

                  I placed an order from swiggy app to green chic chop. The delivery man cancelled my order without my knowledge and i have been charged rs. 75/ for this. This is not my fault. Kindly revert my charges. This is highly unprofessional attitude. Everyday i place two three orders from swiggy and have never dealt with any such issues.
                  As a regular customer, i should be given some consideration. This is purely the mistake of the delivery man who could not find the location.

                    To whoever it is concerned

                    Firstly, we need to have a strong law or a monitoring organisation to prevent companies like swiggy to operate this way as they operate on their will without caring for the customer and law.

                    Incident details:
                    Swiggy order from app, september 9 2018 around 9 pm, order# [protected]
                    Please find the attached screenshots of all details.

                    Description:

                    -i had placed an order for 2 big joe lamb burger for rs. 336 to delivery boy. When i opened the package i saw only one burger and one packet of chips. I called delivery boy he asked me to call support.
                    -i called support and informed the same, they said they will re-order the missing burger on my behalf.
                    -then when i checked my partial order which was delivered, i see it is not even a lamb burger it was chicken burger, so i called support again. Then support said they will call the restaurant and find out. Support person comes back saying he was not able to place order for the same product as it was no longer available.
                    -i gave support 2 options, either they could send me 2 lamb burgers i ordered for otherwise cancel. I also told that i dont want the single chicken burger as i didnt order for that and it was mistake from swiggy.
                    -i asked them to refund the money to my back account, but the support person said that is not possible, he can only give me coupons in my swiggy account for the amount as per company policy, as they are not willing to refund to bank account so i requested for a manager call back
                    -i sent email with all screenshots to [protected]@swiggy.in, but it is been 48 hours but no response
                    -on the same day after an hour i get a call from [protected], someone by name ravi, he said he is the supervisor. I explained him whole issue. He assured me that his manager will call me in the next 24 hours and he will send out an email asking for my bank detail to initiate the refund.
                    -i waited for 24 hours, now it will be 2 days but no response on email, no calls from swiggy.
                    -now when i call customer support, my calls are not directed to any support personal, instead i get a automated voice message saying something like sorry for the cancellation of the last order and you will get a refund to your swiggy account in next 24 hours

                    Secondly, i hope anyone reading this understands the kind of service swiggy is providing, no resolution in time, false information and commitment to consumer, no option for customers to followup (Denying customer to call again for the same), not following standard policy and procedure as agreed between swiggy and their customers, no responsible managers, no customer relationship wing and no proper support swiggy etc.. Etc, basically it violates all basic business conduct with any consumer in india by swiggy.

                    Please find the screenshots.

                    Seeking help and necessary action for this.

                      Hi,

                      Regd. Order [protected], i'm not able to get any response or reach out to you over phone.

                      Address was mentioned clearly but still your staff didn't deliver the item and i was charged 75rs which needs to be refunded.

                      It is wrong to say that your delivery executive was at our doorstep for delivery of food and gave a ring. We are in our house only since morning and there is no need to give us a call as informed by your delivery executive.

                      Also, there's no way to reach out to you unless there's an active order.

                      We are entitled to complete refund.

                          On 5th august, i placed an order for 3 chocolate shakes. I didnot get my order & money got deducted. I called swiggy they said my money would be transfered back. I have not received the amount till now.
                          After keeping me on wait for 10 days they asked me to get deatils from phonepe.
                          Now when i got the the merchant id sw_pp_[protected], they are saying on chat support they cant refund as per their policy.

                          Its a matter for fraud.

                          I’ll Oder it for a chicken biryani and u r side delivers a chicken fried rice this is note fare even u r executives also Mis behaving Nd it’s taking to much time . Worst experience from swiggy

                            I have ordered chinese manchurian noodles without onion, garlic (Swaminarayan) food from jay bhavani vadapav, prhladnagar - ahmedabad through swiggy cash on delivery. I have mentioned instruction. I called so many times to
                            Jay bhavani but they didn't receive it. I called swiggy customer care to tell them food is no onion, garlic but also not received call. Food is orderd with garlic manuchurian. Then i called again to customer care swiggy reorder same item again mention no onion, garlic again they gave me same garlic manchurian.

                            Swiggy customer care deined to replacement and money refund and my food and money wasted.

                              On the 6th of september i have ordered dominos pizza from swiggy app via my debit card. The final was 474 including gst. My order number was#[protected] has been cancelled due to the delivery excutive met with an acciden, the swiggy told that the amount will be refunded in 2 to 4 business days. Today i have conformed that the money has been refunded but the bank has still not deposited my money in the account. I kindly request you to please consider my mail.

                                It was my b-day when i 1st time ordered from swiggy as per my daughter's wish. But have not received any order instead received a notification that it was delivered. And moreover customer support exe. Instead of helping was trying get rid of me by requesting the order again. Why should i and will ensure all my network not to go with swiggy. A bad service provider.. Pathetic and totally dishearten.

                                  I do not understand their service. Worst app. I ordered a meal yesterday and then i called them to provide special instruction about the order. I thought that the man heard and understood what i told him. After a while i am getting a message that my order has been cancelled and they are charging cancellation fee also, even though i did not cancel it. I do not understand why should i pay cancellation fee on something which i have not even cancelled.
                                  When i contacted their customer care, they just directed me to chatbots (Computerized customer service) which obviously doesn't understand the customer problem and repeat the same thing again and again.
                                  It is saying that i contacted them to cancel the order which is completely false, i called them to convey special instructions about the order, not cancel it. Since they couldn't understand it, they cancelled it on their own. And when i called them, they will literally block your number. Seriously they have this much audacity to do this with the customers. They won't care to interact with you manually. As soon as you enter your registered number, a computerized voice will say we can't help you with your previous order.

                                    My order number #[protected] placed my order without even knowing if the resturant is open or closed. The delivery boy is calling me after 1:30 hour that the resturant is closed or he is not able to find the resturant and i am getting messages from swiggy that your order has been dispatched. But i did not get my order also.

                                    These kind of things were never expected from swiggy. I would never ever use swiggy again for ordering...

                                    Today i ordered 1 kadhai paneer & 2 pizza whereas i received only 1pizza and 1kadhai paneer. I complain to delivery boy but he didnt know anytjing about this. He said i will ask to restraint owner. My order no. Was [protected]. Now it is 01:50 pm.. I placed order at 11:30 pm. Repeatedcall there is no response... I called up several times.. But no response... So i want my money should refund.

                                      This is the first ever time i am ordering on swiggy. Worst ever service. It took 1hr 15 mins and still more will be taken itseems. Finally​ cancelled it as my hunger itself got satisfied on its own.
                                      I repeat, worst service i've ever seen in the first tike itself. Highly disappointed and frustrated due to your poorest service.
                                      I suggest you to please close your delivery system itself. What's the point in having this when you can't deliver food when someone's hungry in that too almost 2 whole hours to a home which is just 2 streets away from the drop location?
