I ordered food from subway via swiggy and the order was placed at 12:51 pm, according to the swiggy delivery policy the food should be delivered with in 24 mins. But it got by 13:43. And dont ask me about the delivery experiance. The delivery person was rude and i have to spend 10 long mins to navigate him to correct place. We order food so that we can sit peacefully at or place and enjoy our food. The food delivered is cold and as it is sub it was not even eatable as the bread became soft. I paid for the food and deserve to get the desired food in the time promised by the vendor...

    I ordered food from subway via swiggy and the order was placed at 11:02 am, according to the swiggy delivery policy the food should be delivered with in 30 mins. But it took alnost an hour to deliver it. And dont ask me about the delivery experiance. The delivery person was rude and i have to spend 10 long mins to navigate him to correct place. We order food so that we can sit peacefully at or place and enjoy our food. The food delivered is cold and as it is sub it was not even eatable as the bread became soft. I paid for the food and deserve to get the desired food in the time promised by the vendor. If they cant fulfil what they promise they should close this business or sell it to someone who can run it better. It was so embarrassing in front of my friend who came to meet me. It was such a poor customer experiance and the food delivered. Subway should stop doing business with swiggy. As they are ruining their name as if the food quality spoils due to poor or delayed delivery customer will not order again, specially customer like me. I love eating sub but experiance loke this will make me think twise.

    And this is not the first time i am experiencing poor delivery and policy abuse by the associates hired by swiggy.

    Upon asking for the return according to their policy the associate told me that he can return me 25 rupees out of 395. As if i am begging form him. I am not a beeping begger i am a food lover who like to enjoy food.

    I will also be posting this review/complain on googleplay store and on subway's website too.

    Please suggest swiggy to adher to their own policy and issue me a full refund.

      Swiggy your annoying me alot...

      i got wrapping paper ink printed on my food roll...check image.

      order id #[protected].
      its seriously quality issue...call me asap on [protected].

      i called on swiggy and agent over phone said...i habe initiated refund...it will relect in bank account.

      but later on i checked with another executive...he said no such reund initiated.

      why you people lied to me?????

      i want my refund 113/- that i paid netbanking.

      I ordered from swiggy and they didn't received the order . My money was deducted from paytm. And when I complaint about it they said it's a failed order and the money will be reflected back in my account in 24 hrs . It's been 4 days and I didn't get my money back . They are aying to talk to Paytm and Paytm executives are saying to talk to them.

        Swiggy delivering food without any hot box or bags in hyderabad. They are employing all rowdy elements and chain snatchers to deliver food to customers. They don't do any back ground check of delivery people. Horrible business concept to make money in market. They don't have dress code.. Don't have id... Don't carry any box or bags to deliver food.

        Hopeless swiggy. They should give food free if the delivery person delivers the food without bag or proper dress code. Can they take this challenge?

Rhea who got the deal cracked is not picking up the call, mr kushal our bm is not responding to my calls. I dont understand what is the use of so many tie ups if at all your team cant handle them. Need your assistance on urgent basis.

            Every now and then, orders are getting cancelled and refund takes a lot of time due to which we can't even ace a fresh order. Honestly this is really tarnishing your brand. People are now preferring uber eats foodpanda due to immediate refund even if the order is cancelled due to swiggy or restaurant problems. The customers don't have to suffer like this. I am a regular customer of swiggy and in last one month this is my 4th complain, either due to order cancellation or reluctance/rude behavior of delivery boy to come on exact location. There have been multiple instances where orders are marked delivered even when the delivery boy hasn't delivered anything. Please look into this, else you are going to lose customers and it's going to tarnish your image as a brand.

            Rider Mr Mangal singh refuse to deliver order at my location. According to him he has no profit reaching location. After long conversation to him, he said he cant come, talk to swiggy.

            I have already paid, if swiggy cant provide my order kindly refund me the money.

            I used swiggy first time, and had learn a lesson.

              Product not recieved even after waiting for 1.5 hours. Money was paid online. Product was under process. The delivery person was not informed about the same and it showed in his mobile that the order is cancelled. As a result, he was helpless.
              This is entirely pathetic.
              The money was refunded after 1.5 hours. But what about the harassment caused during this time?
              Outrageous. Disappointing. Made a mistake ordering

                I ordered One Bahubelly Thali from bahubelly restaurant Indira Nagar Lucknow.

                To my surprise I received completely different Thali with 50% items missing from Thali.

                My other other Thali which was senapati Thali. Items in bahubelly Thali were same as of senapati Thali.

                Amount which I paid just got wasted.

                I will never go to this restaurant & advice everyone to not to go there.

                Restaurant seems to be a cheater. They charged 399 + tax & gave inferior Thali with Max items missing. Disgusting.

                  I ordered a large pizza from a nearby pizza store. Delivery by swiggy was really disheartening. The pizza delivered to me was completely dislocated. All the toppings and cheese had shifted to one corner leaving the base at it's place. Also i didn't have any contacts of the delivery man once the delivery was done. I tried calling customer service but was left unanswered.

                  I already paid the amount thru ptm.

                  Total amount is RS 314.

                  Complain to customer care but no one responded properlly.

                  I told them that at the mid night where I can get food so asked for replacement but no one support.

                    Ordered lunch thru swiggy from a very well-rated restaurant. Added a dessert with extra cost.

                    Had two problems with swiggy that make their systems, their delivery boys and their control over their delivery boys entirely suspect.
                    1) the delivery boy rang, claimed the dessert is not available. I said fine, let's just deduct from bill. He claimed the cost of the dessert was bundled into the total bill and couldn't be unbundled. So no reduction. When i explained it was an add on they agreed.
                    2) the delivery was made to the wrong address. The delivery boy rang three or four times, practically held us hostage to an impossibly high amount to re-deliver to the correct address requested. Each time we convinced him to re-deliver at a fair additional rate but despite that he did not budge. Swiggy intervened, requested him to reduce his 'quote', cajoled him even, but could not persuade him.

                    We had no option but to cancel the order - after a loooong, unsuccessful wait for lunch.

                    Very, very disappointed in you, swiggy. Deplorable standards of customer service.

                      We ordered chicken combo and our order id is order #[protected]. Swiggy delivered the worst half-cooked chicken which was bleeding the real blood. We opened and thrown that away. They charged 250 for the food and they refunded just 104. So we spent 146 to buy an uncooked food and just throw away. Very worst response and service from swiggy. We are totally disappointed with the worst service who never care about the customer's health.

                        This is my worst experience with any online merchandise. I ordered food on 31st aug 2018.
                        1. Swiggy application is unreliable which usually take wrong address and no option to enter manually.
                        2. Swiggy cancelled order themself and putting penalty charges on customers. They don't bothered about customer and not willing to check about the concern.
                        3. Same time their delivery boy visit at delivery point and asking that your order has been canceled and i can deliver the order if the payment can be given in cash. Asked payment amount is more than the amount already paid for online order. — excellent
                        3. There customer care executive are sitting there to give one reply only that we can't do anything then why swiggy had giving such help option and deputed such customer care executive.
                        Finally swiggy is made for worst services, cheating to customer, creating inconvenience to customer and wasting time.

                        I need my full amount of refund along with 100% penalty by twiggy.

                          I'm from chennai i have ordered chilly beef in red box and i have received the item less quantity with eaten and give to me what the # are swiggy doing i donno no i'm facing this issue second time. We having trust in swiggy thats what people will ordering the food in swiggy.. I didn't expect to see this kind in swiggy.. People don't do order in swiggy and don't trust to receive good food quantity. They are cheating us.. We need to throw the swiggy out of sea because they don't take action our queries.. Get lost swiggy i'm not going to order in swiggy hereafter and then i'm not going to refer swiggy to my friends and colleagues.

                            I order in swiggy but in food i got some dirty hair & somthing smelly white thing on it that totally spoil & then i contact to swiggy they said we only take feedback on that & i told swiggy to arrange a call for me they said no option to call!                               Today i order 2 veg sikh subway roll from swiggy at my near station from aundh pune but when i complete my order and go for payment option i pay by my debit card and what i see my i got message from my bank there is 365 rs is deducted from my account at 14.06pm and then swiggy app give me error message as transection failed it happens two times in today so m complainting for i dont get my order but i lost 730rs please refund me my money as soon as possible thank you

                                This is regarding delivery order number [protected] in parel, mumbai.
                                Order placed at 7:00 pm on 01.09.2018. Order canceled by swiggy delivery person mr rizwan patel at 7:40 pm citing not finding address, even though address is properly mentioned on the website.
                                Also mr rizwan talked rudely on phone with me.
                                Till date 50+ deliveries have been delivered successfully at this address.
                                However delivery canceled by swiggy delivery person himself and i was charged rs 75 for cancellation!
                                Completely unprofessional behaviour by swiggy and their delivery personnel.
                                Kindly refund my cancellation fee, and ensure this is not repeated.

                                  Just today, i had received a call from some bloody lowlife # from your company trying to play around with me. The phone was passed on to others and they kept laughing and asking for my address and bank account details.
                                  I am a resident of bangalore and am shocked with the atrocious behaviour of your employees.

                                    I ordered food from chowman through swiggy on 31st august, 2018. At around 10:18 pm i received a call from a phone number [protected] which lasted for only 20 secs and cut off as i tried to receive the call. There was no information that the call was from swiggy. I called this number four times from 10:56pm to 11:43pm. Every time i got the same response that "the number is incorrect. Please check the number." while checking the phone i found that there was a message from swiggy that, "your order #[protected] has been cancelled since you failed to respond to our delivery executive's calls."
                                    May i ask swiggy that who the so called "delivery executive" was who could not deliver the food even the restaurant is hardly 2 kms away from my home? My building, being a single tower may not receive the phone connection at times at upper floors. But couldn't the 'executive' call me once more and that too for a longer time? What special instruction does he need to deliver food to a well known building? Why does swiggy harass the customers by appointing such inefficient "delivery executives"? Is this my failure to answer your "delivery executive's" call or it's his failure to find your customer's address? I consider it as an unacceptable customer treatment from swiggy.

                                      we ordered food on swiggy from restaurant named Indian zaika which is in Airoli navi mumbai, Maharashtra.but eating the food my brother got sick.so to verify things I went to check the restaurant but the address i went to throw me out of cliff.there is no such kind of restaurant existed.there is another restaurant named sai Leela.
                                      so basically there is two different name restaurant under one roof and both are registered under swiggy. so we can understand what kind of hygiene and quality is been maintained since there is no one vulnerable for the situation.
                                      and then when I was looking around I found there in house menu that surprised me that price of the in the menu is half of what is been charged on swiggy web site.
                                      what I understand from my knowledge they double the price and show that its been 30 %to 40% discounted.basically they just make fool out of customer in the name of discount .
                                      so I don't understand how can a big brand let the restaurant do such kind of things to there loyal customer.
                                      or there is some kind of commission involved to let this kind of thing happen.
                                      I will really appreciate if the company realize the seriousness of the situation and take a respective measures. or we the local customers take this issue in our hand and spread the awareness to the social media and deal with the situation.
                                      I don't expect any kind of return from the company or the restaurant.
                                      all I expect is this kind of customer frauding people should be band out. and by proper checking should be done before letting this people in .
                                      Because its the matter of customer health and honesty towards they value of there money.

                                      I placed an order on 19th of August 2018 from lucky restuarent Alkapuri Hyderabad..restuarent management cancelled the order and promised to repay the billed amount of Rs/-258.00 with 4 to 5 days ..I still didn't receive the amount..when tried calling on restaurant there is no response. How long will it take to get back my paid amount ??
                                      He talked rudly and he was at home. We have call recording. What kind of service is this?

                                        Issue Description: As usual """worst delivery executive"""" and """""worst support executives""". Delivery boy discussed rudely on call and make fun of me while I shared exact address and location. He was not even close to the location at that time and delivery boy making """fool""" by saying he reached destination location, but the blind executive has not seen his location from the map. Previous also faced the worst experiences by your worst company.

                                        After that I requested them multiple times to delete my account. As initially, they told me we can do in 24 hours, then say 24-48 hours and now making fool of customers.

                                        Their delivery boys are worst, as their behaviour is like they don't know how to talk and not listening to the instructions carefully. This not happened the first time it's their alternative exercise. Even one of executive make fun of serious issue.
