Hi team,

This is very disappointing to get such a disappointing and threating services from swiggy team.

I have place an order (No. [protected]), which did not delivered but i received an email that "your swiggy order no. [protected] has been delivered" which was unprofessional,

Also when i try to contact deliver person he was lying to me that he came at my home but i did not open my doer, i have confirm with my watchman and neighbors and as per them such person did not arrived in our building also if deliver cannot able to search my place why cannot he call me?

Even i called delivery person after receiving an email and tried to convey delivery person to come to my home again and i will stand outside the building to show the correct place, so he denied and he told me he will come after one hour or he told me if i want my order than come to his place which is very threating (You cannot ask such thing to customer), if i able to do that i can go the hotel and i can get my own food why should i take help from swiggy.

When i contact swiggy help desk asking for an help, this time deliver guy again called me and asked my address but as i don’t trust this guy i asked him don’t called me again and i have also told him i am talking to swiggy help desk so this time he said “jo karna hai wo karo”, i don’t think this is the correct way to talk to disappointed customer.

I sent multiple follow up email to [protected]@swiggy.in but they did not revert me yet.

Also it has been a 1 week now they promise me to refund my amount which was not yet done till now, i was doing regular follow up but swiggy team did not respond me correctly every time they say it refund has been given but they did not provide me any prof which i will check with my back if there is problem from there end.

I want your help to take necessary action and i am expecting justice from you guys.

    My order number [protected], to check the status of the delivery i have called delivery executive, suvankar mondal ([protected]), he responded very rudely and disconnected in mid of the call and didn't confirmed the delivery expected time. Swiggy is a very good brand and being a regular buyer, accepting such kind of behavior is not acceptable. Please look into the matter. Thanks richie.

    Generally i order food from a restaurant named GRUB CLUB from swiggy, but some days before i was passing by the restaurant and thought to give order from it. To my surprise each item is 20 rs. more than it is on swiggy. What a cheater. They are continuously cheating on people.

      I had ordered food from om sweets gurgaon sector 14 on 6th october 2018 (Saturday) in the evening, the order was not placed but the money of amount 439 got deducted from my account, neither did i get my order nor were any members from swiggy available to help me out with the issue through call or chat, do look into the matter and refund my money asap.

        On september 30 i ordered food from deepam tiffin centre at last it was cancelled. I received a msg from you guys stating refund will be within 5-6 days now its been over 10 days and u guys have not processed it yet. I won't pay any cancelation fee as it was your delivery executive who said me to cancel since the product was not available. Iam trying to chat with you guys since morning but no one seems to respond. Worst customer care and service. All the fee and other payments are deducted on time from customers account the for what fckn reason u guys are not processing refund. Respond asap or u may expect my laywer to get invlovled in this issue shortly.

          Being a regular customer on swiggy, i'm highly disappointed from them this time. When the delivery person called me for the address he said "tum log address vagairah toh kuch daalte nahi ho". When i asked him to check again, he said "haan dikha toh raha hai address"
          I said "toh kyun bol rahe the?"
          To which he replied "haan haan ab zaada aintho mat, samjhe na"
          Very disappointed swiggy, please teach some ettiquetes to your delivery executives.

            I called in to cancel my order within 5 mins of placing it... The guy girish who was assisting me on chat wanted to know the reason... After informing him that i changed my mind he did not cancel the order and made the guy wait in front of the restaurant for half an hour. Instead when i informed girish that it hasn’t been cancelled and the pick up guy is still waiting n repeatedly calling me over the phone girish was very rude and abusive. This is the first time i placed order from swiggy and no wonder the rating and review of swiggy is so pathetic!! Firstly they need to appoint people as customer service representatives who are ready to help instead of being rude and abusive. It wasted all of our time specially the guy who was waiting to pick up the order!! Strict action should be taken against girish order no [protected]

              Till now, i sent three mails to [protected]@swiggy.in; [protected]@swiggy.in and there is no response

              I had ordered food on 22nd sept'18 for amount rs. 364/-. The amount got deducted from my sodexo account (Proof of deduction attached in mail) but, order didn't get placed /transaction failed and as on date the amount didn't get reversed

              I called the same day to the customer care and the concerned rep. Confirmed the transaction failure and said it will be reversed in two days. When the transaction was not reversed even after 5-7 days, i tried to reach customer care and came to understand that it will take more time for reversal, if the transaction is made through sodexo. Now it is more than 12 days and it is still pending!

              On 5th oct'18, i called customer care and the representative told me that there is no such transaction on 22nd september'18, what a mess!

              On 5th oct'18 again one more transaction failed and this time the amount was rs. 508/-. Same story, the customer care rep. Told me that, transaction will be reversed in two days

              Since this is second such incident in a span of 10-12 days, i have a doubt on transparency of swiggy systems. How can you deduct the amount first, then think whether to place order or not?. First, you need to ensure the order is placed and only then, you should deduct the amount. If the transaction fails, you can always cancel the order with restaurant. Second, why you take so long to reverse the transaction, so that customer can forget and forego? It should be instantly reversed.

              Request, kindly look into both the issues and reverse the transaction on priority at the earliest

                I had ordered a veg biryani dish but got delivered the non veg biryani dish. Do please take the strict action against it.

                The details are :
                I ordered the food using swiggy app.
                I ordered paneer dum biryani but what they delivered was egg dum biryani

                When i talked to them they were not ready to listen my problem moreover when i talked to swiggy delivery person then he was ignoring the issue.

                I really need you to strict action against the swiggy and biryani-e-nawab, kaishambi

                  What was supposed to be a 29minute delivery, because of the delivery guy, became more than an hour. No response on the chat platform, except for fake sympathy. Order for the burger meal was placed at 9:38pm, did not reach till 10:40pm. The delivery guy happily went away a kilometre and half more than where the delivery location and lord knows what eggs he was hatching there till i called him. He said he'd be here in 5 minutes, but took him another 25minutes to reach. I walk faster than he rides. Anyways, for the rs. 322/323 that i spent i got cold and clammy food. And i don't know who's going to refund me for the massive inconvenience caused. A 29 minute delivery taking 45 minutes is understandable. But what happened today was atrocious. Absolute waste of money and time and get to eat some ice cold burgers and fries. This better be looked into, or... Well, i love my sarcasm and i will ensure i rip swiggy apart and the little delivery guy who took the order. If needed bk too.

                    I have been struggling since a month to get my restaurant register with swiggy. I have shared everything on mail and received signature confirmation mail from them but after that, they are not replying. Followed up with them 100 of times but they are testing patience level.

                    Atleast i should be informed about the updates. And also they have not uploaded the contact number. All their numbers are not reaching.

                      I am sharing a feedback here as i find the swiggy delivery guys very ruthless on the road and have no regards to traffic rules at any given point of time.in order to deliver food to a customer, they cannot put their own and others' lives in danger. Changing lanes or turning right or left or u turn without indicating, driving on the wrong side, breaking red light and what not. I did not want to wait for an accident or incident to happen before i report this.

                      It is not just swiggy, i am writing to but i am going share a similar feedback with service providers as well.

                      I hope you take this matter seriously and take an action against this.

                        I called cc to report bad quality food for order #[protected]. Ph - [protected].

                        I am happy with the delivery services. But when i got the food, i was highly disappointed so i thought of reporting the issue.

                        And mr. Adil who answered the call was an amazing service genius. Kindly find the details below-

                        1) he asked me not to order at night from swiggy as i told him, i had bad exp. With the food that is served t night.

                        2) he said, we have a data base where people have ordered the same dish and have no complaint and its you who is having it.

                        To put it in a laymen language, he first asked me not to use your services and in the second he called me a lier in humble words.

                        Well may be major chunk of the customers who order at night are either drunk or smoked up to not know what they are eating. Well i am none, i just came late from work and was expecting a decent meal.

                        I have stayed on my own and i know how old frozen food smells an tasted when heated up several times. I even requested the delivery guy to take the food or may be to taste the food to authenticate my statement.

                        I do not have much to say, but food delivery or any sort of catering services are based on customer experience and this is what i get? Awful food and too arrogant cll centre response.

                        I still remember appreciating you guys when i and my friend was invited at your office near jyoti niwas college below net cracker office kormangala when you gifted us some playing cards and all. I never expected you guys to fall so low once you have a stable revenue targets achieved.

                          On 30 september, 2018, i ordered food from swiggy and the money got deducted from my bank account but the order was not confirmed from their side. My order no.#[protected]
                          I tried calling the customer care no. but there is no option for this kind of query to talk to the required person . There used to be a chat option in the app but now it has been replaced by call which no one receives.
                          I am completely unsatisfied with swiggy's refund policy.

                              This incidence took place on sunday evening 30/09/18 when i wanted to place an order for dinner. I wanted to order from 'Taste of Hyderabad' restaurant located on Dhole patil road, Pune which was roughly 9kms from my residence (Satara road). I placed the order at 7:10 pm and paid through netbanking, for which the order got confirmed. Now here i was aware of the fact that delivery would be far so initially i checked foodpanda app who promptly displayed that they cannot deliver at selected location. So i chose swiggy knowing that Swiggy promotes and delivers anywhere in the city or also they never mention that they cannot deliver at specific areas, for which i proceeded with my order.

                              I got a call from service center at around 7:30 pm asking whether parcel is delivered or not for which i mentioned that i didn't, neither was i expecting it so quickly, the restaurant being far.

                              Now here starts the problem;
                              At 8:00 pm i get another call from service center, a lady spoke saying that maybe you must have entered wrong address for which i told her that i haven't and its perfectly correct. (How can i enter my postal address wrong when I'm living here for last 28 years)
                              She said the delivery boy is seeing your location 130mtrs from the restaurant whereas it actually is 9kms. What the delivery boy sees or how your app is linked to them shouldn't be my concern when i have entered my address which actually is 9kms away! Still i told her to take him on conference call which she did, now the boy said its far and he cannot deliver or he asked for 50-100rs extra payment. The swiggy lady asked ME if i can pay the extra amount to which I got annoyed and asked her why cant your company handle it on their level at such situation when its a about just 100rs versus a question of customer service AND the company's fault. She confirmed that she will speak with her manager and revert back.

                              Now i get 2nd call 15 mins later from a guy saying we are sorry we cannot deliver it now.(its was around 8:20 already) i got pissed and told him that firstly, Swiggy says you can deliver anywhere and that's why i trusted and ordered and PAYED online. Secondly, you took more than one hour to tell me this problem when people are waiting to dine and now you just say sorry instead of coping with situation ? He repeated the lady's words of getting back in 10 mins... which he never did, and here's the fun part, i get a message after 15 more minutes that my order has been cancelled and i was charged 75 rupees, rest amount will be refunded in 2-4 working days.

                              So it isn't a question about paying100rs to the delivery guy or the deduction of 75rs but the way employees are trained to deal a situation or how a company delegates its responsibility. Shouldn't the purpose or vision clear enough till the roots ? Clearly swiggy avoided the situation by cancelling the order and not handling it !

                              Anyway please look into the matter as i wouldn't like it to make it public or go on forums if handled carefully AND QUICKLY from here, just don't persuade me to do so. And i do need my entire money back without 1paisa deduction.
                              Also if you need to contact me, you have it in your database linked with the order number.

                                I ordered a birthday cake from otik cake shop through swiggy in Noida. The same was delivered in broken condition. I stopped the DE after checking the same and talked to swiggys helpline. But I was told that the cake would not be replaced or returned.My whole birthday party was ruined and my money thrown down the drain.order id-[protected]. I spent about 500 rupees for that cake and the company refused for a refund. The maximum they said was 125 rupees which was inadequate and unfair. After all who buys a broken birthday cake. Please resolve the issue.

                                  Food is not being delivered at the right address. If the address mentioned is 10th floor, the food should be delivered at the same address. The security just needs the delivery boy to show his driving license/any other govt id proof to allow him in. Most of the delivery boys end up mentioning that they are not carrying their driving licence or any other id. Most of them make this excuse just to save some time, forgetting that when we are in office we might be in meetings and it becomes extremely difficult to go all the way down to the main reception just to pick the order.
                                  As delivery boys, the least they are expected is to deliver the food at the right address and carry their driving license. Both seems to be an issue here.
                                  When we order food, the last thing we expect is to pick an argument with the delivery boy. It becomes even worse, when at times when the food is not even sealed.

                                  Please ensure that the delivery boys deliver the food at the right address with a right attitude, this is the least expected from a company like swiggy.

                                  Please also note, that i have given this feedback several times on the app with no improvement seen.

We are working in a reputed IT company...Many occassions, Even at late night (1 AM) during tough project times, we had our dinner happily by ordering with you... Kindly refund the balance amount or do the needful...

                                    Sir i have ordered food from swiggy order no#[protected] at bikaner restaurant noida sector 76 around 8:15 pm dated 30 september 2018. When i received the order and open it for having dinner it was smelling badly. I contactcted to the restaurant they refused that food was the wrost quality and said to contact swiggy for complaint about wrost food. I tried to make the contact to swiggy but i couldn't. Then i talked to delivery executive he said that swiggy is only responsible for food delivery not about food quality. I was helpless because i paid for better food but received bad food which can be cause of food poisoning.

                                      I haven't received my money back by the swiggy delivery boy named Amit awasthi in Lucknow from the shop urban dhaba. I paid 150 though the amount was 130, please make my money return or I won't prefer anymore in future.its seriously makes a very bad effect of your company that the delivery man takes away the money and the place where he reached to take food is also being not informed yet.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        Today i ordered Masala Dosa(Rs80) + 1-Plate Vada with Sambhar(Rs70) thru Swiggy @ Dwarka, New Delhi Restaurant thru Swiggy(Food Delivering Company). But i didn't received my Full Order i.e. Vada Item with Sambhar (worth Rs 70)was missing. And the delivery boy attitude was also very rude. His name is "Sanchit Srivastav" & his contact No is : +91-[protected].

                                        Anyhow he just left my Vada Order @ the Restaurant or might be dropped somwhere (not sure)- lolz. As u know i pay the whole my Billed Amount online.
                                        And when he came to delivered my Incomplete Order- i just cross-checked my Order & asked him to bring my other items(i.e Vada + Sambhar). After giving me some sort of assurance he just told me that within few minutes he'll gonna picked that thing from the Restaurant & delivered to me.
                                        But he didn't came back & also didn't picked my call- tried multiple times.
                                        I need my refund i.e. Rs 70 ASAP or whatever would be the penalty amount that will levied on Company -as per the rule. Because this a very humiliating moment for me.
