Swiggy has delivered me some spoilt food because of the way the have packed they're package. I have paid rs730 for the food through amazon pay and the money was deducted at time of order. After the delivery was made i have been trying to contact every staff possible and all of them kept saying it is out if their hands and they cannot do anything. They wasted a lot of my time. Firstly by making me wait for an order that was not even edible. Secondly by wasting my time through the useless staff who cannot resolve the issue in any way. I've asked the staff to transfer it to a higher authority and they say they cannot do that either. Swiggy has been a fraud company and have been looting many people in the past years. Please never pay online and only pay cash on delivery or they will take advantage of you. I need a full compensation for this swiggy. If you guys are going to waste more of time then it'll only get worse and i will end up making your company pay more than the orders compensation. Look into this quickly and stop spoiling your name by making your customers go through such hassle.

Hi. I ordered from McDonald's on 16th September. It was online payment. While delivery boy came I wasn't at my home and he has taken Cash from my home. Swiggy is saying that he hasn't taken cash. Need support on this. No proper customer care service in swiggy. Please research and get it resolved asap

    I have placed a food order in Swiggy on 25th september at 11:21 PM. Swiggy assigned a delivery boy Patil.After waiting for more than 30 minutes, I called Swiggy at around 11:54 pm.and received a response that order will be delivered within 15 minutes.Delivery boy picked up the order and called me to enquire the address.But after me waiting for 20 minuted for him at my location he did not come and he unasssigned the order.My order got assigned to another delivery boy and he called me telling that the order has been already picked up and cant do anything so he escalated to swiggy.

    Swiggy people instead of getting in contact with the first delivery boy for order, simply called me at 12:30 26th September and telling lies that the item is not available so order will be cancelled.When i asked about the first delivery boy, they accepted the truth that item has been taken by the first delivery boy.Then i asked them to order from any other available restaurant or contact that first delivery boy for which they accepted.But again at 12:50 am they called back telling that nothing can be done from their end even ordering from a different restuarant although they are the providers itself.

    Because of Swiggy's irresponsible behaviour this is the seventh time i am facing issue .So I request to take a very severe action on Swiggy.

      I’m writing this in sheer disgust at the way Swiggy services it's customers.
      Being a vegetarian, I placed an order for Mexican Spicy panner burrito. After waiting for over an hour to get my order delivered, an executive finally turned up with my order. Relieved that my order had been finally delivered, I just grabbed a bite of the burrito and found something amiss. Upon closer inspection, to my utter horror discovered that there was not a single piece of panner in it and found some pieces of chicken.I quickly came to the realization that what I had gotten was not a panner burrito but was instead a chicken burrito!
      Reaching the customer care was even more of a task than I had imagined. It took about the same time for me to reach the customer service executive and explain my problem as it did to get my order delivered. While there was no response to my chat in which I had attached relevant pictures, I tried my luck with call. It took me 3 calls and 2 hang ups(from the customer service executives) to get to the customer service executive and explain my problem the 3rd time. After explaining my problem, the executive again placed me on hold and what seemed like an endless wait came back to the phone and apologized for the mistake. He assured me that he would take it up with the restaurant. When asked how he would seek to resolve the issue from Swiggy’s end to me as a customer he simply said that the amount paid would get refunded(which is what one would expect, given that a wrong order had been delivered) since a replacement was not possible at that time(It was already 10.50PM)
      When told that processing refunds was what was expected, given that Swiggy hadn’t delivered what I had ordered, he said nothing else could be done. Can you imagine? Swiggy delivered a non veg item to a vegetarian (and this was not even a simple mix up of 2 vegetarian items).By then, nearly 3 hours had already elapsed from the time my order was placed (Not to mention that I hadn’t had my dinner and there was no place I could get dinner from at that time of the day, so I had to go to bed hungry).Swiggy claims to be ‘Hunger Saviour’ but what it in fact became last night is ‘Hunger Taunter’ . I'm writing this to warn any other gullible customers who might potentially face something similar.
      PLEASE NEVER EVER ORDER FROM SWIGGY. ZOMATO IS A FAR BETTER OPTION!

        Hi Team,

        I was worked in swiggy for 3 weeks, in the initial 1st week i received amount from customer (COD) and the amount transfered to swiggy account by UPI payment mode. For that week after i paid the paid i didnt received my salary.Swiggy team informed that we will rectify the issue. i complained many times. Still i was not received the amount.

        Also the team told that resign the job if you not intrested. I resighed and paid 250 rupees for final settlement, But i dont know why i paid the amount.

        After resign only you will get the amount. Also you will receive security deposit of 400 rupees.

        Please take necessary action, to refund my amount.

          I have ordered from one of the restaurant. After sometime some lady from swiggy called me saying that your order cant be delivered as the restaurant is closed. But after sometime its showing food delivered and swiggy people have no idea whats happening.
          Its happen quit often now a days and i have felt harassed like hell in the morning for breakfast.
          The support team is so pathetic that they reply like automatic ones.
          I need strict action against this company who are playing with consumer money.

          I have ordered my food thru swiggy and did not received the order and made me to cancel after 3hrs of waiting.I have order the food on 9.00 am and I have to cancel the order after 12a.m
          Bad behaviour by your delievery executive on talking rudely, lying, arguing i need to talk about this i need a call or else i move the consumer court.i am a regular customer of yours i need immediate action on the same.

            I have been waiting for this order for one hour and the delivery boy picked up the order but didnt deliver to me.
            When i called him about 15-20 min after the order has been picked up the delivery boy clearly said he cannot deliver the order and you please cancel the order
            He even didnt call me to inform that because of some problem he cannot deliver the order. I strictly want my refund back and compensation for the same

              This is the second time i am complaining about the same issue. Order items are shown available on the app, the customer is tricked, the restaurant says the order is unavailable and then cancelled, the customer loses the money and swiggy is not even apologetic about it. The refund is provided in 3-4 days, so i can't even immediately place a fresh order now. Really disappointed with it. Tried contacting the customer service but no response from them after calling again and again (I don't know if it is intentional), so i'm reaching out to consumercomplaints to express my dissatisfaction. If any items are not available, please remove them from the app or don't show the restaurant itself, but you can't mislead customers all the time. Items i'm ordering are expensive and i can't wait for 3-4 days for the refund. Also horrible guys at customer service, they are always unavailable and even it available, they don't even suggest a proper solution nor are they apologetic of their fault of waiting customers wait and canceling the order. Please note: if you don't have a particular item, please don't show it a ailable so that we can at least order the same order elsewhere. Your brand name is spoilt due to your irresponsible attitude showing least concern for customers, not giving refund on time.
              There is no reliability because the order can get cancelled anytime. Worst app ever

                I ordered some combo from madurai idly hotel and it has been accepted and confirmed. While i waiting for my order, i recieved a call saying that the item i ordered is not available and i am suggested to pick some other item. First of all, they should not have picked my order if item is not available. Secondly, if it is not available, immediately they should have informed me instead of informing me after half an hour. Thirdly, after some time i am asked to cancel my order. Why should i cancel my order when it is the hotel who confirmed the order and then later says item is not available?

                  First of all that for your mail asking me regarding my issue but rather than mailing me you could have called me.

                  Anyways, today i ordered my lunch using swiggy pop feature and order got confirmed also but after 10 mins i received a call from your customer care team that order has been cancelled by the restaurant.

                  Then, i again ordered with swiggy from the same restaurant (Chaitanya paratha) and again restaurant confirmed my order. After a wait of 15-20 mins i got a notification that the delivery person has reached the restaurant and will pick my order soon. When there was was no update for another 15 mins, i directly called your delivery person for the update. He said, restaurant has asked him to wait for sometime.

                  Meanwhile, i started chating your customer care regarding the same. They also asked me to wait for some time. At the same time your delivery person call me that it will take another 15 mins aa there is rush at the restaurant.

                  Finally, after a wait of 1 hr i received a call from your customer care that the restaurant has again cancelled your order. I was literally surprised that how can they cancel any order after 1 hour.

                  You people kept me hungry for 2 hours and gave me mental trauma. Not at all expecting this kind of service from swiggy.

                  Note:- i went to the same restaurant to check the availability of the item. Both the item were available with the restaurant. So, either your team or the restaurant were making fool out of me.

                  I ordered my food from swiggy, food never delivered and the delivery guy cancelled my oder . no call no show, proper address was mentioned there and there was a cancellation fee charged . this was something very bad .
                  The delivery boy also spoke to me rudely. Inspite of me telling you people that I don't that delivery boy to come and deliver but you guys sent the same person

                      This is sowjanya from bangalore, i ordered egg biriyani and i find chicken piece in egg biriyani. I am really pissed with kinda service u r providing. I donot prefer chicken and after having couple of bytes and find chicken in it makes me angry and bad for ordering in dwight. This is second time, i am having concern.                         Your delivery person are very short tempered they even not waiting for 10 mins and they are not responding properly. Today i have ordered 5 meals in a2b order no #[protected] person named prathap that delivery person behaving like a animal if the person located in 4th floor means swiggy will not deliver. Please let me know whether you people having any terms mentioned in your website if means i ll stop using swiggy because i used to order food regularly you people can check my order list.

                        There are some non vegetarian food items listed as vegetarian. Even after sending multiple emails to [protected]@swiggy.in with screenshots, they have not taken any steps to resolve the issue. They could correct it by contacting the concerned restaurants..but they simply lack the will to do it..

                          The person who came for this particular delivery had a very bad behavior n he got into fight with the watchman. N after we took the order by getting down near the gate, while leaving he again ended up abusing my father in law and sister in law n watchman. He was using bad slang words. He didn't want to follow the building rules and regulations of making a entry in register.

                            My food order got cancelled by default from swiggy and rs 935 was deducted for my order id:[protected] on 2nd sept. I got one message form swiggy that within 2-4 days my money will be returned but its not refunded.

                            I have sent mail also to swiggy support to return and they mailed me back that they with contact within 12-24 hours but after 4-56 days also i have not received any call from them, i am not sure if they will return my money also or not worst service from them..

Today lolipop ordered got some chicken but SWEET in taste. Nan ordered got [censored] of a nan with a pouch of Ghee / dalda for Rs 70 a piece

                              I ordered 6 items from swiggy today below are the details:-

                              Aloo gobhi -2
                              Kadhai paneer -1
                              Sahi paneer -1
                              Dal fry -2
                              But 2 items from above were missing one is kadhai paneer and other is aloo gobhi. I tried to contact customer support they said we will pass your feedback to restaurant. I ask them to refund money but they refused by giving excuse that their guidelines don't allow them to do so. I want people not to use this stupid app. They are fraud.

                              I had asked for kesar barfi which cost me 210 rs but instead i got rabri which would hardly cost 110 rs when i asked for at least compensate 100rs for the difference but they said we are really sorry

                                This delivery boy abhijit mondal (Contact number [protected]) doesn't know how to deal with the customers. He behaved very badly with my father. I gave him the exact location but he quarrelled with us that we have him a wrong location and we had no idea how to read google map. Please don't hire this type of delivery boyz.. They are very much rude next time i will be filing this complain to police

                                  Swiggy needs to employ literate people to deliver food. I had ordered a pizza from dominos which is near my residential area within 500 meters. I’ve been ordering from that place since childhood now and still the delivery boy (Akshay kadam) claims that he couldn’t get my address. Numerous deliveries have been made at my place and illiterate people like him don’t know how to talk to customers too. This was completely disappointing. I’m 100% sure that that guy must be lying about his identity as well. Never gonna trust swiggy and it’s employees.

                                  Full food is not being delivered . 30 percent of food is missing .When contacted the hotel they told they have given full quantity only . So the problem is with swiggy delivery boys . Take it serious and see what can be done . Totally upset and not worth it .

                                      Ordered food was unhyjenic and used stalen bread in burger moreover it wasnt eatable.

                                        I placed an order, today, 20th spetember at 2:18 pm. I received my order on time but it was the wrong order. I called the helpline and they told me that they'll send the replacement as soon as possible, i. E. Within 25-30 minutes. I didn't get the order. Then i messaged again and they tell me that the restraunt is too far for the executive. Now they have reassigned the person. It is already 3:50. I haven't got my order yet. This is the worst service i've ever got from swiggy. I had to leave for work at 4! When will my order come and when will i eat it. Total waste of time and money. You should be compensating for such carelessness.
