I have ordered for cheesy garlic bread from pizza hut velachery chennai but i have received a burned garlic bread with no cheese at all. Yesterday i had ordered the same dish and it was perfect with good packaging. I had no complaints. Today they have given it in a lousy paper packing the food was sick and burned and cold. Very dirty and oily. Very very disappointed. I need my refund. My grandmother has had the food and she has upset stomach. They need to pay for all this. I have tried contacting swiggy but they have not responded. Even through chats they ask for feedback and close the chat i have screenshot of all of it and pictures of the food. Very disappointed. I want a refund plus additional charges for dodging the customer. I was waiting for the food for my grandparents and i got really angry for everything they need to pay. They need to pay me a sum of one lakh swiggy and pizza hut. For giving bad food to me and making my grandmother sick. For making people consume bad food and get sick for playing with our emotions everything together they need to pay please take action. Please find attached proofs of me trying to contact them and the package and the burned spoiled food. Thanks and regards

    This is pertaining to order#[protected] placed on the swiggy app for burgers from burger singh.

    On paying upfront i received the following experience.

    I had children at home who wished to eat burgers for dinner and they did not eat the burgers and slept.

    1) unacceptable food quality delivered by swiggy as the burgers were all droopy cold and fries were dead.
    2) the items ordered were not delivered.
    3) it took more than 30 mins for a delivery to be done from a restaurant which is just 2 mins away.

    On top of this i was on the phone for over and hour with the customer service people who simply said they will just process the refund for the missing items.

    I request a just action here and do not need vouchers as you cannot just deliver improper food as your company advertises for lightening fast deliveries.

    We people need to understand the value of food and not just take it for granted.

    Request a full refund and a food inspector check to be done at burger singh chatterpur enclave branch.

    I called swiggy customer service and I was hung up on in a call that went in for.more than an HOUR.

    the chat which I tried to Initiate however it took swiggy over 15 mins to reply.

    Is this what you call customer service.????

      I have received different order what i have ordered. Even the restaurant man said that call to us we ll replace but i hav tring calling on swiggy help no continue sly but waing for more than half an hour so how to complain in court against swiggy in court. These companies are now running gud so there is no complain resolved by the company ther r enjoying on consumer money

        I had placed an order on 22 august 2018 for 1 matar paneer and 2 plain naan from bunty dhabha. My order no is [protected] and amount paid was 294 rupees.

        I ordered matar paneer but instead of my order i was sent matar chawal that is plain rice with some matar with 2 naan. I want a refund. How should i eat this with naan now? Worst app ever. These guys dont even pick up the call. I waited for 15 minutes on call hold.

          I ordered for food from Swiggy from Cafe Arabia located in Phoenix Market City Pune. I asked for the Shish Taouk only because it had a green dot next to it (which implies that the product is vegetarian) for a very very dear friend. When it arrived, and she had eaten a bit, we realised that it had Chicken in it.
          This made her extremely upset. When we tried complaining to Swiggy as well as the restaurant by calling them up, they were indifferent to the complaint and went on to give us an option of a replacement or refund.
          Firstly, the problem is not about the money, but of beliefs and faith, and secondly, a replacement is unacceptable as we lost trust in the restaurant.
          They (Swiggy and Cafe Arabia) simply put us off by blaming each other and calling it a mistake.
          I want to register this complaint so that this doesn't happen to anyone else, and also because my friend deserves some action to be taken against both parties.

            My name is Jay kumar, I am a student In ahmedabad. Contact no. +91-[protected]
            I recently ordered from this app swiggy on 22-08-18 at around 3:30 Order no #[protected].
            My food was supposed to be here at 4:30, Instead of that I got a notification at 4:20 that my food is delivered but actually I didn't receive the food and that is not the whole concern. I tried calling the delivery guy first and his phone was out of reach so I tried to connect to the swiggy chat support which had waiting time of 2 min to connect to the support executive, It's been 2 hours since I have messaged them no executive has responded, I then tried calling the swiggy call support more than 25 times, their Customer care no. is switched off, under what circumstances is the customer care no. switched off?
            After that I tried complaining on swiggy's website which supposedly wouldn't let me send my message forward. Then I tried even calling in the main branch of Mumbai, Pune and Banglore and all of them numbers were not in existence.
            At last I messaged them on Facebook and they said they will give me 50 rupees coupon, where as my order was alone for 120 Rupees.
            and all this is not about a refund. It's not about the money, it's about professionalism and support.
            And hence, I am Complaining here against them.

              I recieved stale and cold food from swiggy...the order was late by 2 hours and there was an item missing...when i tried contacting a customer care personal, they are not responding to any of my queries and are simply ignoring the fact their customer is waiting and are not scared of any action.Highly unprofessional behaviour from the company as they think customers time and money is of no value.False promises of timely deliver and no response from them shows the utter ignorance towards a customer.

                Your swiggy rider is denying to deliver my order claiming that his bike is broken, your chat is broken (That’s what it says on the app) and your customer service won’t respond to my calls. Thank god i didn’t prepay my order. It’s been more than half an hour i’ve been trying to get gold of you guys.

                Care to explain this? Or do you guys have excuses too for failing to the expectations set by your own advertisements?

                After an hour of my order being placed your rider calls me to pursuade me into cancelling my order. I wonder does anyone from swiggy notice why is it taking so long for the rider to reach the restaurant or is it really customer’s responsibility to make sure their orders are being taken care of?

                You guys should include that in your advertisement as a little warning “one of these days you might have to go to restaurant and cook your own food”

                  1 hour over, still no delivery executives are being assigned for my order.
                  No one is answering my call, trying multiple times form the last 20 minutes.

                  My order was of 12.56 pm, and now it s 1 hour still no delivery executive are assigned. I want a compensation for the same. I want my money back. As i have already paid for this order

                    On 2nd july i had order food for rs 447 which was thrice debited from my card. I called on the next day whr in executive of swiggy confirmed receipt of payment thrice and the two time wrongly debited will be revsd on 3 days. However till date swiggy have not refunded my amt nor giving me confirmation of non receipt so that i can take it with bank. Mails no reply.

                        I ordered food through your swiggy from singla's sweets on 18th august. When checked the order 1 item was missing from it and i had told the delivery boy but instead of helping the issue he already declared that the order was delivered without listening the issue properly. He said to contact swiggy executive but no help from there also. And he taken full money from us neither the missing item was delivered nor the money. When contacted to the executive there was no support. Totally disappointed from this and never ever gonna us this app.

                          I oreders behrouz biryani of 235 total and delivery person called me.
                          He kept me waiting for 2 hrs and finally did not deliver the order.
                          the company could have informed me earlier that there is an issue.
                          I am in IIT DELHI COMPUTER SCIENCE branch and was studying for Minor1 exam when all this huge loss of time took place.

                            I have ordered 300 gm white forest cake from cream and crust but when swiggy delivery went to the shop the order was not available in 300 gms so i changed my order and made it 500 gms white forest cake. Than in some time i got it delivered to my home. As i was out for some work so my another family member received that order. When i came home i found out that the cake was not white forest cake instead it was butter scotch cake. Now i ordered the cake for some ceremony and guest were already at my place so i had to cut that cake instead of complaining at that point of time. Inspire of changing my order due to unavailability of the same size cake, the order delivered was something else. I find this highly irresponsible and careless attitude of the team swiggy towards their customer.

But when the delivery boy tried to reach me I couldn't pick up. And when I picked the phone he was shouting at me and they wr saying I don't have any etiquette. Kindly ask your boys to behave and this was my first and last time in swiggy

                              My name is Amit chamoli and i ordered food from swiggy on 11th Aug. After payment when we started to open my food box then i found that received order is mismatch from my order with very poor quality which was really not eatable. Same time i called on customer care no. and asked to get this food return but they denied for the same and asked me to wait for 24 hrs. for my refund.

                              Also for the same i sent mail to swiggy email id and got Rs.125 coupon instead of my complete refund of Rs.320. I am trying to get my complete money but response is same as i received 1st time from swiggy.

                              Kindly help to get my amount as we did not even had that lunch due to poor quality.

                                Extremely annoyed and disappointed by the swiggy's customer service team. I placed an order on august 8, 2018 (Order id: [protected]) but the app did not place an order despite payment being deducted. When i contacted the customer service, they told me it will take 2-4 days for the refund to be initiated.

                                When i called them after 4 days, a rep by the name of christina told me that it will take another 48 hours since saturday and sunday are not working days. I waited for another 2 days and contacted a rep by the name of piyush mondal on 20th august. At this point they simply told me that swiggy has not received the payment and asked me to contact the bank for the same.

                                They made me wait for almost two weeks just to give me the information they could have provided on the first day itself. This is highly unethical and incompetent.

                                I expect a refund immediately from swiggy as promised during my first interaction.

                                  Misbehaving by delivery person near em bypass service road near mio amore when asked about if the product i ordered for 45 minutes back has arrived or not, he used slangs gathered some of his friends who were the locals of that very location and harassed me. He was riding a yamaha fz125 green coloured, and his complexion is black not so chubby not so thin, has a big belly.

                                    I had place order for food on 3rd august 2018 for rs 1753. It was debited from bank account twice.
                                    Order was place on kabab and curry jaipur thru swiggy. They delivered the food for rs.1753.00 but rest of rs. 1753 has not yet credited back into my bank account.
                                    I had contacted with my bank and bank is asking of confirmation from swiggy.

                                      I placed an order with swiggy on 12/08/2018. The payment was made online. However the order was cancelled by swiggy because of non availability of food. I was assured that i will get a refund in 2 to 3 business days. However i am yet to receive any amount. I contacted swiggy. They are telling me that refund was initiated by them and i need to contact my bank. This is what can be considered as pure harassment. Do i need to go to bank and place a request for refund everytime they cancel my order. Please help me.

                                        Swiggy has wasted my time as well as i had to bare hunger. Swiggy order no. #[protected]. I ordered mexican sandwich from shakti sandwich. Well, i ordered mexican sandwich from swiggy where the recommended the bestsellers sanwhich. The best seller sandhwich category has a mexican sandwich with a display picture of three bread layers grilled mexican sandwich. But i recieved only two layer simple mexican sandwich. Well, i aruged with siwggy and they told me that there's an option given whether you want grilles or ungrilled. But in reality, when you select that mexican sandwich from best seller category, it is simply added to the cart without any option of grilled or ungrilled. I aruged that to siwggy that instead of recieving grilled as per the display picture in best seller category, i aruged them for my inconvinence. After approx of 15 mins wasted over phone, they cancelled my order and said they will take it back. So i didnt get my sandwich and also wasted my time. Help me out with this thing asap.
