Dear Team,

This is to inform you that the food delivered today almost lead me to hospital. After mentioning in the special instructions the food was served with peanuts to which I'm allergic.

After which when i tried to consult the swiggy team, Mr. Syed Asad was assisting me on the chat, on which he was bluntly denying any responsibility of swiggy. On the other hand he infact told that the special instructions were not even given out.

Allergies are not a small thing, you need to be careful as this can even lead to death. I'm facing irritation and uneasiness because of missing out on a small detail by the restaurant.

I would like to see my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

    I ordered three time from swiggy in past and my luck all the orderes i received were pathetic.
    I m sure u guys meant only to loot money from customers.

    Its difficult to reach u for previous orders for follow ups
    And chat is so hell time taking
    I ordered pizza and coke from dom's pizza
    I did not receive coke with my pizza anf pizza received was cold as ice

    Do u think customer is paying for cold food and missing items
    And ur chat team says they wont give me my money back since they have compensated me in past..

    Well let me remind u compensation comes in picture only when u give pathetic service to ur customers

    Ur service is really down market
    I want my money back or else i am postinb this chat on social media to let people know how u loot people by charging money and not sending complete order and then refusing from refunding money.

      I placed my order on swiggy on 26 august 2018 from my mobile no [protected]. The order for special paneer bhature chhole 2 plates from /lahori restaurant at vasant kunj, it was prepaid order. The delivery guy came with the order and when we opened to have the order, i was shocking to see the quality of 'chhole bhature paneer wale'
      It was just local market item and no paneer or standard food for which i paid rs.190/-. The next 4 hours i was harrased by swiggy customer care i called them multiple times with waiting for several minutes but no response. Then i called up lahori and they didn't reply well.
      I will not suggest anyone to order from swiggy if such type of food delivered at ur end.

I was being issued a refund of 75 wherein the meal cost 354. I didn't ask for refund. I wasn't even helped with replacement. Terrible service

      I tried calling customer care as well as delivery boy but no one responded
      At last I had to cancel my order
      I didn't not like swiggy's service
      I havee ordered a pizza from Javazzi's pizza chandkheda nd They havee not received any order and big thing is that my money has deducted. I have ordered before one hour and they did not get my order.

        At the time of order u r showing delivery charges and at the time of delivery... The charges are different and its double actually.. I dont know the reason. Today i ordered tomato rice at sri raghavendra restaurant,, when i am ordering its sows me rs.35 is delivery charges but the person who delivered he shows it was rs.60.. My item was 65 nd the delivery charges also.. And i was ordered first time the coupon alson applied at the time of order,, but in the delivery time it was missed.. It was waste of money and time in ordering in swiggy.

        I haven't received my food ordered but on tracking it says delivered... It was ordered on 22/08/2018 at Fatoosh RA puram Chennai
        The food ordered from banglar heshel in bagha jatin area of Kolkata through swiggy was found stale and spoiled. The fish was rotten and also the shukto. My Order #[protected].
        The food was served within time but the food was totally unedible and the amount of Rs. 388 paid was wasted. I request immediate action against this reataurant.

          I placed my order on swiggy on 23 august 2018 from my mobile no [protected]. The order was from pahari caterers in kalkaji order id [protected] it was a prepaid order. The delivery guy named rintu das took the food and gave it to his friends to eat. He had the audacity to call me and abuse me and said that swiggy has not been paying him for 3 months. Den over the next 4 hours i was harrased by swiggy customer care i called them multiple times with waiting for several minutes. Everytime they told me that some senior cc will call me place an order and give me the compensation bt nothing happened. I did not get any food or refund forget about the compensation. I wasted my time money and effort. I need a full compensation from swiggy.

          I placed an order on swiggy and the update was delivery in 30 minutes and no update on the order at all. Best part is that they do not have mail support / phone support / chat support and you are clueless as to whether your order will arrive

            wrong items delivered

            I ordered a certain food item from swiggy (Order #[protected]) however what i received was totally different. On contacting them they said that they can only take feedback and could not do anything further.
            On requesting to talk to a manager i was hunged up on saying someone will call back in 20 mins but that did not happen either. This is not the first time that they have done this....

            At about 12.30pm, on 22.08.2018, we ordered, through swiggy to get the parcel food (Non vegetarian meals with curries and one thantoori chicken) from ponnusamy hotel/adyar, for an amount of rs. 289.00 and the same was got delivered at 1.10pm. While consuming that food, after an hour it was understood that the rice supplied was not fresh, but stale and it was in spoilt condition. The entire rice delivered was wasted. We request you to provide the following:
            1. Action against whom responsible for the food in spoilt condition either swiggy or ponnusamy
            2. Action to bear the waste of money paid
            3. Action against whom a complaint to be made in the consumer court for the negligence or planned error

              Today (22.08.2018) we ordered biryani from spicy house bangalore through swiggy. And shockingly we found an insect in the biryani pack. We never expected this kind of irresponsibility from the restaurant's side.                 I have ordered for cheesy garlic bread from pizza hut velachery chennai but i have received a burned garlic bread with no cheese at all. Yesterday i had ordered the same dish and it was perfect with good packaging. I had no complaints. Today they have given it in a lousy paper packing the food was sick and burned and cold. Very dirty and oily. Very very disappointed. I need my refund. My grandmother has had the food and she has upset stomach. They need to pay for all this. I have tried contacting swiggy but they have not responded. Even through chats they ask for feedback and close the chat i have screenshot of all of it and pictures of the food. Very disappointed. I want a refund plus additional charges for dodging the customer. I was waiting for the food for my grandparents and i got really angry for everything they need to pay. They need to pay me a sum of one lakh swiggy and pizza hut. For giving bad food to me and making my grandmother sick. For making people consume bad food and get sick for playing with our emotions everything together they need to pay please take action. Please find attached proofs of me trying to contact them and the package and the burned spoiled food. Thanks and regards

                  This is pertaining to order#[protected] placed on the swiggy app for burgers from burger singh.

                  On paying upfront i received the following experience.

                  I had children at home who wished to eat burgers for dinner and they did not eat the burgers and slept.

                  1) unacceptable food quality delivered by swiggy as the burgers were all droopy cold and fries were dead.
                  2) the items ordered were not delivered.
                  3) it took more than 30 mins for a delivery to be done from a restaurant which is just 2 mins away.

                  On top of this i was on the phone for over and hour with the customer service people who simply said they will just process the refund for the missing items.

                  I request a just action here and do not need vouchers as you cannot just deliver improper food as your company advertises for lightening fast deliveries.

                  We people need to understand the value of food and not just take it for granted.

                  Request a full refund and a food inspector check to be done at burger singh chatterpur enclave branch.

                  I called swiggy customer service and I was hung up on in a call that went in for.more than an HOUR.

                  the chat which I tried to Initiate however it took swiggy over 15 mins to reply.

                    I have received different order what i have ordered. Even the restaurant man said that call to us we ll replace but i hav tring calling on swiggy help no continue sly but waing for more than half an hour so how to complain in court against swiggy in court. These companies are now running gud so there is no complain resolved by the company ther r enjoying on consumer money

                      I had placed an order on 22 august 2018 for 1 matar paneer and 2 plain naan from bunty dhabha. My order no is [protected] and amount paid was 294 rupees.

                      I ordered matar paneer but instead of my order i was sent matar chawal that is plain rice with some matar with 2 naan. I want a refund. How should i eat this with naan now? Worst app ever. These guys dont even pick up the call. I waited for 15 minutes on call hold.

                        I ordered for food from Swiggy from Cafe Arabia located in Phoenix Market City Pune. I asked for the Shish Taouk only because it had a green dot next to it (which implies that the product is vegetarian) for a very very dear friend. When it arrived, and she had eaten a bit, we realised that it had Chicken in it.
                        This made her extremely upset. When we tried complaining to Swiggy as well as the restaurant by calling them up, they were indifferent to the complaint and went on to give us an option of a replacement or refund.
                        Firstly, the problem is not about the money, but of beliefs and faith, and secondly, a replacement is unacceptable as we lost trust in the restaurant.
                        They (Swiggy and Cafe Arabia) simply put us off by blaming each other and calling it a mistake.
                        I want to register this complaint so that this doesn't happen to anyone else, and also because my friend deserves some action to be taken against both parties.

                          I recently ordered from this app swiggy on 22-08-18 at around 3:30 Order no #[protected].
                          My food was supposed to be here at 4:30, Instead of that I got a notification at 4:20 that my food is delivered but actually I didn't receive the food and that is not the whole concern. I tried calling the delivery guy first and his phone was out of reach so I tried to connect to the swiggy chat support which had waiting time of 2 min to connect to the support executive, It's been 2 hours since I have messaged them no executive has responded, I then tried calling the swiggy call support more than 25 times, their Customer care no. is switched off, under what circumstances is the customer care no. switched off?
                          After that I tried complaining on swiggy's website which supposedly wouldn't let me send my message forward. Then I tried even calling in the main branch of Mumbai, Pune and Banglore and all of them numbers were not in existence.
                          At last I messaged them on Facebook and they said they will give me 50 rupees coupon, where as my order was alone for 120 Rupees.
                          and all this is not about a refund. It's not about the money, it's about professionalism and support.
                          And hence, I am Complaining here against them.

                            I recieved stale and cold food from swiggy...the order was late by 2 hours and there was an item missing...when i tried contacting a customer care personal, they are not responding to any of my queries and are simply ignoring the fact their customer is waiting and are not scared of any action.Highly unprofessional behaviour from the company as they think customers time and money is of no value.False promises of timely deliver and no response from them shows the utter ignorance towards a customer.

                              Your swiggy rider is denying to deliver my order claiming that his bike is broken, your chat is broken (That’s what it says on the app) and your customer service won’t respond to my calls. Thank god i didn’t prepay my order. It’s been more than half an hour i’ve been trying to get gold of you guys.

                              Care to explain this? Or do you guys have excuses too for failing to the expectations set by your own advertisements?

                              After an hour of my order being placed your rider calls me to pursuade me into cancelling my order. I wonder does anyone from swiggy notice why is it taking so long for the rider to reach the restaurant or is it really customer’s responsibility to make sure their orders are being taken care of?

                              You guys should include that in your advertisement as a little warning “one of these days you might have to go to restaurant and cook your own food”

                                  On 2nd july i had order food for rs 447 which was thrice debited from my card. I called on the next day whr in executive of swiggy confirmed receipt of payment thrice and the two time wrongly debited will be revsd on 3 days. However till date swiggy have not refunded my amt nor giving me confirmation of non receipt so that i can take it with bank. Mails no reply.

                                      I ordered food through your swiggy from singla's sweets on 18th august. When checked the order 1 item was missing from it and i had told the delivery boy but instead of helping the issue he already declared that the order was delivered without listening the issue properly. He said to contact swiggy executive but no help from there also. And he taken full money from us neither the missing item was delivered nor the money. When contacted to the executive there was no support. Totally disappointed from this and never ever gonna us this app.
