Was using an international card to order from the site before without an issue, since today . Tried payment 2 times with failure, contacted my bank and wasn't their issue but caused the card to be deactivated briefly. After activation still didn't go through. Did something change in your payment policy with international cards??

    On 31st March 2023, placed a order over swiggy instamart worth ₹350. I was waiting for the order about 2 hours and didn't get any call from delivery boy. Then connected with swiggy executive over help options in swiggy app. They are saying that the delivery buy was tried to connect with you but your mobile number was not reachable that's why our backend team has been cancelled your order with 100% cancellation charge. I asked them atleast to refund but they refused and saying it's cancelled with 100% no refund option. I said this is not fair either deliver the products which I have ordered or refund my money. Executive said there's no option for refund and you have to go through this unpleasant situation if you have any further questions our supervisor will connect with you. It's been two days no one had called regarding this.

      I ordered food for my guests and children at home from Swiggy order number[protected], the order was delayed for 2 hours. All the people were starving at home but still the swiggy team could not reply to us. Once the food arrived home it was all soggy and very bad, no one could eat it and we had to throw it out. After that I talked to customer service representatives. They were so annoying that they couldn't understand my problem and still they don't accept their mistake.
      I never thought the customer service people of this HUGE company "SWIGGY" could be so rough and heartless.
      If this continues I feel swiggy should stop working as there's no point in disappointing their valuable customer.
      From now on I'll order food from one of their best competitors as they have heart and they understand the problem.

        24/3 I tried ordering for worth 286 rs, money got deducted from my sbi account but order not placed. I raised chat spoke with Manisha at Swiggy she said in 2 hrs I should get my money back post that I waited for 48 hrs no refund. Then I chat again with 2 different advisers on 27/3 and 28/3 they asked me to share my bank statement as proof that I am lier and said to speak with my bank. My bank asked to get the refund request number from Swiggy for which they are ignoring and not sharing with me to give it to my bank. Swiggy is fraud and took away my money transaction I’d is[protected]. Instead of 2 hrs for refund I have waited for more than 72 hrs now

            On 28th March 2023, I ordered from McDonald's through Swiggy. For more than half and hour I waited for it to deliver it to my place. I called the delivery partner to ask him when I will recieve the order but as soon as I called him, he updated the status to delivered even though we didn't receive it.
            I complained in Swiggy multiple times but they kept telling that the delivery partner is not picking the call and they were unable to refund my money back.
            The executive was also very rude and talking rudely and continuously saying that we are lying.
            We mailed to swiggy but again they said that they are sorry and hope we don't face such inconvenience again.
            I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

              Fruits guava and sapotta bought from you did not ripe till date. they are like stones still.
              musk melon was artificially ripened. Outer is still green . too much chemical smell inside musk melon.
              I want replacement for sapotta, guava ( give equivalent sapotta for the price of guava ) and musk melon. I want proper ripened fruits this time.

                I ordered one plate of spring fried chicken from China Green restaurant on Swiggy on 28th March 2023. They mentioned there would be 12 pieces but there were only 9 pieces. I contacted Swiggy over email but they responded rudely that they won't help me. I feel I have been cheated. I want a compensation. My order no is[protected]

                      I ordered donut at 9:58 pm ..it's then 10:30 i try to contact delivery partner and restaurant ..they both keep on blaming each other ..then i raised help & support ticket they took it lik 45 min to solve the problem and it was 10:36 pm still my order was not delivered.. i mean you guys giv time to customer and then you delivered so late.. i can understand if you delivered it like 10 mins late but it was lik 1 hour 45 mins to dilever the order..

                            I am swiggying for more than 3 years. I order food on 24 th March 2023 @ 8:32 with order id ORDER #[protected]. The order was meant to be delivered in 20 mins. Since the delivery patner is moving in wrong direction I tried to call him. The call was picked by some lady and disconnected the phone after asking about the delivery. So I have to chat with help desk and they has given assurance that the food will be delivered in next 20 mins as she has word with the delivery executive. And the same 20 mins assurance was extended to more than 1 hour.
                            After the false assurance given I have to check any other option to get the delivery. So I google it and I got the complain number so called that number. So the person from other end told he changed the executive and the the food wil be delivered shortly. And finally got the delivery @ 10:40 pm.
                            But the most disappointment was that after this much waiting, chatting and calls I got the food which was too cold.
                            This is not the first time i am facing the same issue. I want a compensation as I have to chat and makes call to get the food insted of making order and sitting at home.

                              This may be a very basic miss but has increased a lot in the recent time where the online food delivery apps are becoming negligent in getting the orders fulfilled and simply replying to the consumer complains with a generic response stating that you can rate the restaurant if an item is missing or incorrect. But they fail to take any responsibility of the food being delivered by the delivery person.

                              I have all the details including the invoice and image of the item delivered and confirmed with the restaurant that they have correctly shipped the complete order as I'm a regular customer.
                              I want this to be filed as a official complaint against online food delivery apps.

                                Hi,
                                On mar 5 2023, i orderd food on. swiggy, after so much delay about 40 minutes and swiggy not able to find delivery agent, they asked to cancel the food, so i did so meanwhile i placed new order, but they are charging cancellation charges
                                after about more than 1 hour they are delivering old food, if i dont took i need to pay cancelation amount, as they asked to cancel and what will i do with old cold food on top of that have placed new order. and customer support asked to cancel the order over chart
                                after some much discuttion with customer care, they simply closed the ticket without resolving issue

                                  Yesterday i have forgot to logout when our city has been closed for orders at night. In morning everything was fine incentives was credited but at evening message came that money has been deducted for unusual login attemp i requested manager that i forgot to logout but he argued with me and blackmailed me to termination of my account for 4 days please help me

                                    Swiggy delivery fee, plus tax extra: 62.15
                                    Total swiggy bill: 615.15
                                    Discount: 39.90
                                    Final bill amount: 575.00

                                    Swiggy billed amount after 10% discount is Rs. 575. Upon verification with restaurant - actual bill is Rs. 415. Even if one were to include delivery fee and other tax, this amount should be approx. Rs. 477 or 478 max. I feel cheated by Swiggy. I tried to contact swiggy customer care and even spoke to their Manager - Vishal, but they inform me that the restaurant is responsible and not them for the extra charge, whereas when I spoke to the restaurant, they say it is Swiggy who is charging extra. As there is no resolution, I am forced to raise this complaint.
