Since many time I am receiving mail regarding food order delivery which was ordered by other person. Someone is using my mail id at Swiggy account. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com and address of other person at which order are being delivered is as given below,

    Dear sir / Madam, My name is Lakshman and I am at cochin and my brother, Kishore is at Bengaluru. It is my brother Kishores birthday today and because he was suffering from slight cold I decided to send him and his dear family something hot instead so I downloaded the Swiggy app and chose "4 Crispy veg + 2 Medium Fries" instead he was delivered 1 Crispy veg and 1 Medium fries. the order number is [protected].

I was seeing him for under my building and I said to him please come to the 2nd floor and I was waiting him, after 10 min when I have checked him, I was unable to find him. he gone and was not picking my phone.           Dear Swiggy Management,

          I am writing to express my utmost frustration and disappointment with Swiggy's handling of my application to join as a delivery partner. My experience thus far has been nothing short of a complete letdown, marked by a lack of consideration, poor communication, and an unjust denial of my application.

          First and foremost, I was rejected as a delivery partner for the sole reason of not having a joint bank account. While I understand the importance of verification measures, this requirement is not only discriminatory but also reflects a complete disregard for potential partners who may have legitimate reasons for not having such an account.

          However, what truly exacerbates my frustration is the fact that I paid a deposit for the delivery bag as part of the onboarding process, and that amount has not been refunded to me. This is an absolute violation of trust and fairness. The amount I paid for the delivery bag stands at 350, and its non-refund is completely unacceptable.

          Furthermore, I have reached out to Swiggy's customer support on multiple occasions, seeking an explanation for the denial and the refund of my deposit. Regrettably, my attempts have been met with nothing but silence and indifference from your end. This lack of responsiveness demonstrates a shocking lack of concern for your potential partners and a failure to uphold basic customer service standards.

          I strongly urge Swiggy to not only reconsider its unreasonable joint bank account requirement but also to immediately rectify the situation by processing the refund of my deposit without further delay. Failing to do so would not only showcase a severe lack of integrity but also a blatant disregard for the concerns and rights of individuals who have shown interest in partnering with your platform.

          My initial enthusiasm to collaborate with Swiggy has been completely overshadowed by this bitter experience. I implore you to rectify this matter promptly, reinstate my trust in your organization, and prove that Swiggy values its potential partners and upholds fairness and integrity.

          I expect a swift and satisfactory resolution to this issue, failing which, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter further.

            I had ordered 4 bananas from Swiggy Instamart and when I opened that box I found that the banana was rotten or damaged in the middle and small tiny bugs were moving around it. most trusted app now am feeling as if it was my blind belief never order fruits from Swiggy Instamart.

              I ordered some items on 24th September and made the payment of 400 rupees from my UPI. The money was deducted from my bank account. After some time I saw a notification that restaurant cancelled my order. I immediately reached out to chat section to see my refund status and it showed refund will be processed within 48 hours. I waited and again reached out to swiggy support via email. They told me it was an invalid request and I should have contacted before 48 hours.

              How is this fair? I reached out constantly and there is no option to call the support team. The company just want to loot money from us and has spoilt the ease of ordering form home. I lost my 400 rupees and I need to know why.

                          I have order from railway station by Swiggy. They accepted the order but refuse to deliver on public place and i also asked for cancel they said you will be charged all amount . I also have chat with swiggy they said that can’t be deliver on public places . I was on train so I was helpless to do anything. Also my family slept without eating anything because i have already spent money on swiggy. Why swiggy accepting orders from public places if they can’t deliver.. Pfa

                            I spent one hour selecting discount showing items.After an our of selection I selected and ordered of Rs. 269 which had item worth Rs 1000+.

                            Not only they falsely marked undelivered.
                            1. SWIGGY employee talked with me for over 15 minutes after marking as delivered
                            2. processed refund of 2 to falsely scam system
                            3. probably marked as delivered to show those as loss and trick government, tax and resale the same goods with new invoice.
                            4.after hour worth of chat there is no understanding and they simply #### don't CARE.

                            -- I want strict action against SWIGGY and need HELP in filing class action lawsuit against SWIGGY for all such malpractices over different domain

                            Irony is that sometimes they just cancel only highly discounted item and then deliver non-discounted item. [you can't cancel or refuse to accept such order even if you ordered because of discount]

                            But irony is SWIGGY employee taking orders and then initiating calls and refund for a scam. JUST WOWWWW

                              I ordered from Swiggy but even after the timing was over the order was not delivered and when I called the customer care (call helpline [protected]) they were abusing.
                              These people handle customers like this, they want to ban Swiggy from India.

                              Poor service and very poor customer support from Swiggy.
                              And the customer care is asking me for extra charging for delivering the order.

                                The food that I ordered was suppose to be delivered in 55 min but it got delivered in 2 hour of waiting and later on I called the back end team for refund of food which was cold and not even eatable for anyone because it was out in rain and plus thing they have not listen me properly and initiated the refund of 114 rupees and my actual food amount was 592 rupees.
                                I told the lady who was assisting me that to transfer my call to any manager in the team but they refused.

                                  The order was cancelled because of the apps glitch and they don't provide the order or the refund. It is not possible to cancel the order after 1 minute through that window as the cancel order tab is removed post 1 minute of food order for the order to be cancelled from consumers side it should follow helpcancel my order which i didn't do.
                                  The food worth 394rs was cancelled without any prior confirmation and not providing the refund. Without even confirming with the consumer they just cancel the order.

                                      I ordered from Swiggy. It showed order will be delivered in half an hour. But it came in one and half hour. That is delayed by 1 hour. When I contacted support on swiggy, only bots were chatting. The food was cold and soggy. This happened earlier also. But there's no action from Swiggy. We don't pay for cold and soggy food. There's no value for customers time. Highly unprofessional
