I ordered food from MCD and after a while the order was delivered to me but i didn't received the order so i called the delivery person he told me i hanged it outside the gate but it wasn't there so i raised a complaint and after that the support person took me into con call with the delivery person he started telling me come to jamalpur i will show you. What if he comes to my place and starts harrassing my family. He was threatening me literally in front of the support guy and then he disconnected the call. Delivery person name is Rajjab D Shaikh

Swiggy has been repeatedly not delivering orders after 1.5 hrs as well. On a cll when I asked for a simple escalation to fix this issue as having spoiled food would cost my health. If order is cancelled it's a loss to restaurant. A simple demand supply issues is to be fixed which company is not doing since 6 months.
And harassing over call is another problem 45+ min i was on call and agent didn't even bother to help Or raise an issue.

I ordered a food item from a restaurant using swiggy platform. But they delivered a burnt food which was not edible ( even it was black it colour) so i complaint it on swiggy and shown them the picture to the delivered item also and asked them to either replace it or refund my amount. But they refused to do any of that and said that its not their responsibility if i received bad quality food and they can't do anything about it.
Even I email it on swiggy customer care and on food issues email id But all said the same thing and moreover they said they can't do anything but told me to give a star rating to that restaurant But they will not do anything regarding this issues.

Without my permission changing my jone one place to another place so please don't they process for some money i am suffering lot of problems with swiggy...

I have placed an order yesterday but when I received the order 3 paneer patties were missing and I ordered masala cheese khari but what I received was plain khari . Order id[protected] .
When I chatted with swiggy they said they will get back to me in 6-8 hours through email. Today they replied saying that the problem lies with the restaurant so they will not refund any money.
I replied to them that I want refund but they didn't replied till now. I have also attached the email.

If you don't give me the incentive, I won't benefit. Give me incentive

Peyout issue

I have ordered my food on swiggy on 30/04/2023 and paid via upi online payment and my order was not delivered to me but the status is showing as order delivered.
I tried reaching the agents they arrogantly told me to mail them which i did and they did not responded to me

I had placed an order which I tried to cancel but they had charged me the the order amount as a cancelation fee. I don’t think that this is how the cancellation of order needs to handled

I ordered early morning and they took more time in delivery than it was s
mentioned so later I canceled it. They mentioned that refund money has a bit issue but it will be done soon.
Later they sent messages that money was refunded but it was added bank into my bank account. Their helpline was if no help. They cheated and stole my money.

My amazon account has been debited on 10th April for Rs 139 and qon 27th April for Rs 199. However, no order has been placed and comments mentioned in payment "Swiggy business account". I have never registered for any business with Swiggy business account.

I have contacted Amazon and got reply since payment has been initiated by merchant, refund request has to be initiated by Swiggy.

Request help to get my funds back and also want to understand the transactions underwhich my account is being debited regularly.

I have tried to find out some customer care number of swiggy or contact details but unfortunately nothing found.

I've ordered 4 items from instamart today at 6PM. Delivered in time. But I see only 3 items are there in the package while I'm opening. Missed items cost rs.85. Please refund it or send me the item which is missed. Even in bill they sent has 4 items but didn't received:(heaa

As I ordered food on swiggy I got less quantity of food and the rice also not cooked properly and not got salad and waste of my total money the food went to the garbage so i raised an issue in swiggy app as I said total issue they are offering me with just 41rs coupon and I did email also till now they are not responding I want to raise complaint against swiggy and I need my money back noww

I have not received my refund since 27 days.
I have contacted Swiggy customer care and they informed me refund has been issued and i should contact the bank.

I have called the bank branch and no refund has been issued to me on that date.

This is a case of fraud and scam and no refund has been done. Just fooling the customer.

My bank branch is not able to find any pending transactions or refund on my account.

Kindly look into the matter and issue refund.

On 17th April I got hair in my soup I have already raised complaint 3 times. But I didn't get refund or replacement from the Swiggy because of the my order is not marked as delivered in their system but I given them photo of bill and soup immediately. Its been almost 10 days still I did not received the my money back.

I am a Swiggy ONE member for sometime. I order almost everyday from them and recently when I was in my hometown(Thrissur), I ordered from a pure veg restaurant called Swaminatha Vaibhavam. I ordered for two items, one is curd rice and other is curd vada. After confirming the order and sis payment online, I was received with a message telling curd vada is out of stock so select another item. But even mentioned for two sweet Lassi which they couldn't confirm due to some issue with the restaurant. So I had no choice but to go with curd rice alone. So they refunded the other item amount which was out of stock but surprisingly they charged me for delivery additional 29rs. When I enquired about it, one agent told me since February 17th the radius of free delivery is reduced to 8km from 10km so it is charged. And I even told him the restaurant is mere 3kms away from my home then how it is still charged. He couldn't give me proper solution and asked me to send mail. I have been following up since then by sending 3 separate mails with all details and 5 times contacted the Swiggy customer service and none provided me any solution. I hereby attach the screen shots of the conversation with the first agent as well as the delivery charge occurred details along with this complaint.

On april 24 2023 i have ordered biscuits from the swiggy insta mart
it is a prepaid order with the order id of [protected] worth of 800 hundred around.After receiving the product i checked the all packets are damaged and i reached to swiggy customer care stating that i have received damaged products.The customer care member asked me to tear the all the biscuit packets and informed me to take pictures and to submit .So i teared all the biscuit packets and sent images to them .After some he stated the compensation of refund will be provided after 6 hours of complaint.So i waited for half day for the reply from swiggy .I didnt get any reply from them .So i contacted them through chat after hours of wait they convey sorry and apologies simply and changing their words by twisting their words by one time they say option not available .But in their websire clearly mentioned that in case of damaged products refund will be provided.i am attachiing the screenshots as well .kindly go through and refund my money back
