On 17th April I got hair in my soup I have already raised complaint 3 times. But I didn't get refund or replacement from the Swiggy because of the my order is not marked as delivered in their system but I given them photo of bill and soup immediately. Its been almost 10 days still I did not received the my money back.

I am a Swiggy ONE member for sometime. I order almost everyday from them and recently when I was in my hometown(Thrissur), I ordered from a pure veg restaurant called Swaminatha Vaibhavam. I ordered for two items, one is curd rice and other is curd vada. After confirming the order and sis payment online, I was received with a message telling curd vada is out of stock so select another item. But even mentioned for two sweet Lassi which they couldn't confirm due to some issue with the restaurant. So I had no choice but to go with curd rice alone. So they refunded the other item amount which was out of stock but surprisingly they charged me for delivery additional 29rs. When I enquired about it, one agent told me since February 17th the radius of free delivery is reduced to 8km from 10km so it is charged. And I even told him the restaurant is mere 3kms away from my home then how it is still charged. He couldn't give me proper solution and asked me to send mail. I have been following up since then by sending 3 separate mails with all details and 5 times contacted the Swiggy customer service and none provided me any solution. I hereby attach the screen shots of the conversation with the first agent as well as the delivery charge occurred details along with this complaint.

On april 24 2023 i have ordered biscuits from the swiggy insta mart
it is a prepaid order with the order id of [protected] worth of 800 hundred around.After receiving the product i checked the all packets are damaged and i reached to swiggy customer care stating that i have received damaged products.The customer care member asked me to tear the all the biscuit packets and informed me to take pictures and to submit .So i teared all the biscuit packets and sent images to them .After some he stated the compensation of refund will be provided after 6 hours of complaint.So i waited for half day for the reply from swiggy .I didnt get any reply from them .So i contacted them through chat after hours of wait they convey sorry and apologies simply and changing their words by twisting their words by one time they say option not available .But in their websire clearly mentioned that in case of damaged products refund will be provided.i am attachiing the screenshots as well .kindly go through and refund my money back

I ordered ice cream and milk with a few other things. They packed heavy items with delicate items such as bread and ice cream. Both the milk and the ice cream arrived at room temperature and the ice cream had fully melted.

Cook door Chinese restaurant cancelled my order at night on 19/04/2023, very very bad customer service

I ordered rolls from fasos and the money was deducted from my account but the order was not placed there is no customer care number or helpline number. When will I get my refund ?

Sir I am the swiggy employee, my payment amount 3079/- 27 th March'23 to 2 nd April'23 still not credited in my account, I complaint them sevaral Times, e mailed to swiggy, raising tickets for quick resolve, also visited our Kasturi nagar Bangalore branch office 7/8 Times but nothing works, i have my every documents, screenshot, Bank statement regarding my payout issues with me, kindly resolve my issues as soon as possible, because that 3079/- amount is my hard working earning in this Sun burning, very hot climate and swiggy trying nothing to resolve my problem, it's effects my daily delivery jobs due to mental tention ... thanking you

I got a message from Swiggy saying that refund amount will be credited to my account within 3-5 days. It's been 2 weeks but still I didn't receive any refund amount.

Godrej Aer Matic no one is helping rest of product were in the parcel i even uploaded unboxing video on twitter please look into it i am loyal customer of swiggy amd never expected that swiggy will do this but this experience really broke my trust please i want refund since I haven’t got the product i am student it was my hard earned money ₹2000 please refund my money in source account i am begging you it is a big deal for me plz help

Actually I ordered a biryani in swiggy app itself the food got spoiled as I get some hair follicles in it. I even raised a complaint against it. But they are not given my money back and also they hurt my feelings and emotions I need a compensation now

My complaint regarding the quality of service is not good when I ordered that item is split out and other item quality is not good. but they refuse my complaint and no any positive response from them so I request consumer service please help me to shout out this problem.

I ordered Biryani on Swiggy from the restaurant which is about 6km far from our home. The restaurant has prepared my order on time but the company's delivery agent was not moving away with my order and was waiting for the another order to complete after my order.
After 30 minutes of waiting at restaurant for the another order he started moving from the restaurant.
Then he delivered another order before my order and after that he delivered my order almost after 1.5 hours. The food I got was completely
cold because of this much delay in delivery.
Although I paid for my delivery I was not getting my order on time. The company has to prioritise the orders tp get delivered.

I placed an order on swiggy genie from madhapur to Miyapur nd I waited for so long for a partner to be assigned and the partner got assigned he picked up the order from point a and came to point b to deliver on reaching point b he called me and I told him that the delivery address is in second floor of the same building he refused to delivered to second floor and asked me to come down and I asked the reason behind it and he just said I won’t when I asked him again he stared yelling and shouting at my house which caused me In convenience then I raised a complaint to swiggy about the same where the executive asked me to be on hold for a while and tried to contact the delivery partner where he also said the same to the executive after that he marked the order as delivered and haven’t answered any calls from both my side and swiggy the bag contains product worth more than a lakh which he literally left on road and left without even saying to him he handed over o had to call him musti pls times and keep texting swiggy where I have no choice but just to text them through help support where the executives just asked me to wait and in the mean while the executive left the place without even saying where my package is I went down asked every stranger and found the order but the swiggy people haven’t taken any kind of action regarding this and tried to close the chat every time I open the chat new executive is getting assigned and the story kept repeating

Getting a refund does not serve my purpose I ordered within time and waited over 2 hours

Hi, @Swiggy @SwiggyInstamart I’m devastated to inform you that recently I had ordered a few grocery items through the instamart app. The delivery boy who was assigned to deliver the products denied his duty of delivering the products to the doorstep, instead, he (Rafique) asked us to come and take the order from mid-way. When we asked him to responsibly deliver the package, he started to talk in a very rude way to the women in my family. These are his exact words “Me nahi derha order jisko shikayat Marin have karlo”.

I want strict action to be taken against him or I’m going forward with an FIR.
