Firstly I received different items and after raising a query in the swiggy app they closed the query saying the image is not clear and write to [protected]@swiggy.in, I was so furious already with different items recieved and after writing back to back emails with images they sent a request #18168563, again there was no response is been three days and still no resolution, this is so pathetic and decided to take it social forums as so l this is becoming a common thing to swiggy, pathetic customer care and making fool out of customers.

    I have not received refund of Rs 198/- (Rupees One Hundred Ninety Eight only) as per subject line Order ID dt 20 th Feb 2023. I ordered grocery items online from swiggy's instamart for Rs 444/- and paid full money in advance. After confirming the order, Swiggy informs one item worth Rs 198 /- is not in stòck and assured refund innabout 07 days to my bank account.Following are the details..

    Order No [protected] dt 20 Feb 2023. I have sent a followup request for refund on Swiggy email [protected]@swiggy.in on 7 th March 2023 and no reply till date.

Please be informed I have not received credit to my account as of date. I also called the bank personally and they have confirmed the amount has not been credited. the amount does not appear on my online statement either.

    I have been relentlessly following up on chat with their customer care explaining the above but to no avail.

    Appreciate your intervention in this matter and request please assist the legitimate refund dye to me. It's now 20 days since I am awaiting a refund.

      I ordered 2kg biscuits from swiggy worth 440 rupees but received 800 grams.

      I raised the concern to their support team and added all the picture proof and after all of the verification, they gave me a food voucher for rupees 78.

      From the order, I have lost almost 220+ rupees and also it took my valuable time as well. I had called and mailed multiple times but they are saying that the issue is resolved.

        Two items in the order are not consumable due to expiry.

          I have received my order and one of the items was found missing.
          Missing item details:
          Kissan Juicy Orange Squash
          Please deliver the same.

          I raised complaint on Swiggy Instamart and they suggested to email on their registered email and they have not taken any action.

          I certainly understand your concern and apologize for the unpleasant experience that you went through with your last order.

          We never wish to disappoint our valuable customers like you and definitely not the kind of experience we want you to go through. Hence I will surely highlight this issue to our vendor management team and will ensure that stern feedback is shared with the store so that such issues do not repeat going forward with your future orders.

          With deep regret in regards to your order, we would like to inform you that we will be unable to initiate a replacement or a refund for this order.

            I had placed an order on 7th March 2023 at 9:03 PM from Royal India Restaurant (Salt Lake). Swiggy Order ID[protected] amounting to Rs. 835.

            However, due to a sudden medical emergency at my home, we had to rush to the hospital and as such I had to cancel the order at around 9:17 PM while I was on the way to the hospital.

            I reached out to the customer executive and also further to a senior executive via chat multiple times until today (9th March 2023), to help me get a refund against the order as no one at home would have been able to enjoy the meal in case of a medical emergency. However none of the customer executives helped me with this and they blatantly denied a refund.

            a) The order was cancelled after 14 minutes of placing the order, which I understand is beyond Swiggy'a 1 min mark, but the situation was not in my control.
            b) I was told the amount cannot be refunded as it helps restaurants to avoid wastage. I ordered Biryani which is already prepared in advance in restaurants and the restaurant did not have to prepare Biryani for me exclusively. They only had to pack the food.
            c) There was no delivery partner assigned by then and food did not even leave the restaurant.
            d) Even after following up with the executives while not in the right frame of mind, I got no help whatsoever with the refund.
            e) At last I was told they cannot initiate a refund and I need to mail to [protected]@swiggy.in to get a refund for the case. However even this did not help.

            I understand Rs.835 is not a big amount for Swiggy, but it is definitely my hard earned money and I need it back.

              Hi sir, yesterday (8/3/23) i ordered food in raghavendra tifiins through swiggy
              app i received worst food and there no restaurent bill also and that food is not from raghavendra tiffins that food from road side tiffins i complaint to swiggy they said we cant do anything you just give feedback to the restaurent please take action on swiggy

                My order[protected] was delivered and more than half of the items are missing.
                1 Lassi and 1 Mawa bati are missing from the order.

                Also the delivery partner refused to give me the bill upon delivery.
                I have a video camera at my front door. Let me know if you need any evidence to support my claim.

                  I had placed an order on 1st March on Swiggy through UPI in the amount of 2491 INR and it got failed but money was deducted from my account.

                  I immediately had a chat with Swiggy customer service agent, and they said it will happen in 2 hours, but it didn't happen.

                  Today is 8th March and I still did not receive the refund. in last 7 days I had chat with 6 Chat agents and 3 emails sent to [protected]@swiggy.in with my bank statement and all, but everyone just gave me runaround that it will happen in 2 hours, few said 24 hours and few same 4-7 days.

                  I even called bank and they said Swiggy need to initiate the refund.

                  The issue I raised is handled carelessly by all agents who worked on this issue just for the sake of working.

                    When we contacted customer care for aforesaid expired/bad quality products, they said they can’t help about it and they can’t replace/refund the amount. This is strange they deliver bad quality/expired product and don’t even refund/replace....

                        This complaint is Reg order[protected]. I have ordered for an ice cream and it tasted bitter. Immediately I have seen mfg date and it was 10.t months old and was nearing shelf life in the next 15 days. Immediately I have raised complaint in swiggy with screenshot. But even though swiggy accepts that it's pretty old product it argues that it is within shelf life. I tried educating them that shelf life is good only for products where storage...

                        Ordered Chocolate momo and received it in awful condition... The outside layer was extremely hardened and it smelled of medicines... It seems as if it was made long ago and frozen for a long time... Could not eat at all! My money has been wasted completely! Immediate refund needed!

                              So, yesterday I ordered a Birthday cake from Consent Cakes(Munirka) on date[protected] from SWIGGY. I entered the correct address (JANAKPURI). However, their customer care and delivery partner told me that I typed my residential address for delivery and went to Chhattarpur (My residential address) and not to the correct address which should be (Janakpuri). I even have the proof of everything in screenshots with me. But they are denying. Later on, I received a call that my order is getting cancelled and the charges are levied on me.

                              It is their app issue. If it is showing the correct address to the Customer, then how could they levy the charges for your mistake onto the customer.

                              Their customer representative is not ready to agree for their mistake and is teaching me to input the correct information which I already did.

                              I need my 389 RUPEES to get refunded.

                              Such pathetic service they are giving to us.

                                I ordered lunch from Swiggy on 26 Feb 2023, First time the order was not successful in swiggy app though Swiggy took my money INR 1032/-. It was a successful GPay transaction.
                                When I tried second time, the order was placed successfully; once again, I had to pay INR 1032/- assuming I will get back my first transaction.

                                Now, Swiggy is not ready to pay back my money for my first transaction INR 1032/- and they are not providing any reason also, but simply saying that they will improve in future and cannot provide my money back.
