Hi, i live in an apartment. The security over here allows other people (Delivery guys, food orders, other guests) if they have *any* identification proof like adhar card, pan card, license etc. All they need is to show the card to the security and enter the apartment.
Since your delivery guys are trying to be smart and avoid door deliveries, they are saying they aren't carrying any id card and asking me to walk till the exit gate of our apartment.

So today this swiggy delivery guy call me and asks me to come to the exit gate.
I asked him to come upstairs and deliver the food. But he said no. So i called the customer care to report an issue about this. Your customer service guy said that he'll have a word with that guy and call me.

But i got call from the delivery guy and he started shouting and asked me to come downstairs.

After going downstairs i find him not wearing swiggy tshirt and he started shouting that why am i not coming downstairs to pick my food order.

I mean, seriously. Is this what i get when i subscribed to swiggy super and order my food.

Later he took our food an left. After a while he comes back wearing swiggy tshirt and trying to pick a fight. The whole thing is recorded in the camera.
I am thinking to file a complaint.

You guys are responsible for this issue.

My order id is #[protected] i ordered food rs 180 but food is not delivered restaurant (sangeetha veg restaurant) they told packed and sent mr lekhan (delivery executive) carried food he cheated .(not delivered any food to me but closed t status as delivered.pl help me to reback my money.i lost my food and money too.
The delivery boy didn't handle the food items properly.due to this all the food got mixed up and ended up tastless.
Worst service by Swiggy Delivery executive Amer ([protected]) not delivered the food and asked to Cancel the order and re oder the food stating he got caught by police official or else come and collect the food from ESI and when I reached there he was not there and tried constantly to reach on his mobile where he didn't responded the calls, when able to reach him with using other mobile number, he simply denying that the order got cancelled what ever you want to do do it with rude behaviour and abusing language, you can't do anything, hiring such a ### delivery executive will ruin the Swiggy banner and customer will lost trust...request Swiggy to take action against this rog who has given dissatisfaction to me and my Family who were waiting for food..

Later I got a refund message from Swiggy "We have refunded the amount of the cancellation fee on order #74265415721, to your account/wallet since it seems to have been applied unfairly. Happy Swiggying!" Do you think this message will bring back the happiness and joy of my kids when I placed the order for them...living them with dissapointment.

    On february 20, 2019 i have ordered food from piyo, madhapur, hyderabad. 2 mojitos with no gas and fully diluted and 1 cold coffee with melted ice cream half portion was delivered to me. I raised a complaint against this and asked for refund. They said they can't refund. This is not the first time they are doing this malpractice. Every time they deliver the order it will be either bad quality food or portion size issues. Despite of the complaints they don't improve service or refund my money back. It is their responsibility to conduct inspection or only partnership with certified vendors. Their greed for money to earn illegally they are taking partnership with any and every restaurants who doesn't qualify the basic norms and causing loss to customers. This type of practice shouldn't be encouraged and i demand the damages for the loss occurred to me

      Delivery executive sangram kumar jena did not deliver a pre paid food parcel at 11 pm and blatantly lied about it resulting in unnecessary hassle. Operation head bbsr kept assuring but in vain. Even after 2 hours, food wasn't delivered, money hasn't been refunded. The timing inconvenience resulted in unavailability of ordering again because restaurants in bhubaneswar close about that time. This is the third time i'm facing this issue with swiggy. The hassle was highly unethical and unprofessional.

        I ordered food from swiggy
        I used to use swiggy always but an order from a restaurant made me feel horrible
        I ordered chicken biriyani but i received beef biriyani ans that too foul tasting food
        Moreover delivery was very late.
        Food packaging was stupid and delivery executive was unprofessional
        This is such a disgrace to receive this kind of service from you
        I am planning to post this as my WhatsApp status and make sure nothing like this happens to my friends who use swiggy

          They won't even be ready to give change for money
          Every time they say no change we have to wait for them to get their change after that also we won't get 20 sometimes 30 rupees

            then I decided I resigned from my job because company is not resolve my problem and I disturb long time

              I have spoken to every escalation team in swiggy and all they do is apologize and commit that they will give feedback which is not right. What would have happened if my kid would have got the food with glass? Will you still apologize? Im not taking this. I need to know what the restaurant has taken as an action or im taking this up all over social media and bring your level of customer service and concern to people safety from your food partners. Are we eating free of cost? Do you know how much they charge for the packing?

              If this is not taken up seriously im going to the media as well to know how you guys treat customers and care for customer safety

                I placed an order with swiggy on 14.02.2019 for 488 rupees and made the payment with amazon pay (ie to specify that i paid in advance).

                Now, since the restaurant did not have what i had ordered a representative called me from swiggy and asked me if i wanted to cancel the order as i did not want anything else. i accepted order cancellation and was told that the amount would be refunded in maximum 24 hours.
                The HELP section in the app seems to be a dead end. in swiggy chat i try to explain my problem but there is no reply. most of the time my texts are not going through. it just shows sending..
                Since past those 24 hours i have been trying to contact swiggy on their number[protected] which i found online. The customer care automated call says that there are no current orders for this mobile number and HANGS UP!
                I tried calling Swiggy Offices in Chennai but no luck there too. All numbers i try to call are switched off or non-existent.
                HOW DO I GET THE REFUND?

                  I had ordered food as firstly the delivery of food was too late, while eating i was shocked while eating i found a piece of iron wire in my biryani... I want my money back and swiggy should be closed. The quality of food was below average. Its my request as to provide me back with my money... Worst food i have ever encountered with, needs improvement.

                    This is a dispute on an amount of rs 1408.00.

                    - order was placed on 11th feb 2019 @ 11.48 am
                    - order placed with payment option as upi ([protected]@oksbi)
                    - the upi was provided and the payment gateway got connected to the upi payment option
                    - have received the request for payment on my googlepay for an amount of rs. 1408.00 (Success payment to [protected]@icici)
                    - have honored the payment for [protected]@icici and the payment was success
                    - on the swiggy app, the payment was never shown success instead the app popped up with failed message
                    - since the order had to be placed, have chosen the option of making the payment through cash (Where the order was paid through cash)
                    - the order was booked and the same was delivered too after collecting the cash from me
                    - later on, have waited for 02 days to get the amount refunded, but it’s been quite some time that nobody is bothered to help me
                    - i have lost my rs. 1408 and no response to my chat (Though the responses were of no help)
                    - i wanted to go through the below screenshots for your ready reference and would want to help me refunding my money back.
                    When I login into my account, it says "this mobile number already used in 6 months".
                    But, iam ordered and received food from my swiggy account before 1 month back. Iam doing uninstalled my account 1 month back, and installed few days back but I can't login into my swiggy account.

                      I had ordered via order#[protected] on monday 18th february at 10.30 pm from burger nest. The order comprising of an oreo shake and a butterscotch shake was cancelled by the company at 11.26 pm. This was done without my consent and even without contacting me. Along with the cancellation i was charged with an amount of rs 75 as cancellation fee.
                      This has been the poorest of service from the company. I demand that my money be returned in full and that my time be compensated by the company.
                      We have ordered mutton biryani from bahar cafe from panjagutta at 9pm.we have recieved only bones miryani.mutton pieces were not their.they have done fraud.do return my money or biryani.we are waiting.or else we will complaint it to higher authority.

                        Hello, i am complaining about the order no [protected]. delivery boy has told to swiggy that delivering address is 2 km from the location but i just want to clearify that the delivering address has been clearly mentioned in the swiggy app and previousally many ordered has been delivered on the same address. i spoke to swiggy customer care but everyone is saying address is wrong just want to know if address is wrong how can previous ordered had been delivered ?? they have cancelled the order and even dedicated 75 rupees as cancelation charges .please help me to solve this issue both ordered related pics has been uploaded to this website. please look into the matter and solve is as soon as possible.

                          How many of you have ordered from swiggy and felt as if they they're paying us for ordering from their website?

                          Well, i have felt this very very regularly. These call center executives speak as if they are paying us for placing the order from their website.in an instance, i had placed an order at 9:00 pm. The delivery executive was like 400-500 mts away. He started bothering me through his unending calls about the location and stuff. However, his vehicle wouldn't move anywhere near my home. After 1 hour i received a call from their call center executives stating that the order can't be delivered and that i will be refunded. By this, the time was already 10:30 pm. And these guys never even bothered to refund my money till date. I have the entire chat screenshot with me.

                          Whenever i call the customer service executives, they're like your food was already delivered after making me wait on the call for 10-15 minutes. I used to order from swiggy but not anymore.

                          These guys are the worst. Cant give them negative rating that's why writing in such a great detail
                          Today I have ordered for food in Gaylord xpress, dehradun. But i have observed, very bad smelling come from Hot Dog and Donute food.

                          It is not eatable and effect my children health.

                              Our order #[protected] by ranjit dass was 2 hours late and he turned up with an opened package with incomplete food. When asked why is the food incomplete he said this is what you ordered except it wasn’t. One coke and one fries were missing. He told us to go and complain about it and then we will get refund instead of telling us what he was doing with half an order after turning up 2 hours late. It is shameful.’

                                I ordered lunch from swiggy today . Two parathas, paneer sabzi, dal khichdi and for desert choclate mousse. Firstly I did not get the mousse atall however i paid fore it . Not just that the food was cold completely and was very little in quantity . half the size of the container . I dont think it was worth the money .
                                This has happened second time within a week or so .
                                Last time they missed my huge order inspite of paying full money and the compensation i got was just 150 cashback . This is so annoying. I am a social media influencer and shall spread thr word like fire

                                  I ordered sweet jar combo from a restaurant for an address in shahibaug ahmedabad but due to the application error it coudnt be delivered and swiggy deducted cancellation charges wrongly when it was the mistake of swiggy itself. When approached the authorities told me that the app locked the wrong location using gps and the address written by me isnt of any use. Order no.[protected]

                                      I ordered food on 14.02.2019 7pm, i dint received any call or notification from delivery person about the delivery, 8clk when i checked in the order it is showing as delivered.. I checked outside no one came like that.. I checked in the order chat they said that it's been wrongly marked as delivered we will arrange to get u the food, i dint get later i asked for refund and they admitted to refund. Later 2days they are saying like food has been delivered correctly and no response further.. I need a justice for this..

                                        I want my money back. Bad quality of food. I ordered 1100 total waste of money. But no one is responding to chat. Make sure that your executives are chatting with customer. And i want refund back for my previous order. Waste of money for my due to bad quality food. Finally i want refund for my previous order that’s what i am asking.
