Swiggy — wrong food items delivered

I have ordered from noddle heights using swiggy on 16th october and when the order arrived i opened and found that one food item is replaced by another. I couldn't tell the delivery boy because the food was packed and i couldn't see. The food item was supposed to be red sauce pasta but they sent me white sauce pasta. I had to eat it because i don't want to waste it. Please make sure that it will never happen again not only to me but for others as well.

Hi... I have ordered 3 items, Bill. no-4438, dated-04/10/'19(2 curd vada, 1 Chana Battura & 1North Meals(Kulcha)from Sree Krishna Inn through Swiggy but I got only 2 items. The main item North Indian meals was missing. I have paid the cash fully so I want a refund of Rs.160 back of Special North Indian Thali. Very bad experience from Swiggy side.
Many times, order booking confirmation is wrongly coming on my mobile no. but it is not ordering by me.

Please resolve the issue at earliest.

Swiggy is saying they have initiated my refund on 27 Sept 2019 but this amount does not reflect in my account. They sought max 4 business working days Still I have not received my refund
