I order a cake from swiggy on 08.11.2019 order no: # [protected]. The provided cake was stale and spoil, the insect was there on the cake (Ants & spider). When i complained they send another cake from the same bakery the same type of stale and spoil the cake. Swiggy denied sending fresh cake from another outlet.

Swiggy was not concerned about food safety regulations and customer health. They regularly called me and forced me to close the complained from different numbers. When i asked them to take action against (Tasty bakery, m. P nagar bhopal), they denied and closed my complained without my permission.

The emphasis was on only sending another useless cake to the delivery address. Swiggy is making money only from the customer, they are not concern about customer health. They want money even customer may be die.

I order a cake from Swiggy on 08.11.2019 order no: # [protected]. The emphasis was on only sending another useless cake to the delivery address. Swiggy is making money only from the customer, they are not concern about Customer health. THEY WANT MONEY EVEN CUSTOMER MAY BE DIE.

I sent the mail at : [protected]@swiggy.in, but mail was not sent due to address not found.
I payed SWIGGY ₹125 for food via my AMAZON PAY BOB UPI. The amount was deducted from my account but SWIGGY was unable to provide me that service.

    I ordered at at around 1 in the night. Swiggy accepted the order it was in paid status. Food was supposed to reach in 41 mintues and after 36 mintues got a call for the address that the location is wrong. Wherein i manually wrote my address. The swigg rep or the guy who called from swiggy was rude. They cancelled my order and deducted cancellation from me. Because of your app glitch i din receive any food i m writing cz i suffered from gas pain after that. Couldnt order agaij cz they took my money as well. After fighting for 1 hour got my money back. This is unacceptable. I have been harassed by swiggy
    I order a sandwich from swiggy and msg them to pack 3 toamto ketchup they give me words but they fail to provide to this and it happens to me 2 time i want strict action against swiggy
    I have submitted my restaurant request now ita been 40 days and i haven't recieved anything or any information yet

      Behind my back when i was not home an employee of swiggy comes up to home and ask for money even when i had ordered nothing from the site. My parents reported me this. I need this to be resolved as soon as possible. It is a possible threat or concern for me or anyone who might find them in same situation. Next i will complaint to the police about the same.

        Such a pathetic service by swiggy.
        1. They raised penalty even tho i cancelled on time and posted to my account.
        2. I ordered a burger from burger king which is not at all worth of rs 50 even.
        Swiggy shown all such stuffs in burger but, expect bread, half spoon lettuce and a veg patty nothing was there... Where was the tomatoes and veggies gone don't know.
        3. You guys use auto typing in night service then please don't deliver such a pathetic order. I work in night shift and i got a surprise of peanut burger and i lost my break tym by ording from swiggy.
        4. I ask to provide the senior person number and i get automatic response.
        5. Please run service from system why are you guys cheating the customers

          Company gave me a coupon i applied it and i didn't get my coupon money

          It was not mentioned by them that icici is responsible for this and they are pointing icici
          Such fraud are happening every day with everyone
          It should be around 439 rs after applying the coupon and they they charged me 545
          By making fraud tricks and everytime they just say it won't happen again and they do this everytime. The coupon was 125icici. Without mentioning that icici is responsible they are blaming icici.

            Maine swiggy se hotel taj biryani center. Se ek veg biryani order kiya tha but uske jagha mujhe chicken biryani diya gaya.. And hotel ke owner se maine baat ki tho usne kaha ki hamara veg biryani 1month se band hai. Tho hum aapko veg biryani kaise de sakte hai.. Muzhe meri paise refund chahiye and.

              I ordered dinner through Swiggy App on 27th Oct at 9:44 pm, which they accepted and I also made the full payment.
              To our dismay leaving me and my daughter starving for the whole night they never have delivered the food. I called up
              their customer care number and spoke to their customer care executives several times even at 1 am in the midnight who
              always assured me that my food is going to be delivered in next 30 mins.
              I wonder as how can they do business on supplying food with such fraudulent attitude and dupe people keeping them starving for whole night.
              I request your intervention in this matter and I strongly recommend that their business of duping people like us should be
              stopped with immediate effect. They should be punished for such unethical act... 10 days have passed they neither have apologized nor
              have refunded my money.
              I just cannot accept the fact that for them being a father I couldnt provide food to my daughter for the whole night. They should pay penalty and compensation for such inhuman act.

                Ordered 3 pizza's worth inr 2200, recieved the pizza in an appropraite shape. There was no protector inside, everything got touched on the box, it was extremely difficult to even open the box.

                Extremely disappointed with the service, need somebody to contact me asap, it was so embrassing when we opened the box in front our client from germany.

                  I was placed the order throw swiggy swiggy was promise me it will be delivered but also till the time yet not delivered money not refunded
                  And also till the time i"m in hungry if i will be die then fully responsible will be swiggy
                  When i was contact swiggy chat no respond i was also tweet no responce and also when i was contact food delivery boy firstly he told me we will be delivered the products after one hours i was making 25 times calls bit no responce after when i was trying 26times he responced a told me we will not deliver low cost food he told mai bol dunga mega bike toot gay hai mai nahi delivery karinga jo honga asap swiggy se baat kar lena

                    Swiggy delivered a diseased chicken gravy and it was smelling very bad that my entire room was smelling bad. Swiggy always delivers spoiled food, burnt foods and low quality food. Due to spoiled chicken and low quality chicken now i got skin disease and had to spend rs.3000/- for doctor expenses. Today swiggy delivered burnt parata. Due to which i couldn’t able to have my dinner. Swiggy did not even return back my money for delivering burnt parata.

                    Swiggy is showing the price of food items is more than the actual price charges by the restaurants, in this case restaurant thali price is 65/-, while swiggy is showing 95/- . This is totally wrong and beside this they also charge delivery charges.

                      wrong item delivered. not ready to refund

                      I had ordered Behrouz Biryani through swiggy on 5th of November 2019.
                      My order was Biryani Of Rs.1200 and I received a pack of Rs.380. Then after complaining, Swiggy sent me a replacement order. And they sent the same thing again of rs. 380. But in both order they had sent the bill of 1250.
                      And after agonizing hours of customer care, they refuse to give me a refund. N asking me to wait for their call at 1 am. N I didn’t...

                      I am sukhwinder singh delivery boy in jalalabad, swiggy id[protected]
                      . I have been suspended when my id is 804152 deactivated from company hand time (October), i contact fleet manager but not any one attend call. Now i have mark absconded list. And 4300 rs deducts from my payout without any issue. And after long time not refund and am not able to login from last and i have so much lose is in last 3 weeks my weekly earnings is 3500 rs plus so in last 3 week my lose is 10000 rs in this time period. I want instant solution and keep get login.
                      What is my fault. So take any action...& keep get mi login. If not take any action after this complaint. Am file a case in consumer court.

Even if we compain to swiggy, they will say next time we wont repeat and our apologies... it is happening each and evry time when i ordered.. Swiiggy service going worst now a days in hyderabad.

                        I have placed order on swiggy android application on 05 nov 2019. After placing order i got message that my order amount is refunded. I talked to swiggy agent on their chat support and they confirmed that my order is cancelled. After about an hour i got call from swiggy delivery executive saying that he brought my order.

                        I asked him that my order was cancelled by swiggy itself to which he said that he has no information of this and requested me to accept order. I accepted the order as in such case if i had denied the order swiggy would have deducted food wastage fee from my account.

                        Then, i am charged for order.

                        Here issue is swiggy has made mistake and instead of accepting their mistake they are charging customer by falsely putting it on them.

                              I order food, swiggy order no. #[protected] for rs. 290 new super chiken corner nanded, maharashtra, today at 19:27pm but food not deliver to me and delivery boy try to me but because of network problem contact not done, i am also try from my side to cotact him but after it his location on app is not seen. So i am unable to contact him. I am waiting for the food.

                                I ordered veg manchurian and swiggy sent me non-veg manchurian. Upon tasting it it i found non-veg and also very stale. I'm a pregnant women and this kind of service can ruin my health. I've contacted swiggy to ask for either refund or replacement but they're so rude in saying system is not allowing to compensate.                                   I have been overcharged for the products bordered. Moreover the quantity provided nos much less.i ordered for brocolo.the rate was ram 150 for half a kg. I have been charged 201 RS and the quantity is .468 gm. I ordered onion @59 RS/kg. They charged me 69 RS and the quantity was only .936 gm. I ordered half a kg pumpkin. They provided only .410 gm
                                  Instead of 282, they charged 332 and quantity for 3 out of 4 items is less. I complained but they did not return my money.

                                    Today we ordered online food on swiggy at Danish Creek Restorent, Falnir, Mangalore. While ordering only we gave the address where to delivery the order if they cant reach the destination means they can cancel the order. Insted of doing that the delivery boy was shouted at us in a middle of road reason of the distination was too far. But in our area many swiggy people' s are delivering the food. He is a one guy told like this and also he is very rash. Even he is not in his uniform if he not in his uniform how to recognize.
                                    Its a request with you to take necessary action against that delivery boy.. Behaviour of his with a girl in midle of road was very bad

                                      I have ordered food from swiggy at 2200 on 03 Nov 19. After order pickup the delivery boy Hemant called me and said that he had met with an accident so he can not deliver the food. Soon after that the status of food start showing delivered in swiggy app. I have made a telephone call to swiggy customer at care at 2300, they said they cannot do anything in this regard .
