I placed an order with swiggy. I changed the address from my home location to work from my laptop. The locations automatically merged due to bug in the mapping and in spite o[censored]pdating thrice in the chat for the correct address they delivered to the wrong place.
Not even sure if it is delivered or the swiggy guys are having it.

I ordered from a restaurant. The delivery guy did not give me change so i asked the consumer care in swiggy. He said that the delivery guy will transfer to my google pay account. I am a regular customer of swiggy. I had ordered 6 burgers from a restaurant but received only 3 burgers. This is not the first time. The same case has been happening since many orders. When i contact them regarding the issue they just ask for feedback and close the issue. This is not the right way to respond to customer problems.

I ordered aloo tiki and dahi bala from ambala chat patiala through swiggy. As i used to eat from ambala chat locally. On september 12, 2019 i have ordered some food but items were different from what i have ordered. Swiggy denied to compensate or replacecement for the order. They said we can't.in past same thing happen so that time they compensate me but this time they denied and said its against our compensation policy to compensate more than one time to the same person although they repeatedly do such mistake is from their side....
