On 30 Sept 2019, I ordered food with swiggy and I paid through net banking, but order not placed, again i tried and both time amount debited. Later on, I paid through UPI, this time order placed. I got debited three times. I contacted SWIGGY. they told me First two transaction stuck in the gateway, the amount gets refunded in 5 -7 days.
I contacted many times swiggy and my bank. But the bank told me, we have paid to the merchant and provided transaction no. while swiggy support gave me different response every time. some times we are initiating your refund, sometimes, "We didnot receive money".
I mailed swiggy support with full detail, but I dint get any response.
