Hi team,

This is regarding my order number: [protected] with swiggy on 1-nov-2019.
Through swiggy i placed order for dominos pizza. The total bill amount was 539 after discount is given through the swiggy40 discount code.
I made the payment online and got a confirmation message. Later dominoz gave me a different bill and asked me to give an extra 184 as they said bill amount is different.

This is online fraud by swiggy.

Please analyze the issue and take strict action.

    Ordered food worth rs.330 last night, after receiving the order found restaurant sent wrong and incomplete order, they sent 1 plain paratha instead of 4 kulchas and plain refrigerated cold rice instead of paneer pulao. Contacted swiggy via chat. Representatives were completely denied or refused to understood what exactly happend. I request you to kindly check the issue and revert asap

    First of all on call Swiggy customer support advisor denied to provide refund or replacement as they lost the picture I have shared with them over social media. second thing, they are ordering me to contact the restaurant, am I your servant Swiggy people? Restaurant first sent wrong order and they won everything. A super customer support team here present in Swiggy.

      I get the call from [protected] he told us that he is calling from swiggy and we get 5 coupon if we do what he say he told us to download mydesk app from which he remote our device we do not know about the same then he said to do transaction of rupees 10 rupees. After that they do two transaction and debit 30280 rupees from my account. Firstly he did transaction of 28280 from paytm and the he debit 2000 rupees through another medium

        Order i placed was first cancelled by swiggy stating there was some technical glitch after i had already waited for an hour. Then they again placed the same order, the items i got were really of poor quality.
        When i reported this to swiggy, the executive wasn't able to resolve this. For which i requested him to transfer call to his supervisor. To my surprise, not only the supervisor was far less understanding but also non country operative. He finally agreed to refund just 100/- out of the 350/- i had spent for this order, after 30mins of argument.
        Really feeling frustrated and angry for the way this entire thing went across.

          After receiving the order and money has been paid, swiggy made me to wait for 30 mins and later i get to know that the restaurant is closed wtf it really sucks, the service is not at all good and upon this the money is deducted and not refunded, it says money has been initiated for refund but i didn’t get any money, this case happened with me thrice. I need to lodge complain on this for my losses. Worst experience ever

            I did not get my refund as was promised by swiggy on october 23 about my order from saffron platter. Your restaurant did not confirm my food so you had to cancel it from your side but you did not refunded my money back as you promised. This has been about 10 days but i still did not got my refund very disappointed in swiggy's service and this is such fraudulent behaviour did not expect it.

              I ordered cak from just bake through swiggy and the order number is #[protected]. I missed to order one item so wanted to add it my order. So i called to just bake which is taken my order.. Here it go they said they are not tied up with swiggy.. I called to the delivery guy he said he took the order already i asked him from where you took the order then he said no idea and saying on d way to deliver. Asked swiggy to cancel my order they cancelled immediately and took 200 rs. As cancellation charges. Which is not acceptable though those guys are delivering untrusted sources and taking my money for cancellation is not acceptable. Ultimate thing is swiggy don't have vendor information.

                On 23rd oct-2019 i had placed an order - swiggy order no. Order no. #[protected]

                The delivery representative called and i missed the call and within 5 mins he reached my place. The delivery representative came as started being rude as i missed his call. He refused to deliver the food and started abusing me verbally and left the place.

                I am shocked by this harrassment and the abuse and threat. I requested swiggy for action - but no clarity has been given except a refund.

                It is dangerous to send such delivery representative to people's home and private spaces. There has been clear abuse/threat by representative and deficiency in service for not providing the food amount willful misconduct and gross negligence on the part of swiggy.

                I am requesting for action against such threatful and unprofessional service.

                    I ordered food with swiggy (Order id #[protected]), after an hour it showed order delivered but i did not receive the order. I called the delivery boy, at first he received the call but spoke nothing and i tried contacting him again but he did not say anything on the call. I was very frustrated, angry and tensed so i called him again from different and the same was repeated!
                    Having no option left i had to chat with the customer care executive named rithu who was very late in responding and also was not being able to solve my issue so i requested for a call back.
                    Swiggy customer care executive, sai called me and said that they could not do anything and that i should contact them again the next morning!! (Reference id 2909122).
                    This service from swiggy was very unsatisfactory and also it was an insult of mine infront of my gursts waiting for food who had to leave without eating anything!!! Kindly look into the matter and give me the best solution.

                      I am Akhila Singa, I ordered food from a restaurant via swiggy on June 3rd amount of 365, and October 18th 8-50 PM amount of 209 made payment via Google pay. The money got deducted but the order wasn't placed. I need my refund.
                      Attaching Screen shots of the payments made, everyone facing the same issue with swiggy. Please don't encourage such a fraud app. Please help me to get get my amount back.

                        I had ordered food from a restaurant via swiggy on 28th october 2019, 9.15am.. Made payment via google pay. The money got deducted but the order wasn't placed. I need a refund.. Following is the msg i received from my bank.

                          Yesterday evening i have placed an order for food from (Order no.#[protected])
                          Restaurant: vaishno amritsari naan (Satish dhaba), patparganj, delhi-110092

                          They have served half cooked and burnt bread (Chapatis), very poor quality of vegetables and with unpleasant smelling. Food was not even fresh.

                          Please do the needful and update us as soon as possible. Also return our money paid for that.

                            Very bad experience with swiggy. Ordered food at 9:50pm and after wait of 1 and half hour it was forcefully canceled from your support team by me for some silly reason that some other picked up the order. And no compensation for customer after 1 and half hour hunger wait. Again reordered and it showed 25min and after completion of 25 min it again says 25 min total 50min again and again shows 30 min so again total 130 min. So im waiting since 9:50pm and order is going to come at 12:15am. Later when i called delivery executive, he says order will be delivered at 1:00am. Is this the proper service from swiggy that too 2 times in a row for a delivery distance of 1.5-2 km between restaurant and delivery location and a delivery fee of 40/-. Seriously worst and # is my words and cant say more beeps. Good bye swiggy. Thanks for timely dinner to the customer.

                              Money was paid through upi beforehand, live tracking was unavailable and when i called up dominoes through the no. Provided by swiggy, they kept on replying till 2 hours that your order is out for delivery.
                              I want my refund.
                              I had waited 2 hours for food, but no response came regarding status of food either from dominoes or swiggy. I understand there could be delay due to festivities, but i need not pay for something i never had, so please initiate my refund.

                                As they said they have initiated a refund amount of 174 to my upi, i didnt recieved any amount of money, waited long for two days, raised a conplaint in swiggy, they simply said that we have refunded amount from our side the problem is from your side and ask upi customer care with the id provided,

                                Okay ive contacted my bank with the id provided they said there is no refund initiated with that id.

                                Here im confused whether india's (Upi) payment mistake or the swiggy's

                                P. S :- although it is for only 174/-, what if it is for 2000 and more

                                  I had ordered from swiggy app, my order didn't reach as they delivery person was at the wrong location and refused to come to the location even after telling, so the order was cancelled and it has been more than 2 months the amount has not been refunded and they ask me to contact the source, if you refund money its your responsibility that it reached me. Asking me to contact the source is the only piece of information i was given. Please look into this and sort the issue out.

                                    I have placed order for rs 150 from my regular restaurant my order no. [protected] on 26th oct 2019 delivery boy not called me & suddenly my order got cancelled by swiggy & they send half refund to my account also swiggy member mr. Shiva is also not giving clear picture.
                                    I need full refund. This company should get closed if i am not going get my refund back then i have proof it will be uploaded on facebook.

                                      Swiggy is a cheat food delivery service. They take orders and then their delivery boys never bring the food. N if you try to cancel the order, they deduct 200 from your payment. Its a scam. I have been duped out of my money twice now. Someone needs to take action against such companies.
                                      The delivery guy, samirul islam, outright refused to deliver but the customer care in swiggy said we have to pay cancellation fees of rs.200. This is absurd.

                                        It is regarding an order placed on oct 20, 2019. Order # [protected] for an amount of rs. 425 which was accepted but not delivered hence customer care refunded the money as a coupon with an addition of rs. 50 more total = rs. 475. I had used this coupon to place an order on oct 24, 2019 to order a pizza amounting to rs. 179 out of which only rs. 20 was paid by me and the rest rs. 150 deducted from coupon of rs. 475 (Food475). Technically the remaining amount with swiggy under my account should be rs. 325. Today, i was trying a place an order for rs. 150 and tried using the remaining amount but it was a nogo. I contacted customer care of swiggy on it and they said the coupon (Food475) can be used only once on any of the order thereby stating that my money of rs. 325 cannot be used anymore. I feel cheated as this is not right and companies like swiggy are giving a service much needed but are also exploiting people with policies as these. If this was the condition then the executive who refunded the amount to me should have informed me about it and then given the refund in the form of coupon but he went ahead with the coupon without informing and double checking with the customer. I feel cheated as the executive i chatted with a while ago said this is it and nothing can be done about it.
