I ordered a mysore masala dosa today from singla dwarka through swiggy. I am a prime member. The delivery boy picked up my order as the food was prepared in just abt 5 to 7 minutes. The order was picked up as per the status in swiggy app. However the delivery boy status was still showing that he was still at singla even after 12 minutes. I called him and he told me that he has multiple orders and that he will take another 5 to 7 minutes to start from singla restaurant. Then he will deliver the order that he received after my order was prepared and thereafter he will bring my order.
That means that after picking up my order the food was getting cold for 12+7+10 (Travel time to 2nd order) + 5 minutes travel time to deliver to me = 34 minutes.

Swiggy telecaller says that it is company policy to take multiple orders for one delivery boy even if it means that the first customer order is delayed and he gets cold food as company wants that the delivery boy should make more money so that they remain motivated as there is shortage of staff...

Wow... I think we all genuine customers should boycott swiggy till the time they make a policy that one order per delivery boy.

Pls share my experience with your friends as much as possible.

Hello Sanjay, at times we implement batch order with the aim to save up on fuel and make our world a little greener while increasing the overall efficiency. That being said, we ensure only those orders are clubbed which do not deviate from the aforementioned ETA. That being said, if there were a delay in the said delivery, please write to us at [protected]@swiggy.in with your registered details & relevant order ID so that we can look into the issue and take corrective measures.

My friend the explanation you have given is a stereo type and seems like a big excuse for your faulty policy. You are certainly not trying to save the planet or make our planet greener by saving on fuel but in reality you are trying yo make more money both for you and your staff but at the expense of quality and service to your prime customer.

I[censored] want to make planet greener then make sure your staff only use electric vehicles but you will definately not do that.

So pls dont make stories and admit that your company policies are faulty and infact u should make sure that ur staf[censored]se only electric vehicles and also that one delivery boy should deliver only one order and yhat also asap so that we can enjoy hot food rather then food that was prepared 35 to 40 minutes before which will definately be a cold food.

    My mail id [protected]@gmail.com is active for more than 14 years. Now it is used by another person from kochi, kerala to buy food through swiggy.
    Because of this i could not log in swiggy with my mail id. Whenever the other person buy some food items, swiggy forward the details to my mail id.

    I have complained to swiggy once about this by mentioning all the details. I attached a bill too received from swiggy. But they have taken no action.
    I am attaching a bill recently received from swiggy for the food bought by the person in my mail id and who is not known to me.

      The delivery agent assigned to me was terrible and ill mannered. He called me asking for address in kannada... I gave and as i am not from karnataka, i spoke in hindi and english and even told him that i am not able to speak in kannada... He rudely spoke and hung the call up...
      Again he called me couple of times, i gave him the direction of the address... He was nagging to me asking to pick up the order from a certain point... He came to my apartment and was asking me to come down to receive the order even though i said i am pregnant.. I clearly mentioned the address and its on the 3rd floor.. But he was reluctant to come upstairs...
      Atlast when i said that he has to deliver me at the provided address... He said he is not supposed to as "it's not door to door delivery, it's house to house delivery"... He is so adamant that he told me nonsense n that i should learn kannada as i am here in karnataka...

      This is not the 1st time... My previous order delivery agent also didn't came upstairs... He gave me the reason that he won't come as he got some problem with legs though he could ride a bike, stand straight and walk properly but could ask a pregnant woman like me to go down to collect order. I tied a bag to a rope and took my order upstairs.

      I generally don't order from swiggy but my experience is so horrible that next time i would think before ordering...

        I ordered food from momoman using swiggy app, the food i got was so damaged and i was not able to eat it as whole soup was spilling out and momos were also squeezed.

        I notified swiggy via email and also via social media twitter. But company didn't respond me on email and on social media they refused to compensate me for the loss that i have occured.

        This happen twice to me and both of time they told me the same that the company will serve me better in future..
        However i do not believe that they are committed to it.
        I have attached the photos below please take necessary action.

          This is abhay pratap singh, one of your customer, i ordered a food on[protected] at 9:27pm with order id [protected], i paid online by netbanking
          I was expecting food after 41 minutes as shown by your mobile app but instead of that i got cancellation massage with deduction of 200 rupees as cancellation charges.
          Delivery boy didn't contacted me while i was online and i was tracking him even he didn't reached at given destination before that he cancelled my order and imposed 200 rupees as cancellation charges.
          As u can see it was quite pitiful situation, neither i got food overthat this unethical cancellation charges, please check and do the needful,
          This is a big harassment for me and my guest for whom i ordered food.
          Looking for positive response and action
          I am complaining to swigy customer care but they they said they can't provide complain number, this is fraud

                Food was uneatable and unhygienic

                It had bad odur and i vomit after having first bite. This kind of food can cause food poisoning to customer and can also result in death

                  I had ordered food from subway by swiggy and as displayed in the swiggy app, delivery time was 21 mins at 1:20pm on 25th november 2019. Then without acknowledgement, time was revised by 27 mins at 1:36pm on 25th november 2019. I contacted in app chat representative and he told revised delivery time is 1:56pm on 25th november 2019 and ended chat without acknowledgement suddenly. It did not reach on 1:56pm. I again contacted chat executive but it kept me saying to wait. Seriously? And it reached on 2:04pm on 25th november 2019. I have photos attached with this. This was completely unprofessional and i was about to miss my meeting of work scheduled on 2:10pm on 25th november 2019. Even delivery time on app changing backward and forward unexpectedly. Delivery boy said the reason of delay was multi orders. Please resolve this and compensate me so this wont happen again by them to fool people.

I use app because they provide service and they provide service because I pay for service. I demand proper service against the money I pay. I want them to compensate me.

                  Today, Swiggy Executive Mr.Nikhil again called me regarding this matter. He was too polite like yesterday he was. He again assured me that strict action will be taken and this wont happen again. I appreciate he is concerned about my matter and he called me again. So lets see whats action they will take but on the whole, my issue was to make swiggy Team aware about ground reality. So they can make things better for their brand. I can say this was best response I have ever had from Social Media team. I actually love swiggy. That is why I use it on regular basis. Thanks for response. -Still your user!
                  Your swiggy employee ( delivery boy ) behaved rudely in our hotel. I would request you to take action on him. His ID no-4849.
                  I placed dinner from Swiggy.Order contained 6 plates of Gulabjamun, but i got only 3 plates.On complaining to Swiggy, they told since restaurant is closed plz raise an issue tom.next day they told that they cant refund but they can repalce the order.I want my refund.

                    We ordered pur food from swiggy but we were wrongfully served we ordered pure veg but instead we were purposely served non veg food we are pure vegetarian from our ancestors eating non veg is a sin for us but yesterday swiggy made us do this sin i was out so my dad thought i ordered him a chaap but when he confirmed me this morning he was in a state of shock my mother got very unwell. We want legal actions to be taken regarding this.

                    The delivery boy was so rude at phone.
                    And there is no option to report it.
                    Please look into the matter. After talking to him no satisfaction in eating. No professionality.

                      We ordered from swiggy last night and we were wrongfully served. We are pure vegetarian since our ancestors non-veg is a sin for us and we were on purposely served non veg food by your delivery boy. Our religious integrity and purity has been hurt. We don’t even bring non-veg at home and your delivery boy on purpose made us eat by goofing up our order. I wasn’t there at home so my father thought i ordered chaap but when he confirmed with me he was in shock he is devastated and angry as we would be proved as a shame on our ancestors
                      I can't login my old account. It is not showing the login option or not working with login option.
                      Swiggy dont want to refund for the food they delivered which is spoiled. It is their delivery boy had delivered, he should check the quality before he accept the food for delivery

                          You guys have the worst delivery service in Sarjapura Area. I have never experienced this kind of service ever from anyone. We placed the order at 8.30pm. Didn't receive it till 10.00pm. Called at the call centre the executive said there are no delivery executives available hence he cancelled our order after 10 mins. Then we call up the restaurant and request them to deliver us and they also agree but a swiggy delivery guy turn up and takes our order. And now your call centre people tells they cannot track the order as they have cancelled it. And also we cannot trace the order because your guys cancelled it and your guys ask us to place the order again at 10.30... Like Are you guys really kidding... Then promising to refund the money... Like seriously... It was your duty to inform us if there was no delivery executive available... Start improving your service...

                            Clearly, swiggy is overcharging consumers in the disguise of delivery.
                            Why are their so many hidden charges?
                            Including delivery charges, packaging charges in addition to already overpriced food items?

                            I hope this gets closed soon.

                              Swiggy delivery boy took delivery from door and swiggy executive misbehaved and automatically canceled my order.. The delivery boy kedarnath behera canceled the order and left from my house... He abused me in front of my security... Poor service from swiggy... Then swiggy executive called me n misbehaved me saying we will cancel your order as we can't reach the executive i was hungry n still they didnt listen to the plea n automatically canceled the order without my consent... I am hungry now n they didnt punush that croock delivery boy too... I want compensation from swiggy for this mental harassment n want that delivery boy out of swiggy

                                Hi, i ordered from swiggy from a restaurant and the order time was shown as 32 mins. Then after 10 min, igot a call from their delivery executive stating that the restaurant from where i placed order wants to talk then they told me that my order would take 30 mins more. I agreed to this. Then i got call from swiggy 2 times saying that your order will take 20 mins more to which i agreed as there were some guests at my home and i did not have time to cancel the order and again order from somewhere. Then after 1 hour, swiggy executive called and said that order is not shown on the restaurants server and so we are cancelling the order. What was this? Do they consider us customers as fool? If such was the case then why the restaurant executive talked to me earlier. It was a clear case of customer fool and because of this i kept waiting my guests also for the food and in the end no food. Seriously, is this the kind of service provided by swiggy.in the past also, such cases have arised but this time it was above my tolerance level. Please take strict action against swiggy

                                  It was said that use can use the code order50 for the first 5 order...
                                  I had only ordered 1 item only with that coupon

                                  My 4 coupons are not still used.and when i tried to have information about that its only valid for 1 month. swiggy dont even tell that on their condition about that 1 month.

Do analytics on how much usage of plastic containers for every order in a day. Use alternative like aluminium foil put in paper box. Completely avoid single usage of plastics to save mother nature.

                                    Today i ordered paneer combo from "aami bengali" restaurant but was very dissatisfied with the food quantity — pulao quantity was very small, chutney was not given enough quantity to eat and the salads were not that good.

                                      I placed an order today 22/11/2019 for burger from burger king through swiggy.
                                      I placed order for 2 burgers and 1 combo pack.

                                      I did not receive the items that included in combo
                                      I raised a complaint for swiggy and the response i got is that i will be getting rs 30 as an apology...

                                      I paid 154rs for the combo and for 2 items (Fries & large pepsi) they are saying that they will provide 30rs coupon... So they are expecting me to pay rs 120 for 1 burger. Which is not acceptable.
