Yesterday evening i have placed an order for food from (Order no.#[protected])
Restaurant: vaishno amritsari naan (Satish dhaba), patparganj, delhi-110092

They have served half cooked and burnt bread (Chapatis), very poor quality of vegetables and with unpleasant smelling. Food was not even fresh.

Please do the needful and update us as soon as possible. Also return our money paid for that.

I would like to inform you . I have order a pizza from swiggy . They commit time was 30 min after 72 min waiting they didn’t deliver the food to me . When call the customer care they behaves in responsible way . Sir please take action against so that if commit they full fill it . Order id is [protected]

    Very bad experience with swiggy. Ordered food at 9:50pm and after wait of 1 and half hour it was forcefully canceled from your support team by me for some silly reason that some other picked up the order. And no compensation for customer after 1 and half hour hunger wait. Again reordered and it showed 25min and after completion of 25 min it again says 25 min total 50min again and again shows 30 min so again total 130 min. So im waiting since 9:50pm and order is going to come at 12:15am. Later when i called delivery executive, he says order will be delivered at 1:00am. Is this the proper service from swiggy that too 2 times in a row for a delivery distance of 1.5-2 km between restaurant and delivery location and a delivery fee of 40/-. Seriously worst and # is my words and cant say more beeps. Good bye swiggy. Thanks for timely dinner to the customer.

      Money was paid through upi beforehand, live tracking was unavailable and when i called up dominoes through the no. Provided by swiggy, they kept on replying till 2 hours that your order is out for delivery.
      I want my refund.
      I had waited 2 hours for food, but no response came regarding status of food either from dominoes or swiggy. I understand there could be delay due to festivities, but i need not pay for something i never had, so please initiate my refund.
      Dear team,
      Today i bought the pizza from swiggy but after taking time that was not eatable and its quality was very poor. Now i through it in dustbin and now i want my refund on urgent basis.

        As they said they have initiated a refund amount of 174 to my upi, i didnt recieved any amount of money, waited long for two days, raised a conplaint in swiggy, they simply said that we have refunded amount from our side the problem is from your side and ask upi customer care with the id provided,

        Okay ive contacted my bank with the id provided they said there is no refund initiated with that id.

        Here im confused whether india's (Upi) payment mistake or the swiggy's

        P. S :- although it is for only 174/-, what if it is for 2000 and more

          I had ordered from swiggy app, my order didn't reach as they delivery person was at the wrong location and refused to come to the location even after telling, so the order was cancelled and it has been more than 2 months the amount has not been refunded and they ask me to contact the source, if you refund money its your responsibility that it reached me. Asking me to contact the source is the only piece of information i was given. Please look into this and sort the issue out.

            I have placed order for rs 150 from my regular restaurant my order no. [protected] on 26th oct 2019 delivery boy not called me & suddenly my order got cancelled by swiggy & they send half refund to my account also swiggy member mr. Shiva is also not giving clear picture.
            I need full refund. This company should get closed if i am not going get my refund back then i have proof it will be uploaded on facebook.

              Swiggy is a cheat food delivery service. They take orders and then their delivery boys never bring the food. N if you try to cancel the order, they deduct 200 from your payment. Its a scam. I have been duped out of my money twice now. Someone needs to take action against such companies.
              The delivery guy, samirul islam, outright refused to deliver but the customer care in swiggy said we have to pay cancellation fees of rs.200. This is absurd.

                It is regarding an order placed on oct 20, 2019. Order # [protected] for an amount of rs. 425 which was accepted but not delivered hence customer care refunded the money as a coupon with an addition of rs. 50 more total = rs. 475. I had used this coupon to place an order on oct 24, 2019 to order a pizza amounting to rs. 179 out of which only rs. 20 was paid by me and the rest rs. 150 deducted from coupon of rs. 475 (Food475). Technically the remaining amount with swiggy under my account should be rs. 325. Today, i was trying a place an order for rs. 150 and tried using the remaining amount but it was a nogo. I contacted customer care of swiggy on it and they said the coupon (Food475) can be used only once on any of the order thereby stating that my money of rs. 325 cannot be used anymore. I feel cheated as this is not right and companies like swiggy are giving a service much needed but are also exploiting people with policies as these. If this was the condition then the executive who refunded the amount to me should have informed me about it and then given the refund in the form of coupon but he went ahead with the coupon without informing and double checking with the customer. I feel cheated as the executive i chatted with a while ago said this is it and nothing can be done about it.

                  I have tried 2 times to place an order on 27th sep, 2019 on swiggy app and both times it failed with 600 + 600 = 1200 rs deducted from my account.

                  I have contacted the swiggy app chat over 4 times over the last 1 month from 27 sep to 25 oct (Today). Each time i contact, they say with in 4-5 business days it will be refunded however i have not received any refund yet.

                    I ordered food from McDonalds. For the 1 hour I am explaining the address to delivery boy and swiggy customer service agents. They keep calling, not to ensure food delivery but to say how I have not selected the right address, then assuming I have manually entered the address. On top of it when I say to cancel, they tell me they will charge cancellation. Speaking as if they obliging me by cancelling. Amazing customer service - no food and no money back.

                      Last month i ordered food from swiggy expecting time shown was 45mins as usual i waited for 45mins and after that i saw the rider location near my apartment and i called him and he picked my call and said my bike is not starting and than i asked did you have my order he said no i'm here at mechanic for repair and i said why didn't you passed this information to me or your supervisor at least i could cancel the order and won't be waiting for an hour and he just said sorry sir as now my waiting time was 1 hour 15 minutes and i explain the situation to swiggy customer care and than he said he can assign a new rider and fresh order for me and i said ok. New rider reached to the restaurant and said there is no order received by the restaurant and staff are closing the restaurant and here one question clicked on my mind how the swiggy customer care has placed the new order with new rider and i again shouted at him and the time i waited for the order was 1 hour 45 minutes after the swiggy customer care apologise for the mistake he has done and its totally a bad experience which i never thought i would be experiencing it and main thing is that my perception for swiggy has changed after this experience.

                        I have placed an order of food worth rs. 2819 on 3rd of october (Order no:[protected]). On making the payment, the payment was failed but the amount was deducted from my account. I made the second attempt and order was successfully placed. I raised a request to refund the extra payment with their support team and they informed it will be resolved and refunded in 2-4 business days. I have not received a refund at the time of writing this complaint.
                        I followed up after every 2-4 days as stated by their support team but every followup had the same response that they are looking into it and the refund will be successfully credited in 2-4 business days.
                        I must have had 5 sessions of chats with their executives. They seem to have templated responses with no idea of what transpired in the previous support chat.
                        It has been more than 3 weeks from their first commitment but i have not received my refund yet.

                          I ordered my food #[protected]... I was [censored]ing waiting for long 45minites to hv that dish. N just before 9minutes it has been cancelled... R u guys [censored]ing Crezy. Here we are waiting fr having food n u guys are making foolish...Even there is number to call back...
                          My order had been delayed abnormally and when I reported it the standard cosmetic reply was give and when I objected it the executive straight away closed the conversation, and like a fool I had to just quit, I am gonna take the full conversation to media and consumer court if not resolved by swiggy grievances

                              I ordered some food from swiggy. Gave specific instructions to cook the food without spices. The food quality was bad and it was full of spices. Food was for my friend who was ill. I contacted swiggy and checked with them and they said they will replace the order. I never got any replacement. I contacted swiggy again for multiple times and they said they have refunded the order and it will be credited in 2-4 business days. It's been around more than 20+ days now and there's no money credited to my account. Upon contacting swiggy again, they said the order was replaced. It's not about money, 140 is a very small amount. But i cannot tolerate this. I have all my chats recorded. I can share screenshots if required. Please help me.

                                I had to cancel my order because the delivery executive hadnt been to my location before and didnt know how to use the google map. Why assign someone to a location they are not familiar with? Also why hire someone so unskilled? Do you people at swiggy not train your workers with the basics of delivery service? I also had to cancel an order earlier beacuse o[censored]navailability. To have to cancel my order again for the second time for no fault of mine! I was already hungry beacuse of the dealy and had to manage with something else. Worst experience.

                                  I had ordered for food, after placing the order i realized that the destination address was mapped wrongly to my current location from gps, do i called up the customer care immediately to reset the address, but the executive refused and said that the order will be cancelled, this did not take even 2minutes from ordering, after 15minutes the delivery guy called me up and sai that he is waiting in the wrong address to deliver my food,,, so i thin called up the customer care to check that were like i will be charged for this, there was nothing wrong that i did here,, and i was put on hold continuously whole i was hungry and at work place so i disconnected the call,, i haven't received the refund till now, i uninstalled the app and some never used this device in future

                                    First of all the delivery executive entered our apartments but hasn’t delivered the order.in the app it shows he delivered. What are u guys thinking? Are we customers fools? U guys are literally minting money and not satisfying your customers. I want someone to take action against that particular delivery executive who spoils our day.. Didnt expect such horrible and atrocious service from so called “swiggy” if this continues we will never order again from u guys.. Extremely disappointed

I went to the 'help' option but the customer care executive says that they will take action on the restaurant but they are not able to process any compensation. I dont want empathy/apology etc kind of things. I just want the food I have paid for or I want my money back.

It very clearly states that the dish is vegetarian represented by the green dot as per your listing, but what was delivered was a complete Non vegetarian dish. How can someone be so irresponsible in such basic detailing. I am deeply hurt by this act of swiggy. Being a strict Vegetarian and this will not be taken casually. Need a proper explanation on this.
