Hello Team,

First to my utter surprise, in this days of competition with other food delivery companies, how can Swiggy be so pathetic with their customer service! Samarth from the chat support just disconnected my chat while I was online. It happened with another executive of yours few days back. Swiggy just rock in disconnecting chats!
I raised a concern with them for a refund of Rs. 260 few days back as I didn't receive...

On 5th Oct at 2.34 pm we ordered food worth Rs.955.Order number [protected]. Message came saying order not completed.The message was "Order was not completed.Any amount if debited from UPI will get refunded within 2, 4 days." UPI reference number is UPI/DR/[protected]/Swiggy/UTIB/[protected]@/Swiggy.

mONEY WAS DEBITED FROM MY BANK BUT THE order was not DELIVERED.

    On 30 Sept 2019, I ordered food with swiggy and I paid through net banking, but order not placed, again i tried and both time amount debited. Later on, I paid through UPI, this time order placed. I got debited three times. I contacted SWIGGY. they told me First two transaction stuck in the gateway, the amount gets refunded in 5 -7 days.

    I contacted many times swiggy and my bank. But the bank told me, we have paid to the merchant and provided transaction no. while swiggy support gave me different response every time. some times we are initiating your refund, sometimes, "We didnot receive money".

    I mailed swiggy support with full detail, but I dint get any response.

      Service: the food supposed to be delivered within 35 minutes. It got delivered after an hour. The delivery executive is not responding.

      And the chat bot makes it worse in the help section. With the pathetic implementation of chat bot swiggy is offering one of the worst customer help.

      Just check the time now and the reply from chatbot in the screenshot.

        I have purchased 2 quantity of veg combo and 1 quantity of non veg combo on 26.09.2019 in the name of ranita chakraborty, bidyadhari bidyalaya, da - 51, bidhannagar, kolkata - 700064 from papa chow (Swiggy representative) vide order no. [protected] and the quality of food was so poor and non eatable. I just throw out the food and called to papa chow, but unfortunately i have got a negative reply from their end. Please look into the matter and arrange to refund my bill amount.

          I have placed order on 5th september 2019. Restaurants can't able to deliver this in 1 hours. So, i cancelled that order.

          Rs. 444 amount is debited from my bank account. I have done payment using my debit card.

          After cancelling order, i received message from swiggy that my refund is initiated and i will get it within 5-7 days, as well as transaction number is there in message.

          I have connected customer support and they told me my payment method is "net banking". As well as she told me my order status is failed. If order status is failed then how can amount was debited from my account.

          She is lier. She always repeat please wait 5-7 days...

            not refunding my money even I have not got order products

            Hi i ordered from swiggy on 7 oct from subway 3 products 2 sub and 1 wrap. I was told i will get order on 57 min which took almost 2 hrs to deliver and when i got order i opened 1 st box it was veggie delite sub wuth no veg apart from cucumber.
            I complaint them they said they will refund 50inr but didnt refund when i opened 2nd box it was ok but 3 rd box was also sub with no veg inside.. I texted them and requested then to send right...

            This is regarding [protected].

            Swiggy picks up the order and then call customers to explain that the area is not covered under delivery area and ask for extra charges. Complaint is, if the delivery area does not cover my area of residence then why they pick uo the order and why they disturb customer calling multiple times asking for cancelling the order. This is between restuarnat and swiggy before picking up the order by checking if delivery area covers my residence area. Finally they cancel the order by deducting 95rs as cancellation fee. This is they they take both money and food in their pocket. And customer lose both food and money. Take immediate action on this.

            Before picking up parcel Swiggy has to be sure that delivery area is under swiggy's permitted delivery area. If we get call for non delivery/extra charge after parcel is pickd up, it creates hassel. Thanks.

                I have forwarded mail regarding this but not received any reply..
                We ordered a ice cream box from NIC but it was fully broken and leaking from the bottom. This a very disappointing act we have faced now. Plz take care of the case by refunding or giving another pack.

                  I have ordered on swiggy on oct 3 2019 and because the restaurant was closed the order was cancelled. But it showed that the restaurant was open. Anyways i have paid online for it through card and haven't recieved the money yet. I contacted customer care. They told me to contact bank and i did, bank told me that i haven't gotten any amount refunded. Swiggy is not helping me, i feel cheated

                    I ordered for a veg biryani. Instead of that we got a chicken biryani. We thought it was paneer but when we checked it was chicken. We dint eat any food. The whole order went waste. They just refunded back the biryani amount. Whereas the whole order went waste and i should receive full refund. They dint take any action against the restaurant too. Kindly help.

                      I have placed this order 9:15 pm 7thoct 2019 and after 1.5 hours i tried reaching customer care and they replied me back someone else took your order and we are sorry for inconvenience, then after forcing so much they said well provide you a replacement of that order i agreed, then again at 11:30pm i contacted delivery executive and he says sir the restaurant is closed and i contacted customer care and they are like sorry for inconvenience. A guy who has been waiting for his order since almost 3 hours you say sorry and over!
                      This is how swiggy takes care of their "super" customers.

                        Every single time i order food from swiggy, it either comes in absolutely filthy packaging or they deliver something i didn’t even order in the first place. It’s so annoying to be wasting away so much money and still getting the wrong order, specially when you’re hungry. Extremely dissatisfied & disappointed. My money has been wasted more than just a few times and it’s high time somebody actually started talking about it because turns out i’m not the only customer facing this sort of a problem. I want this to stop immediately, thinking as if the customers are fools!
                        Sir ordered from miku refresh point sikandra agra up..the food i ordered that is pizza and burger ..the food is unbaked ..looking very ugly..packing also was no good in look ...plz initiate my request and please take actions thank ..

                        I order my food at 10 and in 1 hr i asked the agent they said you will receive your food in 5 mins then at 11 30 i asked again they said the man is about to reach then at 12 they said your order is canceled

                            Hello,
                            Off late, the charges for delivery have increased, but now in addition to that restaurant charges.
                            Now since a charge is being placed for delivery, why are we as customers supposed to be guiding the delivery personals the way to our house, also why do they speak while riding - is this safe and what kinda service is being provided for me to pay such charges?
                            I understand in this fast-paced world, time is of the essence but please do not expect us to give your selected delivery personal directions.
                            I placed an order on swiggy. It was cancelled and cancellation fee is taken. I called them, that amound refunded by them because it was their mistake.

                            When I placed order again, that cancellation fee which was refunded is added to my next order. I told them but not responding properly.

                            They all are fraud
                            Hi i ordered a tandoori momos 8 pices from hot paprika and food was delivered by some muslim boy wich is already opened and ate by him. I received only 7 pcs of momos.
                            I want my refund. It is totaly waste for me.

                              Hi i ordered from swiggy & i got stale sweet delivered to me . i complaint this to customer care but they are not giving refund . They keep on asking for images . i tasted sweets & found it to be stale. I told customer care that i am ready to talk with restaurant but they dont connect me . Kindly take strict action against swiggy for delivering stale sweets . I am attaching screenshot for order details. stale item can also lead to bad health.

                                I was working as a swiggy delivery boy in a team... I was taking as much as order is possible for extra incentives...
                                Bt the payout was not transparent it was just coming the message that this much ammount was adjust from your payout... Bt it always the low ammount with what i calculated... Why can't you give an payout invoice for delivery boys... With an new update it's my kind request... Because when i ask about the payout information on the help section they are saying that go and refer in the hub... But hub is far away from my place... How many times should i go and check...

                                  Order was unduely delayed. Lack of timely response in redressal of situation. Followed by false delivery or wrong delivery. No pro active attitude shown by your employees to resolve situation. Refund was prompt. How it helps me resolve my hunger is questionable?? When asked for a call on the issue the operator was not audible since the background noise of boys and girls laughing was louder than his voice. When informed him the call was uncerimoniously cut and no call back on the issue. Guess customer is last for your organisation. Questionable ethos of company reflected in your employee behaviour. But u ask us to support make in india but can't uphold indian tradition with chalta hai attitude. Poor taste sir very poor. Hope you guys improve ur customer service.

                                    I ordered a pop meal through swiggy after that as it was showing 50mins for delivery i had to cancel the order. I talked with the customer care and they initiated the refund. The order number is #[protected]. Order date was 1st oct 2019. The payment was made through phonepe upi. Order value was rs.145. Usually, these refunds reflect instantly. But as the upi was down that day the transaction might be failed. I contacted the customer care regarding that after 2 days regarding that but they said the refund is initiated successfully and gave me the reference number saying it will take max 5 days. When i visited my branch on the 5th day the manager told me there is no such transaction has been made. When i contacted swiggy customer care on 6th day they just simply told me they have limited access and cant check whether the transaction has failed or not and just saying it, they closed the conversation.

                                    This is the worst customer service i've ever experienced.

                                    I hope my issue would be resolved as soon as possible.
