Sir mai gorakh nath swiggy de id[protected] hai sir problem ye hai maine august to september tak 14 cancel hua tha. Jo ki maine order (Hub) me sumbit krne ke bad bhi mere floating cash me 1206 rs. Add kr diya hai jab mai fleet manager se iske bare me bataya to manager bola jyada order cancelled ho ke karan aisa hua hai. Jo bhi order related issues tha sub fm ko suchit krta tha.

    I had ordered cake n paid through Paytm n my order was forcefully cancelled inspite of me selecting d right address dey claim n I hv d proof I hv d screenshot of d receipt tat I selected d right address n dey claim tat I selected d wrong address n hv applied cancellation charges which m not liable for and d customer support service and the chat team is of no use they just keep giving assurances that they would pass on the feedback to the concerned team and then close the ticket and the delivery guy is also rude dese delivery people just want the order to get cancelled and then deduct half of the amount without even delivering the product

      Through this mail, we are here to mention how pathetic it is when it comes to Swiggy.
      This is in regards with a complaint mail regarding SWIGGY Pathetic Food & Customer services. Swiggy has started a new service.It's called 'cancelling orders on their own on behalf of their customers'.We are mailing two complaints about the Delivery Executive and CUSTOMER CARE Team.

      Being a regular buyers from Swiggy, We have placed an order on 1st October at 4:30 pm in the evening.The restaurant has accepted the order and flagged the order. But, After sometime We got a call from the Delivery Executive who said that the food can't be delivered.. Even he asked us to cancel the Order too. When we denied to cancel it, they asked us to complaint in the Swiggy CUSTOMER CARE Department.Only then they will dispatch the order. We didn't cancelled the order, but We did a complaint in swiggy and While having a conversation with the swiggy team, Swiggy has cancelled the order itself without giving any information.It has got cancelled at 5:37 pm on its own...At that time, We already were having a conversation with the CUSTOMER CARE team . Almost for 1 hour, 34 minutes and 50 seconds, we were on a continuous call regarding the complaint, but the representatives disconnected the call in between without giving any solution.They simply ended up the conversation without giving any response.Such a worst experience so far with swiggy.
      We called up again and again and after some time the CUSTOMER CARE executive has answered the call and said that they will register a complaint regarding this. We have asked for a complaint numer as well, but they didn't given ANY COMPLAINT number but assured us that their senior representatives will give us a call back within two days..Then we asked them to let us connect with any senior or manageral level person, After insisting a lot to talk to any senior or manageral Executive, they made us connected with their Senior Representative.At that time the Senior Representative was apologizing and was offering us a coupon of Rs.200 while their CUSTOMER CARE executives were offering coupons of Rs. 100 because they have cancelled our order and were not placing the same Order.We have also asked for any alternatives as We all were hungry because we were waiting for so long and it has got too late to go out and get any food, but they said that nothing is available.. They were apologising again and again and feeling sorry again but were not helping us out .The only answer we got from them was - Nothing is available .Nothing can be done.Nor can be done.They cancelled our order and We have to suffered for whole night.
      As per our experience, We have Seen that Swiggy's service is pathetic and now we are looking for a compensation and refund for all our time and energy that was wasted in dealing with such an incompetent organisation.We want them to repay us for our discomfort..We need an either Item replacement or the Money so that we can order the Same Order. Our Order No is - Order#[protected].
      Such ### service.. If this persists u people, the Swiggy will be over soon atleast in the City Rewari, Haryana..
      We are an Institution, and if we will not get any solution from Swiggy, We would recommend everyone to uninstall this app. as soon as possible.Such a worst app. with cheap delivery executive and CUSTOMER CARE people and services.Such a bad user experience.

        ON september 9th I have ordered food from the swiggy. Food delivery person delivered somewhere. Immediately i have chat with customer care to refund the amount. He also confirm the wrong delivery and initiated my refund request. But till now I am not getting refund, Now the customer care support people replying on chat like this is the old order we can't refund. Then i chat with senior person on September 27th he said you will receive refund within two working days but today date October 3 but still they didn't refund the amount

          but we received only one parcel of aloo tikka 2 burgers, when we called that VJ Cafe then they told us we packed your both orders and gave it to that person.             Today i booked an order with swiggy (Order #[protected]) and specified the address on which they had delivered a couple of times in the past. I was advised a delivery within 33 minutes. However, after 1 hour i got a call from swiggy's delivery partner informing me that he was at a wrong location. When i tried to give him directions, he asked me to come to his location and collect the parcel. When i requested him to deliver at the address mentioned in the order, i got an sms on my phone that my order has been cancelled and i will be charged rs. 180/- as cancellation charges on my next order. First of all, my order was not fulfilled. Then i was charged a cancellation fee for an order that i had not cancelled. This is totally unacceptable; and a very unprofessional and pathetic behavior on swiggy's part.

              For swiggy order number #[protected] i have ordered some food from swiggy hoping that food will be delivered to me and i will be able to eat my food with delight but what happened that delivery boy named yadav threatened me and asked me to come somewhere in the city for which his motive might be physically assault me for reason i have not provided him exact gps location and told him that i will not cancel my order. However my written address was correct and in telephonic conversation i directed him towards right location. This unusual behavior of this delivery boy must be noticed as it may lead to instances not good for customer. People order food for eating not for fighting people earlier unknown. He has my location and i even don't know him. This is a matter of grave concern for me. I think swiggy will understand this and recruit people with good background.

                When downloaded, it is showing black page. Requested to contact customer care. I have contacted cc through email and chat but no solution. They have given 48hrs resolution time. Time has passed over 6days but no progress. I followed up their swiggy support email, but still they are unanswerable to my issue.

                  I ordered food at a restaurant using swiggy and paid through online. The food was totally spolied and bad odour coming from that. I need any immediate solution for this issue. If someone ate that food, they will surely get into sick. This is the way they serve a customer? Definitely swiggy should pay for this issue. Have you think customer as a # for eating a spoiled food. Would you pay for the treatment if they get hospitalized.

                    Now just ordered food order id [protected].i booked in thalassery restaurant in kamna bahali 2 appan and two chicken dum nitiyan.just I got and I paid 423 for that.i open the cover I found that only one chicken dum biryani is there.so please kindly deliver1 chicken biryani now.i called in that restaurant they told to complaint
                    I have ordered food with order number [protected] but the food has not been delivered. When I contacted the delivery man, he says he has delivered it to a child where as there are no children at my home. The customer care is also uncooperative. They only only have a chat option to raise complains which is very inefficient. Please resolve the issue.

The delivery boy called started scolding i don’t know the address, if you want you only come here like this that he scolded. First teach your delivery boy some culture.                         I order from swiggy on 26 sep 2019 amount of 99 rs order. But his restaurant partner gave me wrong food. I complaint and want to refund. They told me refund is in processing and show in your account with in 24 - 48 hours but i wait for above 48 hours but till 30 sept 2019 refund not show in my account. I chat with swiggy customer service and ask the status they told me refund already credit on 26 sep 2019 with refund id 21529903. I show they my account statement there is no credit any amount from swiggy but they did not agree. I ask for tell me the account no which you credit this money they told me please contact your bank. I ask them again for transaction no. For enquiry from the bank because bank want transaction no. For enquiry. They told me they have only refund id and request id. How is it possible if they transfer any amount bank generate transaction no.. So again i ask them for please tell me which account you transfer this amount because i want to know for his transcation right or wrong. But the customer executive gave me defualt messages like i apologies for your disappointment etc. They not support for my refund.

                          I had ordered food from swiggy today.. the delivery guy gave one ring missed call and before I could call back.. I recieved a message of the order being cancelled and I will be paying half the price of the order for cancellation charges. I didn’t cancel. Secondly on contacting the customer help desk they said that I will have to pay. My address was wrong. I have been using this address on previous occasions. That time there was no issue. How can they say address is wrong. For no fault of mine I am paying cancellation charges ? I asked the help desk guy to deliver the same order..then il pay.. he is asking me to place a new order.. does money grow on trees.. for no services I am being made to pay.. and the customer cAre never sorts out any issue..
                          Very worst service provided by Swiggy to me they gave me burn rotis and half cooked chicken and dal is also not good

                              Team of 55 were starving because of restaurant and swiggy's negligence.
                              This order was place at 12.35pm and 46mins was the delivery time. Order was delivered late at
                              Had to get help from swiggy and started chatting with "pritam". This was the most impolite behavior from the executive and had some predefined texts all the time when the questions were asked. Finally the chat was closed without resolving and giving any solution for the delay.
                              The compensation for the delay is least bothered here. If it was restaurant fault, penalize them and compensate the customers with benefits.

                              I would want a compensation as the order was for my team of 55members who were starving for this negligence

                                I received the wrong order as i asked for sandwiches and they have provided me hamburger type pav which i don't even like. I asked to replace it but they said they won't be able to exchange and can't get my order delivery. It's really ridiculous. You are serving your customer with their own desired food but here i see you want to feed them by your own choice and take the whole amount. Why you # people running this company when you cannot satisfy your customers. Its customer's wish to order whatever they like not whatever you wanna like. I need my order by today itself, otherwise, i know very well how to make your company shut down. I was hungry so i was bound to place an order so at least i can have my sandwiches with exclusive discount where i need to pay rs.27/- only. I was very happy to get such offer but you people ruined it like anything and your customer care service is worst totally. Rather than apologies, i was asking for the solution to fix it. She said can't do anything. Tumhare baap ke paiso se nai khaa rahe h. Rs.1/- invested in your company means a lot where we can't have our own choice food. Band kr lo apni dukhan. Worst service and company ever seen. Tum logo se toh aacha zomato h atleast they realise their mistake and compensate to the customers as per their fault so that the customer can again place an order with them and make them happy.

                                  Tried to place an order on swiggy but despite my money deducted from freecharge account and transaction shown successful swiggy denied to receive
                                  the payment hence no order placed both of them are not trustworthy and reliable freecharge has no realtime customer service so despite of paying money I didn't get my food what I have paid for shame on you swiggy and freecharge

                                      I had placed and order on september 13 2019, and the order wasn't placed but the amount got debited from my account. After contacting the company through their app several times (4 times) i was told that it will take 2 days and then it increased to 10 days. It has been 15 days and i still haven't received my refund and i was asked to contact the bank, which i did and the amount was not debited. All i am getting through their app is their apology and how sorry they feel and that my concern will be raised to the higher authorities. I was told i would be contacted and i haven't been contacted even once. I am not being given any relevant information about the query that i raised.

                                        I had ordered 4 items from anjapar resturant blore and i receive call from swiggy customer care saying delivery boy slipped and curd rice got spoiled, can we deliver remaining items and we will assure to deliver curd rice in 40 minutes and as a apology we will credit 130 as a sorry coupon code to your account for the inconvenience caused. I waited patiently for 40 minutes then i spoke to chat person and they told delivery boy will come in few minutes. After an hour again i chat asking for delivery information and they say me saying sorry we will refund that money. I have not received my food first place and then fake promises from swiggy to loot customers money. I again chat with them after 4 days asking status and they say sorry cant help as its more than 2 days.
