I have brought symphony coolers from raj electronic , rk puram market on 22 june 2012. Cooler had worked well for one week then I started created problem " fan not working". I had called to raj electronic guys they have given me symphony customer care number , I have launched the complained on customer care. After 24 hrs(30 june 2012) I received a message that " this is yoru complained number and we will do the need full in 24 hrs" in this message engineer number " satbir yadav" was mentioned. I called him but he disconnected call and sms me tha I will call you later. I have waited for 2 days to resolve the issue but on return call from engineer.

After a day I called to raj electronic and explained every thing and then they gave me one another number of mr. Ganesh " he said I will not be able to resolve issue, talk to mr. Bhupinder :- I called him he said he will resolve issue today, but no solution. In evening he gave me another number mr. Hari om :- I called him, he said he will do the thing tomorrow. But no solution. Later I approached " mr. Sharma - branch manager" and start explaining him whole case , he said that he will resolve issue by today but its been 5 days not solution yet. I am keep calling Mr. Sharma but no solution, he is just buying time. I want to stop allowing Symphony to sell their product in market.

I need justice and want to return product of symphony, I want a claim of 1 lac rupees for all mental tensions.

Kindly guide me.

    dear sir/madam
    i had purchased a symphony jamboo aircooler last summer and at the start of this summer i found that ,the water pump of my cooler is not working,
    for that i complaint in symphony service center ghaziabad they commite me to come within working days and provide me a complaint no. that is KME 23E 12080 but after a long wait and so many call i found a massage from their side that ur complaint has been solved without receiving my feedback even their not coming at my home for that, i complaint it in head service center which is directed by mr. dilip soni (67,jagdish nagar,ghaziabad) and i found very bad response from their. so, kindly help me to take a legel action againest symphony .thankxx

    Symphony Jumbo Air Cooler — Worst Servecing

    I am a Symphony Air Cooler customer of their product model Jumbo. I bought this on 9th April 2009. Just one week it's working properly, after that water level indicator is not working and it's given the less cooling.I registered the complaint every week. I bought this product in Surya Electronics, Hyderabad located in Panjagutta. Purchasing time they give the pale smile and good response, after bought the product they wont turn the customer's side. Worst Product and Worst Servicing and Worst shop.
    please send me a catalogue of your air cooler products

      i am the user of symphony air cool... but air cooler blade is broken from earlier... i am complaint at local service center 27/03/2010.. but they don't care.... how can i get my cooler fresh?

      Symphony cooler — cooler blade

      i have purchase a symphony cooler but ten days ago cooler blade is brakedge to on cooler .iam three time call to service center but not my cooler servicing. please help me.
      Symphony aircooler only serve for two season, the third season it ask for water pump more over even the fan broke while it was on. What a poor quality third grade plastic. Even a road side wander selling a non branded cooler can atleast take guarantee for the fan, atlesat the blade will not break while it is ruining. I heard form someone, Symphony want their customer to reach them and pay money at least every third year. Now I realized its true. I STROGLY SUGGEST GO FOR SOMEOTHER BRAND AND AVOID SYMPHONY. ALL SCRAP THEY USE AND SPARE PARTS ARE VERY EXPENSIVE.
      Same experience we had recently. First water pump broke down & had to be replaced and thereafter one fan blade broke into two at midnight : it was seen that the other two blades had also broken at their mid upto about 80 %.
      Xtremly bad experience...with symphony service..they ask for service money without doing any work...even technician not able to resolve the problem.

      ACTUALLY COMPANY MADE BLADE NOT IN THE MARKET -- I SUGGEST TO DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT BETTER PURCHASE LOCAL MADE FOR 3000/- USE IT.

      I HAVE TO PAY 1250/- FOR BLADE AND 400/- SERVICE CHARGES TOTAL 1650/- TOO MUCH

        It has been worse buying cooler from none other then highly endorsed sales people & co claiming of its prompt & efficient after sales service?? It has been a month now that we are unable to use the product, that too a cooler in unbearable summer, simply because its under warrenty & we are infromed each day by supplier ( Home Town) that someone would visit us immediately, but of no use. Registered our complaint at co's Symphony Ahmadabad HO at IVR several times, but of no good. Now since entire month of severe heat have gone by & my kids suffered hot & humid unbearable weather, I wish to return the product & get my refund.

        Kindly help me get the same at the earliest

          I am surprised that after so many reminders, only one person came to the house. when it was pointed that the cooler was not colling and was making a big noise, he made some adjustments. he also informe that another customer wanted the coller and when he was told he can take it he said he will let us know
          even now we maintain that a defective unit was supplied to us and it still is making a lot of excessive noise
          Tasneem got a call
          yesterday whether it was replaced, but inspite of trying to contact youll which is very very difficult we were unable to get this unit replaced.
          as mentioned earlier it looks like that VIJAY SALES JUST WANTS TO SEELL, THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IT LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE IN THE MARKET TO SELL DEFECTIVE UNITS TO GULLIBLE CUSTOMERS-BILL#07-PD05-1261AO786 DTD 28 MAY 2012

CEE-7F12017. after that anybody did'n give any response from company side.Already I send mail CEO of company. but no response. due to reason i write mail to consumer court.                 pump Not working/Not cooling
                I Purchased Symphony Air Cooler Model: High Cool on 30.5.2012 . But after 20 days stop working pump and not cooling. I have given complaint on 15.06.2012 but till the date no one came for servicing. If I call the service centre, they are simply reply persons are busy with other work and we will send the person so and so date. The Service centre No are as follows [protected] and [protected].

                  I purchased a Syphony Air Cooler model DIET 22E through STAR CJ network , the invoice no. is U[protected] dated 16/05/2012. After one month cooler fan stooped working. I made complain since 15/06/2012 on their IVR controlled customer care too many times and I received an SMS with complain No. KME-20F12009. But nobody attend the complain and the complain has not been resolved.

                  I also contact the STAR CJ customer care on 19/06/2012 and they assured me the complain will resolve within 48 Hrs. but has not been resolved.

                  You are requested to kindly resolve the complain immediately.

                  Symphony Air Cooler — NOT PROPER WORKING COLLAR

                  i purchase symphani air coller from company authorise dealer at chandranager bhatt road paldi ahmedabad in gujarat but from 1st day the coller is not work properly colling in not so good from above symphani air coller the dealer is chiting wirh us so we are requeast that pl give me way what will we are doing because on ist day of above coller purchase i was call to dealer that the coller is not working properly bot the dealer say no i cant do any thing you will call to company i already say to company bot nobody will come at my house above coller price is 8400/rs above amount is very big amount for common man and i am also comman man so pl help me .i want to by coller but in this product the dealer is chiting with me.

                  My symphony duet personal table cooling fan purchase date 19 Apr 2021 . It's fan is not working and I did lot of times raised complaint against it through whatsapp number [protected] and all time complain also raised but in two three working days says due to unable to contact you, your complain is closed. Yesterday again I raised complaint for fan issue then complaint is raised but till no members from symphony contact for it.
                  Request please take action as soon as possible because weather getting hotter in every consecutive day.

                    Cooler is not working since 2 days.. I purchased it on 22nd may 2012 and in a month, pump has stoppped working, and now cooler is throwing hot air..

                    I called customer service 3 times, which puts me through to IVR, automated response, and confirms me that complaint has been lodged. I even get a text message after that confirming complaint number and saying that I will get a callback within 24 hrs which never happened actually.

                    Now I am left with no clue with what to do with this huge machine and whom to contact to get it fixed, and I have been spneding sleepless nights in this kinda temperature.

                          Hi,

                          I had purchased a Symphony Diet 22E cooler from Hyper City Mall on Banerghatta Road 2 months ago. Within one month of purchase the PCB board got burnt out and the switches melted. I lodged a complaint with the customer serivce of Symphony and in a couple of days time someone by the name of Rakshit came to attend to the complain. He changed the PCB board but did not change the switch as he did not have them. He stated he would get back after a week and do the needful.
                          However the PCB board again started getting heated up and burning out. To my surprise i recieved a SMS stating that my complain was attended and it was closed whereas the complete work was not done. I re lodged the complain again and after that i have seen no response at all. I call up a gentleman called Mr. Kiran every now and then he assures me they are working on my complain. Its over a month now but i still dont see any action. Offlate the response has been someone will come over by tomorrow and that tomorrow has never come.
                          I do not see any support provided by them, as the product was faulty and is within warranty period they should either repair or replace but looks like they are not interested in doing either of it. There is also a risk associated with this fault and have informed them about it but they seem to be least bothered.

                          Kindly let me know how can i go about either getting a refund on my money or having this issue resolved.

                          It is true company does not want to do anything.

                          When gave call to service center then received SMS on Mobile and now, you have to keep waiting.

                            I have purchase symphony air cooler (Model: 22E) on 06.05.2012 with a price tag of Rs.6991.00. After one month the pump is not working, we register a complain in symphony's website and SMS me with there service provider name (Mr. Ujjal Sengupta) with mobile no ([protected]). I have called this guy many times but he is not picking up the phone. My Call NO: is SPL-11F12004 DT. 11.06.12. Its really pathetic a company like symphony is fooling the customers. I need my money back or the product should repair immediately.

                              The quality of the Symphony coolers are poorer than the locally manufactured plastic body coolers. I bought Symphony Winter last year in June from an authorised dealer in Sikanderpur, Gurgaon - Bindra Electrical Company. My ordeal started just after purchase. After installation i figured out that the pump is not working. I called the dealer. He insisted to bring back the cooler to store. After lot of persuasions he sent one mechanic who has no knowledge of the product. However he has done something and to his surprise the pump has started working. I used it for less than 15 days and packed it as the rains had arrived.
                              This year i started using it for the past 20-25 days. 3 days ago the pump has again stopped working in this peak summer season. I called up Bindra Electricals. The person this time has given me Symphony service center no. It took me 3 attempts over 2 days to get my complaint registered to an IVR. Each time ivr said that the complaint no will be sent on SMS but it never arrived. on 3rd attempt i got a Service Request no SKE 11F12034 registered. SMS also advised me that some one Satvir Yadav ph no [protected] will contact you in next 24 hours.
                              It is now almost 48 hours nothing has moved. The phone no is continuously switched off. No one has contacted me. I have made several another complaints registered through IVR as well as on their website www.symphonylimited.com. No avail. I am left to my fate.. will call some local mechanic to fix it. I am sure after few days once i year warranty will be over on 15th June, they will wake up and come to repair on my cost. I sincerely advised everyone not to buy symphony product. they are just 1.5 time expensive with 5 times poor quality as compared to any local manufacturer.

                              Can anyone believe that complaint in Symphony is heard only after 13 months of reporting!!! Today after 13 months, i received a call from Hemang Pandya [protected] from Symphony office who offered me to help resolve my issue. I politely informed him that there is no need to attend the issue as no one will keep a dyfunctional cooler for so long without repair.
                              To my surprise i received two more calls from local office Vikram[protected] and subsequently some one from [protected] asking for my address to come and attend the cooler. They were extremely delightled to learn that they need not come to repair as it is not required any more.

                              What a example of poor customer service???

                              I request all to think 10 times before making a choice to purchase an expensive cooler from SYMPHONY.

                                i have purchased symphony winter cooler on 31 march of 2012 Lotus Electronics, MP Nagar, Bhopal
                                and still in warranty ,right after 1 week cooler did not work properly .
                                still its water pump not working.i complaint to the symphony service center and lotus electronics .
                                and they repaired it 3 times ,after that i m suffering from same problem and still my cooler is not working and now they are not responding.
                                i need to replace my symphony cooler.
                                please help me

                                I am terribly disappointed and did’nt expect this type of service form a company like symphony – seems I have made a mistake buying symphony product.

                                  ABOVE SAID COOLERS PUMP IS NOT WORKING FROM LAST 5 DAYS.
                                  I COMPLAINED ALSO TO SELLER AND SYMPHONY SERVICE CENTER ON [protected].
                                  BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM UR SUPPLIER AND SERVICE CENTER.

                                    Hi,

                                    I purchased Symphony Winter Cooler on 7th April 2012. Cooler started showing problems within 2 weeks of purchase and finally jammed. I register my complain with Symphony. Their engineer came and told us motor needs to be replaced and he will get it done in 1 week. After 2 weeks, I received SMS that my problem is solved!!!!
                                    I register another complain, and new engineer came and told the same story.

                                    Can someone help me here...

                                    SYMPHONY WINTER — Not working

                                    I Have purchased symphony window on first week of april 2010. and just after a week i found the cooler pump was not working.Then i called to the shop owner, where he gave me the dealers mobile. after then i called to the autherised person where he took a complaint from me and gave me the complaint no 23/N. and said that with in 3 days he will rectify the problem
                                    But even after 4 days he didn't call me or didn't trun up. it has been my wish and i called him on 4th day. the way he spoke to me at that time was very irresponsible. i felt very bad with his words. now till today it has been 8 days they didn't turn up.

                                    i would like to ask staight away only one question, when you are unable to react to customer quesitons and compliants then it would be better for you to close the company.

                                    i would like to know one thing if your machine gets repair just for a week from the day of purchase. i think it is the worest brand of yours.

                                    dont make innocent customers to break their heads with your product.

                                    worest and words less product is yours.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have bought my Symphony AirCooler(New Smart Hi Cool) model on 18/03/2012. In features they have mentioned that 200 sqft. it will fit. My room has just 112 sqft. only for two people its not sufficient. Problems I have faced are

                                      1) Remote Sensor are not working properly.
                                      2) Facing Problem with Faulty PUMP , it's not working since 10days.

                                      i have raised an complaint to direct customer care,against that i got message like service request No:RES29E12005 . From Symphony , they gave an mobile no [protected] will contact within 24hrs like this kind of message's i got three time with diff request no, but till no response from croma store and symphony . even though i kept an mail to croma & symphony , no response the worst service they are giving , when i am calling to customer care of croma (jublli hills store hyd) they are saying within 24hrs or End Of The day it will be resolved.but till now no response.daily making calls for that.


                                      All people are irresponsible people. They will not take care of anything. Very stupidly they are responsing....

                                        I, Ravinder Jain, bought a Symphony cooler on 19th May under the one year warranty, after 4 days its cooling pump stopped working, so I complaint regarding the same (Complaint no. KME-23E12082) to local dealer which he forwarded to the company, from then there is no response just a call that they would be coming by today and tomorrow only after several times I called them. It is almost 10 days after complaint and still I am waiting for their reply.

                                        So please suggest me what I should have to regarding the same.............
