i purchased a symphony cooler ( jumbo ) from hari om enterprises, railway road, gurgaon, haryana, india . after one weak of purchase i faced a prolem the jamming of its fan continued and still jammed.. On inquiryfrom its service centre at this product is a defective in designing and will continue to create problems.Also i have to waste my full day in taking it to service centre and spending my money for no result. if such problem had been continued, It will be very difficult for a person to have faith in your products

    I have purchased Symphony Cooler from Authoriosed Distributor M/s Siddhivinayak Electronics,Nava Vadej.(Phone No. [protected]) before 1 month.

    Now cooler is huge bend from one side,after complaning distributor,distributor person comes & check & said that this type of problem was not happen earlier so we don,t replace or repair cooler,same reply i have received from symphony guy,cooler is in warranty,

    Nobody ready to resolve this problem.

    I am planning to going conusmer coart, I want to replace faulty cooler.

        we purchased symphony diet cooler last November,since that day the cooler pump giving problem
        we clean the pump base many times once we clean it works for few hours and again gets clocked
        symphony products we purchase earlier also we have never seen a worst product like symphony

SURESH ([protected]) AND I HAVE BEEN CALLING HIM SINCE 15 DAYS AND HE IS PICKING UP THE PHONE EVERYDAY AND PROMISING ME TO COME IN THE EVENING BUT HE NEVER TURNS UP.

          Symphony ( winter ) — Fan not working

          We had bought a symphony winter air cooler. In the first season the pump stopped working. Now in the second season , the fan is not working. We called the company service cell and lodged a complain. After two days and regular phone calls , the engineer came and said the motor is not working. He said he will come the next day and he has not come since 5 days. When we call on his mobile , it is switched off.
          What we have to do.
          What is the way out.
          Do we have to run after these engineers and do not buy symphony in future.

            if there is any one in the symphony company who have beleve in humanity so please leasen to my complent and the other seffering customer because after saleing the product it is very diffecult to hendle the customer i have submitted the two complent in ghaziabad service center they responce like they are mad they always said they do not know when the service machenic will come my complant no is 070412 and the other is 140531 for this complent ihave return the winter cooler from the customer i paid him back cash to the customer because servic center lady regulery made a promise that today machenic will come tothe customer home they are taking all this in a joking way they and company are not awere the bed blessing of the customer they will suffer kumar electrical vaishali ghaziabad [protected] i have heard about there there poor service but today i feel the same

            Symphony Winter Air Cooler — difference of rate between internet price and local price

            i have seen symphony winter air cooler's ad on TV. I like the product. i enquiring the rate of it at local level and it was 8500/-. but when i enquire on the internet its price is shown there 7000/-. i was surprised. i want to know that can difference of Rs 1500/- is justified
            it is true, company head will enter fare in the service area i[censored] are spent many crore rupees why u should not ugive proper service

              I have bought a Symphony Air Cooler - Jumbo Jr. from Pragati Enterprises Ameerpet near Satyam Theater1 week back. It's pump stopped working suddenly last night and it resulted in hot air altogether. So when I made a complain to the customer care from their web site http://www.customercareinfo.in/symphony-aircoolers-india-service-number-india.ht... , they gave me a local number of person of their company named Ramesh. Ramesh gave me number of local customer service center [protected]. Some lady on this number took the complaint but never gave me the complain number. I insisted her that the cooler is not even 1 week old and send the technician immedietly so she said she will be sending the technician right away. After waiting for 2 hours when we called 3rd time, the lady told the technician is on his way but the other person took the phone and told he wont be able to come for another 4 hours. I had taken off from office and was waiting in the heat of Hyderabad. The person on the line was very unpleasent and was talking like he is doing a favor on me even though the cooler had 1 year warranty. After letting him know that I am not free for rest of the day and send the technician now, he started arguing. So I told I will file a case against them and hang up the phone. After that I called head office of Symphony for raising the alarm, they said they will get this issue resolved today. I got a call from technician again saying he will come only after 4 hours. I said OK and when I called back to confirm the timing, he stopped taking my call. This is very bad behavior where customer is waiting since morning leaving office aside and the person does not even show up. I want to make a case against them.

              I have booked a complaint about 12 days ago fo replacing grass mats in my jumbo symphony cooler. The company have named a mechanic by name Mr Vasu phone [protected] for servicing the cooler. When contacted he said that he would come giving a call. I have been contacting him daily right from 9.0.3.2012 he is promising to come daily but never kept up his word. One Mr Narsimha Murthy phone [protected] was named as coordinator. He only shows lip sympathy promising to depute the mechanic and has not kept his promise so far.As of now he is unget over phone for the last three days . There is no response even for my SMS. The response is very very poor. I don't know where to complaint. C.Sesha chary phone [protected]

                My name is Bhanu Pratap Singh, I had purchased a Symphony Diet 50T air cooler on dated 1 May 2011, but on dated 8 May 2011, its water pump stopped working. I made the complaint on the mumbers ([protected], [protected]) provided by the Dealer from I purchased the cooler. I also tried to call on the[protected] printed on the warranty card, but this numbers a same recorded massage " WE ARE NOT AVAILABLE NOW PLZ CALL LATER". Till the end of 15 May 2011, I did not received any response from their side. Even they are not afraid of consumer forum. They are passing the comment that "TUMHE JHA JANA HAI WAHA JAO"
                Later the dealer provided me another number [protected] claimed to be the service head on the delhi for symphony after sale. Intialy, he confirmed me that my cooler would be git fixed in next 24 hours. but after that stopped receiving my calls.
                Now, I nothing had any option other than making the complain to Indian Consumer Forum.

                Now i have only hope from the consumer forum that they bring the attention of the Symphony Management towards the after sales services.

                  I purchase an air cooler of symphony jumbo purchase date on 30.04.11 from Amit Mechanical Works (LG showroom) railway road Hapur .I have already complain to shop & service centre also there is breakage in a tank of air cooler from the shop but he do not exchange breakage cooler or not responding now. I have already complained no 030542 & 070529.Please exchange or Repair my cooler as soon as possible we are suffering from extreme hot.

                    I am a customer of your sympony cooler. last year 23rd May we have purchased a cooler at Krishna Nagar, Shop.

                    After 6 months i have complained given to purchasing dealer (Cooler pump was not working), he is simply asking please come back to me in the month of March/April 2011 because that time summar season also gone. i said that ok.

                    In the month of Apr'11 i'am again going to purchase dealer & asked the complaint again, he was simply says that please contact customer care he will help you.

                    28th Apr'11 we have contact the number ([protected]) she was registered my complaint in the my father name (Mr. Manjeet Singh) & she was written my complaint with complete address & after that she says tommorrow our employee visit your residence & resolve the problem.

                    29th Apr'11 full day i'am waiting for the company person but nobody come to my home. again we have call to customer care number she was simply says that oohh soory sir. he will come again 30th morning. i'am asked which time he will come, she says that 10:30am to 11:30am, i said that ok.
                    i'm waiting till 2:00pm but nobody come at our residence than again we have contact the customer care number she says that sir he will come to your house between 4:00pm to 5:00pm again i'm waiting for the person but still nobody come.

                    i think this is a pathatic service provided by your staff. i'm also working in service depatment.

                    Please understant my problem & attend the complaint on priority basis.

Unfortunately, these dealers wanted 400/- more than MRP mentioned in the catalogue. Neither they are willing to give me Invoice/bill of the complete amount. Current prices showing on the internet of "Winter" is 7000/- whereas they are asking for 9300/-

                        I purchased Symphony Jumbo air Cooler from Big Bazar Noida located in Great India Place. Firstly delivery was not made on time. when I called several times then they made deliver next day evening. Item delivered was badly scratched and person who came for delivery said it is quality checked and he refused to open the packet. I was in the office at that point of time my wife received it. It seemed like a used pieced badly damanged. My wife couldn't check that she is pregnant so it was checked when I came from work around 8:35 in the evening.I tried to call customer service but no answer from them. I am writing this complaint and will have to go to Great India place tomrrow for it.I am cheated by Big Bazar and want to complaint agianst them. I want my hard earned money back . I have been mentally harrased by Big Bazar.

                          I wish to bring to your notice that one of your dealers M/s Symphony, B-68-69, New Market, Kolkata 87 (Ph:[protected] Dealer of RPG SAREGAMA is indulging in unfair trade practices.

                          I brought an audio CD (Legends Kishore Kumar CDF 132348 ADD) on 14.4.11. Later after I opened the pack I found the case was broken.

                          When I went today (22/4) to get the CD changed the man at the counter misbehaved with me asking me to come after 12 Noon. Though I offered to buy another CD to get the replacement done per his request he went back on his word.

                          He told the undersigned...he didn't care and that I could go to RPG and complain.

                          For your kind information, this dealer is regularly involved in selling spurious CDs as well as CDs with broken cases. And despite this, he doesn't even bother to address the customer's grievance demonstrating audacious behavior.

                            Hi,

                            I have symphony sumo jr. cooler on running condition. I have request for service on 29-Mar-11. My service request number is 9979. Service engineer was visited my place on 2-Apr-11. After service he is not able to start my cooler. Till date my cooler is not working. I have doing so many calls to service center but they are not given any response.

                            I had email to customer service and they had given mobile number of Mr.Ripul Sharma - Area service Incharge Noida on- [protected] & [protected]. I had given call but didn't get any satisfactory response from them. On 17-04-11, service engineer has pick my cooler from my home. Now they are telling me that my cooler is not working due to motor failure. They are asking for 2200/- Rs. for replacement of motor. Why I pay money? Before service my cooler is working. After service they told me motor is not working. I have send so many mails to higher authorities like

                            "achal.[protected]@symphonycomfort.com, [protected]@symphonycomfort.com, [protected]@symphonycomfort.com, [protected]@symphonycomfort.com" but I didn't get any response from them. Please look into this.

                              I purchased a cooler on 15th April 2010 and it was stopped cooling only after 3 days because Pump was not working. I called the Customer care, Area head and even main office of Symphony (Ahmadabad ) no body turned up and totaly unprofessional people all across in symphony. At least, I have made 100 calls. Customer support has given me request number and when I called to know the staus then they said this ticket does not belongs to you. Pathatic...

                              Even I written to MD of symphony about this he is also same as his employees. No response....
                              AS THE KING, SO ARE THE SUBJECTS

                              The dealer sent his personal person to fix the problem on his condition and he replaced the original with the duplicate one and again after 10 days its stopped working and then he raised his hand. After spending 7000 Rs/- and thought about the best available brand in market I was suffering and suffered for whole Summer.

                              My Suggestion is Summer is very near "DO NOT PURCHASE SYMPHONY BRAND AT ALL"
                              Last call is yours...

                              It's not only the customer service but also the product is worst. See how pump will burnt in 3 days, means the product was not tested.

                              Purchase only those brand who provide the customer services on single call or without much persuation.

                              Posting your compain on this site will never help you because I already posted here and no action has been taken till now. So its only that customer should awake and not purchase this product

                                Sub. Refund of money because of defective cooler.
                                Dear Sir,
                                I bought a cooler from surabhi jayanti bazaar, jaipur, on dated 26march 2010 modal no. symphony air cooler diet 22t with bill no. 0042137
                                1. From the day, I bought the cooler it put me in trouble, it started throwing water.
                                I contact to customer service, mechanic came and repaired the cooler.
                                It happened more then 5-6 time.
                                2. After a few days water supply pump defected mechanic came and take cooler to service centre, and returned on second day.
                                3. Few days later cooler again started throwing water and swing switch became defected. Mechanics came and take cooler to service center, they returned it after third day.
                                4. Like this cooler continues to put me in trouble.
                                5. It passed few days cooler vibrate loudly, contact to service centre on 4/10/10 mechanic mr. sanjay come and take cooler to service centre and give me receipt no. sr no.07a[protected].
                                A. now this cooler I bought it because symphony co. is no. 1 in cooler market, have good reputation.
                                b. I pay for it more prizes in comparison of other competitive cooler.
                                C. this cooler I understand that I can use for long time.
                                D. but I got shock and felt sorrow to see its bad performance.
                                E. your guarantee and warranty is for only one year for next year what I will do.
                                F. now I demand for return of my precious money and compensation for disturbing my peace of life.
                                G. cooler still remain at your service center at maharaja service point jaipur.
                                I explain all the condition of cooler to Service centre head mr. k . g. sharma

                                I purchased Symphony 'winter' water cooler from M/s. Shree Vinayak Appliances, Malviya Nagar Jaipur in the year 2008. Immediately after 11 months of purchase there were some technical problem (water pump not working only after 11 months) occured in cooler which was attended and removed through Shree Vinayak Appliances. But now at present when we contacted Vinayak Appliances for services of the cooler it is painful to note that they had given Service centre number only and asked us to contact directly to the service centre. It is more hurted that when we tried to contact service centre Jaipur which is only one in Jaipur, their reply was very casual and did not attend our complaint.
                                Now I have decided to approach to Consumer Protections Forum for getting services of symphony water cooler as it is very awkward that Symphony Company is not able to provide efficient and smooth service after sale to their customers and our valuable time is lost in searching here and there for getting services which totally in vain at last.

                                The reply of company should immediately be received at my husband's email id: [protected]@rediffmail.com; (mobile No.[protected]). In case reply is not received within 3 days I would have no option but to take a legal course of action for justice of the customer.

                                  My symphony sauna water heater is not working from 28th of august which i bought from reliance digital hyderabad,i have been telling,requesting,shouting crying to everyone in reliance and symphony as well from area manager till the service person who comes to fix but there is no response at all from anyone,

                                  i am really fedup with all these cos for such a small thing which will take hardly 10 to 15 min to fix these people are taking sooooooooooo long.

                                    HI i have purchased the cooler named symphony diet from pande and sons nagpur but belive me that cooler is so poor that it can't cool my room and that was the largest size in their range and that cooler it make my room's atmosphere humid and i become so uncomfortable that i put it off i[censored] are interested in purchaseing the same cooler pls dont think about it its in hopelessthing in the world which cost up to 8000/- rs it is much much better to purchase an ac by adding some more money ac can cool but that cooler will not

                                      I purchased a so called branded product called SUMO JR from symphony range of coolers on 20 - 5 -09 on context that i feel get an edge over local coolers plying in market in terms of after sales service if so required. It continued to work well for a season and thereafter in next season only at the start of season motor blew off but in warranty period only , was replaced in 4-5 days and to worst extent it again blew off in next 10 days and was replaced in 8 days but to add on to my agony it again blew off in another 10 days and after repetitive calls to company s plant and local sales office till the date (span of 18 days ) nothing has been done , symphony does not take any brand consciousness in terms of customer service, when motor is blowing off in 10-15 days of warranty then is it not on part of company to get it replaced or replace the cooler if there is any defect in that particular cooler if it is again and again blowing off in 10 - 15 days and to worth extent there ASMs and service executive dont care to pick up the phone even on repetitive calls.

                                        I purchased Symphony Hi Cool cooler from Easy day Store Vaishali, Ghaziabad on 4th April'10. The bill no. is TR#01050. The cooler stopped working on 21st Jun night, so I made a complaint to Symphony service center on 22nd Jun morning but unfortunately forgot to note down the complaint no. No one turned up till 23rd Jun. So again I called up Symphony[protected] but they said there is no as such complaint registered. SO I called up Easy Day Store and asked to help me. They again registered a complaint with Symphony serv. ctr. and gave me the complaint no. as 230626. The engineer turned up on 24th and 25th but wasn't able to give any solution. On 26th I kept following up with Easyday store and Symphony serv. ctr. the whole day but no solution provided except false promises that today it will be done. In this drastic heat my 2 and half month clooler is dead with no one paynig any heed to it. I am completely frustrated and humiliated. Would this have been a normal shop I would have got the solution max within two days. This is the first time I purchased any electrical appliance from a big store like EASY Day store and got my hands burnt. I don't know what to do. I just want a solution.
