Symphony - No Customer Support

I purchased a cooler on 15th April 2010 and it was stopped cooling only after 3 days because Pump was not working. I called the Customer care, Area head and even main office of Symphony (Ahmadabad ) no body turned up and totaly unprofessional people all across in symphony. At least, I have made 100 calls. DiET 50T a design blunder

I purchased DiET 50T cooler from Symphony, with lot of expectation. The dealer convinced that "It is the World’s lagest tower cooler and we would not have to worry about filling water in it". Just after 10 days our harrowing experience started. The wheels started coming out and slowely it... became so frequent that most of the time we were fixing the wheels instead of getting cool air.
