Myself k.m.parnale residing at rajula dist amreli gujarat.
I bought the symphony air cooler Jumbo jr from 'SUVIDHA Rajula' on 3/5/2009, within first week its fan (made of plastic material) was broken into pieces. It was replaced by symphony technition after about one week.
the cooler was then kept in its box for not required in other than summer time.
it was again brought into use and again within one week...

I purchased a symphony air cooler bearing moder- winter from jain electrical, palam, new delhi dated on 14.04.2010. When I used, I found that the one side water pad for cooling is not working properly. Then I made a compaint at Jain electrical, main road, palam, new delhi dated on 17.04.2010. But no response has been given by the company M/s Symphony till today.
