I HAVE PURCHASED SYMPHONY AIR COOLER FROM RELIANCE MART BANGALORE IN OCTOBER 2009 AND STILL UNDER WARANTY. I AM NOT GETTING THE COOLING EFFECT AND I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE AND LODGES COMPLAINT AND MY COMPLAINT NUMBER IS 305 I HAVE COMPLAINED ON 12 APRIL 2010. I WAS TOLD THAT REP. WILL ATTEND THE COMPLAINT IN TWO DAYS . TILL DATE NO ONE TURNED . I KINDLY REQUEST TO DO THE NEEDFULL TO ME .

    i purchase an air cooler of symphony jumbo junior purchase date is [protected] from shop sangeet fraser road,patna-1.i have already compain to shop & service centre also there is breakage in a tank of air cooler from the shop but he do not exchange breakage cooler or not responding now.i have already a complain no i.e 303 or D10.i am very disturb or mental pressure because of this please do somthing urgently .please exchange my cooler as soon as possible we are suffering from extreme hot.
    if you are not work sooner then i have been complain to the consumer forum.

    symphony jumbo junior — water motor not working

    HI IAM RACHACONDA MADHU SAI ([protected]) I HAVE BOUGHT THIS SYMPHONY JUMBO JR. AIR COOLER ON 30/04/2011 AND WITHIN ONE MONTH ITS WATER MOTOR STOPPED WORKING AND I CALLED SYMPHONY'S HEAD OFFICE IN AHEMADABAD AND THEY GAVE ME A NUMBER OF MR. SURESH ([protected]) AND I HAVE BEEN CALLING HIM SINCE 15 DAYS AND HE IS PICKING UP THE PHONE EVERYDAY AND PROMISING ME TO COME IN THE EVENING BUT HE NEVER TURNS UP.
    I HAVE SEEN LOT OF COMPLAINTS AGAINST SYMPHONY IN THIS FORUM AND I SERIOUSLY STARTED TO DOUBT ABOUT THIS FORUM DOES THIS FORUM REALLY WORKS IS IT AUTHENTIC BUT ANYWAYS IF IT IS PLEASE TAKE SOME KIND OF ACTION AGAINST THESE PEOPLE SO THAT A COMMON MAN STILL HAVE FAITH IN THE SYSTEM.

      I purchased Symphony Air Cooler Diet 8t on 28.03.2010 from SPAR - Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore-76. This cooler worked for 2 hours and then stopped functioning. I launched the complaint in both spar and Symphony Service center about non-working on cooler motor on 2nd of April., 2010. The cooler is under one year warranty from the date of purchase for which WARRANTY CARD was issued. From that day, almost every day I have been following up. Till to-day the defect has not been rectified not it has been replaced. Every day they say they replace it by evening or they will come and verify the defect. I made so many calls to get their attention but they are simply not doing anything regarding the replacement which is manufacturing defect. Every time they give a false promise to replace it and I wait them without any success. I request the matter may be suitable registered and arrange to rectify the problem/replacement at the earliest.

      Recently i bought aircooler shyphony tower model 70i rs 13, 770 but due to manufacturing defect leak the water thorought the night so i complined about the problem after several complaints attend the executive told me that is manufacturing defect so they have to 50% of the unit but i asked entire unit replacement because i bought this 8/4/2013 this is under warranty i found immediately the problem and try to call center number but not worked after that i send message to another cusmer care number. now i am waiting their decision.

        I M POOJA VERMA,bilaspur.
        i purchased the symphony air cooler on 4/04/2010
        from deeler of the product JAINA SONS bilaspur.he assured us that this cooler will covered 250s.fit ariyaa and tis cooling lick an a.c.. We purchased the cooler but next day when we sttarted the cooler ,its perform lick a table fan and not even coverd 100s. feet areya .we reqvested to the deeler to take back the cooler or exchange it but he totaly refused us by saying that pump and moter are working and other then problem its cooling or not its not my problem.now what should we do plz suggess us .

          I purchased Symphony Aircooler on 8.4.2009 from M/s Sai Harini electronics, 7-1-399/8, Balkampet, Hyderabad - 500016 against Cash Memo No 064, dated 8.4.2009. The cooler is under one year warranty from the date of purchase for which WARRANTY CARD was issued. I made a complaint to the company about non-working of water pump of the cooler on 28th March 2010. From that day, almost every day I have been following up. Till to-day the defect has not been rectified. There is no response neither from the company nor from the local service point. I request the matter may be suitable registered and arrange to rectify the problem at the earliest.

          Symphony Comfort System Ltd — No Action on complaint after 4 months also

          I made a complaint regarding Symphony Cooler in the month of August. Till date I'm waiting for the resolution of my complaint.

          SYMPHONY COMFORT — hang the air cooler

          I purchased the air cooler make " symphony winter P[protected]" since 15.05.2009 from chitrangana, daya mandir road, mandsaur. I have been doing the complaints over telephone to dealer, once i have availed the xerox copy of bill and warranty card, and call to company directly. bill till date, no service representative avail to service by company.

          Please, provide the service at the earliest.

          i too puchesed a kenstar air cooler from jotwani radio centre, station road, hubli my problem is water is not pumping i have registered a complaint daily from last week, still they not taken any bull action, please dont buy air cooler, bad experince
          I purchase a Symphony Room Cooler, 22Ltr, from a reputed dealer in Delhi...and I am really unsatisfied with the after sale service of Symphony(a brand name in Air Cooler - Evaporative Air Coolers, Portable Air Coolers, Air Conditioners, Water Heaters, Sauna Heaters etc...in Indian Market) but their after sale service is 0, so, before Buying think about their service atleast Once.

          I agree, I had a similar experience. I purchased Symphony Jumbo on 4-Apr-2010 from Noida and water pump broke down just after 3 months. After sales service is worst, phone only rings, no one picks up and if you get hold of service staff after concentrated effort, you will get some future date for the technician visit and you will end up calling them again and again and getting frustrated.

          Kenstar air cooler slimline — water pumping system not functioning

          I purchased Kenstar air cooler from the shop R B Zone Naya sadak at ujjain on 24.05.20110.Phone number of R B zone-[protected]). its water pump is not working from the begning and I informed in the customer care centre many times but no use nobody came to solve the problem.I would like to express my bad impression on this prodect.

          I am also facing problem with service & product is also not good ...
          In the Service level Symphony has worst service class in Ahmedabad. I logged a complain before 15 days for faulty main motor in Diet 22ltr Model but i yet not revived from Service center. If Symphony could not cover service then Please take back Instrument & refund my Money. This is my 3rd complain withing 3 month & in every complain i have to take followup with service engineers. I think Symphony company doesn't know about customer level service after 22year's of experience in this field.
          On complain No 221405** no one picking up phone or could not answer well about complain status. I also talk withMr Snehal vyas for that but he also give me another number to talk. I don't know why company not implement centralized complain center.

              Purchase symphony winter model in 20-May-09, .I register the complaign in Global Power Link, Delhi.for Servicing & not cooling properly.Complaign no 2209, but i cant get any kind of response
              he is right symphony air cooler services is very bad and sham full symphony stings.
              i purchased a symphony air cooler 22 April 2011 from gupt&sons in dwarka sec.10 its grasses get dirty i need a mechanic from symphony for clean it as it is in warrenty priod but there is no any customer care number i found for this cause. in short symphony sitngs
              very very very very very bad secices of symphony air cooler i suggest every body not to buy symphony's product its cometments are fake.
              I purchased an air cooler of symphony brand 22T model at chidambaram, Tamilnadu, on 29.5.2011. When it was filled up with water, it became leaky under it. On the same day I reported the fact to the agency. They told that the tube fixing may be improper and accepted to send the service person immediately. After that I have been on contact with the agency every day. Nobody turned up yet nor no responsive reply received. I have proposed to take this to Consumer Forum. I thought that the company is a reputed company and purchased. Had I been able to search about the quality of service of the company in the web, I would not have purchased a thing from such an irresponsible company. Everybody kindly search in the web about the company purchasing any thing from any company to avoid future complications from the useless concerns.

                I have purchased symphony Cooler on 24 April 2009 @ Anand Electricals, himayat Nagar. At present the cooler motor is notworking for that i have complained to Symphony Services @hyderabad on 13th March 2010, they given a complaint no :66 . Till now the cooler is not repaired. There is response from them even if you call them, they say no engineers are free like that.

                I have also sent mails to [protected]@symphonycomfort.com, no response.

                I request you to take an action on the symphony services.

                  Hi,

                  Myself Prithwiraj Shome, logged my details for airtel broadband connection in airtel site. As a response to that, executive claiming as Airtel authorised sales person came to meet me with assurance of connection within 3 working days. I deposited 1000/- rupees for 512 Kbps(the executive told me the speed would be 512Kbps for symphony employees under some offer) unlimited offer.

                  Till date i did not receive any call or any other intimation. I was given number[protected] for any further clarifications( Later i found out its Radix Solutions). Contact person - Asha.

                  I called them up, then they told me that port is not available in my area. When i asked for the reason they told they will inform me later. Then onwards, whenever i try to reach them they disconnect the phone.

                  Now my questions are:
                  1. If port is not available why did they took 1000 rupees along with all the documents.
                  2. How do i manage to get back the money.

                  Symphony Services — Delay in Issue of receipt for refundable payment made for airtel mobile postpaid

                  hi,

                  I have taken airtel Mobile postpaid connection from below person and paid rs 399 against initial payment and it cna be refundable at the time of mobile service disconnection.

                  Symphony servcies
                  office no. 10, ground floor, vora place, mg road next dena bank opp to TATA indicom galary, khandivali west, M-67.

                  Its being 3 weeks, I am following up with Piyush and kavitha for the receipt(I was told that, will get in the 1 st week), every time I called, I was told they will send the soft copy of the receipt, but till no updates.

                  I have warned them, that incase I dont get response, I will complaint against them, but it is of no use.

                  I want Airtel to take strict action this dealer who is spoiling the Airtel services image. I have disconnected other services only to take airtel connection because I believe airtel provides better service.

                  I request the concerned authorities to provide my receipt.

                  AIRTEL BROADBAND SERVICE — No response

                  My land line number[protected] is not working for the last one week, I have been trying to register a complain with customer care, very time they put my call on hold then is disconnected.

                  I tried with 121, 198, also other[protected] to register a complain but in vain and frustrated.

                  Reason every time we are log on to their add the by time the call is tranfered to customer excutive is kept on hold then is disconnected also they are charging to my hand set number.

                  This way they are cheeting the customer purposely, If this type of customer service continues in India Aitel will soon loose its market share in the near future.

                  Request to help us sort out this problem soonest possible.

                  Water Leakage

                  Water is being leakeed from the instrument for last few days. However, water is being leaker, getting current while touching the geyser and water is not getting warm.better dont purchase air cooler.

                    We have invested a lot amount to book a flat in crossing republic city and we are normal service class people and we are facing a panic situation of tension that if dumping ground will be there then it will harm us.

                    Kindly take the action and stop Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam for building dumping ground in Crossing Republic.

                    This dumping ground issue is affecting more than 5000 family lifes who has booked their dream house in crossing republic

                    The dumping ground in front of Crossing republic is going to spoil the living condition and is going to raise health concern. Authourities must understand that such things must be kept out of residential area and particularly never to a world class township, which is going to be populated soon. Alternate location for the same need to be looked for.
                    It's truely a ridiculous decision to make a dumping yard in the vicinity of a so -called India's first global city. people's money is just wasted.
                    I truly agree that its a ridiculous decision by government as it will effect all the families which are planning to move to their dream home. I request government to please take a step as its a question of thousands of families.

                    I do not know where has this dumping ground issue has come there are already other issues exists which are not solved yet and now the news of this dumping ground issue has worsen the situation. One common people work so hard to get his dream house and due to some people they have to face such problems .
                    If this dumping ground is made, it will ruin the life of common people and their dreams will be shattered.

                    I totally agree on this. Public living will be affected a lot with the dumping ground. It is really a condition of playing with lakhs of public lives. If dumping ground decision had to be taken, then the whole Crossings Republik project should not have been approved by government and started. If there were no housing project there, nobody could have any objection on making dumping ground over there. The decision of making dumping ground just goes against public faith on government. People are spending their hard earned money to get a healthy and better livelihood and if this is so with such a big project, there can't faith on bigger projects going on in NCR or anywhere in India. I am fully against the dumping ground location near Crossings Republik, Ghaziabad.

                    Dumping ground in Crossing Republic which is finalized on false facts submitted in their project proposal. It is also voilating the 'Site Selection criteria (point no 7, 8, 9, 10)" definded in MSW Rule 2000.

                    This is completely a insane decision by Allahabad HC. HC should have thought of the residential complexes built around the area. Town and country planning department should have been consulted before placing such verdict. All residents of Crossing Republik should unite aong with the builders assocition and protest against the dumping yard.

                      Respected Sir/Madam,
                      I have applied for Reliance BroadBand Connection in the month of October 28th 2009. Due to unavilability feasibility my application for broadband connection got cancelled on 11th Nov 2009. Though they knew that they are not in apostion to provide a new conection in my address , reliance people have encashed the cheque provided by me to get a new connection on 6th Nov 2009.The cheque number is 347205 from Deutsche bank for Rs.500 in the name of "RCIL AC RIS". They are really cheaters , till now I have called local white field office number " [protected]" to get the status of my refund, every time I used get answer the person in charge got 400 to 500 DD lastday but DD for my Name is not there and the person who is providing the Demand Drafts Mr. Ansul Rastogi has not provided the Demand Draft for my name. Ususally when the application is cancelled, within 3 weeeks time they are supposed to provide the DD for Rs. 500. But now its 3 months and they are not giving proper response.I tried contacting the nodal officer but the number is not a valid number.

                      Please take necessary action against these kind of cheating activities going on from Reliance White Field office Bangalore , India . Please do the needful for me so that I can get my hard earned money back from thes cheaters.

                        I made a conscious decision of purchasing one symphony winter air cooler from M/S Suresh electronics Mehrauli New Delhi.

                        Even though I have paid a premium price to purchase this product from the market, I am extremely sorry to state that my experiences till date have diluted that proposition to a large extent.

                        In Delhi presently the heat wave is rising like anything & this unit in comparison to its claim is doing nothing interms of cooling of internal surroundings, a local make cooler has better efficiency as compared to this. When these observations & product deficiency was brought into the notice of your service head Mr. Khursheed, he promised that some one of his executive shall definitely over see this problem. I am desperately trying to reach him but the calls are getting unanswered. When I tried to escalate this to the next level of hierarchy, Mr. Surjeet he pointly said that it is not my cup of tea – hence I am not answerable.



                        Could any one from your side explain me what is the fault of a customer who entrusted a brand like Symphony???



                        You are hence forth required to analyze the machine for the above stated problems & provide me with a solution that can ease me with the above stated problems; failure of the company to provide me a complete solution may invoke the customer to report it to an appropriate authority as defined.

                          It is nearly 6 months since i have applied for PF transfer to my current PF account, I was told that the PF transfer application will be forwarded to regional PF office in Pune on 10th June, Since then neither anybody from Regional PF office, nor anybody from Symphony services pune is responding to me

                          The company is losing faith day by day in IT market,
                          I too had initiated a PF transfer. Its been more than a year now still i hve no intimation from the PF office about the transfer. When i went to the PF office no one there was able to provide me with my PF balance. It is rediculous that it is so difficult to get our own money back...

                            I bought a symphony Suna water heater 10 months before from Vaibhav Ele. at Shalimar Garden Sahibabad but within this time it breaks down ten times various complaints done regarding this I think i lodge complaint 100 times but till date no body turned up to give any assistance.
                            Regarding this I called up at customer care No provided in the booklet within the Gyser number of Ahmdabad but that is not a customer care they are Jokers at that center they even does not know the meaning of care word.
                            Now I want a help regarding this I want to change this Water Heater but I am helpless I called regarding this to the dealer from whom I bought the gyser but he always gives me different tel no`s to contact.
                            bought one air cooler on vivek, s on 6.5.2011.but the air coller have some problem last three days no reply on viveks &symphony company. so please send one person to solve my problem .[protected]

                            With reference my complaint No GH-KM-9E14006 dated 09 May 2014 at 03 PM has been not attended after passing 04 days and I have remind the complaint many time at mob No-[protected]. These types of practices is loosing costumer trust.

                              I purchased geyser from Crom Delhi on 18th October 2009 and I was told that some one will come for installation within 48 hours but 6 days has been passed but no one has come , we are trying their ph at[protected] only number avialable ) but no one is picking phone only answering machine is talking .
                              It is frustating , we have actually called more than 1000 times but all in vain phone expenses must have been 1000 Rupees or more .

                              Symphony Geyser — Gyser not working from the very first day

                              From the very first day when I brought my Gysyer, i have lodged an complaint that my gyser is not working. Now this was an item that was not tested and was provided to me...although i had requested for it... After 1-2 days an engineer came to fix the problem, but was not able to rectify it.
                              1. The problem was that the power of the gyser was not working...Engineer tried to affix this but was not able to do this. When he said to sign me on the job sheet, I told that I will not sign as I am not satisfied with this because he informed me that theres a problem with the electricity suuply i.e. your board and the water. they also told me that eitheer my gyser will be working or my RO. After that I called again to reliance telling them that I want a replacement..which they denied. This was done on 07.12.08
                              2. I called my societys plumber and electrician simultaneously as to check on the flow of water and electricity.They told me that the element of the gysyer is not working.
                              3. Again I called reliance telling them that nothing has been resolved...they again assured me not to worry and will be fine. Two days later again an engineer came and he informed that yes the element is not working and now ew should contact reliance for this. i signed the job sheet and also specifically mentioned that I need a replacement for this.This was done on 14.12.08.
                              4. After this I again called reliance stating all these things. They told me that it will not be replaced. Only the parts will be done.
                              5. so, again I went there after 3-4 days when nothing was resolved. in the meantime, my mother was to be taken to the hospital as she was critically ill. Now, this I informed to them, they again told me that now an engineer will come from Symphony (the brand) the next day. I said no, because this is the third time. Also, I had to take her to hospital. if they can come at 10 then can cum. I specifically mentioned not to come after 10.
                              6. But they came at 1Pm and when I told them...they told that they were only given the time slot of 1pm. They checked it on but was not able to rectify.
                              7. Till today... i am waiting for a resolution to this problem...plz plz do help me.

                              Also, i have reported to the Head of teh department of the store, but he ignored me.

                              I purchased geyser from Shalimar Garden, Sahibabad (Ghaziabad) from Shri Vaibhav Electronics (Ph.No.[protected], [protected]) - not very good dealer on 14.09.2008.

                              Last full year (every second day) geyser not working properly.

                              I make a complaint to Symphony vide complaint No.101009. They told that some material not available, but 15-20 days has been passed but no one has come, we are trying their phone at [protected], [protected] (Switched-OFF). Another no. is [protected] trying, nobody can answer properly.
                              It is frustrating, we have actually called more than 1000 times but all in vain phone expenses must have been 1000 Rupees or more.
                              I have purchased symphony- two gysers 3 months back and they stopped working about 2 months after purchase, one by one . after filing a complained, Mr. Bhattacharyajee ( kolkata ) was quite cooperative and helped foollowing the matter. Inspite of all this there nothing has been done regarding this. It is distressing to see the state of our country!!!
                              we understand we loose out on so many of our educated citizens to foriegn countries.

                                We bought a Symphony – Sauna Water Heater (Geyser) on 9 November 2008 from:

                                Amount – Rs. 5778/-, Dated – 9/11/2008

                                Since the aformentioned appliance was and still with in warranty period we also contacted the Service Centre: Complaint No. 91203 with K. M. Enterprises
                                [protected] – Talked to Mr. Uday; [protected] – Mr. Dilip Saini– Owner) to get it repaired but as they advised that the tank is leaked and no one seems to have the spare part to fix it. I can't understand that this is a manufacturing fault and had to be replaced. Instead we have been given a run around for the same. On top of that the person who supplies parts of Symphony to the service Centre is Mr. Vipul – [protected](who never picks the call)
                                The complaint is being made now is more than one month.

                                I am sorry to say that this type of after sales service is never expected out of a reputed company. I am tried all my options and held my patience long enough but left with no other options but to lodge a complaint with the consumer forum

                                  This seek your help in taking up our matter with Symphony on the Cooler which we purchased from retail shop. We have contacted customer care on numerous occassion but we could not get required performance from the product. We contacted company helpdesk and two of their executive came to our house for inspection. They promised to us that they will inform our matter to senior officer and will arrange for payment. After numerous follow up we could not get appropriate response from customer care and now they have started ignoring our phone call and restricted us from speaking with company executive. It will be much appreicated if at your distinction lodge a compaliant aginst Symphony company and we will provide you details of bills and other supporting documents in this regard.

                                  i was promised a cooling like an air conditioner as long as humidity was low (before monsoon). I have received the product olny today & after using it for only few hours I have realised that all the promises made were absolutely false. I told them that I have no open windows in my room where I intent to install a cooler to which the dealer said that it is absolutely fine but their own literature says that it sholuld not not be insatalled in a closed room. I am really feeling cheated & taken for a ride. Please help me in recovering my money.

                                  I bought a cooler 70 I from Ashish Electronics, Sadar Bazar on 19-May-2013.
                                  Since than I am asking for help and running pillar to post, but no body is ready to help.
                                  Dealer is in a relax mood as he has done his part of selling.
                                  Symphony is not ready to take any action on request placed through website/SMS/IVR/Ashish Electronics(visited 2 times in person).
                                  This is the first time I witness a company and an associated dealer, who are not bothered at all.
                                  I will recommend to not to buy Symphony cooler products and also suggest to buy your electronic goods from a retailer of a good reputation.

                                      I am a Symphony Air Cooler customer of their product model WINTER.
                                      I had bought the product on 15 Aug 2009.
                                      The water pump of the cooler jammed and I had registered the complaint around 7 days back, at Perfect Services, Gandhi nagar, Jammu.

                                        Symphony Jumbo — Air Cooler not Working

                                        We have puchased Above sid air coooler in Aprile 2010 , and went out of order in August 10 , fgrom that time onwards we have beeen following it up with Service center and the Company .
