Cooler motor not working

Dear Sir,

I have purchased symphony Cooler on 24 April 2009 @ Anand Electricals, himayat Nagar. At present the cooler motor is notworking for that i have complained to Symphony Services @hyderabad on 13th March 2010, they given a complaint no :66 . Till now the cooler is not repaired. There is response from them even if you call them, they say no engineers are free like that.

No response for Airtel Broadband Connection

Hi,

Myself Prithwiraj Shome, logged my details for airtel broadband connection in airtel site. As a response to that, executive claiming as Airtel authorised sales person came to meet me with assurance of connection within 3 working days. I deposited 1000/- rupees for 512 Kbps(the executive told me the speed would be 512Kbps for symphony employees under some offer) unlimited offer.

Till date i did not receive...

Dumping Ground Issue

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a complain regarding the decision of dumping ground in Crossing Republic area which is declayered the first global city.

We have invested a lot amount to book a flat in crossing republic city and we are normal service class people and we are facing a panic situation of tension that if dumping ground will be there then it will harm us.

winter air cooler

I made a conscious decision of purchasing one symphony winter air cooler from M/S Suresh electronics Mehrauli New Delhi.

Even though I have paid a premium price to purchase this product from the market, I am extremely sorry to state that my experiences till date have diluted that proposition to a large extent.

In Delhi presently the heat wave is rising like anything & this unit in comparison to its claim...

PF Transfer

It is nearly 6 months since i have applied for PF transfer to my current PF account, I was told that the PF transfer application will be forwarded to regional PF office in Pune on 10th June, Since then neither anybody from Regional PF office, nor anybody from Symphony services pune is responding to me...

No Satisfactory Service given by company

I bought a symphony Suna water heater 10 months before from Vaibhav Ele. at Shalimar Garden Sahibabad but within this time it breaks down ten times various complaints done regarding this I think i lodge complaint 100 times but till date no body turned up to give any assistance.
Regarding this I called up at customer care No provided in the booklet within the Gyser number of Ahmdabad but that is not a customer care they are Jokers...

no installation /not receving calls

I purchased geyser from Crom Delhi on 18th October 2009 and I was told that some one will come for installation within 48 hours but 6 days has been passed but no one has come , we are trying their ph at[protected] only number avialable ) but no one is picking phone only answering machine is talking .
It is frustating , we have actually called more than 1000 times but all in vain phone expenses must have been 1000 Rupees or more ....

Cooler not performing as per expectation

Dear Sir/Madam,

This seek your help in taking up our matter with Symphony on the Cooler which we purchased from retail shop. We have contacted customer care on numerous occassion but we could not get required performance from the product. We contacted company helpdesk and two of their executive came to our house for inspection. They promised to us that they will inform our matter to senior officer and will arrange for payment....

PUMP

I am a Symphony air cooler customer of their product model JUMBO. i had bought the product from in May 09. My complaint is about the pump of the cooler which is not working since 01/06/2009, i have been complaining regularly from 5/06/2009 but there is no concrete action.

I hv purchased symphony winter model water cooler from Ajay Electronic Satna (M.P)Cost of Symphony coolers are much more than the other brand of assembled coolers. NO AFTER SALES SERVICE IN WARRANTY PERIOD

Dear Sir,

I brought a new "SYMPHONY WINTER" for Rs 8000/- on 22/04/09 . It started giving problmes in next 15 days iteslf.The cooling Pad dveleoped fungus and the Pump would not work properly.I called their customer service at [protected] and to my horror no one picked up inspite repeated calls. Things dragged on like this for over 1.5 months, Atleast the cooler worked but with Snags. Finally the Pump stopped working...

leakages from body 2 sets

i hv purchased 2 sets winter model water cooler from pushpa agencies surat and after starting it it started leaking from body, as some cracks appear on it after installing it was visible and during night, whole bedroom is wet due to this leakages, i hv complained verbally to pushpa agencies several times and in person also but in vein,
now my point is, ijust need replacement of these faulty two sets or refund the money with interest...

Not getting service of Symphony Air Cooler

I am a Symphony Air Cooler customer of their product model Jumbo Jr. I had bought the product in 2008 may-june. The motor of the cooler jammed the water exhausting valve is lost and the grass is became dusty and I had registered the complaint around month back, at Hi-tech engg, maninagar, ahmedabad, gujarat. Water Pump - not working

I have purchased one jumbo cooler on 25th may09, and its water pump was not working from the day one . We got same replaced after 24hrs, whereas dealer claimed 3 hrs time to get that rectified. Now again after 10 days same water pump stopped working. I have calling my dealer but no response.

Cool Knobs Cracked

HI,
I have bought a Symphony Cooler last month,
In One month itself the Nobs of the coolers used to adjust speed and swing are both Cracked by itself,
I registed the complaint,
An Engineer Came, And when i asked him that within one month only we are facin this crack etc,
He replied its ok because people face bigger problems like fan failure or Pump Failure.
The Engineers name was GUDDU, mobile...
