Poor Quality & Service

I had recently bought storm 100 E the latest tower air cooler from symphony. The company claims that it can cool an area of around 1000 sft. where as it is not good enough for a room of 350 sft. Also the motor pump of the cooler stopped working after 4 days from my purchase and I had made a complaint to the service center and its been more than 7 days and the service center doesn't have a motor for replacement.

customer service is very poor

I have purchased a new Symphony (sumo) air cooler on 31.3.12 as it is an hot summer. When it brought home and started and found its cooling system is not working. I gave complaint to their on line number [protected] on 5.4.12 and a complaint No.DYE 5112003 is given. But no action is taken by the service centre.
