Due date passed.. so I made a another payment through IOB debit card payment… that payment made successfully…

But that wrongly debited amount not refund…
So I am waiting for refund

Really very worst TNEB because total 72 hours is completed but no body is came for resolving.its happen on Broadway vannier street.if we will pay one day late means then TNEB person will take fuse outside.noe nobody is coming for resolving problems

    Jothi Transformer. No
    power supply from 18/8/18 thousands of salt Pan got dry and production stopped due to that heavy loss
    Reapeated complaint made no progress for some other reason

        We have been facing voltage fluctuation problem in avadi, kannadapalayam, ramakrishna nagar, sivanna chowdary street for more than 6 month and it still continues. No proper action had been taken from the tneb to solve the voltage fluctuation. Since the problem persists for a long time it may lead to short circuit problems leading to fire and damage of electrical and electronic products used in our office. Hence i request you to take necessary action as soon as possible.

            I’ve been living in this house for past six months and my last two consumed electricity bill taken on[protected] and[protected] are 90 and 83 units respectively.

            For this month the reading taken on[protected] is 2597 units and it’s shocking to see such a drastic change. Hence requesting you to check the meter for any faults.

                I am living in santhosapuram here we are facing frequent power cut recent days especially during night time in between 2 to 3 am mid night because of power cut we are not able to sleep and getting up late in morning.

                Please someone take necessary action to provide continuous supply during night time.in day time that is not issue we can tolerate.

                    Supply failed in our total block. Raised complaint directly with tneb employees. But they have checked and stated issue in general place due to some drainage/metro water work. Also they are asking for 20, 000.00 as bribe from 5 families to fix the general issue. Also they are telling timeline that only when they get money on[protected]//7:00 pm they will start the work. Hence need immediate action on this

                      Sir, in our apartment in the ground floor a company is being running for more than 6 years by only paying the resident electricity charges and not paying commercial electricity charges.in morning they are shutting all the doors and running there office without knowing to any one. He is running his office with 5 to 6 employees with computers and many electronic devices as they are marketing security camera devices.                         Hi,

                        My name is saravanan, i am a tenant for mr. V. Doss apartment. My regular bi-monthly usage will be around 500 to 600 units and used to pay around inr 2000 to 3000 as an average bill. But the bill period from 17/04/18 to 20/06/18 the consumption meter reading raised into 1600 units. Which is 4 times more than the regular billing. I have walked-in to the eb office ponnamallee and am not satisfied with the steps they have taken to resolve the issue, since the next bi-monthly bill is also been generated, the people from eb office forcing me to pay the bill and sign my acceptance in some register which i don't want. I doubt that meter reading noted is wrong or fault in the meter. I challenge that the reading is wrong and i wanted this compliant to be inquired. My service number is[protected]. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

                          EB:123/019/311 There was a wrong entry by the dept. personal in the above service connection no from May to June 2018. They have charged me Rs.2651, by entering a wrong reading of 620 instead of below 350 units; I have complained two times about this to the concerned AE, in Royapettah on 3rd & 5th August 2018. And finally they send electrician, he checked and he said it was took wrong reading actually it should be as below 350 unit only, Now how they charged by entering wrong unit but we paid based on the wrong unit counts, hence kindly return my extra charges money and provide the way to sort it out this issue...and this totally not acceptable.

                            I paid rs 4754 on 6/8/18 through icici payment gateway. Amount debited from account but bill not paid. Next day i pay amount in direct in office. Service no.[protected]. Trans no. [protected]. Till now amount is not credited. Kindly do needful. I sent below photo for information given by tneb website. I am very much depressed . I dont know to do and whom to ask. I think amount will be credited within two or three days. I was nearly eleven day but still now not credited. Kindly do needful

                              There was a wrong entry by the dept. Personal in the above service connection no. For the last month. They have charged me rs.18939, by entering a wrong reading of 3060; whereas the actual consumption is only 30 units for la1a tariff. I have complained about this to the concerned ae, in medavakkam on 2nd august 2018.
                              The last date to pay the bill was 9th august 2018.
                              He says that he has reported this matter to the higher ups for the necessary corrections on 6th august.
                              Now when i logged to my account on-line, i found dc/late fee and other charges totalling to rs.2962, in addition to the earlier charges of rs.18939.
                              The total amount shown now is: rs.21901;
                              I kindly request you to look into this matter and rectify the wrong entry.
                              Your early action will be highly appreciated.
                              I can't go daily to the concerned ae office in medavakkam, due to my health condition.

                                  We are living in rural area (Thengaithinnipatti) eb comes under viralimalai board. There was an maintainance activity on 14th aug (10 am - 5pm). But even after the maintenance period power supply was not provided. When we queried about this to eb department the answer was very lethorgic and they were cooly saying it will take another 2 days. Why these kind of problems not resolved in rural areas.. If its happening in urban area will the solution be same?? Poor answers from government officials is not acceptable.. Kindly take proper actions on this incident!!

                                    My farming land located at villukury p. O. Under kalkulam taluk with the survey number: near to shivan temple on the right side and water rive canal at the left side. Currently tamilnadu electricity board construction & operations team is working on that place to launch a new electric-transformer / with stay wire in font of my land entry gate. This place will be dedicately given to my son, where he will build a house for himself/family which was already in plan. So kinly we request you not to keep the electric transformer in-front of our land. Moreover, this project was not informed to us before and suddenly officials are working on it wihtout any prior notice to us. This kind of process is really un fair, hurt and we are ready to come for a discussion to find a resolution on it.

                                      I am residing in viswams rajam manor aprts from feb' 2018, i am continues staying there (Means regularly using power), but not much power user. I never paid may 2018 bill since i thought less 100 units it was 0. But in july 2018 i got 210units usages. But i used only 110units. That eb guy who came to our aprts on may month instead o[censored]pdating 100unis updated as 0. Since the past units also added in my last month july 2018 billing. I have a proof that i was staying here continually. Please let me know should i fill this compliant.

                                        We have attached the last months eb bill reading consumption and last month eb bill receipt.

                                        Note: kindly check and repair the eb reading meter and provide the correct readings.
