The following (valapuranadu, kollihills) area's eb power not available from 0010Hrs today (15.07.18),

as discussed with AE and local team, they said HT lines are affected with heavy wind and faulty rectification on progress.

Our telecom tower located at hills station we suffered more kindly resolve at the earlier possible.

    My house located at Coimbatore district, Pollachi taluk, Periyar Colony East,
    Land mark: Govt boys hostel backside. Totally 10 and 15 houses are in this area, Eb line path is going above ( very near by)the houses, now heavy raining in this area, so we are very fearing above the electrical shock problem, so we request to change Eb post and also Eb line other way.

      In terms of billing, Defence Colony in Chennai is probably one of the biggest customers of TNEB/TANGEDCO, yet we get a step motherly treatment. Many years after taking a policy decision to make all power cables underground, Defence Colony is still getting power from overground cables and power is cut off frequently for the slightest of reasons.Officials are not available to the public and customer care number is always busy. Defence Colony has mainly senior citizens and TNEB is causing great difficulty for us. This is an appeal to TNEB/TANGEDCO to attend to the needs of Defence Colony on an urgent basis before the monsoon sets in.

        My Residential EB consumer number is[protected] I have power failure for last one month. my complaint was not solved till now. Yesterday evening at 6.30 pm I booked a new complaint over telephone regarding the power failure. It was not solved till next day 9.00 am. Kindly do needful to solve my power problem. My Residential address is V.V.Giri st, Meenachi amman nagar, Alwarthirunagar, Ch-87.

          Tneb has chargerd throughout VGN SOUTHERN Avenue, kavnur illegitimate. On further analysis it was found that many flats were charged from 6000 to 25000, which is highly unjustified, as well on I found that during the month of march there is no change in reading which means I have not used electricity from February to march, but it is not like that, therefore TNEB is charging for 4 months Feb-April-june. Due to this electricity consumption units got accumulated, electricity prices got increased exponentially.if it was not the case then our unit consumption would be less than 500.Pls check the reading of the screenshot attached it shows that reading for the month of Feb and March is same I.e. 6260. Pls take this matter seriously

              I would like to complaint about my area power issues. My area sitauted at sivagangai district Kandramanickam-630204 (Kaalangarai area) . The power supply sometime will be interrupted by trees. We have already informed relevant officers but until now no response. If raining the power will be gone we couldnt contact to foreman that time. Pleast assist to settle this issue..

                  Dear Sir,

                  This complaint regarding the following address

                  Subhiksha Apartments, 42/6 Kannaki Street, Choolaimedu, chennai - 600094.

                  Frequent disconnection of Main cable in this area for the past 3-4 months. No proper power supply in 3 phase connection. Power cums ups and downs power trips happend frequently we cannot use the AC in night time. if the disconnection in cable happend the rectification time will take 7-8hrs in day time . In case of disconnection happend in night time have to wait till morning...after that it will take 7-8 hrs .

                  We had an doubt due to commercial usage in residential are this will happens frequently for us.
                  Kapico car service center, No 7, 3rd Street, Choolaimedu, Chennai - 600094, is running in this area. They used heavy power equipment to service the vehicles but there is no proper arrangements for that . Directly connected in the residential power supply . May be due to that reason we had a frequent problem in power supply.

                  Due to this, we cant sleep properly and the students suffered a lot. Request you to please investigate and help us to resolve this immediately. Kindly do the needful.

                    I'm living in Anupambattu near ponneri. In our area we have a big problem with the current. Atleast once in a day we have power cut. In rainy season we have whole day power cut. Such an irresponsible extension, they dont even pickup the calls. Kindly do the needful. I think we are living in forest. Today 11.7.2018 also whole day power cut. No response from the eb side.

                        Yersterday morning the electricity went off in the morning as usual for service and till now today the electricity has not come back.

                              From a past two days, our office power supply is improper which interms supply of current is so high so by sudden today(10.07.2018) my all electronic products get bursted it's cause my business to get loss. Persons who are incharge of particular area is not responsible for a query which really make me too upset.                               The meter reading for the period May-JUne 2018 appears to be wrongly recorded. The reading in my meter as on date (ie.[protected] is 9, 793 kWh whereas the reading in the Bill is 11, 500 kWh resulting in excess billing of Rs.10, 000/- Complaint made to EB office in person as well as by OnLine, but no action taken.

                                We belong to tirupur, our consumer no is[protected]..we are out of station for the past two months but we got a bill.amounting 500 units...you can check it out in online history.Till date our reading shows around 2950 units but the total units consumed given in online history sums upto 3300 units..we can easily find out that the last taken reading is 400 more units than actually consumed...kindly take steps soon since we have only a week left to pay the bill...

                                      Frequent power failure occurred at Kollihills are, we tried to register at local office but no body avail.

                                      Longer breakdowns occurred frequently so we suffered on regular basis.

                                      we observed sufficient man power not available at hills station.

                                        Dear sir/madam: nagappattinam district vedaranyam taluk thennampulam Nadukkadu this street was affected in some days because rainy day and very hard wind forces is affected HT line wires cut and damaged more than 10 times and very dangerouse in street so, These peoples are reported to Kariyapattinam TNEB office but not any action in officers in this problem please convey the street peoples.and then change the post line or change new wires and safety must..please take an action immidiately.
