This is to inform you the consumption of eb bill has subsidy of 100 unit from tamilnadu government amma nalla thitam in tneb. Previously in online site if we calculate the eb readings 100 units will be
Deducted for eg total consumption 580 units after deducting 100 unit 480 units will be charged and it will be reflecting in online site from tneb official site for consumer but for the month of april and may the subsidy has not applied...

In my area a person running kulfi factory more than 8 months he is using residential meter and illegal usage of power. He is using power without submitted proper documents to tneb. I'm complaining for social welfare so please take action against this and teach a lesson for consumers do not participate in this type of activities...

Very low fluctuating voltage issue since a year, have given several letters to eb signed by all area people. We have met lot of ae, ad but no use at all. They have done nothing for us in improving power. Thiruninravur north section janaki nagar. I have the transformer approval letter signed in jan still they are putting transformer useless fellows. Fix this issue for us. We have visited them multiple times but our times were wasted....

We are struggling the damaged light post alongwith lines passing very low level, kindly change the new post with lines to be tightened immediately, because coming monsoon it will fall it will cause very severe damage, so pl before accident of manpower pl remove post and tighten the wire level also.
