The base of the lamp post in muslim second street, khajamalai, trichy-620023 is in a seriously damaged status due to age and climate.

We kindly request you to inspect the lamp post and take necessary steps to replace at the earliest before any accident happen.

    Dear sir / madam,
    We are running industry in sriperumbudur, we are utilizing welding current & ct meter, last 3 months back our welding meter not working and we submitted a complaint letter to our local eb office. On today 27.06.18, they came with new meter for replacement, they are demanding transport cost from kancheepuram to sriperumbudur from mrt department. We replied why we have to pay the amount, after some discussions they fixed the meter at 6.00 pm and they told to utilize the welding current to prove the sanctioned load. We are having a shift timing of 9.00 am to 5.30 pm. We are unable to prove the same at the time of 6.00 p. M
    Now they are blaming us that, we will disconnect your service like that for not paying the bribe.

      Ashok nagar 9th avenue 48th street power cable is overhead one and another street in that location all underground and only this street left a long time. So please take action to provide underground cable lines and remove the overhead
      Letter given to tneb office in that location also long time back and following up with him. Still nothing happened. So request to take immediate action to resolve this long pending issue.

But still now no action and not respond my complaint and request... So pls change the pole.. Because the pole is very damage and everytime broken condition... If the pole falls, my house will fall.           I'm from Anandhpauram East Tambaram area in my area it is often power is disconnected at night without proper sleep im unable to do my daily activity next day, so EB Team is either solving the issue soon or giving proper response hence address this issue soon and ensure smooth power supply.

            Consumer no; [protected]. Name:dr. Pinky lukose.
            We are no defaulter, we regularly pay the bills on time. Month of may there was an excess bill of rs4228 for a house which has been vacant since january. Feb we paid rs125 and may we get this shocking amount. After registering the complaint at the eb office rangarajapuram branch, we were asked to pay the full amount with penalty amounting to rs 5800, which we paid on the 5th of june but our connection is not restored till date. We are punished for no fault of ours. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

              I am residing at balaji nagar, bdo office, minjur-601203. April to july we are facing low voltage problems, during night time we could not able use even fans, i am afraid i will loose my good equipment like computer, ac, tv etc. Till now the problem not yet rectified. Most of the nights we are sleeping in the open space with our children's with great risk. Kindly arrange to solve the voltage drop problem ar earliest.

                Am saying in sushila nagar CH 118. Only few houses are always facing power cut and there is huge voltage fluctuation issue as well.. After giving so many complaints they come and attend..
                To get permanent solution they are me to give letter.. Which i have submitted 1 month back.. However till now we are facing the same issue..from last day there is no current..this is rediculous..

                  Dear sir, we are facing power cuts almost every day for 1 or 2 times a day for the past 3 months. When asking for eb office the response was pathetic. We are paying properly to you but in turn what we get it poor service and response which is not fair. Today morning there was a power cut by 11am and came by 12pm. Now around 10.30pm power went. Called eb for 100 more times but call was picked only 2 times and the response is it will take some more time. If the government is unable to manage this basic needs of its people better make it private like mumbai atleast we get immediate response for our query. We cant live like in stone age. Now it's almost 11.10 pm and we dont know when power will come. Pls respond to this complaint with proper solution or suggest the way forward to proceed further.

                    request for relocation of the post blocked my house gate

                    I am residing at plot no:295a, jawahar flats, jawahar ayya nagar, adhanur, guduvanchery.

                    A ht wire post was placed in front of my house and it is slightly bend. This post was blocked our house entrance. A stay wire also running and our small kids are playing the entrance. This is high risk.

                    Considering the risks i request you to relocate the ht wire post.

                    Meter no [protected], chennai. I have registered two complaints on tneb customer portal and awaiting their reply.
                    My house is not occupied and locked, i had been to tneb office to set the account as lockedout after which i did not receive any bills. This month, i received a bill for 3100 and was told to pay. Upon complaining to tneb office, tneb officers came to our house to check the meter and found that the meter was faulty due to which it was running even though there was no consumption. I also showed the house that is vacant and lockedout. Also confirmed to them that in their system my connection has been set as "lockedout". But they had told me to pay this bill as nothing can be done. I wanted to know why i should pay this bill when there was no consumption. I had also stored the electricity consumption card with me.

                      For the past two weeks there are frequent current cuts lasting for 3-4 hrs in madipakkam as on the day of complaint 23rd june. There is no response from madipakkam eb when we call their number. Please assort 1912 number again to chennai. When we call 1912 number the agent who picks up the call says that number is allotted to karroor area and not to chennai. Where should we chennaites make complaints then?

                            Respected sir/ madam,
                            Am complaining against Mr.N.Venu (assessor ) from Thiruvennainallur, Villupuram Dt, Tamil Nadu who works in TNEB as assessor. He additionally owns a business ( Idly/ Dosa batter ) for that he illegally using residential Electricity. Apart from that he owns a A/C and it's running 24/7 but paying only less than 1000 as Electricity bill by doing malpractice and looting Electricity.
                            Already many complaints made at local higher officials but no action taken so far.
                            Please look into this.

                            Fifa World cup has started. Today my house electricity to my TV was cut for no apparent reason by the local TNEB without any valid explaination. Please ensure normal supply at least for the period of World cup. Thank you.
                            Recently everyday night 10 pm power cut is happeing in Puzhuthivakkam area. When we try to reach AE or call centre no response and they disconnect call. Not sure how this needs to be taken up...its serious issue power cut in night times.
                            We are living in Mettukuppam Bamban baba Nagar. Okkiyam Thoraipakkam area. Last 3 days street lights are not working.
                            Please rectify this.

Please do provide some attention to rectify this many times we habe complainted to 1912 number no one is responding. Sometimes the whole night with whole day its been power cut. Please do some respond and rectify.
                              In our area Dharmaboopathy Nagar 3rd Street medavakkam Chennai, in particular houses alone there is a frequent cut off and low voltage issue occurs. Have complained to EB number of times. But no permanent solution. Please rectify immediately.

                                Lastrology few weeks we people of tambaram are suffering from current cut. The current cut is a almost about 6 hours daily. And they take current mostly during midnight. All school going childrens mens and womens are getting restless because of this current cut. Today (18th june 2018) they took current from 16:40 - 20:40. Then after the current cut is from 22:30 to 1:30. We are ok with current cut due to some issues or for week off maintenance. But this current cut is totally making us stressed and sleepless nights with mosquito bites. Please do take action.

                                My residence at Manohar street periyar Nagar Pallikaranai . There is frequent power cut at mid nights for more than an hour. This mid night it's been more than one and half hour, no power here. Kindly take necessary action against it.

                                  In my area, everynight the voltage readings will goes from 170v to 190v. There is nearly 1500 family presents and we are request to our eb office still no response. The problem is analysed that we have one transformer for all 1500 family and so only voltage fluctuation happen. Kindly take my request to further action.                                     We have been facing frequent electricity disconnections in alandur area, vedagiri street. This happens every day during the night. And whenever we make a call to check, there is no response and only once there was an information stating an issue with the transformer. If they know there is an issue with the transformer then why can’t they fix it. It’s been almost three months and there is a frequent service disconnections in the area.

                                      Here, i am registering a complaint on behalf of the vengalapuram phase, tirupattur. There is a frequent power cut in this phase without any prior notice. The person on this department is not responding for the details of power cut properly.
                                      The other phase has proper current facility but only in the velan nagar the provision of power is not proper. So, i kindly request you to take steps on this particular issue on vengalapuram eb office.
