I am residing at balaji nagar, bdo office, minjur-601203. April to july we are facing low voltage problems, during night time we could not able use even fans, i am afraid i will loose my good equipment like computer, ac, tv etc. Till now the problem not yet rectified. Most of the nights we are sleeping in the open space with our children's with great risk. Kindly arrange to solve the voltage drop problem ar earliest.br...

Am saying in sushila nagar CH 118. Only few houses are always facing power cut and there is huge voltage fluctuation issue as well.. After giving so many complaints they come and attend..
To get permanent solution they are me to give letter.. Which i have submitted 1 month back.. However till now we are facing the same issue..from last day there is no current..this is rediculous.....

Dear sir, we are facing power cuts almost every day for 1 or 2 times a day for the past 3 months. When asking for eb office the response was pathetic. We are paying properly to you but in turn what we get it poor service and response which is not fair. Today morning there was a power cut by 11am and came by 12pm. Now around 10.30pm power went. Called eb for 100 more times but call was picked only 2 times and the response is it will take some...

I am residing at plot no:295a, jawahar flats, jawahar ayya nagar, adhanur, guduvanchery.

A ht wire post was placed in front of my house and it is slightly bend. This post was blocked our house entrance. A stay wire also running and our small kids are playing the entrance. This is high risk.

Considering the risks i request you to relocate the ht wire post.

Meter no [protected], chennai. I have registered two complaints on tneb customer portal and awaiting their reply.
My house is not occupied and locked, i had been to tneb office to set the account as lockedout after which i did not receive any bills. This month, i received a bill for 3100 and was told to pay. Upon complaining to tneb office, tneb officers came to our house to check the meter and found that the meter was faulty due...

For the past two weeks there are frequent current cuts lasting for 3-4 hrs in madipakkam as on the day of complaint 23rd june. There is no response from madipakkam eb when we call their number. Please assort 1912 number again to chennai. When we call 1912 number the agent who picks up the call says that number is allotted to karroor area and not to chennai. Where should we chennaites make complaints then?...

M/s m. D. Fab_ unit-ii is functioning on rental agreement basis at m/s gg enterprises, ellaiyamman koil street, amutha nagar, melnallathur, thiruvallore.
The eb main power supply is very low; not able function welding job work.
Kindly arrage to rectify the same. Urgently.

My name is saravanan am from chennai madipakkam vishal nagar 600091. We are facing 3-4hrs of power cut during night times regularly. When we tried to approach madipakkam eb office there is no response and they just tried to compromise us no action has been taken so far. Please help us to solve this issue.

Am complaining against Mr.N.Venu (assessor ) from Thiruvennainallur, Villupuram Dt, Tamil Nadu who works in TNEB as assessor. He additionally owns a business ( Idly/ Dosa batter ) for that he illegally using residential Electricity. Apart from that he owns a A/C and it's running 24/7 but paying only less than 1000 as Electricity bill by doing malpractice and looting Electricity.
Already many complaints...

Lastrology few weeks we people of tambaram are suffering from current cut. The current cut is a almost about 6 hours daily. And they take current mostly during midnight. All school going childrens mens and womens are getting restless because of this current cut. Today (18th june 2018) they took current from 16:40 - 20:40. Then after the current cut is from 22:30 to 1:30. We are ok with current cut due to some issues or for week off maintenance....

In my area, everynight the voltage readings will goes from 170v to 190v. There is nearly 1500 family presents and we are request to our eb office still no response. The problem is analysed that we have one transformer for all 1500 family and so only voltage fluctuation happen. Kindly take my request to further action. We have been facing frequent electricity disconnections in alandur area, vedagiri street. This happens every day during the night. And whenever we make a call to check, there is no response and only once there was an information stating an issue with the transformer. If they know there is an issue with the transformer then why can’t they fix it. It’s been almost three months and there is a frequent service disconnections in the area....

Here, i am registering a complaint on behalf of the vengalapuram phase, tirupattur. There is a frequent power cut in this phase without any prior notice. The person on this department is not responding for the details of power cut properly.
The other phase has proper current facility but only in the velan nagar the provision of power is not proper. So, i kindly request you to take steps on this particular issue on vengalapuram eb...

My house eb conection no[protected] i am having trobele in voltage i have made Copland but no one is responding please help me my mb no [protected] francis an i wont any one can do any help to the people they can not even run the fan it is going very low they can install a new transformer we can even pay extra for it once you do this for public can be happy this tneb people or not bothered only they will come and collect all the charges...

A person in kaniyur village mr. Rathinasamy patta no 13, comes under thirrupur district madathukulam taluk having a agricultural land in jothampatty.

He got a permission for free current of 10 hp for his agricultural use. But that person is running four bore well submersible motors continuously and looting the ground water. The bore submersible motors consumes more than 20 hp power and he has two wells that consumes nearly...

They are frequentlly off the current at night timing 11 to 6 so we cant sleep properlly at night. If we called them mean they did't pick up the call also very bad customer satisfaction. For example they first switch offing the current at 9.48 mean it will take exactlly one hour to come, after that they will switch offing at 11 -12.30, 1.30-3.00, 5-6.00 like this timing they calculate and switch offing the current this is very very bad because...

My house is at no 51, rosary church st 2nd lane, santhome, chennai 4. From 14-jul-18 midnight 12 power supply got interrupted and since next day noon 12 it was not resolved. Again from today evening 6pm power supply getting interrupted. After 9 pm till now there is no power supply. Plz check and resolve the issue to get uninterrupted power service.

Iam staying in menambedu ambathur... Daily nyt 9.55 they cutting the power... And then return by 11 30... Don't kw y fhey are cutting by midnight... If it's raining means no issues but it's so hot how can we people sleep in nyt... If we called the customer care number means it's ringing but no one is attending the call...
