Hi, We have been experiencing frequent power cut in Urapakkam; there is not intimation of any power cuts either. Further to this the complain / customer care number "[protected]" in Urapakkam is not working whenever there is a power cut. This has some other effects like there had been thefts at least 4 known cases so far this month (believe thieves are using these power cuts). Would appreciate if you can take necessary action to have minimal power cuts / outages and the number to active most of the time. Regards,

Hi,
We have been experiencing frequent power cut in Urapakkam, malima nagar. There is no intimation for power cut also. We are in work from home. Because of this power cut we are facing issue to work from house. Would appreciate if you have minimal power cut or not during working hours which is affecting our regular work.
