Policy not traceable

I purchased this motor policy sometime in June. Policy No:[protected]. When i am going for a claim they mentioned that my policy is not generated in the system. After logging a request and following up for 3 months still sometime they say its generated but not available and so on. I received the hardcopy but somehow in their system policy is not showing. i called up on Friday and they mentioned by monday it will done. I again call on this...

Not Got Surrender money even after one month - TATA people not responding.

with tata aig now aia, I surrendered it on 02-july-2012 and the surrender value was around 1.2 lacs.

Even till today I have not received this amount.

According to them they have already transferred this amount to my ICICI account. Through neft utr no :[protected]

1) I had purchased three policy from TATA AIG life insurance company .( product TATA AIG Maha life gold).on line on 05/03/2012 .

Hi,

I tried to Purchase Travel insurance for overseas travel for my Father-in-law, Online as we needed the policy document urgently to file the Visa.
TATA-AIG claims that when you purchase a policy online, you get it delivered immediately as online document.

I filled the online form for their Silver Policy on overseas travel insurance. On payment page i chose net banking and HDFC bank for net banking....

My car met with an accident on Jan 5, 2012. I have not received my car till now.
Car: Tata Manza - 6 months old. Bought from authorized TATA dealer (Balaji Motors). This car was given for repair in authorized Tata service centre in Aundh, Pune.

Taking money for 1 year and giving 6 months service

my permission or consent reduced it to six months without giving any document to me. This is a nice way to do things as the money is with them and as per their sweet will they reduce the coverage time and as always ask for more money.
