Dear Sir/Madam, I Dr.Savitha Devi Yelamanchi having health insurance policy in your company( Policy No.[protected], Card No.TATA.[protected] from 29/10/2012 to till date. Policy Details Client ID.6246420, Agent Name: Axis Bank Ltd, Agent Code [protected], Agent Contact No.[protected]. I have undergone all the medical tests advised by you while taking the policy. You have issued me the health insurance policy as all my tests are with in normal limits. As on date 26/08/2015 my cashless request from Indo American Cancer Institute & Research Centre, Road No.14, Banjarahills, Hyderabad, was denied by your insurance company mentioning the cause Non declaration of past medical history of HTN since 5 years in Proposal form (PA.No.8638/1I did not have any medical problem at that time and you do issued the policy without any high risk claim for medical disorder. Please explain about this claim rejection and elaborate the pre-existing non disclosure, since i feel it is not proper to reject on the basis of a flimsy imaginary reason. I feel it is also not proper to advice about reimbursement when you have rejected the cashless facility.For your reference cashless denial attached. Please do the needful as early as possible.

    A minor bumper damage. 5 days in the garage and waiting approval. Only one call they ll make to the customer post inspection, and I couldn't receive that. No followup calls. The hyundai service guys too share their plight dealing with tata aig guys, unprofessional, hopeless characters. customer calls are not received, text messages are ignored. System is down most of the time. First and last time with tata aig. I have cancelled the policy . advise folks to go with Royal Sundaram (never faced this problem with them for 3 years).

      I have meet with a accident and the narration of as follow Near CME pune one car came from my lh side from other lane and dashed at my car due to which I slightly took my vehicle to rh side at same time there was a motor cycle and a cycle was towards my Rh side and was dashed by me to my car due to which my Lh side fr portion was damage by car and same time Rh side Bumper and door also damage by motor cycle and bicycle. Now surveyor is telling that he can only sanction one side damage and if I want to repair the other side I have to register another claim for which I am not convinced Please guide and give solution for this

Policy''s Period: 18:09:36hrs on 20/05/2015 to Midnight on 19/05/2016 Nominee Name, Relationship And Age has not been registered correctly and rectification is not done past two months and now company has stopped responding to my calls, Every time I try to contact them they reply me I would receive the mail next day, and next day they are unreachable. Vespa Company Has tried Contacting them but still there is no response from their side. The mistake has been done from their side as i have not filled up any nominee on the insurance form.           The guy with the mobile no. +[protected]. revealed to me my policy no which was prematurely closed and asked why i had to close it... He was claiming to be Mohit Agrwal from the jeevan beehma. The guy was persistent. He kept calling me frequently, i dont know why the company(most prob. their employee, in which case the client information, especially mobile no., should be accessible only to the direct agent or higher executives) selling their clients data to the likes. And unfortunately, again a lady have started calling me, Her No. [protected]. And I think the only thing I can do to evade is to Change My Phone No. I think these miscreant have made a professional network/organization, training exclusively on : How To Steal.

            Hi I have an compressive insurance for my X-Trail with Tata AIG and my vehicle met with an accident . I have filed a claim and the claim number is[protected]. I kept the car with Surya Nissan on June 11. You guys took more than 2-3 weeks to come up with an assessment ( I don’t know why this delay ). Last week your senior guy approved for some parts which are cheapest in the list and told that I dint maintain the car properly.so he cannot approve the claim for others. It is a 9+ yr old car :). As far I know maintaining the car is an individual’s choice and just because of not maintaining the bumpers or another non related parts will not make other parts which got the damage in the accident non claimable. The damage happened just above the cross member where there is a visible oil leakage. There is also issue in the gear area where anybody can hear a thud sound when driving The only approval has given to cross member where there is no visible issue and ignored the visible issues in gear linkage area and thuds sound which come while driving.

              Today I received a telephone call from Mobile No. [protected] at 16:41 & 16:57 introducing me as calling from Tata Aig Life Insurance co. He asked me whether you are getting good service from your agent to which I replied YES. He asked since how many years you are paying premium of policy to which I replied SEVEN Years. He asked me whether you get Gift Vouchers from company to which I replied NO. Lastly he asked me whether can I transfer Commission to your Agent's name. For which I said it is being paid automatically to Agent only. He said now it is a big amount say Approx. Rs, 50, 000.00 or more. Than I said I my self was Agent/Advisor of Tata Aig. than he started using abusive/ vulgar language to me. Kindly make an inquiry in this matter & let me know whether the call was from staff of Tata Aig Ins Co and if so how can he used vulgar language.                   sir, i had applied for renewal of my car no. DL-9C J4222 insurance policy for which your representative collected a cheque vide no 021136 of OBC bank on 26 May 2015. then the cheque also has been produced to bank for withdrawal and amount Rs 3070/ has also been withdrawn. but renewal policy has not been sent to me till date neither in my e.mail nor a hard copy. pl do send immediately.

                      Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Sachin My Tata AIG Policy no is WE[protected]. My Claim is pending from 14 months Previous time Tata AIG reject my claim that My address is not ok or traceable without any investigation but when I submit the the proof that, than after investigation it was ok . Now TATA AIG claim rejection excuse are below. 1. Vendor from where implants were purchased was not traceable and the vendor shop was closed since more than year at the alleged address. 2 Our representative tried to visit shop 3 to 4 times but vendor shop was never found open But in real when I call to vendor ( Vendor mob no is on bill) he told me that TATA AIG investigator never call to him and never visit the shop. TATA AIG raised many query. Than I replied every query. TATA AIG is mentally harassing me very much. I am requesting you to please provide me my claim amount with interest and mentally harassment compensation. Thanks Sachin

                        We did a renewal of Travel Insurance for my mother on 11-May-2015. We paid the money for the renewal but we did not receive any renewal notice/documents till date. Details are listed below. Renewal receipt No.: 016859 Insured person name: Bandaru Tirumala. Date of payment: 11-May-2015 Ringed the customer support but they are not acting on my complaint. They are simply saying that the systems are not working and they are saying this every time I called them. Its so frustrating. I request the consumer complaints to look into it and ask the Tata Aig to act on sending my renewal notice. Thanks

                          Policy : [protected] 01 My car was under water at the basement parking due to heavy rain. It’s a natural calamity. You surveyor inspected this and directed service people to clean the vehicle. He called me back saying insurance will pay only 50% of liability. Suddenly I gets letter today from him saying insurance doesn’t cover this. This is real . All normal policies covers natural calamities. There were almost 20-30 cars were under water and all of these are paying for that. Is TATA AIG is entirely different.

                            I have not received payment acknowledgment yet and also I requested several times that I need acknowledgment but after email, so many calls there has been no updates. They never reply to my emails. I kept on calling again and again. I paid money and its been 10 + days of payment - these guys don't respond properly. I want action to be taken against Tata AIG and the sufferings which I had. They have to Compensate. Today finally they raised a complaint - Request ID[protected]Representative Name - Doris)

                              Policy No: SHC[protected] - Claim No. 773472 Insured Name: Shyla B Kutty Sir, My wife Shyla B Kuttty was hospitalization for the period from 6.11.2014 to 11.11.2014 at Indira Gandhi Co-Operative hospital, Kochi and Refferred to PVS Memorial Hospital, Kochi for a Major operation for Hernia, and removal Fibroid etc., She was in PVS Memorial Hospital from the period from 11.11.2014 to 17.11.2014 The documents, all submitted along with claim forms. But the hospital have cleared for 3 days payment only out of 11 days . Kindly register the claim and do the needful.                                   This is to bring your notice that Tata AIA agent / advisor are submitting file for bonus without concern of original policy holder. I had purchase policy from mumbai office and some agent of Tata Aia delhi office by name arjun khatri agent code U145830. Mobile no [protected].when i had word with him on this subject he was very loud and said that is my money you cannot do anything. Anyone responsible person from tata Aia will explain about this fraud / cheating.

                                    i have took new car insurance car policy and made the payment online. but till now i have not received its policy details. i have many times contacted the customer care centre. but till now no response is observed from the company's side. i have communicated with them by mail.                                       My Health policy Number - WFEB[protected] & WFEB[protected]. I called up Call center and asked about the auto renewal procedure which they confirmed that it will be done through my credit card but same was not done. I was hospitalized on 13th feb and then i saw that medical insurance was not renewed.                                         My Case of claim was filed on last week of January 2015 and no response has been given so far and still i have not received any amount inspite of so many follow up calls from my side they didnt responded. Initialy i was promised so many things but not even a single representative called me once after my case was filed. Although there is a check list given in the format but later on i was being asked for many new documents. Over all extremely bad experience i will not recommend TATA AIG to anybody. Iam planning to file my case in consumer forum and CM helpline. My contact details are: [protected] claim Id is 9424.
