On 17th july'16, my car honda brio (car number-pb03aa4433) met with an accident when all of sudden a dog came running in front of the car resulting the damage of front bumper & ac near jhajhar at 3 pm. post that the car got stuck with the standing loaded rickshaw on roadside, leading to two holes on both sides of the front bumper. the bumper got severely damaged and can’t be repaired. henceforth, the bumper needs to be replaced.
However, reporting of stucking with the rickshaw was missed while mentioning the accident detail in the claim form by honda representative who's handling the claim. also, would like to bring to the notice that on 12th july'16 i have got my regular due service of my car from harmony honda, panchkula and also made the payment of rs 10, 000 as service charge (other repair charges) which clearly can stats the report of perfect front bumper of my car.
Also, i have been taking zero debt i. e. bumper to bumper tata aig auto insurance from past 2 years and there's no claim as of now. after submitting the car for the claim, i have been informed by the honda representative mr. shubham jain over the phone that the surveyor has not approved the cost of front bumper in the claim wherein the paint of the bumper has been approved.

I have never claimed for general scratches or small damages on the bumper in the past 2 years. this time i have met with an accident that's why applied for claim. at my level, i tried speaking to mr. naresh (the surveyor of the company) to appraise my case but he dint take my calls. the last resort was to write to the grievance cell, hence mailing you the complaint.

Looking forward for early addressal of my complaint. would really appreciate and expect that you will provide the best of customer service.

In case my claim will not be settled i will take up the case to consumer court to get justice.

      I have been a customer of tata aig insurance from last two years. Our agreement expired just four days ago. I am from rajkot hence i am working with agent in rajkot. Due to dispute we are not renewing policy with him.
      We contaced mr. Nimesh doshi in rajkot office of tata aig insurance, he is in the marine insurance department. We have been trying to contact him from last four days. He is not answering our calls from our registered/regular numbers.

      We had discussion over the phone on friday evening around 5.30 pm. He was suppose to call back in 10 minutes but he never called. After one hour we called him for four times with in 30 minutes, but he never answered.

      Then we called him from unknown number and he picked up and said that office is closed for the day. He said he will talk to his manager on saturday and will call but he never did. Again we called him on saturday but he did not answer. Again we called him from unknown number and he picked up the phone and we told him we need a name of a broker since we needed to renew our policy. He said to send sms from the number and he will revert back with the broker details but he never did.

      We called him monday morning and it's same story all over. Monday 8 pm we called him again from another unknown number and he picked up. He said his mobile is formatted so p[ease send sms again and i will share details.
      We sent him same message that we sent him on saturday again on monday, again he never replied.

      On tuesday 21st june, we called him and he did not answer. After all this drama i went personally to rajkot tata aig office after lunch. I spoke with mr. Nikhil srivastav, who is brand head to meet him, but he was on the field visit as per the reception. Receptionist told me to meet mr. Nimesh doshi, but i was not ready to meet him since he is not replying to sms nor he is answering my phone so i decided not to meet him.

      Still after leaving office i called him from parking lot since i need to renew the policy. Even-though he was inside the office as per the receptionist, his call was answered by some one else, who told me he is not in the office. I

      Within seconds i was again the office and called mr. Nimesh doshi, and he was on another line, and due to frustration i went to his office and guess what mr. Nimesh doshi was on his desk speaking on phone.
      I was upset to i told him that since your are working with tata aig insurance, a well known company then why can't you provide the customer service for which company is giving you the salary.

      He replies by saying that how to provide customer service is his issue and he was very rude in his behavior and he left the office in anger.

      Tata aig please take care of your customers by having a staff that knows how to provide good customer service. I am really frustrated about the matter and hope to hear from company soon.

        The accident of my car number - up12cl6061 happened on friday morning i. E. 3rd june'16 at 8.30 am in new delhi near cr park. Due to sudden use of break by the car in front of my car the chain accident happened, resulting the damage of my front & back bumpers. Post accident i took my car to the deal (Nirmal hyundai, c-27, sector 3, near rajnigandha chowk, noida, uttar pradesh 201301) on 3rd june at 11 am. The car was given & shown to the bodyshop team wherein the front bumper was totally damaged. I was told that the insurance team will inspect the car and post that you will be informed about the approval of the damage claim. At 6pm in the evening i was informed that my claim for front bumper is rejected and back bumper is approved.
        The reason shared by the surveyor that the car was already damaged during the inspection of renewal of the policy. Wherein the inspection reports says that the bumper is scratched not damaged! This is a normal phenomena in delhi/ ncr. I hope the word scratch & damage has different aspects/meanings.
        Also, please note that i have been taking insurance from tata aig from past two years that too with zero depreciation clause. Also have not taken any claim till now. This is really ridiculous customer service and handling.

        I hope my complaint will be addressed and claim will be approved since there is no logic behind rejecting my claim.In case my claim will not be settled i will take up the case to consumer court to get justice.

          MAIL SENT TO TATA AIG :
          I deposited the Cheque into axis bank for the renewal for above
          mentioned policy and requested to change the address. And i have
          received a SMS as a confirmation on dated 17th dec. 2015 as a renewal
          for my policy for next 1 year. And the documents were supposed to be
          couriered through Bluedart courier company Awb No. - [protected], with a
          confirmation of reaching to the address within next 7 days. But i have
          never been received even i called on customore care no. dated 31st dec.
          2015 to register my complaint. since then i have been talking to many of
          the them. I had also been told by your executives that documents would
          be couriered by speed post rather than Bluedart courier's but again did
          not happen anything. And i had also been badly treated By your people.
          In the mean time i was keep calling and taking the updates from your
          team and at last, it was transferred to Subhra and after talking to her
          i received the same confirmation again on 18th Jan. 2016 that documents
          had been couriered through Bluedart AWB No. [protected] while someone
          had already committed me to courier it via speed post. At the result i
          have received none of policy documents yet.
          So finally as a conclusion i have following points to be considered by
          someone who is responsible and reliable in your company :
          1. Medical Policy is a sensitive policy if you work in such manner so
          slowly, Why i shouldn't consider it useless??
          2. Does your system really work?? If yes, then you should prove it.
          3. Who will bare a penalty for such irresponsible causes.
          4. Because i lose/lost a lot of time and energy in conversation with
          many people of your company with no result. So i Need a penalty for
          this. SO please let us know your penalty clause for this otherwise we
          will be looking for it ourselves.
          5. So, Policy is for cash less medical care or to be sick by making no
          of calls to your CC Exe.
          6.Why your people keep fooling me to deliver the documents since 18th
          dec. 2015 to 21st Jan. 2016.
          7. Does your seven days ever ends??
          8. I want redemption for loosing my money and time for talking to people.
          9.Are you playing with people like me and their sentiments while being
          into the market with full propaganda.
          10. So please consider this mail immediately rather than playing with
          your escalation matrix because it's already been delayed 34 days. so it
          has to go my head to your head.

          I been to your office, but Guard says that Mr.Raj Sabnani not available
          than I asked for Biggggg Bosss of the Tata AIG General Insurance

            A parked Verna car was hit by unknown vehicle between 24 to 25th March 2016 morning. the left side of the car portion is damaged near the front left door and rear wheel body a small dent. Mr.Hanumanth Raju, Analyst says the dent at the rear wheel body is not relevant to the incident and asks me to open an another claim request. He has not called the customer to take his inputs or opinion about the incident rather assumed him self the damages and approved only which is visible bigger. He has misbehaved with the customer not asking about incident and speaks if there is rule not to connect to customer ( Don't no if Tata AIG has such rules).he also ask customer to prove if the damage ( rear wheel body) is happened on the same incident. The vehicle is at the advaith hyundai mission road.

            I have requested its a genuine incident and there wasn't any damages on the car earlier asking the Analyst to include it in the claim. how can I prove to him?

              Hi, i have car insurance policy of tata aig no.[protected] which was supposed to expired on 29.03.2016. for these i did not get any reminder for renew my policy. on 28.03.16 i myself contacted your company and ask them to renew my policy, for this they gave me all the details and exact amount to be paid and further told me that my policy is renewed now and somebody from company will come to my place to collect the cheque. But as nobody turned up for 2/3 days, i myself again contacted to your helpline on 30.03.16, in response to my call they have told me that me policy is expired and i have to again take a new policy with inspection of my car. it is shocked for me because last year also i have similar experience. A brand like TATA is doing this with their customers is shocking to me. i hope you will investigate the matter and solved it as soon as possible.

                Not received the policy document after making the payment also

                My policy got expired yesterday and i made payment via the weblink shared with me over the message from tata aig. I have made the payment and the tata AIG agents (Reference Id: 4584002) are telling me that it wil take 4 days to get the policy document reflected in their system and after that only i will receive the policy document. my policy is expired and what if some cop stops me and asks me for insurance papers.

                I have taken a tata aig mediprime insurance policy no. [protected] and have paid the premium also and my policy is valid till 15 july 2016. I had applied for cashless scheme for my son's surgery but the cliam got rejected and i was told that my policy got expired. I have not been provided the reason for the expiry of policy when it is valid till 15 july 2016 and i have paid the premium.

                  I am working in AU financiers India ltd as a back office. i have a tata magic financed from TATA finance.                           I have a insurance policy of my bmw car from tata aig. My car met with an accident & I got repaired my car from bmw agency, but at claim settling time company's surviewer is saying that policy is not DEP CAP . But it is clearly mentioned on cover note that policy is dep cap policy. Now I m facing a major problem. Kindly resolve my complaint as early as possible.

                            Sir, i had applied for renewal of my car no. DL4CBA 3815 insurance policy for which your representative collected a cheque no 710338 of SBI bank on 20 NOV 2015. then the cheque also has been produced to bank for withdrawal and amount Rs 10453/ has also been withdrawn. but renewal policy has not been sent to me till date neither in my e.mail nor a hard copy. pl do send immediately
                            Tata AIG Insurance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                              My claim was registered on 7-Dec-2015 at 11:30 AM.. I have received a message from your end, that my Vehicle was inspected on 16-Dec-2015. Its almost 5 days has passed, still the insurance status is not yet provided. I was frustrated on following up with your customer care executives, has no update on the inspection. From Wednesday onwards on daily basis, I was calling to your customer care executives and getting same response from each and everyone, we will arrange a call back with in 24 hours, So far no one called yet. Today your customer care representative has moved a step forward, while speaking the call has been dropped from your end without any prior information. The service provided by TATA-AIG is very poor & testing the patience of the customer like me.
                              Tata AIG Insurance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                Dear sir/mam,
                                I am ashok kumar agrawal. I have insured my new Hyundai Eon car (Policy No. – GP[protected] from your company. I have meet with a accident on 31st oct15 at Jaipur highway. one car came wrong side for avoiding the accident I am taking left suddenly through which my car will be strikes on a pole from left side through which my left side door will be damaged and at same time a truck that comes from my back side applies brakes through which that truck touch my back side body slowly.in over all situation I have get dents on left side doors and back side deege and left side back light will be crashed and back bumper will be minor damaged. Now surveyor is telling that he can only sanction only left side damage and if I want to repair the other side I have to register another claim for which I am not convinced. I have submit my car on 3rd nov.2015 to the shiel Hyundai garage and waiting for approval. Now today, after 13 days company will says you have sanction only left side door claim. Only one call today they ll make to the customer post inspection, and I couldn't receive that. No followup calls. The hyundai service guys too share their plight dealing with tata aig guys, unprofessional, hopeless characters. customer calls are not received, text messages are ignored. System is down most of the time. First and last time with tata aig. I have cancelled the policy .
                                Now at last I am very tired with company. I am trying last time now I am going to consumer court.
                                Tata AIG Insurance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  One of the agency approached me saying they will make Insurance policy of TATA AIG for my car. They took my address (home & office), sent their person to collect the cheque from me for Rs. 12200 plus.

                                  The cheque has been presented and the amount has been already debited in my account, but still have not received the policy, it is more then 2 weeks now.

                                  When contacted the agency, they took my email id, as if they have not collected earlier and promised that policy will be sent to my addresss immediately, but there is no update on the same and have not received the email yet.

                                  My vehicle number is KA53 P 5013
