Respected sir,
I'm balamurugan from tamilnadu, i am a TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE POLICY holder, my veicle number is TN38CA2189, this car's insurance ended on 26:02:2017, I received a quotation from agent Nandini, punitha through wtsapp, during first week February i asking to renew.in that message insured value of car was mentioned as ₹650000 but in the policy copy the amount was mentioned less than the quotation rate,
When i trief to contact the agent for clarification i could not get a proper reply, as there is no use of complaint TATA AIG head office. Iam making a complaint to you i just want to inform you that in case of failing to take steps, i will file a petition in the court

    I'm surendra k g, I renewal the Insurence o[censored]r tata AIG insurence on, 10th March 2017 with the help of other agent (Land mark Insurence brokers Pvt Ltd). I'm send vehicle RC Xerox & old Insurence hardcopy & soft copy to landmark Insurence agents, but that people do the mistakes for vehicle registration number
    Actually currect number KA 15 M7843. But that people done like this KA51 M 7843. Please favour me...

        Dear Sir,

        I have applied and paid for Mediprime health Policy for my daughter on 4th January 2017. The application number is 816515 and transaction ID is HHMP[protected]. My complaint number is 8318915. I have been following up on the policy but am yet to receive the same inspite of 3 working days being over on 9th January 2017. This is absolutely not done and we do not expect such delays from a company like yours. My daughter has to submit the policy to her office against proposed tax savings but she has been unable to do so, thanks to the delay on part of TATA AIG. In thsi connection, you are requested to kindly take up the case urgently and ensure that the policy sift copy is received today at this mail id or kindly cancel the policy and refund the entire amount. Its not possible for us to go on following up without any results. I have taken health policies from other companies and have received the soft copy the same by mail. But this is absolutely bad. Kindly do the necessary by today and please don't ask me to wait for another two days. Hope for a positive reply and action from your side.

          I am a tata aig motor insurance policy holder. They take money for road side assistance for any case of emergency like puncture, refuelling, towing etc. On 3rd, my battery got weak and my car got stuck in the busy road of chandigarh. I called them and told my problem. They promised to call back within 15 minutes. I got a call after 3 hours. By this time i had changed the battery. This is the kind of road side assistance they are talking about.

            Yesterday i've made payment for my car insurance renewal with tata aig general insurance co. Thro' my icici net banking, the amount was deducted (Transaction success) from my bank a/c, but no renewal happened & i spoke to tata aig general insurance co. They said that no payment received, i don't know what to do? Either the amount/payment should go to beneficiary or it should be reversed (Credited) to my a/c, i am really afraid of this transaction, also it is a non-value added activity, this incident forced me to rethink about cashless transactions. I am really annoyed by this hopeless e-transactions.

            It is resolved, after several mails & calls I finally got the Manager Customer Care & he helped me, he identified the root cause of problem & resolved, the amount I transferred to TATA AIG was held-up with Bill Desk, the Manager somehow received my money & resolved the issue, also released/Renewed my Insurance. Thanks

              I am customer of TATA AIG mediclaim from last three years. But first time I have to do mediclaim as my wife get operated. But as I send documents to claim my expenses against operation they asking documents again and again. Several time I sended through courier and mails but yet they didn't send my claim in process. It's more than 2 months now. So its very lengthy and inconvenient process. If such way mediclaim is to be taken then it's better not to take mediclaim in future.

                than why your officer commit that i will get 10200 rs

                  i have been calling your gurgaon branch from the past 10 days regarding transfer of insurance of my car. my vehicle number is DL3CBZ0212. Every time i call they say that our representative will come to photograph the vehicle. but it has been 10 days no one has come and now when i called them again they first disconnected the calls for many times and at last they said that they will not send anyone you have to cone yourself.
                  and when i said that is their duty to attend the customer they said that you can go to any other insurance company if you want. this type of behaviour is not accepted by the employes of your esteemed company kindly look into the matter. i want my money back

                    I received a call from miss neha cell no [protected] in august for renewal of my car insurance policy.
                    My existing policy was from icici, and hence i insisted that i needed an icici policy renewal. I was assured of an icici policy.
                    I had insisted on a zero depreciation icici policy.
                    I was told to keep a cheque of rs 24832 for a insured idv of 10 lacs
                    Also was promised 6000rs worth of vouchers for car spa etc.

                    I left a signed cheque of rs 24832 at my office and without the insurance companys name mentioned on the chq, and since i would be travelling asked neha to get it collected the chq from the office.

                    Now is when all the horror starts.
                    I received a policy from tata aig not icici
                    The idv was 890000 not 10lacs
                    No vouchers were issued
                    Policy issued;policy no. [protected]

                    I wrote a complain to tata aig for the same.
                    One mr rahul called in cell no;[protected]
                    He said i could cancel my policy and could be returned my money but that i would have to go to icici and get the policy and for which i would have to go and give the vehicle for inspection etc as by now my earlier policy had expired.
                    He convinced me to keep tata aig policy, and said that he would change the policy idv to 10 lacs and also send the 6000 rs vouchers.
                    Its been over a month now.
                    I have not received my updated policy with 10 lacs idv nor any vouchers.
                    Called a couple of times and they said sending it in 2 days this happened a couple of times and still i haven't received anything. Now mr. Rahul avoids my phone call, sometime a colleague picks and says he will call back, sometimes he sends message i am driving and no revert calls yet.

                      Hi,
                      I am holding motor vehicle insurance with tata aig for 4 years and my policy no-[protected].
                      Today i was accidentally viewing my policy; it has expired two days back.
                      My policy got expired on[protected].
                      I have not received a single reminder (Call, sms or mail). On renewal from tata aig.
                      I called the customer care they are saying i will take 48 hours and insurance people will come and inspect the vehicle after that they will process for the renewal.
                      Till that i cannot drive my vehicle in road.
                      Without vehicle how will i communicate to my daily activities?
                      This is the way that tata aig will treat a premium long term customer.
                      What if i have not noticed the expiry date and i was driving the vehicle in the road.
                      If something happens who is responsible??
                      @tata aig –i hope you guys know the meaning of insurance and how important.
                      It’s high time that tata aig knows the meaning for “customer relationship”.
                      I have policy with other vendor but i never experienced this kind of pathetic services.

                        Very poor response from the staff, unfortunately I took TATAAIG car insurance and paid four years premium for my car. Recently I have lodged an insurance claim for my car met small accident and their procedures are looks bad and try to cheat the customers, finding faults on customer documentation in each and every where in order not pay their claim. They're creating very embarrassing and stressful situations.
                        Here after I never prefer and recommend any one to Tataaig.

                          Sub : accident claim of our vehicle no. Mh14dt0880 tata safari - dicor
                          N reference to my claim for the above vehicle for damages in the accident on 02/07/2016 informed to tata aig on 04/07/2016, my vehicle was surveyed on 04/07/2016 when it was produced for inspection by their officials at repairer m/s k b motor, kolkata. Photographs were collected and taken by them.
                          Later, on 14th of july 2016, we received a mail from tata aig which stated that during perusal of documents submitted by us, it was observed that at the material time of accident the driving license of the person driving the insured vehicle was not valid. (Licence detail – dl no. Mh[protected]; valid till – 01/01/2016; lmv-nt).in view of the above the company seeked our clarification and wanted us to present an alternative interpretation of any relevant policy provision for our further consideration within 15 days of receipt of their letter.
                          I would like to kindly inform you here that last six month back i was transferred from pune to kolkata and i had applied for a new dl at kolkata rto office and had successfully passed the driving test on 6th june’16.
                          I also started driving my car in kolkata with the learner’s licence as the delivery of smart card was late due to some agitation at motor vehicle dept. As a proof of document i have attached my licence delivery slip dated 6th june’16 & smart card issued on 11th july’16. I confirm that i had a valid driving permit (Smart card delivery slip) when i met with an accident on 2nd july’16.
                          I submitted all the necessary documents as in smart card delivery slip, learner’s licence, invoices of repair and cash receipt by k. B motors and all the necessary documents to tata aig for approval of the claim amount.
                          To my disappointment, after one month of email exchanges, repeated reminders, follow ups and mental harassment, today i received a mail with the scanned copy of the rejection letter from the company stating that my claim has been rejected on the ground:
                          1) that there was no “l” letter affixed on the car on the accident date. (Since the damaged car was photographed by tata aig officials in my absence, a manipulated photograph cannot be claimed to be a genuine evidence for disapproval of claim)
                          2) that i did not have my learner’s licence on the accident date. (Attached copy of learner’s licence and the delivery slip of smart card is the proof that the permit was very much available with me)
                          3) that i was not accompanied by a person with a registered driving permit (Declaration of a valid driving licence holder who was accompanying me during the accident time will be produced on demand)
                          Based on all the above valid points, i request your kind self to take necessary for approving my claim at the earliest.
                          For any further requirement please do call me as and when required.

                            I got my Car insurance done online ... now 1 year is about to finish, i am running my car without insurance papers. Moreover online car insurance was costlier than the one available through dealer. I was offered insurance by bharti... for 12k approx when i bought the car but i took tata aig for 36k approx ... just as an anthusiastic new car owner. I think the service is costly and pathetic as compare to others. Now the time has come to reniew my insurance without paperd thanks to this company i will definetly look for other options instead of tata Aig. Reqst to Tata Aig please pull up your socks when to take someones money please provide adequate service also.

                              I was travelling to usa and canada in the month of june.
                              I baught tata aig travelin insurance to cover my travel.

                              While travelling on british airways from toronto, canada to mumbai india, my flights stopped for layovers in dublin and london.

                              The airline lost/delayed my baggage in london and i reached india without my luggage. Apart from looking for my luggage and clearing all paper work which took 3 hours in mumbai (I got out from the airport at 3:am!) i was also travelling straight to bangalore for work thus had buy a lot of things.

                              I received my luggage after 2.5 days to my permanent address in pune.

                              The insurance company refused to give me my claim saying the policy documents says "claim for baggage delay not applicable in republic of india"

                              How generalised is this statement? Just because i was travelling to india in my final leg they wont give me my claim? Even though the luggage issues happened in london?

                              Basically their document does not particularly state that if you reach india you will not get the claim from return journeys!

                              Any layman will think it is the other way round!
                              And this statement has two meanings.
                              They may tell somebody who is flying to london that their baggage was lost in india so not applicable.

                              May I also state they made me fill all the claim forms after knowing about my baggage delay issue and only then came back with no refund policy?

                              why would they hassle me with filing the forms? if they had no intention to pay and if the delay claim did nt apply to me.

                                On 17th july'16, my car honda brio (car number-pb03aa4433) met with an accident when all of sudden a dog came running in front of the car resulting the damage of front bumper & ac near jhajhar at 3 pm. post that the car got stuck with the standing loaded rickshaw on roadside, leading to two holes on both sides of the front bumper. the bumper got severely damaged and can’t be repaired. henceforth, the bumper needs to be replaced.
                                However, reporting of stucking with the rickshaw was missed while mentioning the accident detail in the claim form by honda representative who's handling the claim. also, would like to bring to the notice that on 12th july'16 i have got my regular due service of my car from harmony honda, panchkula and also made the payment of rs 10, 000 as service charge (other repair charges) which clearly can stats the report of perfect front bumper of my car.
                                Also, i have been taking zero debt i. e. bumper to bumper tata aig auto insurance from past 2 years and there's no claim as of now. after submitting the car for the claim, i have been informed by the honda representative mr. shubham jain over the phone that the surveyor has not approved the cost of front bumper in the claim wherein the paint of the bumper has been approved.

                                I have never claimed for general scratches or small damages on the bumper in the past 2 years. this time i have met with an accident that's why applied for claim. at my level, i tried speaking to mr. naresh (the surveyor of the company) to appraise my case but he dint take my calls. the last resort was to write to the grievance cell, hence mailing you the complaint.

                                Looking forward for early addressal of my complaint. would really appreciate and expect that you will provide the best of customer service.

                                In case my claim will not be settled i will take up the case to consumer court to get justice.

                                    I have been a customer of tata aig insurance from last two years. Our agreement expired just four days ago. I am from rajkot hence i am working with agent in rajkot. Due to dispute we are not renewing policy with him.
                                    We contaced mr. Nimesh doshi in rajkot office of tata aig insurance, he is in the marine insurance department. We have been trying to contact him from last four days. He is not answering our calls from our registered/regular numbers.

                                    We had discussion over the phone on friday evening around 5.30 pm. He was suppose to call back in 10 minutes but he never called. After one hour we called him for four times with in 30 minutes, but he never answered.

                                    Then we called him from unknown number and he picked up and said that office is closed for the day. He said he will talk to his manager on saturday and will call but he never did. Again we called him on saturday but he did not answer. Again we called him from unknown number and he picked up the phone and we told him we need a name of a broker since we needed to renew our policy. He said to send sms from the number and he will revert back with the broker details but he never did.

                                    We called him monday morning and it's same story all over. Monday 8 pm we called him again from another unknown number and he picked up. He said his mobile is formatted so p[ease send sms again and i will share details.
                                    We sent him same message that we sent him on saturday again on monday, again he never replied.

                                    On tuesday 21st june, we called him and he did not answer. After all this drama i went personally to rajkot tata aig office after lunch. I spoke with mr. Nikhil srivastav, who is brand head to meet him, but he was on the field visit as per the reception. Receptionist told me to meet mr. Nimesh doshi, but i was not ready to meet him since he is not replying to sms nor he is answering my phone so i decided not to meet him.

                                    Still after leaving office i called him from parking lot since i need to renew the policy. Even-though he was inside the office as per the receptionist, his call was answered by some one else, who told me he is not in the office. I

                                    Within seconds i was again the office and called mr. Nimesh doshi, and he was on another line, and due to frustration i went to his office and guess what mr. Nimesh doshi was on his desk speaking on phone.
                                    I was upset to i told him that since your are working with tata aig insurance, a well known company then why can't you provide the customer service for which company is giving you the salary.

                                    He replies by saying that how to provide customer service is his issue and he was very rude in his behavior and he left the office in anger.

                                    Tata aig please take care of your customers by having a staff that knows how to provide good customer service. I am really frustrated about the matter and hope to hear from company soon.

                                      The accident of my car number - up12cl6061 happened on friday morning i. E. 3rd june'16 at 8.30 am in new delhi near cr park. Due to sudden use of break by the car in front of my car the chain accident happened, resulting the damage of my front & back bumpers. Post accident i took my car to the deal (Nirmal hyundai, c-27, sector 3, near rajnigandha chowk, noida, uttar pradesh 201301) on 3rd june at 11 am. The car was given & shown to the bodyshop team wherein the front bumper was totally damaged. I was told that the insurance team will inspect the car and post that you will be informed about the approval of the damage claim. At 6pm in the evening i was informed that my claim for front bumper is rejected and back bumper is approved.
                                      The reason shared by the surveyor that the car was already damaged during the inspection of renewal of the policy. Wherein the inspection reports says that the bumper is scratched not damaged! This is a normal phenomena in delhi/ ncr. I hope the word scratch & damage has different aspects/meanings.
                                      Also, please note that i have been taking insurance from tata aig from past two years that too with zero depreciation clause. Also have not taken any claim till now. This is really ridiculous customer service and handling.

                                      I hope my complaint will be addressed and claim will be approved since there is no logic behind rejecting my claim.In case my claim will not be settled i will take up the case to consumer court to get justice.

                                        I deposited the Cheque into axis bank for the renewal for above
                                        mentioned policy and requested to change the address. And i have
                                        received a SMS as a confirmation on dated 17th dec. 2015 as a renewal
                                        for my policy for next 1 year. And the documents were supposed to be
                                        couriered through Bluedart courier company Awb No. - [protected], with a
                                        confirmation of reaching to the address within next 7 days. But i have
                                        never been received even i called on customore care no. dated 31st dec.
                                        2015 to register my complaint. since then i have been talking to many of
                                        the them. I had also been told by your executives that documents would
                                        be couriered by speed post rather than Bluedart courier's but again did
                                        not happen anything. And i had also been badly treated By your people.
                                        In the mean time i was keep calling and taking the updates from your
                                        team and at last, it was transferred to Subhra and after talking to her
                                        i received the same confirmation again on 18th Jan. 2016 that documents
                                        had been couriered through Bluedart AWB No. [protected] while someone
                                        had already committed me to courier it via speed post. At the result i
                                        have received none of policy documents yet.
                                        So finally as a conclusion i have following points to be considered by
                                        someone who is responsible and reliable in your company :
                                        1. Medical Policy is a sensitive policy if you work in such manner so
                                        slowly, Why i shouldn't consider it useless??
                                        2. Does your system really work?? If yes, then you should prove it.
                                        3. Who will bare a penalty for such irresponsible causes.
                                        4. Because i lose/lost a lot of time and energy in conversation with
                                        many people of your company with no result. So i Need a penalty for
                                        this. SO please let us know your penalty clause for this otherwise we
                                        will be looking for it ourselves.
                                        5. So, Policy is for cash less medical care or to be sick by making no
                                        of calls to your CC Exe.
                                        6.Why your people keep fooling me to deliver the documents since 18th
                                        dec. 2015 to 21st Jan. 2016.
                                        7. Does your seven days ever ends??
                                        8. I want redemption for loosing my money and time for talking to people.
                                        9.Are you playing with people like me and their sentiments while being
                                        into the market with full propaganda.
                                        10. So please consider this mail immediately rather than playing with
                                        your escalation matrix because it's already been delayed 34 days. so it
                                        has to go my head to your head.

                                        I been to your office, but Guard says that Mr.Raj Sabnani not available
                                        than I asked for Biggggg Bosss of the Tata AIG General Insurance
                                        Company Limited, Guard Says that he never comes to the office, one
                                        secretory some times used to come.

                                        So, I was there in Mumbai 4 days in hotel The lalit, Billied over 45000
                                        rs. Who will pay this and whos mistake was this, gave me wrong name to
                                        meet.

                                        and also hiding officials contact.
