I am existing housing loan customer to tata capital.
My loan account number: 9833716
I am requesting list of documents to go for full settlement, but reply to me is to go to branch to collect.
The issues are:
1) 2 years before i went to trichy branch for the same reason, but the staff were told me they will not issue in trichy branch, and they ask me to go to chennai branch. My property and my loan disbursement is from trichy, and i do not have any contact in chennai.
2) now i heard that the trichy branch has been shifted, but i do not know the new address, website still reflect the old adress.
3) all those who i know in trichy branch are no more with tata, i do not have any contact numbers or email to communicate to check.
4) i have only toll free number and customercare email address. I am residing in singapore, i am not able to call toll free number (Either with country code or without country code). The customercare email keep replying me to go to branch. No other additional information, no other contact number, no trichy branch contact info.
5) since i am staying in singapore, how i can go to trichy (Without knowing address of tata also) to collect. What is the issue if they provide me by email? Or email/contact of trichy branch so that i can communicate them.
6) i need correct trichy branch address, and the branch to be instructed to provide customer such info. They should not deny again if i approach.
7) can i authorize my brother to collect on my behalf at trichy branch?
