I spoke to devendra today to enquire about my loan status and he informed me that your loan is rejected because of the residence proof (Sale agreement of my flat) send over email is deemed invalid.

He also said that he tried to reach me, i want to know if this was the case the person should have informed me when he came to collect my document however he did not inform me that document over email will not be considered. Also, if the customer is not reachable or unable to answer the call the rep should have messaged stating that tatacapital needs the hard copy of the resident proof and if not given the loan will be rejected.

Also note from day 1 i have informed the rep of tatacapital that i dont have access to my phone once i am in the office. Then tatacapital should had left me a message that the loan will be rejected if they dont get the copy of agreement. Its not that i dont have the residence proof with me, i have it, all they had to do was to only inform me but this was not done.

The behaviour of the sales rep and the person who came to collect the document was definately below the benchmark. They had rescheduled the appointment to collect the document several time and never came to collect the document at the time promised over the phone.

Nobody reached out to me to inform me the progress of my loan since the day i submitted my document.

Does the customer service ends the day when customer submits the document, is it not the duty of the case handler to attempt to reach the customer in case the loan is getting rejected due to resident proof.

Since the day i said yes to apply for this loan i have been getting back to back followup calls to collect the document more so to an extent that i was feeling harrased.

Even after addressing my issue and concern to the person over email till date the person have not replied to my email.

So i send an email to tatacapital customer care and they came back to me stating that sir it is the fault of the document verification department so we can do anything about it.

    My 27105 got debited from my hdfc creditcard for tata cliq order id[protected] on 22/10/2019. On 23 tata cliq messaged me that he refunded 27105 in my hdfc credit card account with refund transaction no 75503729296034337859250.
    But by contacting hdfc customer care with this transaction id they said they did not got money till now 9/11/2019. Please solve my problem urgently.

        I have taken my new Two wheeler from KALEIDO MOTORS, Mahadevapura, Bangalore (Dealer Code :11845) through the Sales Executive (Phone No : [protected]). And the sales executive told that the Rate of Interest with Tata Capital for Two Wheeler Loan is 11.5% PA. I have confirmed the same from the Tata Capital Sales Representative (Phone Number : [protected]).

        * The Banks are providing the Personnel Loans at the Interest Rate of 11% to 14% PA, but Tata Capital is providing the Wheeler Loan at the Interest Rate of 22.82% by Submitting all my Salary Slip, TDS and Check Leafs etc.)*

        Loan Account : TCFTW[protected]
        Loan Amount : 70580.00 INR
        Rate of Interest : 22.82%
        Tenure : 24 Months
        EMI Per Month : 3690

        Then I was shocked, after the receipt of the Welcome Letter from the Tata Capital, which says that the Rate of Interest is 22.82%. And I have contacted the Kaleido Representative and Tata Capaital Sales Representative, they told that it is not 22.82% and it is 11.5%, which I was reading in the welcome letter is wrong it seems.

        Then I have called the Tata Capital customer care and they are not provided the proper response for my enquiry. I had again chat with the Tata Capital Sales through WhatssApp by sharing the Loan details by comparing the 11.5% interest and 22.82% Interest. But also not provide the proper details to me.

        I want to know, The Kaleido Motors and Tata Capital are cheating all the Customers like this or only me. No other customer should not cheat by Tata Capital and Kaleido Motors.

          Hello team,

          As per this order id[protected] i bought washing machine from tatacliq.com on 21st however, no one was there at home and when courier guy called me, i have asked courier team to return but in thwir status it is showing it is delivered.
          Tata cliq is not listening from past 10days.

          When i checked with bluedart as per them the washing machine has been returned to seller and they have shared the mail communication with this awb#[protected].

          I wanted my money 27, 000 refunded and looking for compensation for such harrasment.

            Hi, we had taken homeloan from tata capital. They didnt give us pmay scheme benefits and very delays in phase loan allotments, so decided to go for b. T.
            Here also upon foreclosure of the loan, they are playing to give back the original documents.
            Stating un valid reasons.
            Today they called us to handover the original documents, where as 6 documents are missing out of 12 given under lod.
            Please suggese the possible resolution with compensation.

              My issue is going on since last last year. Tata capital responded to my email stating that one of their representative will contact us in 1 working day but no one has called yet. My complaint was closed from their end stating that the issue is resolved. When there has been no communication between their team and me for this complaint then how was my issue resolved. The late payment and bouncing charges are still showing on my account (This is because of thei fault as they were unable to update my new nach on their system and their collection manager has also agreed to the fault and have given us in writing) but it seems that their call centres and email communication team is unaware of the full saga and they close the issue stating that it has been resolved. The loan installment got completed last month and i want the charges to be waived off but till date my issue is unresolved.

                This month, from my account 2 emi had been credited. I want one emi back in my bank account.
                My tata capital lone account number is tcftw [protected]
                I had received this message on 17/10/19
                Dear sir/madam, your banker uco bank has reported technical issue with the emi repayment of rs. 4110 towards tata capital loan a/c tcftw[protected]. Please note, any excess emi deducted will be refunded to your bank account within the next 2 working days by your bank. Please be assured that we are in touch with uco bank for a fast resolution. For any clarification, you may get in touch with your banker as well.

                  Hello team,
                  I have ordered a refrigerator, later the product is shipped and processed and when it's out for delivery, they are telling product price less because of technical issue we cannot deliver the product

                  Now they increased the price of the product and telling me that product price is increased and they said if you want place a new order, they did the same thing twice.
                  They are arguing as the price was less due to technical issue for that price the product cannot be delivered so we are refusing the delivery, this is purely cheating if it's a technical issue they should have cancelled the order before proceeding, why they should keep it till the delivery time.. I'm very disappointed on this, i need the product now please let me knowwill i be able to get any help on this please.

                    Hi,
                    I had opted od-personal laon from tata capital one year back and now some extra amount is getting deducted since last two month for which i coordinated their customer care to make me understand but didn't get any response. Every time server is down. Secondly i mailed to customer care and they are also not replying with complete remarks. Thirdly i am not able to use the portal for which i had not got any response.
                    I even requested to arrange a call back which was promised but i am still waiting to get solution/update.
                    I will be forced to stop all emi for tata capital now.

                    I made big mistake by opting product from tata capital. Pathetic service

                      I am existing housing loan customer to tata capital.
                      My loan account number: 9833716
                      I am requesting list of documents to go for full settlement, but reply to me is to go to branch to collect.
                      The issues are:
                      1) 2 years before i went to trichy branch for the same reason, but the staff were told me they will not issue in trichy branch, and they ask me to go to chennai branch. My property and my loan disbursement is from trichy, and i do not have any contact in chennai.
                      2) now i heard that the trichy branch has been shifted, but i do not know the new address, website still reflect the old adress.
                      3) all those who i know in trichy branch are no more with tata, i do not have any contact numbers or email to communicate to check.
                      4) i have only toll free number and customercare email address. I am residing in singapore, i am not able to call toll free number (Either with country code or without country code). The customercare email keep replying me to go to branch. No other additional information, no other contact number, no trichy branch contact info.
                      5) since i am staying in singapore, how i can go to trichy (Without knowing address of tata also) to collect. What is the issue if they provide me by email? Or email/contact of trichy branch so that i can communicate them.
                      6) i need correct trichy branch address, and the branch to be instructed to provide customer such info. They should not deny again if i approach.
                      7) can i authorize my brother to collect on my behalf at trichy branch?

                        During August I received a call stating that im qualified for a pre-approved loan and he was telling about all the details and I requested him to make a call after 2 days and I will confirm on the above, I waited for 10 days and I couldn't receive any call from tata capital customer care. So I called customer care one of the representatives told me that I have to visit the branch and submit documents over there, and she provided me the Bangalore branch details to submit the documents. I took a day off and I traveled 20km to reach the branch and I met on of the executive and shared my opportunity number, and he stated that this opportunity number belongs to some other 'SM' in Mumbai and they can't do anything about it. I wasted a complete day traveling to your branch, taking paid leave from the office for nothing rather than returning back home. After that, I didn't receive any calls from tata capital.

                        Recently again on 21st September I received a call from tata capital again regarding the loan and I confirmed all the details and then he transferred the call to the verification team to verify and fix an appointment for documents collection. I waited on 22nd and 23rd to receive a call from tata capital and I didn't receive any call. on 24th again I called customer care and they told me that I will be assigned to a new 'SM' and he will collect the documents, and till today I didn't receive any call. So today I called customer care and again they told me they will assign an 'SM' and he will call back me regarding this, I didn't receive any calls yet.

                        A cAll from tata finance Delhi gurgaon n advance deposit of 70000 and till now no loan in the account n now they are not responding n it was all online transaction n Mai was also from tata capital but difficult to recognise so plzz kindly help me to resolve my issue as soon as possible

                              I ordered two items from Tata cliq which were one wrong product and 2nd one size issue so.I return them.Items were picked up on 24 July 2019 with AWB[protected] and another AWB[protected] but refund is not received yet.So many times I sent mail and called customer care but no response and I share with my bank details with them by mail also they didn't response

                                Hi,
                                Before buying gold earrings from tata cliq, i had spoken to them and had clarified my doubt if the ruby on the earrings were real or fake. They said its real ruby. When i ordered them, and received them, i found out that they were red garnet and not rubies. I have been calling them 20 times a day since 8 days, but they are not returning the product back. I now have fake rubies and my money is stuck with them

                                  As i am in medical emergency, applied for the person loan through your customer service and updated my new address on call (While applying).

                                  I submitted the documents to your executive mr. Nagraj and said him that im in emergency and try to process the loan as early as possible with high priority. Mr. Nagraj and branch people were helped me a lot and done all formalities with in 2 days and tried to disburse the loan. But loan not disbursed because of address mismatch.

                                  Your call centre people sent the lead to branch with old address mistakenly and new address updated in branch as per the documents submitted by me. Because of this mismatch, branch unable to disburse the loan and said me that in-person verification is mandatory.

                                  In-person verification will take 2 days and weekend ahead. So, it will take more than 4days for loan disbursement as already im in medical emergency.

                                  I called your customer service for help (Because its their mistake). nobody in your customer service knows english, knows process and trying to resolve problems of customers. totally 7 members spoken with me by transferred the calls from one to others because of their inability to the call. Finally call was transferred to mr. Sudheer (Team manager) by mrarbaz. I requested mr. Sudheer to take my case as exceptional and help me asap.

                                  As an ex bank employee, i know how service industry works and how exceptionals and deviations work with higher authority authorisations, if customer needs help in critical condition.

                                  Mr. Sudheer spoken very rudely with irresponsible behaviour. he denied to help me in this and he dont want to escalate my case to his seniors who can help me. he was challenged that no one can help me and i cannot do any complaint on him.

                                  I spoken with mr. Sudheer on call around @4:30pm, september 12, 2019. Mr. Arbaz transferred the call to sudheer, arbaz also behaved same like sudheer, but transferred call to his senior, better than sudheer.

                                  Is this called customer service? is sudheer working in reputed finance company customer service or local road side small finance company running with rowdies? Is this the way to speak with customers who depends on your company in their critical situations? I dont know why tata capital is recruiting the incapable persons like mr. Sudheer and mr. Arbaz.

                                  Because of mr. Sudheer, i unable to get any help from customer service in time (Medical emergency). who is responsible if anything would happen to the person who is in medical emergency. I think humans can compensate money, not lives.

                                  I need resolution on my issue asap at least from higher authorities who sits in responsible position and severe action has to be taken on mr. Sudheer and mr. Arbaz who is spoiling the reputation of your company and troubling your customers with their unacceptable behaviour.

                                  I was taken the loan from tata capital. the BT amount is 1 year diffrence from actual running loan, i called branch to resolve the issue they are very careless talking with me.

                                  called customer care and sent mails no one is responding.

                                    I ordered "prestige delight procg 1.8l electric rice cooker" from your site and it got delivered yesterday. The product which i got is of no use to me so i thought of returning the product and have initiated the return.

                                    Today i got a call from agent tejas, as per his words the electronic items can't be returned. I told him that on site it's mentioned "7 days easy return" and nothing like "no return in case of electronic item" is mentioned.

                                    I wasted 15 minutes of my time with tejas and when i asked him for his senior number to escalate the issue then again he wasted my 10 minutes in transferring the call but no resolution. Post that he gave phone to his senior sameer (Team lead) and i was again disappointed after his reply.

                                    I am highly disappointed that company like yours is treating customers like this. Is this the easy return that you are providing to your customers?

                                    If this issue will not get resolved within 1-2 days i am going to put this on every social networking site. I am active in doing all this stiff.

                                    Please find attached the screenshot of the product that i ordered and also the return policy that is mentioned.

                                    I have purchased a lenevo laptop by TATA CLIQ on 15 09 19 and received a defect one.The order I'd was[protected].It is a defect one.The display is cracking inbuilt . After delivery I checked it and then and there I applied for the return, but there is no response with my favour at all.It is a prepaid one.

                                      Hi, i am writing this because such a bad experience i had with tata capital loan disbursement team, i want to say the credit manager approved my loan and came for disbursement but one mr shishir and sudheer from bangalore richmond road branch didn't disburse my loan they were asking number of documents including property papers and also his person one mr syed document collection executive came to my place and collected documents and blank cheques also agreement everything and asked bribe for 10000rs to disburse my loan, why should i pay 10000rs to unknown person, still now the disbursement have not happened

                                        I took home loan from tata capital in 2016 jan, i submitted my pmay request with all the documents asked by ur bank manager praveen kumar s (Praveenkumar. [protected]@tatacapital.com) kodambakkam branch and it's been 1 year now and i haven't received any acknowledged till date. My friends have who took loan from indiabulls home finance have got the subsidy itself. What a shame on tata capital. They cheat people and don't even bother to give an acknowledgemt number if a customer applies for a subsidy. My loan contract number is 95744. I[censored] are not helping me in getting my subsidy i will raise a complaint through media as i work as a reporter. I will deal this very seriously if i don't get any response and i[censored] just close this as resolved.

                                        95744 is the contract number. I have already mentioned in consumer forum. Just now someone called me from [protected] and spoke in hindi, as I don't know hindi I asked him to transfer the call to someone who can speak English and he disconnected the call. I am trying to call him back but he isnt picking up the call
