I have ordered 2 outfits from tata cliq and i am really disappointed with the fit and i request for a return and refund but from April I have not received my refund in account .and for the same I have being complaining from 2 month so far till date I have not received my refund of 1499 and 699 .This is the last try I'm doing and requesting for my refund in my account so look into the matter and do to the earliest....

i ordered Split AC on 11 Jun'19, TATA Cliq is not delivering the AC, and making stories that we need 08 working days to deliver the product and two days later for installation.

I believe that this could be fraud.

No one need more the 02 working days to deliver any product anywhere in india.

Please help me to get my product delivery....

This mail is to inform you that i'm very disturbed by the service of tatacliq.
I'm trying to purchase a toaster but it seems like infinite loop to me.
I must say that the service, responce time, quality check, delivery update, refund time of tatacliq is pathetic.

I have bought mi band 3 from tata cliq the product is got delivered on 9th may2019. On product page retrun policy mentioned as"easy 7 days return".
I got the product and found it's defective. Discharging very fast. Not working as mentioned.
When i asked for return customer care says i have to to service center, they are denying on return.
This is a new product and it's within 7 days as per site return condition then why...

I have ordered daikin 1.5 ton inverter split ac on 1st of may 2019. The expected time for delivery was 5 to 7 days but today is may 9th still i have not received the product and when i spoke with customer care they raised the compliant on yesterday on which my complaint will be responded in 5 working days.

I have paid all the emis till date with great track record still tata capital sending person from swaraj agency name avinash directly to my home asking for already paid emi. This is a public ly harrassment done by tata capital and swaraj agency this i will make an fir as harrassment and public ly humiliation of customer....

I have applied for a loan from tata capital and they have charged me a total of rs 35, 000 (Incl. Commission for lawyer and processing fees) towards its processing and approval, but its been more than a week and the money has not been credited to my account. I have placed a prepaid order on the tata cliq app on 23rd april 2019.
I got a delivery call on 25th april but i coudn't pick it up from my office (Delivery address) that day because i wasn't well.
So i told the person to deliver it the next day i. E 26th april and he agreed to do that.
Since then, i haven't got any call for the product delivery instead i got a message on 26th that i have cancelled the order when i haven't...
