It’s horrified to tel the service which was produced by your company is very terrible.. as I took two wheeler loan and the time of dealing I was not told that there is some loan insurance is to be don’t.and loan Amount was 125000 and the desbustment amount is 127952. as I came to know when the first instalment and then immediately I contacted the person who made the loan deal . As he told me about the insurance so I asked him about the insurance policy. It has been approximately two months n didn’t got the policy . Then I visted your local Tata capital office in patiala soc143 choti baraah Dhari patiala Punjab . There is met your executive he assured me about the policy will be mailed to me but repeatedly asking him about the policy there was no revert. Today called him asked about the policy and didn’t got the appropriate answer, when i told him that by the day end if I didn’t got the mail I write mail to officials.. surprisingly he was so rude and you go ahead and file a complaint. The person name don’t Ki now but the mob no is ‭[protected]‬.
It’s really disgusting that first I was not told about the insurance is to be done on the other hand the rude behaviour of the staff. As the earlier action to be taken and I want the refund of my excess amount or make the loan amount to 125000

Hope action must be taken or I have to move on to legal formalities or consumer form

Please note that cliq cash in my account was 750 about 1 month ago. However 500 is deducted without any reason or intimation to me and now only 250 is left. Complaint has been raised with ticket number: [protected]. However no action is taken till now.

I have raised many tickets on tata customer care regarding pradhan mantri awas yojana for my home loan no 10420116 to tata capital and as per their reply that said that it will take time to process.
Finally, i have visited tata capital office in goregoan west and per them i need to pay 9500 rupees to process the pradhan mantri awas yojana. This is not good and as per the my loan section letter it was already mentioned that eligible for the subsidy.

I have taken Home loan on 23 Dec 2015 & prior to that given all required document to Tata Capital executive for pradhan mantri awas yojana subsidy but till date I have not yet received any communications on same . Kindly pls help to know the status of subsidy .

I have taken a OD from Tata capital with loan no 82004566.
The following issues need to be address by your customer complaint desk team.

1. The loan amount got disbursed on 2nd & I got the welcome letter on 4th from Mr. Amit roy (RSM-South). On the very next day of the welcome letter received I had requested to guide me with the process of fund transfer to virtual account. But, due to week end they did not help & even Customer care were not able to solve my issues & asked for 24hrs TAT. Even today is the 3rd day & i did not get any call/info from Customer care. This might causes some interest payable for this 6 days. which I supposed not to give, as today I am able to open the portal.

2. During the conversation with Mr. Amit, I get to know that, while putting my details in Tata portal, CE/TL had mentioned my incorrect email id resulting this issue/confusion.

3. Hence requesting for a waiver of the said amount. So that, i could not penalized.

Tata capital office settled in sector 56 gurugram haryana but pankaj rawat calls us in noida to do signature in papers.
Tata capital eat my money.

When his amount will be credit to my virtual account.

Yesterday also i have send an email but no response from your side

Called to customer care and no information is available and called to sales team they are not responding.

I have applied loan with tata capital housing finance limited on dec 2019 with pmay scheme, my loan disbursed on jan 2019, there are 7 months passed, till now there is no response from tata capital regarding the subsidy credit to my home loan. Whenever i called their customer care they are telling we are not getting any update from government regarding pmay subsidy.

Please help me to get the subsidy asap.

On 2nd July 2019 evening i got the Overdraft loan for 7 lakhs, on 3rd July 2019 i got the user id and password.

on 4th July 2019 without any intemation 24, 432 rupees debited from my account.

This is very ridiculous and worst from tata capital.

They are doing the fraud business. Some one please help to file a case on Tata Capital

This is in regard to my overdraft loan account 82003608. Please note that i have taken an overdraft loan amount limit last month. I was asked for a total deduction of rs. 24, 062.00 for various charges including processing fees, gst, insurance charges, etc., however, my amount was debited for the rs. 27, 487.16 on june 03, 2019. Also, on july 02, 2019, in the evening i got a message stated that "dear customer, your due of rs. 8, 562.89 against loan contract no. 82003608 for the month shall be debited from your account on 03rd july or subsequent working day. Please maintain adequate funds to ensure clearance. Tcfsl".

I have taken overdraft limit and not an emi related personal loan. I have not withdrawn or utilized even a single rupee yet, so why the amount would be debited from my account.

For the same, i have a word with mr. Shekh fukhran at customer care service at the number[protected]. He after discussion with his senior ensured me that not any amount will be debited july 03, 2019, however, he asked me to write to customer care for rest of the issues.

Nobody discussed me anything at the time of loan disbursal. I believe that tata itself has been a name of trust for so many years and my trust will be intact too. Please do educate me and others if anything else needs to be done in these cases. I have checked at the website and found that amount utilised is rs. 691, 722.89 and i never utilised any amount yet.

I have not withdrawn even a single rupee yet and the team can check the same at anyhow.
On july 03, 2019, rs. 8, 562.89 has debited from my account.

Please look into it and get the money debited reversed as soon as possible.

We purchased voltas voltas 1.5 ton inverter 5 star (Bee rating 2018) delux cool 185v dye split ac (White) 04 jun 2019

Installation was a failure and we requested tatacliq to take back the faulty unit and refund the money paid in full. Tatacliq did not accept the job card from the technician that stated that the ac unit was hanging (Broken pcb). Job card number 1 attached.

After 2 days of struggle, we allowed the technician to look at the ac again n he replaced pcb but ac was not working as expecting. The indoor unit noise too loud & cooling is not working either.

We are finding tatacliq very insensitive to the customer complaint and the agony, frustration we have faced in the past few days. The full communication with tatacliq is available and you will see the lack of action from tatacliq management on this matter.

We need action against tatacliq to provide us the full refund immediately and compensate us for the pain and mental agony we have gone through.

I have ordered ao smith z1 uv water purifier at tata cliq on 3 rd june of amount 11.5k and i have initiated the return on 14 th june as water is not tasty and getting salt water. I have contacted so many times for customer service and after 15 days they are telling that they cannot take return as the product is good and it is only suitable for municipal water and not bore water as my water is bore water.

I asked them to make justice and tried asking help for so many times and even asked for exchange as i am ready to pay extra which is suitable for bore water.

But they are not helping in this i even asked to give contacts to management team and they have provided wrong mail id which is not delivering to that mail to raise concern. Even they are not he;ping in that and saying that they will close case from their end.

I asked help for so many members but they are telling they cannot help.

Kindly please do help me in this as i cannot keep purifier simply in home which is worth 12k in home which is not useful.

Super general sgli 1891 16l water dispenser (White)₹ 8361qty1 was not working delivered on 6.6.2019 hence i haved generated return request but till date product was nor picked up. Very poor service not recommend to buy any product from this portal.
Tatacliq cheated with customer & not a easy return if bought anything from site/app.

I have already cleared my loan on Feb 2019 but still my noc is not yet received even after approaching from my side on July 15. At first they told they will register my request to terminate from system and they said to continously follow up with this for 5 working days, so that you will get your noc to your registered address through post. But still I didn't get any noc not even any response.
This is your work to provide my NOC after clearing the loan in time but this type of careless response from TATA CAPITAL is not appreciable. So kindly take this issue as serious note and provide my NOC by this week.

Sir I ordered for the voltas 1.5 ton invetoer Ac which is not deliver with in 10days so customer cancel the order and ask for a refund of his money but company say yes and tell customer to wait 7 days for refund but company didn't give refund. And also the company tell a fake arn no to customer and say that they give refund on customer ac but when customer check his bank account in bank then bank employee say company didn't send any amont of refund . and company provied transaction no is fake company make a fraud with me

Unprofessional Agents and Pathetic Service provided by TATA Capital Financial Services, Company just hired to cheat customers and grab the money any how. They Completed my all Verification i.e. (Home, Office, Documents etc) after that they insist to my buy additional product as well i.e Insurance etc after refusing they delayed my file about 2 months and now i decide to not take any Loan to TATA Capital... but they did not returning my 4 Security Cheques (favoured to TATA Capital Financial Services).

My Loan A/C no. is 10020388. Since 31st Jul 2017 the rate of interest was increased 4 times stating the PLR has increased the rate of interest from 8.35% to 9.30% on 1st Jan 2019. RBI Repo Rate has decreased 3 times since 1st Jan 2019 to a tune of 0.75% but no change for existing customer, moreover they were offering 9.05% to new customer but 9.30% for old customer.

We have also applied for PMAY in Jan 2019 but I have neither got the benefit nor any status details. Why the TCHFL is charging fees for application for PMAY?

I have ordered 2 outfits from tata cliq and i am really disappointed with the fit and i request for a return and refund but from April I have not received my refund in account .and for the same I have being complaining from 2 month so far till date I have not received my refund of 1499 and 699 .This is the last try I'm doing and requesting for my refund in my account so look into the matter and do to the earliest.

i ordered Split AC on 11 Jun'19, TATA Cliq is not delivering the AC, and making stories that we need 08 working days to deliver the product and two days later for installation.

I believe that this could be fraud.

No one need more the 02 working days to deliver any product anywhere in india.
