As i am in medical emergency, applied for the person loan through your customer service and updated my new address on call (While applying).Â

I submitted the documents to your executive mr. Nagraj and said him that im in emergency and try to process the loan as early as possible with high priority. Mr. Nagraj and branch people were helped me a lot and done all formalities with in 2 days and tried to disburse the loan. But loan not disbursed because of address mismatch.

Your call centre people sent the lead to branch with old address mistakenly and new address updated in branch as per the documents submitted by me. Because of this mismatch, branch unable to disburse the loan and said me that in-person verification is mandatory.

In-person verification will take 2 days and weekend ahead. So, it will take more than 4days for loan disbursement as already im in medical emergency.

I called your customer service for help (Because its their mistake). nobody in your customer service knows english, knows process and trying to resolve problems of customers. totally 7 members spoken with me by transferred the calls from one to others because of their inability to the call. Finally call was transferred to mr. Sudheer (Team manager) by mrarbaz. I requested mr. Sudheer to take my case as exceptional and help me asap.

As an ex bank employee, i know how service industry works and how exceptionals and deviations work with higher authority authorisations, if customer needs help in critical condition.

Mr. Sudheer spoken very rudely with irresponsible behaviour. he denied to help me in this and he dont want to escalate my case to his seniors who can help me. he was challenged that no one can help me and i cannot do any complaint on him.

I spoken with mr. Sudheer on call around @4:30pm, september 12, 2019. Mr. Arbaz transferred the call to sudheer, arbaz also behaved same like sudheer, but transferred call to his senior, better than sudheer.

Is this called customer service? is sudheer working in reputed finance company customer service or local road side small finance company running with rowdies? Is this the way to speak with customers who depends on your company in their critical situations? I dont know why tata capital is recruiting the incapable persons like mr. Sudheer and mr. Arbaz.

Because of mr. Sudheer, i unable to get any help from customer service in time (Medical emergency). who is responsible if anything would happen to the person who is in medical emergency. I think humans can compensate money, not lives.

I need resolution on my issue asap at least from higher authorities who sits in responsible position and severe action has to be taken on mr. Sudheer and mr. Arbaz who is spoiling the reputation of your company and troubling your customers with their unacceptable behaviour.

My complaint not resolved
I was taken the loan from tata capital. the BT amount is 1 year diffrence from actual running loan, i called branch to resolve the issue they are very careless talking with me.

called customer care and sent mails no one is responding.

    I ordered "prestige delight procg 1.8l electric rice cooker" from your site and it got delivered yesterday. The product which i got is of no use to me so i thought of returning the product and have initiated the return.

    Today i got a call from agent tejas, as per his words the electronic items can't be returned. I told him that on site it's mentioned "7 days easy return" and nothing like "no return in case of electronic item" is mentioned.

    I wasted 15 minutes of my time with tejas and when i asked him for his senior number to escalate the issue then again he wasted my 10 minutes in transferring the call but no resolution. Post that he gave phone to his senior sameer (Team lead) and i was again disappointed after his reply.

    I am highly disappointed that company like yours is treating customers like this. Is this the easy return that you are providing to your customers?

    If this issue will not get resolved within 1-2 days i am going to put this on every social networking site. I am active in doing all this stiff.

    Please find attached the screenshot of the product that i ordered and also the return policy that is mentioned.
    I have purchased a lenevo laptop by TATA CLIQ on 15 09 19 and received a defect one.The order I'd was[protected].It is a defect one.The display is cracking inbuilt . After delivery I checked it and then and there I applied for the return, but there is no response with my favour at all.It is a prepaid one.

      Hi, i am writing this because such a bad experience i had with tata capital loan disbursement team, i want to say the credit manager approved my loan and came for disbursement but one mr shishir and sudheer from bangalore richmond road branch didn't disburse my loan they were asking number of documents including property papers and also his person one mr syed document collection executive came to my place and collected documents and blank cheques also agreement everything and asked bribe for 10000rs to disburse my loan, why should i pay 10000rs to unknown person, still now the disbursement have not happened

        Hi,

        I took home loan from tata capital in 2016 jan, i submitted my pmay request with all the documents asked by ur bank manager praveen kumar s (Praveenkumar. [protected]@tatacapital.com) kodambakkam branch and it's been 1 year now and i haven't received any acknowledged till date. My friends have who took loan from indiabulls home finance have got the subsidy itself. What a shame on tata capital. They cheat people and don't even bother to give an acknowledgemt number if a customer applies for a subsidy. My loan contract number is 95744. I[censored] are not helping me in getting my subsidy i will raise a complaint through media as i work as a reporter. I will deal this very seriously if i don't get any response and i[censored] just close this as resolved.

        95744 is the contract number. I have already mentioned in consumer forum. Just now someone called me from [protected] and spoke in hindi, as I don't know hindi I asked him to transfer the call to someone who can speak English and he disconnected the call. I am trying to call him back but he isnt picking up the call

              Once again the issue is back!! Tata capital has mentioned in their loan policy that part payment can be done once in 6 months. I had made part payment of rs 49470 on 9th aug'19. The amount was debited from my account on 14th aug'19.
              Tata capital promised that the part payment amount would reflect in the repayment schedule on 22nd aug'19 latest. When i checked with customer care executive on 22nd aug, i found that they had mentioned wrong receipt number and it would take them two more working days to process. Meanwhile i had also dropped a written complaint to [protected]@tatacapital.com explaining the situation.
              My next call to customer care was on 26th aug'19. I received same response from the team that processing is still pending. I requested the team to raise a complaint and close it at the earliest. Inspite of frequent calls they ignored my request completely.
              On 27th aug'19, i am receiving an email saying complaint has been raised against the branch for not processing the cheque and it would take 3 more working days to process this complaint. What is the guarantee that they will mention the right receipt number again. This complaint is raised against ops team for them to respond on why it was not processed but not address my problem.
              I faced similar situation last time when the ops team failed to update part payment amount of rs 98984 in the system for 2 months!
              My next emi is on 9th of september. I had now paid 5 months emi as part payment (49470/9894 =5) and my tenure would reduce by 6 months. If they process this part payment on time, it would reflect in the tenure before sep 9th. Now tata capital's tactics is to drag this process for 2 months like last time so that my tenure would reduce to only 4 months instead of 6 months. They are profited! Well done tata capital!

              My self Jagdish Singh Kushwaha, loan account number 21742450. I am pay part payment, balance is updated. But why EMI is change, i have complaints tataCapital CS and Branch in Ghatkoper Mumbai many time but not solved.
              I paid my two-wheeler EMI through TATA CAPITAL online payment portal via UPI payment method which redirected me on BHIM app on which i made payment of Rs.3896 against the same.But the amount was not credited to my loan account and got deducted from my bank account.
              So, request to refund my amount which was deducted.

                After this complaint Mr Surbjeet (Manager of tata capitals in surat) called me to solve this issue .
                He said that you don't need to pay for FORE CLOSURE whenever i want .
                he gave fully surety that i don't need to pay anything ...

                Now today i went there surat brance to checking for closure of my loan ... they said that i need to pay foreclosure charges ...

                Whats going on ? ...tata capitals behave like that they cheat us ...

                i am going to do complain this to RBI again

                My loan no : 9818314
                I have good portfolio/capitals and other things which can give me better loan amount in any bank. (I already took loan with hdfc home loan and closed that loan when it was sold. That time there was no forclosure charges). But during loan, they asked me to give huf file also. (Which is not needed because other bank can give loan same amout without huf file).
                They forcefully attached huf file.
                But after loan started, i asked to forclousure this loan, they asked for 2% charges to close this. As per rbi rule, there was no charges for forclousre.. But they forcefully included huf file to get 2% charges. So customer will not change this loan to other bank. Littlerally cheated by tata home loans.

                How they charged for foreclosure to customers.?

                  I priya kb had taken loan from tata capital housing finance limited for 23 lac for 20 years at 12 percent in 2018

                  In 2019 tata capital had increased rate to 12.6 percent without information and increase my term to 292 months which equates to 24.5 years. I paying monthly emi rs.20000 which means annually 3.6 lac muliplied by 4.5 time is 16.5 lacs extra amount for loan of 22 lac

                  What kind of cheating is this . I regret taking loan with tata capital.

                  They know only to cheat customer and nothing else

                  If cheating is art tata capital is museum and their sales person are picasso

                  I know stupid tata capital customer care wont help me

                    I had taken a personal loan from tata capital which i have closed in the month of june 2019 but to date, the company has not updated the cibil record. I have been following up with them but nothing is happening. Customer care for the tata capital is very pathetic. Every time you call their system is not working and if you want to escalate the things then you get a reply saying that the manager is not available or the manager is in the meeting. If you send a mail to customer care, they do not even reply for 4-5 days. Yesterday i got a mail from tata capital saying that "your cibil has been impacted due to multiple bouncing of emi’s and irregular payment. Hence we are unable to change the status." they have recovered all the charges and extra interest from me. Also they have charged me foreclosure charges. At the time of availaing a loan its been informed that there won't be any charges for foreclosure if you close the loan after 6 months. I have received the noc as well but now they are not updating cibil records. There is no coordination within their departments. I was having other bank loan as well and after closing loan that bank has updated cibil within 30 days. I am very disappointed with the service of tata capital and there is no proper escalation matrix. If you try to escalate an issue on their web page it won't get processed.

                      This is to inform you that after compleate my loan amount i do not receive my noc till now. I have lost my rc book so it is much more needed for me. I called customer care and they do not help me regarding these, only says that your noc will be reach your address by post but no noc came after waiting for long time. I already clear my loan on nov, 2018.
                      Please help me regarding these otherwise you will create a bad impression.

                        I applied for housing loan last year october and got it sanctioned as well as disbursed in november. But i have not recieved the pmay subsidy till date and the company does not give clear idea about the application (Assessment number or other details) so that we can check the status from pmay portal. The representatives and even the head office does not help in getting actual status of subsidy even after personally visiting the office

                          I had taken a housing loan from tchfl (Tata capital housing finance ltd.), and my housing loan eligible for "pradhan mantri awas yojana subsidy",
                          I satisfied all the requirement of this scheme... Still there is no any process done by tchfl staff, because of laziness of staff of tata capital.

                          For that, i make the number of times request over there but they say in the process... And officers/staff member of tchfl says we are not a responsible subsidy and so on...
                          Tchfl officer says we are responsible only for a loan not in subsidy, we are interested in loan only...
                          And behave rudely with client... Please help me

                                Name of the company - tatacliq, product type- carrier 1 ton split ac, order no- [protected], date of order - 26th june 2019, amount paid - rs.28, 066.50 (Online payment through sbi debit card), arn number - [protected], payment reference no.[protected] on 15th july 2019, present status- paid amount not refunded,
                                Grievance details: i had ordered above mentioned product from tatacliq on 26th june 2019 and paid rs.28, 066.50. Due to different model and damaged product i had returned the product and they picked it up on 12th july 2019 and i was supposed to get refund from the company. As per company, they process for the refund on 15th july 2019 but the amount has not been credited to my bank account yet (Sbi bank a/c no.[protected], golabbag branch). Then i nad contacted to the company and they gave him arn number and payment reference number but the bank is unable to track through arn number. He sent his bank's statement to the company but still they are saying that they refunded the amount. I wants the refund as soon as possible.

And took 3000rs as login fee for processing the loan amount and said in 10 days i will get the loan. Now this person is not picking my calls and not answering my messages.
                                  He is a fraud. And he really works in tata capital
                                  Please help me.

                                    I had taken a car finance from tata capital a couple of years back, now for the pre closure they are harassing like a hell. At the time of a lone application those people were after me and provided the doorstep service which was not needed and now at closure when i am actually physically unfit and requested for a letter over email and inspite of committing they denied and asked me to visit the branch. They are charging me bomb for pre closure which is again ridiculous.
                                    I am very disappointed and this team is spoiling a name tata, which was know for a humility and loyalty.
                                    I will never think about any service from tata capital and i will make sure to spread this in my circle.
                                    I know this will not make a difference to these people but i will make sure to stop references.

                                    I am sure there are many unhappy customers like me.. And this will take this department to the hell..🤬

                                      Till date neither the tata cliq or gionee service centre are able to resolve the issue. Handset sold had issue o[censored]pdate due to faulty hardware and battery being 3150mah lasts only 12 hrs after fully charged and gets switched off once it reaches 15 % level. The hand set was bought on 17.06.2019. The service centre has accepted that the handset has issues but till date they have not replaced the phone. After complaining to tata cliq they say we are only the medium to sell and we don"t accept any responsibilty of any kind. We buy products from vijay sales or kohinoor or reliance digital they never give these kind of reasons for faulty product. They see that the any company brand sold is liable to give the best service to their customers. Tata cliq is a bad online seller of products and we want people to know how they are not attending to your complain once the product is sold. Beware from such online sellers and gionee brand products.

                                        I bought a vu smart tv 43 inch full hd about a week ago and chasing for my problem. My product has compatible issues with some apps, but tatacliq and vu not supporting for this issue. According to them, they updated me tv is working fine. But technician visited and said clearly there is compatible issues while casting the mobile on tv. Looking forward for your response. Let me know if any further info required.
