    Tatacapital is doing manipulation of cibil update.

    I am paying my money ecs, the payment never gets delayed payment, but they are updating the cibil report wrong alternative months.

    When you asked tata capital they makes short time changes, later week again they are making wrong entries.

    I have spoken customer-care and supervisor call back also.

    But the issues are not getting resolved. 3 times they are making the wrong update.

    Some culprit activities are carried out by tata capital team.

    This is regarding my personal Loan with Tata Capital Account No. : 7306845.

    My payment history is being updated wrongly in CIBIL repeated call and mail to [protected]@tatacapital.com and [protected]@tatacapital.com . This is happening for the last 12 months quarterly once. I am ready for the attachment of a bank statement.

    My payment has been detected using ECS by your team.

    I personally feel intentionally happening to bring down my credit history from your team or your agent's team when my payment is made using ECS by TataCapital. This is ethically not good for your finances, ICICI loosed their credibility due to similar kind of mal-functionality with too many customers.

    Please give me a call once you fetch my personal mobile number from TATA Account Number.
    Being a TCS Employee me struggling fix with your team, what you will do for ordinary people or others.

      Hi,
      I don't know how effective this message board would be but, i am angry and need to voice my grief towards tata capital housing finance limited (Tchfl)

      I recently purchased a property from tata housing hence instead of opting for a home loan from my trusted bank, i went with tchfl.

      During the start of loan process i had told mr. Mayur raicha that i will be applying for pmay and he said that i would be eligible and we will start the process once the loan is disbursed. He was never upfront with all the costs involved in processing the loan, he charged me approx 30k in processing and franking charges. Now when i've received possession of the flat i told him to start the process he now tells me that there is a 1% gst on pmay payable on the loan amount which needs to be paid by me first. This is completely unacceptable professional behavior.

        It's been 8-9 months, my home loan has been sanctioned.
        Tata guys also charged around 33500 amount as fees for processing pmay clss.
        But i didn't get any update regarding pmay/clss subsidy amount.
        They are not able to provide assessment number or any proof that i can track my status on pmay website.
        Tata guys - if you are not able to provide any details then refund my money or provide me proof of pmay application.

        I have been told that it will take approx 6 months and customer care team not giving me a proper response.

        I never recommend to anyone to take loan or any kind of service from tata capital.

        I got your mail & understood that you've submitted the documents to desired place now. However those documents need to be submit post disbursement and my disbursement date was 16-May-2018. But I think you are not clear here about my requirement, see my first concern raised. How can I track the application status of PMAY CLSS. ?

          Hello sir,
          My loan application number:[protected]date: 17/10/2017
          I had taken a housing loan from tchfl (Tata capital housing finance ltd.), and my housing loan eligible for "pradhan mantri awas yojana subsidy",
          I satisfied all the requirement of this scheme... Still there is no any process done by tchfl staff, because of laziness of staff of tata capital.

          For that, i make the number of times request over there but they say in the process... And officers/staff member of tchfl says we are not a responsible subsidy and so on...
          Tchfl officer says we are responsible only for a loan not in subsidy, we are interested in loan only...
          And behave rudely with client... Please help me

              My case id is10582432. I had changed bank accounts and had informed their representatives about updating my new bank account details with themwell in advance. They advised me to pay through neft as long as installment is being paid within the same month. To my horror they have been charging me late payment charges and their team in rajendra place is not helpful at all. My payment for october was credited to someone elses account which they have now updated. Their representative took 3 cheques for jan, feb and march 2019 but again they are not representing the cheque on the installment date and are charging me late payment charges. I want them to update the new nach an debit payment on the agreed date and waive off all the late payment charges till date and send an updated report to cibil to increase my cibil score.

              Its been 10 days since the complaint was submitted but nothing has happened so far.I did receive a call from one of Tata Capitals representative and I asked him to waive off the late payment charges and to send a confirmation letter that the NACH did not work as it was not represented to my bank and that there has been no fault from my side.But nothing has materialised till date.This issue has been going on now for couple of months and I want this matter to be resolved ASAP. Also to send an updated report to CIBIL to correct the discrepancy in my report which was due to a fault from your end.

                  My first purchase with tata cliq
                  I bought a philips trimmer, but the product didn't perform as intended.
                  I raised a return request, got a call after 2 days and they asked for the reason for return.
                  When stated the above-mentioned reason, they said "it's not as per our return policy. I do understand your concern but not able to accept the return.

                  When every other e-tailer is providing an option to return (No questions asked).
                  Why is tata cliq not available to provide the same option?

                  That's the reason tata cliq is left behind when compared to other e-tailers.

                        I have purchase two exhaust fans from cliq and size of the product is big than expected. So asked for replacement to lower size or refund. They straight away said that product is not returnable under electronics policy. If that is the case they should have specified under product description that this product is not returnable under following condition. Then it would be the end o[censored]ser whether to purchase it or not.

                        End of the day tata cliq is literally pushing the customer to keep the product which is of no use and make money out of it.

                        I don't think ratan tata will ware loose dress or keep it in shelf if he ordered from tata cliq

                          Hi all,
                          I am a regular credit card user since 2015 and always pay my
                          Emis on time. However several months back i lost my job and i was jobless for 4 months.
                          I hold credit card from tata sbi, citi bank and hdfc and i am unable to pay my monthly emi. I got the job now however the salary is only 20000. I have have 4 dependents and lives in a rented house. They have charge triple interest on the capital amount and calls me every day abusing me and asking me if i cant pay the money why did i took the money.

                          They also come at my home and abused me in front of my neighbors i felt so ashamed of myself.
                          They even call up my parents and harrassed them.
                          I cannot pay so much of money altogether.
                          I told them but they are very rude and abusive especially tata sbi card collectors

                            मेरा होमलोन अकाउंट टाटा कैपिटल में जनवरी 2017 से है और वह मेरे अकाउंट से संबंधित जानकारियां मेरे साथ शेयर नहीं कर रहे हैं बल्कि अभद्र व्यवहार कर रहे हैं और कोई भी जानकारी मुहैया नहीं करवा रहे क्या कारण हो सकता है मुझे नहीं मालूम लेकिन वह बार-बार हर बार मुझे वहां से मायूस लौटना पड़ता है मेरे ही अकाउंट्स रिलेटेड जानकारियां मुझे सही ढंग से नहीं दे रहे हैं बार-बार पूछे जाने पर भी यही कहा गया तीन चार महीने लगेंगे उसके बाद परेशान होकर मैंने जून में कंप्लेंट पोर्टल पर कंप्लेंट लिखी 2 जून 2018 को उसके बाद रिप्लाई आया और मैं वापस वहां गया तो मुझ से प्रधानमंत्री योजना के तहत सब्सिडी का दुबारा फॉर्म भरवाया गया और मेरे से ₹8126 इसकी प्रोसेसिंग फीस के बाबत लिया गया फिर उसके बाद लगातार मैं उनके संपर्क में रहा लेकिन मुझे कोई प्रॉपर जवाब नहीं मिला 6 महीने बाद 1 दिन में टाटा कैपिटल के ऑफिस में गया वहां बुरी तरह से अभद्र व्यवहार करते हुए वहां के स्टाफ ने यहां तक बोला तुम्हारे प्रोसेसिंग फीस के पैसे वापस लो और तुम्हें सब्सिडी नहीं मिलेगी जो करना है कर लो मुझे इसके बाद मेल द्वारा सूचित किया गया कि आप इसके हकदार नहीं है मैं वापस वहां जाता हूं तो वहां से इसके लिए दूसरा मेल मुझे भेज दिया जाता है और मैं वापस पोर्टल पर कंप्लेंट दर्ज करता हूं तो मुझे मेल के द्वारा दिनांक 5 जनवरी 2019 को सुचित किया जाता है की आप इसके हकदार हो और आपको यह 3 से 4 महीने मे मिल जाएगी हम इसे अपने अगले लौट में भेज देंगे जबकि मेरा अकाउंट जनवरी 2017 से टाटा कैपिटल में चल रहा है और आज डेट तक मेरा सब्सिडी फॉर्म एनएचबी को नहीं भेजा गया और न ही इसकेेे बारे में मुझे कोई जानकारी दि गई और इस में देरी किस कारण से हुई इसकी वजह भी नहीं बता रहे टाटा कैपिटल का कस्टमर केयर बोलता है कि हमारे पास यह सब जानकारियां नहीं है आपको ऑफिस ही जाना पड़ेगा और ऑफिस में जानकारी भी नहीं दी जाती है बल्कि अभद्रतापूर्ण व्यवहार करते हैं!

                            जनवरी 2017 से जनवरी 2019 हो गया है फ़िर भी 3 से 4 महिना बोला जा रहा है

                              My cibil score payment history reflecting as 4 delayed payment..
                              How it will be possible for late payment? Every month its deducting through ecs on date.. Its affecting my credit score badly.. Im shocked when i see this is the reason for low credit score.. More then a year its running smoothly but how it shows like delayed payment in history i cant understand.. Please help..

                                list of documents and foreclosure letter request

                                I submitted a request with tata capital for foreclosure letter and list of documents as i wanted to transfer my loan. I was told that it will take 7 working days to get these documents and i have to pay 500 rs for the same. This 7 working days tat is no where written in tata capital policies. After contacting customer care they keep on telling me that it will take 7 working days. I contacted them again on 8th working day and i was told that...

                                Placed my first order with Tata Cliq.com and had the worst experience. Initiated return on 13th Jan. Item not picked up. Very much worried about the refund post pick up.

                                Shameless / Fraud online website amidst legit ones. Customer care and CS management are absolutely useless. Have a recorded conversation where I was advised to raise credit card dispute to get the money back. Have all details to be submitted to the credit card company.

                                  Really pathetic service in terms listening to customers. My PMAY subsidy under MIG-I is still pending due to TCHFL fault as they did not apply it to NHB. As per your customer care it should be credited in customer's account within 9 months and in my case it's more than 1 year now. When I'm raising grievances and escalating to higher authorities (till Managing Director) still you people are not serious about it. In floating rate scheme TCHFL reflects interest rates in next month only whereas other banks in the market do it either quarterly or Yearly.

                                    I am trying to close my Housing Loan & being misguided repeatedly.

                                    Last November I wrote an email to customer care requesting LOD & Foreclosure and after some wait time I was told to visit a customer care center to get the same.

                                    I reached the Thane - Mumbai center towards end of November & was told we cannot take requests until 2nd next month. waiting my entire morning. I would say this is done intentionally so i loose interest of porting my loan.

                                    Next I went to Thane - Mumbai center again they gave me a form, the executive didn't even know enough, I clearly remember the security was more knowledgeable, where to sign etc. Also they stated you need to collect it from the same center & we will not courier you... Disgusting service..

                                    After that I received an email to a request was fulfilled, I guessed that my documents are ready hence went to the centre. They had no clue after which they stated do you have a proof ? When I showed them the email, they have me both documents.

                                    I submitted the same to the porting bank & they started the process, I went to Mumbai - Ghatkopar branch today, they declined to to accept the cheque stating, this cheque needs to be submitted within 30 days. Which frankly nobody told me or any document was signed on the same.

                                    Your representative stated I will take approval please wait... that was 11 am and now it's 15:17

                                    You are playing with your customers & inviting trouble. It is logical that what you say you need to document, where is the document ? I am sure RBI has clear guidelines on the same.

                                    Extremely poor and bad service...

                                    Your person in Ghatkopar office also provided me a number to call back, [protected], called now she stated, approval pending...

                                    The point is you have not documented or told me that after issuing foreclosure & LOD letter, I have to payback within 30 days. You now state this was told to me, and honestly no one told me the same. You have cheated me as you are not taking the pay order. Now I am paying interest to both banks. Disguising service.

                                      Dear sir/mam,

                                      I am totally frustrated with tata capital. I am so many time raised the complain of regarding to pmay subsidy. My case is loan disbursement.
                                      I am still waiting for pmay scheme approval because same loan transfer case of my colleagues same day and same time, he has find the benefits of subsidy.

                                      So why not same role applied in my case.

                                      If your team has been responded promptly the same has been done for me also

                                      And your executive also done commitment at the time of loan transfer to your organization that there will be no any issue of taking the subsidy.

                                      As a tata employee, i feel proud to be part of this company but now i am feeling that i have betrayed by tata capital.

                                      If your team not resolve my issue, i have no option rather going to consumer forum.

                                      Please note that i have much evidence, telephonic communication recoding & mail, of your commitment.

                                      I am also tweet to ratan tata about this issue.
