My cibil score payment history reflecting as 4 delayed payment..
How it will be possible for late payment? Every month its deducting through ecs on date.. Its affecting my credit score badly.. Im shocked when i see this is the reason for low credit score.. I am totally frustrated with tata capital. I am so many time raised the complain of regarding to pmay subsidy. My case is loan disbursement.
I am still waiting for pmay scheme approval because same loan transfer case of my colleagues same day and same time, he has find the benefits of subsidy.

Tata capital home loan - when ever there is a change in plr rate there should be options for customers to which one to choose, like 1) to increase their emi or 2) to increase tenure..
