Dear concerned authorities,

I have taken a home loan and sales people were about to fill my pmay application, after 2 month also it has not been done. And the sales people are telling me pmay application is chargeable, and a fees of around 50000 is required, i have double checked with other companies senior legal and credit official, this benefit is not chargeable through govt or any financial institution offering loan, as this is a benefit given by government.

Next i am about to report to the seniors of pmay and the hrd minister about this false practice.

I have taken loan for my two wheeler in July month the monthly payment of two wheeler has been deducted thrice (twice by the bank n once given cash in hand) from my account in this month I have attached the receipt of the payment given n the deduction msg of the bank so I request u to take the action as soon as possible..

    I am really pissed off with tata capital. You guys increased my rate of interest from 8.35 to 8.70 by saying plr increased. I paid 5000/ rupees to decrease my rate of interest from 9.5 to 8.35 and again you guys increased the rate of interest and when i called tata capital for foreclosure letter i was asked to visit branch, if for every small thing i have to visit branch then what the use of running my loan with tata capital as a tata employee i am totally dissatisfied.

      I have ordered Fossil analog watch worth rupees 9000 from tata cliq and this was my first and last experience buying product from tata cliq.
      i received different product and initiated return for the same. they picked up the product and and didnt return a penny. they said the product have been failed in quality check. i asked for the product and they said "you will get the same product you have returned." i agreed for it and its been 32 days since i bought it and i didnt get [censored] till the date.

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        I am an existing customer of TCHFL bearing the loan account no 9746380 and my name is Pramod Dube who have purchased a flat at Parinee Essence, Kandivli west in Mumbai.

        Against the property which is under construction, I have taken a housing loan from TCHFL for which my loan account no is 9746380.

        on 29th May 2018, I got a direct message from TCHFL on my cell no [protected] that an amount of Indian Rupees 4, 25, 500/- had been disbursed through RTGS vide transaction reference no 00341427 dated 29/05/2018 against 14th slab completion demand letter raised by m/s PARINEE.

        However, this transaction was not successful and the said amount was not deposited in the account of m/s PARINEEE till 5th July 2018.

        However, m/s TCHFL charged me and recovered the EMI of the above disbursal amount from my savings account in the month of June 2018 with a total amount of EMI of Rs.40524/- which should have been Rs.36855/- since above transaction done by TCHFL through RTGS was NOT successful.

        Hence, I request you to reimburse me an amount of Rs.3669/- to my savings account because of faulter from TCHFL.

        I would highlight you that these issues are the regular irregularities in TCHFL and no one cares about customers in TCHFL.The same issues have also happened in past with me and I am not satisfied with TCHFL services.

        Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

          I have taken person loan from the organization however I have provide NASH twice but still they rejected due to signature differ whereas asking for manual cheque I have provide every thing with clarity.

          Even I had tried to pay EMI amount via company portal but their portal is not working since long regarding the same I have raise complaint into customer care as well and waiting for resolution.

          I have already paid the emi of this month with late fee but again 295 Rs cut from my account why
          PMAY is a governement scheme. I have an ongoing loan from Tata Capital[protected] and have applied for PMAY via my financier who tells me that TATA charges 1% charge of the entire loan amount for PMAY which I feel is unauthorized. Please take action so that comman man is not unnecessarily drained with his/ her hard earned money

            I have received the faulty laptop from tatacliq on 4th of June and placed a return request on 6th of June... later I got a call from someone to get the job sheet for the same defect...
            I said I don’t have time as I have to visit the service centre during my working hours ... if it is really required I may need to go get when it is possible to me .. CC guy agreed to it... later I asked him a question that it is stated that product can be replaced within 7 days of delivery, but what happens if I cross this 7 days to get the job sheet as I was out of station for some days.. later he said return registered date will be considered for return ie 6th Jun..
            As per that I got the job sheet (attached here) on Jun 23rd and submitted it .. now they are giving the reason that I have crossed the return period..
            Here CC acts just to escape the current situation because every time new guy will receive the call and he or she will tell you the same thing..
            I did multiple follow ups from mails and calls no response yet ..
            also I wanted to go through the return policy whether these things are there or not.. but there is no return policy transparent..

            Here CC guys fooling us saying they will take care of the things but nothing is working out..

            Really I’m frustrated with this service.. who wants to have faulty product for the amount paid...! I didn’t robbed that money from someone to waste on faulty product..

            PS till now I haven’t used that laptop.

            This is not a fair ebusiness ... please help me to get a good product or money back ... hope to get response at least from this..

              Dear Sir,

              I have taken personal loan from tata capital on 26-Oct-2016, The Loan No is : 6612418.

              Other Loan No: 453PS0004117.

              But now i am going to preclose the loan same. I went to office to close the loan but in pre-closure letter we have pre-close charges i wondered because, when i taken loan on that time the loan process team told me that there was no charges for pre-closer you can close any time with out any charges like that..Now they are asking pre-closure charges.

              I have called tata-capital customer care many times to escalate the same but no one is responding.

              I sent email to loan process team one week back they also not responding.

              I visited branch they are also not responding.

              I dont know whom to contact to escalate the same, i am very tired to contact tata capital guys.

              Dear sir, kindly help me the same so many customers suffering like this, they are doing fraud while giving loans.

              They are telling lies to customers to give loans this is very bad.. no one responding.

              As common man we can not do any thing thats why they are playing with customers .

              We kindly request you to help me how to proceed to this issue..

                I had ordered Kent Maxx 7L UF Membrane Water Purifier on May 30th.
                I received my order on 9th June.
                On the next day the technician came for installation and he mentioned that the product is defective.
                So I Raised a complaint on 10th June Complaint #[protected].
                Customer care representative mentioned me while raising the complaint that this complaint will be considered as official return request and I don't need to initiate any return request. But I didn't receive any response for the complaint for 5 days.
                So i myself triggered a return request online on 15th June.
                It's been around 13 days since I have triggered a return request but still the product is not picked up from my address

                  I didn't receive any update on top of my below email. And also i didnt receive any ticket number # regarding this.

                  Hope you are trying to resolve my issue and the status is in progress. If you are unable to resolve please let me know the further process of reaching next level of escalation.

                  Note: my hdfc pl was not yet closed. The dd which you sent was not yet reached either to me or to the hdfc bank. My tata capital emi due is coming near and i am unable to pay both emi's at the same time.

                  Hope you will understand the sensitivity and do the needful by resolving the discrepency.

                    I had a loan account no. 3090741 which was issued on[protected] with ROI 12.50%. i have already closed on[protected], but as per ROI changed i didn't get any information regarding the increasing of ROI and bank has charged me by 12.50%, 13%, 14.25%, 14.75%, 15.25% and last in year 2013 it was 15.50% without any intimation, though i have cleared all dues but i firmly believe that bank has charged more as per the actual dues..
                    as per my calculation bank has levied 6.91 lakhs extra amount from me because of changed the ROI.
                    regarding this matter i have send the written application thru registered post to your mumbai branch and jaipur branch.
                    i request to all kindly look into the matter and give me proper solution.

                    For Tata Employee you are giving such worst facility then what about the normal person.

                      I ordered lg 1.5 ton 3 star (Bee rating 2018) js-q18suxd2 inverter split ac (White), but instead was delivered older model lg 1.5 ton 3 star js-q18suxd. Difference was only the number in both models. It was a lg technician who told us after installation that the ac is an older model.

                      Upon calling them they said they cannot do anything. I have written several email to tatacliq regarding this issue but haven't received any reply.

                      Very shady practice. Urge not to buy from them.

                        Hi,

                        I raised following concerns:
                        1. Why did company raised a query with more than double the requested loan's amount to CIBIL. This has impacted my CIBIL score.
                        2. I asked them to provide online Foreclosure facility (case id[protected]

                        TATA Capital is adamant and wants my physical presence for foreclosing Account. When they gave loan, I did not had to visit them. Hence, why should I visit them now? They do whatever suits their business best.
                        Also they are off on weekends.
                        I want either their executive to visit me free of cost and help with Account Foreclosure or otherwise provide me an online Payment Gateway Link. I am not going to visit them at any cost.

                        Please help with resolving my above concern.

                            Same informed your costomer care as per Costomer care executive it will be resolved within 48 hours but till after 3 days Pending amount which will show in my loan account is higher side .

                              They are cheating customers in the name of tata capital financial services ltd they have dagamged the original documents of my loan account no 5432390. And saying that your documents are damaged in chennai floods 2015 and not only mine but many customers documents have been damaged and none of them are informed till now. After clearing the entire loan amount they are saying that your documents are being damaged and can’t do anything. So please spread this information to all tata capital customers and ask tata capital to show u r documents. I have the proofs to prove.

                                  Hello sir.
                                  I have ordered a mobile phone in tata cliq online. My reg mob no is [protected]. My order no is[protected]. Seller order no. Is[protected]. Order track no is clqp [protected]. I paid through my visa card on 20 may 18. The dod is 26 may 18. As per ecart tracking no. Items reached to patna mother hub on 22 may 18. But till date my cart haven't delivered. I contact customer care but they aren't able to reply me and said still to wait for another 48 hours. I m a defense personnel, going to my duty stn on 28 may by train. Kindly look into the matter and contact me on mob [protected].
                                  It is my humble request if your company are not able to deliver on time, don't make dod.

                                    Hello sir,

                                    My home loan account no :[protected]Date : 25/07/2017).
                                    I had takem laom from tchfl (Tata capital housing finance ltd.), and my housing laon is eligible for "pradhan mantri awas yojana sunsidy" as i satisfied all the requirements of this scheme which is also confirmed by tata capital's auditor (Email screeprint attached) and region head mr. Ronesh mokashi.
                                    Still there is no any process done by tchfl staff beacuse of laziness.

                                    I have visisted and followed up with ronesh mokashi (Ronesh. [protected]@tatacapital.com) so many times.
                                    Every times he says it will take 3 months minimum to avail the subsidy, but it's almost a year now.

                                    Tchfl officer behave rudely with client... Please help me.

                                      I purchased voltas window 1.5 ton a. C from tatacliq. I received a different product as mentioned on their website and now they are not accepting my return request. As per their return policy, you can cancel your order within 7 days. After several calls and mails still no response has come from tata cliq. I urge all of you not to buy anything from tata cliq.

                                        जैसा कि मैंने आपके यहाँ से मार्च 16 में होम लोन लिया जो अंडर कंस्ट्रक्शन था फाइनल अक्टूबर 17 में हुआ फाइनल डिसब्र्स से पहले हमने सेल्स मैनेजर नयन पटेल से पूछा कि सब सब्सिडी मिलेगी की नही तो कहा वो लोन फाइनल होने के बाद होता है फिर ब्रांच ने इनकार कर दिया हमने rti के तहत फ़ाइल किया इसकी जानकारी के लिये तो हमे टाटा कस्टमर केयर का मेल मिला कि आपके लोन अकाउंट को सब्सिडी के तहत माना जाता है 45 दिन का इंतजार करें इंतजार के बाद भी नही आया तो फिर कस्टमर केयर वाले ने कहा दुबारा फॉर्म भर कर शाखा में जमा कराये हमने दुबारा फॉर्म अफिडेफिट करा कर जमा किया कुछ दिनों बाद जब कस्टमर केयर में लिखा कि मेरा फॉर्म सही जगह पर पहुँच गया तो कोई जबाब नही मिला फिर कस्टमर केयर हेड को लिखा कि मुझे मेरे फॉर्म के बारे में बताओ कि फॉर्म सही जगह गई या नही तो लिखा आपका फॉर्म nhb में क्लेम फॉरवर्ड कर दिया गया है इंतजार करें मैं खुश हो गया कि चलो सही जबाब मिल गया इंतजार कर रहा था कि एक मेल कंप्लेन न 8562198 का आया कि आपका कॉन्ट्रेक्ट pmy के तहत बुक ही नही हुआ है शाखा में सेल्स मैनेजर से संपर्क करे जब वहां शाखा अधिकारी से मिला तो उन्होंने कहा कस्टमर केयर वाले ऐसे ही लिख कर दे देते है आपको सब्सिडी नही मिलेगी मेरे सारे विस्वास पर पानी फिर गया
                                        दूसरी बात हमने NHB के गाइड लाइन का अच्छि तरह पढ़ा है जिसमे साफ लिखा है अगर ऐसा मामला आता है कि लोन सेंक्शन पहले हुआ और वित्तीय संस्थान और नागरिकों तक ये आदेश नही पहुँचा है तो उस परिस्थितियों में संस्थान किसे लाभ देगा किसे नही अगर कोई लोन इस योजना के तहत बुक नहीं हुआ हो तो इस पर कहा गया है ये योजना प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा 22 जून 15 को चालू की गई थी जून 15 के बाद सेंक्शन हुए लोन कॉन्ट्रैक्ट को इस योजना के तहत शामिल किया जाएगा उसके पहले के सेंक्शन को नही मेरे हीं बिल्डिंग में एक ही तरह का सभी पैरामीटर पर लोन खाता संख्या 9981969 जो टाटा कैपिटल का लोन एक ही प्रोडक्ट का है उसे सब्सिडी मिली है जिसका लोन स्टेटमेंट हमारे पास है हमारे और उसमें सिर्फ लोन सेंक्शन डेट का फर्क है मैं पुनः इस सम्बंध में आग्रह करूँगा की हर एक तथ्य को समझते हुए मेरे विषय पर गंभीरता पूर्वक विचार कर इसे अमल में लाने का आदेश सभी संबंधित कर्मचारी को दिया जाने की कृपा की जाय ताकि किसी परिवार को आश्रय और बच्चों को सही शिच्छा मिल सके और ऋण दाता का ऋण आसानी से चुकाया जा सके सरकार अपने तरफ से सबको आवास का फायदा देने हेतु इस योजना को चला रही है पर व्यक्तिगत उदासीनता के कारण सरकार का लक्छ्य उचित लोगों तक नहीं पहुँच पा रहा है
                                        अंत मे मैं ये भी सपष्ट कर देना चाहूंगा कि अगर कस्टमर केयर द्वारा लिखने के बावजूद भी मेरे विषय पर काम नही हुआ तो जब तक मेरा ये लोन चलेगा तब तक मैं जहां भी मौका मिलेगा मजबूर होकर ट्विटर, फेसबुक रेलवे स्टेशन जहां मौका मिलेगा लिखता रहूँगा की टाटा कैपिटल में अनियमितता के कारण ग्राहक मनसिक और आर्थिक तौर पर परेसान होते है !
