This is regarding contract number 4988788. I have been sending multiple mails to the customer care regarding excess interest being charged. While i made the partpayment in december 2016, it is reflected as done in april 2017 as per the revised repayment schedule. This has resulted in excess interest charged for the months of december 2016 to april 2017. I want this to be rectified in the present outstanding immediately

    I had ordered panasonic 42" led tv for 30950 on 08/06/2017 and my delivery date was 16/06/2017 but even after confirming the order and payment 3 times tata cliq cancelled the order on delivery date saying that the product is not available.
    If the product was not available why did they confirmed the order 3 times and made me pay 30950 and then hold for 7 days and on delivery date my order is cancelled
    Tata cliq is fooling people

      As i took the auto loan from tata capital on (20th march 2017) against a contract ([protected]). Before the approval of loan the sales guy (Mr. *, kodambakkam branch, chennai) who processed my loan request, he said "name transfer" for the vehicle should be done from tata capital and he got the cheque amount (Rs.4000/-) for the name transfer also. Still, i didn't get any update regarding my rc book, even whenever i'm asking the status he is telling i will update the status very casually. Now days his mobile got switched off too. I dono to whom i need to contact.

          I have ordered a pen drive which was defective. I initiated return on 12 feb. But company informed me that i will receive call got technical deptt. Which never received. Then i lodged a complaint in online 'jago grahak jago'. But 1st time that replied that they call me but i didn't pick. Second time i asked the issue to me mailed to me. But second time also they give same reply as it is used by the company as escape goat to fool and take advantage of loophole in law. Kindly do the need full.

            Respected sir
            I am rudrayya mathapathi the car my loan number:[protected] my loan pending was 92000 rs as mentioned by manjunath the cearing department i went to company on 24/04/2017 and handed over my rc book and my car keys to tanveer as told by manjunath and told me that they will return my car then questioned me that are ready to pay balence amount and vehicle throwing charges was asked by tanvir and i told yes and i was ready to pay it immediately but they told to give me after 2 days. After 2 days i. E. On 26/04/2017 i went to office and enquired vijay and he replied i cant help you better talk to manjunath and i waited till evening and came back i did not meet anyone as no one was available and next day i. E on 27/04/2017 afternoon at 1:45 i called to company number they told your accounting is in running you can pay and they will return the car and immeditaley i made a payment of 30000rupees once and 19000rupees through my mobile banking total 19000rupees after transfering i went to company and met vijay to pay balancing amount he questioned me that who told you to pay and they i called to same toll free number who told to pay and give him he took the phone inside by talking to them and came out and said that they misleaded you and when i asked about the payment of 49000rupees and told them to add the amount to loan but they did not agree they told i dont know about money and later satish and tanvir came and i told about transferd money of 49000rupees and also told about my personal problem that went out of station for 3 months and my camera was lost and all that was prooved with the proof which was submitted by me to sathish and tanvir and requested to return my car by accepting my payment which was pending and from here after i will make a on time payment but they told me that your account as been terminated and your car is for sale and collect your items which is in car but i told both car and items ineed and they told its waste if talking to you so 8 came back from there. After that i put mail from 27/04/2017 to 30/04/2017 to a company and between this is also visited to company but there was no proper response, (I mailed not to sell my car) and after that on 3/05/2017 the a ecs amount was cutted from my bank account and then i called manjunath and enquired that told by you my account was terminated then now ecs amount was deducted he told that go and enquire in company i dont know anything about that and also asked to make my keys return because you told to give it but he told don't ask me anything go and enquire everything in a company and went to company on 4/05/2017 with taking balance amount but nobody responded me till 3pm i went their on 10am and after that i callef bombay branch and they made conference and called me in and i asked sathish to take my balance amount and return my car but they told your car had been sold but you did not inform me i questioned they told that i have a right to sell the car without informing me and then i went to police station and complain even they called for settlement but he did not come for the station for settlement for that reason i am going in a legal way i. E for court as i want my car back.

              My name is vikas and i have bought a bike throw your tata capital by finance. And your agent named was pritam he fixed my emi of per month 2700... But your stupid and very cheap company deducting 115 rupees every month including2700 also. Once i talked to your senior officer about that then he sad to it will never heppen in future but it happened again... So can you tell me what can i think about that... If you will not find any solution about that then it is my first and last warning to you people i will register police complaint against you people... Becuase i am not here to pay you extra money every month do you understand that... And i want the result in 4 hours other wise my sister in law is lawyer in delhi high court i hope you will understand what will she do with you... My number is [protected]. Call me in 4 hours... Ok you stupid people your finance company and your services are very poor...

                Hello,

                I'm mohmed hussain, applied home loan[protected] in your financial institute, as at the time of applying the loan my cibil core was good, and on the first emi the ecs cheque was deposited for an incorrect amount and was not been notified to us. Later when i've got in touch with your executives regarding the provisional certificate, i came to know that there was a due on my loan amount. On speaking to the executive he said that i've to pay the due amount and he will check with his management and get the penalty charges waived of and agreeing to this i've paid the due charges. Now after 18 months when i check my cibil score it has come done to 600 odd score and this was for the pending penalty due since 18 months which was completely your institutions error. When i spoke to executive he said that management has denied to waive the charged and he has forgot to update us on that. So i've paid the penalty amount too.

                Now do you think that due to error of your executive and your institution who has submitted 1st wrong ecs cheque, customer should be penalized and most importantly my cibil score has gone for a toss due to your employees negligence. To my knowledge the amount on the ecs cheque is filled by your team and customer is not the one who fills the details. So i can demand an explanation on why my cibil score is held for the error made from your end.

                Please can you check this issue and rectify as my i thing you also know how important is a cibil score for an individual. Expecting a proper response that can close this issue and which can improve my cibil score.

On june 1st 2016 i had gone to preclose my account.But manager refused to take the amount as they shifted the office we cannot have any transactions for further week .so plz cum on next week-Due to major bussiness loss and i lost my one of my family member i had to spent for hospital bills i couldnt pay on that time.But now im asking them every month i can pay u 5 to 10 thousand but they r not accepting and harrasing me and my family member everyday.                     I have done settlement to clear my loan in march 2016 they gave me 6 months to clear loan butdue to some reason i was not able to clear it but i already paid more then half amount setteled and after that demonetization announced by govt and i arranged money to pay back and requested to collection manager but now hes not giving any approval i already paid 32 lacs and approx 3 lacs left of settlement but now hes not solving my problem and not clearing our loan and harrasing us my parents are in depression and please solve my problem my loan account nos are 9084299 & 9086445.

                      I had ordered a product(Voltas Air conditioner, ) on 2nd of april from tatcliq.com they assured to deliver product in 6-8 working days(snapshot attached) but I have been waiting for 3 weeks and they haven't delivered. I have already made the payment further I have called 5 times but I am always told to wait for 2 days. But I have no update on the product. Nor have I received any call for the extended warranty that is being offered with this product(I texted to the number mentioned on the site within 2 days of purchase). So my warranty is also getting reduced by the days the product is getting delayed. Also they are saying it will take further one week to get the product installed (when i asked them). I am mentally harassed and have to spend the days in the heat. I will be further harassed as they will not send the person to install the A.C on time I know for sure.

                      I was denied the product, though they repeatedly promised, and they made sure that I do not get the product, because they don't really have it at the cost they were showing.
                      Took my money for 10 days for God knows what reason.

                      Hi.

                      I regret to write about the non delivery of my order of Voltas ac.

                      It was purchased on 27th April 2018. And was shipped from Kolkata to Gandhinagar on 28th April.

                      Since last update it is lying on blue dart warehouse in aslali ( Ahmedabad) from 3rd may

                      I have a doubt that either the shipment is damaged or misplaced.

                      Daily I am calling to your customer care number as well as BlueDart.

                      But each time they are telling that it will be delivered today.

                      NOW Please note that you had failed to deliver the item within stipulated time hence refund my amount with in 3 days otherwise I will take legal action against your company.

                        I bought a home which was already in loan from from tata capital. My loan got sanctioned in march last week. The seller came and completed the document formalities to close the previous loan on march 31. As it is a take over loan they should freeze the previous loan as the new loan has been sanctioned and they started charging interest in the new loan account.
                        But, they did not close the previous loan and informed me on april 13th that previous loan was not closed and asked me to pay 10500 as interest on previous loan which is very unfair. I ended up paying interest twice as they did not close the previous loan. The support we get in their hyderabad office is worst. The sales person mr. Chandrakanth does not know the process at all.

                            I had ordered four kurtis from TATA CLIQ site and made a online payment of Rs2398/- on 21st Dec 2016. The order for all four kurtis was cancelled and till date I have not been refunded the amount of Rs 1199/-. I have been following up since then with n number of mails with TATA CLIQ and also with my bank but no REFUND till date it four months now and I'm SHOCKED with the kind of service from the TATA GROUP !!!

                            I want my refund of Rs 1199/- to come through immediately. Tis is such a SHAMEFUL thing to come from TATA GROUP!!!

                              I have taken loan from tata capital Rs 41 lac, term 10 yrs loan no 6804799
                              But insurance given only 3 yrs, after 3 yrs No risk, who will paid loan after 3 yrs, why insurance given 3 yrs ? Insurance Rs 24 lac, I am not accept this policy term and conditions, so please cancel, and give ne NOC,

                                I got faulty SIM slot phone. And processed return request. They sent me mail that it has been processed but i did not recivied call topick- product.

                                When i followed them they said first technical team will call you and then check then they will give them order to pick-up.

                                They said they will call with 48 hours but they are not giving any complaint number not responding not calling.

                                This website is totally fake do not buy anything from them. Selling used and faulty products.

                                  I am Vijaya Kumar and i have taken pl of rs.248000 from tata capital against my loan account no.5643651. Paid all my EMI's without any bounce till Jan'2017/
                                  One of the executive officer name mr. Sridharan from the branch of kodambakkam, chennai provide me this loan with fake commitment he has offered this loan amount to me on the benefits of "no forecloser charges".
                                  He commit me that there were no forecloser charges at the time of closing this loan amount after 6 month and misguied me to say documents are old so you need not to worry about the rates of 4.5% foreclosurer charges.
                                  TATA Capital had sent me some email to regarding the foreclosure charges.

                                  I am ready to close this amount with the DD of Rs.1, 90, 931.00/-

                                  Now i am ready to close this loan amount but they are not accepting.

                                  Kindly help me to waive off foreclauser charges and take very strong action against fake commitment.

                                    We have applied to close our home equity loan account no. 3767612 as we have sold mortgaged property.in the mean time we need property documents but your office told us that they had linked another busines as loan accoount no. 6767733 and we have to close this loan too to get property docs cleared from your office. This is really a wrong practice as we had never requested to link this loan with home eqquity loan at an interest of 17.92%.

                                    We want to continue this loan further as per schedule of 24 months. Or tata capital should waive off pre closure charges of this business loan as we are forcely closing this loan as per your advice.

                                    Looking forward to be heard on priority
                                    And get reply within 24 hrs.

                                        Your recovery team don't have any manners to talk with customer...They come with a very attitude and speak with very arrogantly...like we have taken there money...

                                        The loan which I availed is forced me to take by your team with lot of request that time no one gave the information regarding payment recovery..."that our recovery team will come at any time and you will get calls continuous in a day..."

                                        Inspite provided details regarding payment from online mode (pls upgrade your mode of payment via online) still that recovery person was doing argument to us and even he was not try to listen also...
                                        And i[censored]r consumer care is close on Sunday how can the person can come on Sunday without asking...

                                        Very bad treatment and please educate your recovery team to how to speak with customer and not to insult them...

                                        Will not give reference of Tata capital to anyone...
