Tata Cliq — Product delayed/Not delivering for 23 days | |||||
I had ordered a product(Voltas Air conditioner, ) on 2nd of april from tatcliq.com they assured to deliver product in 6-8 working days(snapshot attached) but I have been waiting for 3 weeks and they haven't delivered. I have already made the payment further I have called 5 times but I am always told to wait for 2 days. But I have no update on the product. Nor have I received any call for the extended warranty that is being offered with this product(I texted to the number mentioned on the site within 2 days of purchase). So my warranty is also getting reduced by the days the product is getting delayed. Also they are saying it will take further one week to get the product installed (when i asked them). I am mentally harassed and have to spend the days in the heat. I will be further harassed as they will not send the person to install the A.C on time I know for sure. They only create hoax, thats it.
I was denied the product, though they repeatedly promised, and they made sure that I do not get the product, because they don't really have it at the cost they were showing.
Took my money for 10 days for God knows what reason.
Black money hoarders, cheaters.
You are doing business in unethical ways and that would really cost you dearly.
I'll make sure that my voice reach to maximum so that my honest efforts dent your business in big way.

They have done the exact same thing with me for a product I have ordered.
Pathetic brand, customer service and policies .

It was purchased on 27th April 2018. And was shipped from Kolkata to Gandhinagar on 28th April.
Since last update it is lying on blue dart warehouse in aslali ( Ahmedabad) from 3rd may
I have a doubt that either the shipment is damaged or misplaced.
Daily I am calling to your customer care number as well as BlueDart.
But each time they are telling that it will be delivered today.
NOW Please note that you had failed to deliver the item within stipulated time hence refund my amount with in 3 days otherwise I will take legal action against your company.
