Non receipt of refunds

We had shifted our office from Chakala, Andheri to Andheri station last August 2008.
We had given notice to TATA comm to shift our internet leased line,
but they could not do so .
We used to pay the charges for this leased line in advance
Till date we have not received this despite meeting their officials and writing to them, its been a year

Often Local Server is down. Worst customer support and rectification

I am having TATA COMMUNICATIONS broadband connection in coimbatore. For the past 5 weeks (from may 15th to june 20th 2009) their LOCAL SERVERS have been DOWN very very frequently, about NINE TIMES. The last being on 17th june 2009, till today its not rectified. Takes about 15-30 minutes to log a complaint in their call center.
