I was using the internet service from Tata Communications Internet Services limited one year back where the service was not proper even after multiple complaints to the service provider later one day when I went to their office & enquired them about the issue they informed me to switch the wired connection to wireless connection which is what I am using now. They also promised that they will not be charging for the old connection of Rs 575 & till date did not send any pending bill details or called me for the same. Now they have sent me a lawyer notice stating that I have to pay Rs 575 plus the lawyer fees Rs 500.

tata communications & internet services — pathetic service

I am from Bangalore our firm name is annapoorna automobiles we have subscribed for tata communications internet services by paying advance 4 months rental close to 6500 rupees.

for 17th of december we have a problum with the services we have complained to customer care repeatedly from 17th till date they even dont have curtesy to call back & resolve our complaint when ever we call, call center will say we have sent mail to backend team they will get back to you the same is repeated several times, I have even spoken to call center supervisor Mr.sathish even then there was no response.

after that we have sent mail to customer care, nodelofficer, an even the appelate tribunal even then they are least bouthered about customer complaints it looks like they dont have service deparment at all simply they are giving stories about repairing the connection.

As we have already paid money we cant avoid the bill payment also they are enjoying our money but there is no service given for this period i really dont know how to get my problum solved

Tata Communications Internet Services limited — Non connectivity of broadband service

I am using a wireline Braodband connection of tataindicom for the last 1.5yrs. Since May2009, i am facing a continous connectivity problem with the service.
In the last 10months starting may 2009 till date (march 2010), i have lodges 34 complaints with there customer care at [protected], only for one reason i.e. no connectivity.
Every time i call up customer care i got one answer "that my server is down & ur complaint will be addressed within 6 working hours"
But till date i have not got any permanent solution for this. whenever i have asked for a refund of money for non-connectivity they simply denied, because that is not in there company policy.

I am fed up with this connection.
Please help me in getting a permanent solution.

    Hello Sir,
    I have booked a tata indicom broadband connection in February. I started facing problems with the internet connection from the second day itself after installation. I booked many complaints but no one turned up from the company to solve it. So I decided to surrender the connection after being told that I will get the full amount refund (Rs. 4000/-). It has been six months since I surrendered the connection and they are still not refunding my amount and saying that they need more time. I request you to see into this mater. I am also enclosing the mails that the company sent me.

        We had shifted our office from Chakala, Andheri to Andheri station last August 2008.
        We had given notice to TATA comm to shift our internet leased line,
        but they could not do so .
        We used to pay the charges for this leased line in advance
        Till date we have not received this despite meeting their officials and writing to them, its been a year

        Tata Communications Ltd. — Broadband Connection not made functional one month after depositing money

        I have been using Tata Communications' Pre-paid Broadband internet service at my residence since last about 9 months.
        On Jul 17, after expiry of the 3 months' period of the then active account, I paid Rs. 1602.00 for renewal of the connection vide cheque no. 254567 drawn on SBI Mahanagar Lucknow. The company has not bothered to re-activate my connection so far.
        A complaint has also been lodged with the Service Providers. Complaint no. is 6687648

        Tata Communications Ltd. — Broadband connection not recived even after 20 days of appying the connection

        I applied Tata Indicom Broadband connection on 27th of August 2008 with 4 months advance rental + free installation + 1 month bonus connection scheme. One representative from Tata Indicom Mr. Tajendar came to me to collect the required documents and cheque. Thw application No. is 1298273. He told me that connection will e done in 3-4 days. but I waited for 5 days and then I tried to contact him he was even not picking up the call. After 40-50 calls he picked up the call and gave me a no. of Mr. Kakkar but that no. is always busy. Then later after 10's of more call he gave me no. of Mr. Mohit Joshi from Tata Indicom. Again I tried hard to reach Mr. Mohit through phone as there is no office of Tata Indicom in Gurgaon but in Delhi. He told me that Tajendar has left the organization and he has no clue about my form and cheque. Later he asked me to make a stop payement of that cheque and fill a new form. I did this on 6th of Sep 2008 (new application no.( A[protected] but till 12th of Sep I have not received any call from Tata Indicom for installing the connection.
        I feel lost and cheated, I don't know what to do and how to chase these guys.

          I am having TATA COMMUNICATIONS broadband connection in coimbatore. For the past 5 weeks (from may 15th to june 20th 2009) their LOCAL SERVERS have been DOWN very very frequently, about NINE TIMES. The last being on 17th june 2009, till today its not rectified. Takes about 15-30 minutes to log a complaint in their call center. I spoke to the 1st level customer service personnel to the floor level supervisor to the Manager numerous times, sometimes even 2-3 times in day.. no results so far. The call center guys has always have a standard reply "pls give us a last chance, within 6 business hours it will be rectified" what a joke!. I Went personally to their local office in Coimbatore and there is no designated person to handle customer complaints, there are only technical engineers and they don't bother about customer service! They dont even seem to monitor their LOCAL SERVERS. Only after a customer logs a complaint they try to wake up from their sleep. I have tried all means to get their attention from visiting their local office, to call center to Continuous mails to their NODAL OFFICER in chennai and nobody seems to care. VERY PATHETIC ATTITUDE SPOILING TATA BRAND. [after several visits to their office, the reception guy who takes complaints finally allowed to talk to one engineer named Kumarasen [protected] who said will follow up the issue, only god knows..]

          Tata Communications Broadband — No service/ Irregular service

          I have taken prepaid broadband service with login id as [protected]@vsnl.net. I have recently registed a complaint on 11th October with id 7360390. Till now not resolved. I have faced twice in a month such problem since 11 month and the average time they took to resolve is 1 week. In 11 month they have not provided any service for 3 month and this time, its more than 1.5 month and not resolved. I have wasted more than Rs 800 in calling and registering complaint. Also I have about Rs 3000 data unused with them. Since they are not serious about customer, I would like to take back my money which I lost for no service.
          I request your forum to look into such problems.
          sir, i am having your internet facility since last one&half year inthe name of OMCYBERCAFE2 &1 out of which no 1 has been terninated &till date i havent recived my deposit amt back, second thing no 2 which is running i am facing connectivity problem since last one year i have to raise complete almost every month &down time credit is not given accordingly in the month of oct 08 due to dislamb problem connectivity was closed for 15 days &down time credit is 33Rs .due to every month problem i am facing i would like terninate my second line OMCYBERCAFE [protected]@VSNL.IN .SINCE I AM LOOSING MY HUGE BUSINESS. so kindly do needful with immediate effect as i am closing my business . thanking you yours sicerly seema rasane ([protected] NARENDRA)
          I used to have a Tata Commn Broadband connection last year, and the company recovered all associated hardware. In spite of paying all associated bills, I have been harrassed by the call centre guys, about payment. I have given them the cheque number and bank records prove that the cheque has been cleared. The cheque number and the Equipment Receipt Note number have been shared at least a dozen times with the call centre executives who callled to 'harass' over the last 6 months. Now, they have sent a lawyer notice too for recovery of the already 'paid' dues and hardware recovery. This appears to be the pits.

          There is no way i would again become a Tata Commn customer again, though I run a business.
          I paid for 18 months service in December, so far:

          I have not received a receipt confirming payment and service.

          The server has been down for most of the time and the call centre claim that the Bangalore server is down, but the Bangalore office deny this- so what is going on.

          I was informed that I have only 12 months service contrary to what was agreed at the time of payment.

          The number given does not work.

          Overall the service has been lousy.

            Hi,

            Thanks for your reply.

            As per my knowledge I have used the connection from 9th Jan to 13th Jan means 4 days and prorata basis cost will be 360/- only, per day 90/-

            Now if I have to pay installation charges and cheque bouncing charges then I must say please give me the same connection so that I can use my amount. Otherwise I will not pay the installation charges.

            Because you people have failed to give proper service and this is service industry you have to be one step ahead with others, else customer will go somewhere.

            Due non internet service on that period I had to use my mobile for ISD, and I have paid a huge amount to AIRTEL and for internet connection I had to use my Reliance Mobile connect and that costs me 60 paisa during the day and 30 paisa during the night hours. I have bear somewhere around 1500/- extra expenses during the time.

            Who will compensate that?

            Kindly confirm.

            Why should I give? And for what purpose ?

            I got a new WIMAX 1 Mbps connection on 9th Jan 09. I was happy on 9th and 10th but after that I am not getting that speed nad my international phones are not working. Now further I don't want to use this connection. I have registered a request no. 8420206 on 12th Jan 09 4:00 am still I am getting the same problem. I feel that TATA can not satisfy their customer like this way.

            Requesting you please call me and send a field engineer and take all the instrument and wire which you have provided me on installation.

            Reliance Communications — Failed to give proper service

            Dear Sir/Madam,



            I Sadanand Haryan, regular customer of Reliance Commuinications, presently holding mobile No.[protected], for nearly more than one year, now during last month I have purchased Reliance GSM service card for my other mobile (from Coral Associates, Juhu, Santacruz, Owner is Mr. Mehul Dedheia), the No. is[protected], for which I have taken 199 Jaadu plan & made payment of Rs. 585/- for the same, I am very sorry to say that, the day I have purchased your card, problems are started,



            The services for the No.[protected] were activated only after 03 days.
            After 5th day out going calls were deactivated, when questioned to the Reliance customer care they replayed as to go to the shop from where I had purchased the card.
            When I had visited the shop they said that Reliance data entry operator wrongly entered My address, we will correct it & your services will start within 48 hours, however they failed to start the services.
            Again after 07 days I visited the shop, they stated that they had sent e-mail to the service provider & not received any reply for that, I personally communicated to senior executive of Reliance Communications, she assured me that services will start within 01 hour. & indeed it was started after 02 hours.
            Again after 10 days the out going services were deactivated, When I questioned your representative, the answer was you have not paid the bill. I said I have not received the bill, when he checked the system again he found that the system is showing some other customers name (Ms. Nisha) against my cell number. The executive apologized for that & asked me to pay the bill for Rs. 125/- which I have paid by cash on the spot. The services was started after 01 hour.
            Now again on 06th October 09 the out going services were deactivated, when I personally visited the shop & questioned about the same, they reply that sir we have send e-mail to Reliance Communications for correction of your name & address so many time but no quick action is taken from our service provider.
            Now till today 09th October 09 the out going services are still not started for cell no. [protected].




            Kindly, look into the matter at the earliest & punish the service provider for harrasing people.

            I Amiya Roy, regular customer of Reliance Smart, presently holding mobile No. [protected], for nearly more than two year. Now I am facing much inconveniance and disturbance for your sending WORD PACK SMS. I never activated WORD PACK service.
            I conveyed my grivances at your compay on 7th November, 2009 at 22:11:36 vide service request No.[protected], 9th November, 2009 at 13:17:05 vide service request No.[protected] and 9th November, 2009 at 22:46:47 vide service request No.[protected].But no action has not yet been taken to stop this nuisance.
            If you donot take immediate action I will take either legal action or take the service of other company.

              Tata Communications Wifi Prepaid — faulty usage monitoring

              I have purchased a TATA WIFI prepaid connection online on 16th june, the serial number is 6875443.( rs 500 pack ) Even a faulty electricity meter works properly.

              Ideally it should work for 500 minutes, unfortunately the cost i think is working to Rs 10/- per minute. To top it all, when you log into user account, it only shows balance left and gives no details of the past usage period.

              I have bought domain from Tata Communication Internet Services India in 2007, since then they have not released the domain authorization code thus forcing me the renew the domain at a higher price than other registrars.               Tata Communications - TATA Indicom Broadband — Horrible Service - Exorbitant Charges

              I am extremely unhappy that a company from the reputed group of Tatas is indulging in such shoddy service. I was charged Rs. 2000 for installation and security deposit, of which Rs. 1000 is refundable. I was promised excellent service and network, since the brand boasts of quality broadband service. Unfortunately, the service is terrible, the network is poor and I have not been able to browse the net, inspite of repeated customer care calls.

              I received my connection on the 20th of August, 2009 and I am now being billed for the flat rate of Rs. 1100 per month along with pro rata usage charges, which is highly unethical. For the amount the company charges, we expect better service. I chose this service provider, because of the brand value it carries. Unfortunately, it has fallen flat on its face, and I do not recommend this service provider to anybody living in Bangalore. I request the company to do something about its unprofessional approach to customers and spruce up the tariffs, because as of today, it has one customer less. I am terminating my connection because of this harassment. The loss of one customer might not make a difference to Tata Indicom, but it will be either Airtel's or Reliance's gain.
              I had bought a Photo+ connection 4 months back, without informing me they disconnected one fine day and even after 4 months they are sending me the bills. I had experience with other operators in bangalore, but never had such problems. Tata Indicom service and customer treatment is on the top of its rubbishness.

              This is with reference to one of my request number 10979318 registered in TATA Communications Internet Services Ltd. My name is Santhosh Natarajan residing at Chennai I am using TATA Indicom Broadband Connection Unlimited plan more than 1.5 years. They have offered me a smart plan (To Them) which is “Even the network not available or any line disconnection, whether a customer able to access net connection or not I need to pay around Rs. 800 every month. Because of this policy as a normal consumer I am suffering like anything and I have missed lots of online payments and paid late payment charges (Credit Card Bill, Mobile Bill, LIC Bill etc.). Moreover I am getting time to access my net only during my weekends and some government holidays but unfortunately most of my weekends or any holidays I am unable to access my net due to same technical issue by TATA Indicom. I used to call Customer Service as soon as I came to know my net is not working. For example I used to call them and inform about the disconnection on Friday evening but they will come and rectify the problem only after 48 hours that is on Monday. So what is happening here I am unable to access my net connection but I am paying my bill every month. If it’s something different problem means I could agree with them but this is same issue again and again happening on most of the weekends. They are not ready to give down time credit also. Down time credit will be applicable only if connection is not available for 72 hours i.e. 3 days. So they are taking very long time and they are coming after 2 days and rectifying the problem and they are saying problem is resolved within 72 hours so no downtime credit. I can or everyone can easily understand they are cheating the customer openly by not giving the connection on weekends and holidays because I am using an unlimited plan whether a customer able to access the connection or not customer needs to pay the bill every month.
              I request you to please take an action against TATA Communications Internet Services Ltd. I definitely need an answer from them why they are doing like this? And they have to provide me good and immediate service. If they are unable to rectify the problem within 6 hours of time they need to provide me the downtime credit immediately.

              In the month January for almost two consecutively weeks my net didn't worked and I was very annoyed with it. It tried to contact the cutomer care number given to me [protected], which said the phone is switched off, and the other number [protected] in which the IVR keeps own repeating the same thing. I don't know what this is. Then I was out of town, and when returned back it was working, but this is not done at all. Even I am trying these numbers the problem is same. We are facing the problem of irregular connection from you since six month. We complain to your toll free every time but all the time they take minimum four to five minutes for complain, Local person never pickup the mobile. Our office start at 9 am to 8 pm. when we give complain they says that your problem will resolve in next 72 hours. but we are paying you unlimited internet connection charge. If they are able to start connection it will start in the evening when we are going to close office, and that your people says that your uses is there on that day. Next day same happen, you can check our complains. We are in Gujarat and we have to give complain to you at Chennai, Mumbai or Bangalore we dont know where they are talking with us. There is no local person who solve our problem. We are tired with your service. If you are not able to give us constant connectivity we have to change over to other service provider.

You person Mr. Mayuresh ([protected]) already visited my old address on 31/03/09 3.45 PM and left pre-printed card named “We didn’t” find you Home”. On contacting him, he has advised to make one more complaint to your customer care, which customer care has denied to accept without closing earlier open complaint from your end. You have already charged me for relocation one year back.

                Further, I sincerely request you to reinstate my connection with immediately effect and allow me the credit from 24/03/09 (date of disconnection / unable to get link) or REFUND my entire amount. Pl check my list of complaints till date and time taken from your end to resolve for which I have not received any credit. Now I am Fred up with such service and response from your end.

                Hope you can understand the severity.

                we are using tata brad band connection since one year. near 3 months onwards we getting so much disconnection problem ( every day minumam 30 minuts net is disconnecting) "every day i am giving complant but they are saying tommarow onwars problum will not continue, but the problum is same

                  My internet connection inactive for the last several days even though I have a credit balance of RS. 6, 000 with them & subsequently they have debited my a/c by appx.RS. 4000, I have been sending mails to them but they have no idea about the problem & as per their record my a/c is operative

                  I have been calling up Mr. rinkesh Sharma, Head of retention but he is not lifting my phone, sent text message to him but no reply, sent complaint to TRAI today

                    We had taken broadband connection in the name of Sujika Corporation from VSNL under A/c. No.ACC[protected] in Oct.-04 and surrender the same in July-07. After July-07, we never used the services.We paid all monthly bills regulerly and made last payment on 11th July-07 by Cheque for Rs. 1021/=., and requested to co. for settel our due amount of July-07 bill against our Security Deposit of Rs.1000.00 and refund balance amount.The Co. has not worked on our request and also ignore our calls we made on there Customer Care phone Nos., and continue send monthly bills.We received an e-mail from the Co. on 19.09.2007 demanding the due amount of Rs.955.95, against we sent reply e-mail on 22.09.07. In respond, Co. replied through e-mail on the same date and assure to take up  the matter with account department and settle the account. They also gave request No. 3651616.After all this too, Co. continue to send monthly bills and against that we send complaint mail on 21.08.07, 16.09.07, 13.10.07, 16.11.07 and 17.12.07., which was ignored by the Co.Now, on 17.11.08, We got a Legal Notice by a Co. Advocate Mr.Mehul Vakharia, demanding of due amount of Rs.2122.55.The advocate also thretan me for Civil & Criminal proceedings, and make Police Complaint for the offences of cheating and fraud.Please take action to give me justice and oblidge.

                      Hi,

                      I am Sushil Chaudhari, resident of Khese park, Lohagaon road, Pune,

                      Maharashtra. I booked TATA BROADBAND CONNECTION on 29-June-08, & I was

                      boing told by the sales agents (Santosh Kale, CELL NO: - [protected] &

                      Suhas, CELL NO. : - [protected]) that within a week's time I'll get the

                      connection. Before booking the connection, I showed the site/ Location

                      for the connection & both agents promised me that there will not be any

                      technical fesiability problem as they have
                      feasiability in my area & the distance from the Dishlane is only 500

                      meters. But after one week problem started, agents told me that they

                      need more connections, so that they can install new dishlane, so they

                      want more customers from me. I gave them 2 more customers & now they

                      are saying they need more 5 more customers from my survey number 256,

                      then only they will be able to install new dishlane in my survey no.

                      256.

                      Now its morethan 45 days, I didnt recieved any confirmation call from

                      their department for my connection, rest 2 connections are already

                      installed within 7 days from booking & my connection is still not done.

                      I spoke to their Technical Supervisor, HARSHDEEP (CELL NO.: -

                      [protected]), he told me that the distance from the active Dishlane is

                      much more & for a new dishlane installation he needs atleast 5

                      connections from my area, then only they can install new Diashlane,

                      thats their company policy. & MOREOVER THEIR AGENTS (Santosh Kale, CELL

                      NO: - [protected] & Suhas, CELL NO. : - [protected]) want me to arrange

                      for those new connection, as they are unable to convence the other

                      people to take connection & for the Infinity 384 Tariff plan.

                      This is not my responsibility. While booking they didnt tell me all

                      these things, I have already given them a cheque of Rs. 4496.00, dated

                      29-June-08, of HDFC Bank, Chq. no. : - 350786. This Chq is not

                      presented in my bank till date.

                      & when I call these sales agents they clearly tell me, if you want the

                      connection, they arrange for another 5 customers or we will return your

                      Cheque.

                      I dont want my cheque back, I want service at any cost. I am not able

                      to attend my online lectures & my exams are in next moth (SEP. 2008).

                      Please help me, I am really pissed of by theses TATA people & really

                      because these guy's only Tata Broadband sucks... The details are given

                        Hi All,

                        This is to bring to your kind notice that my webamail is not working for email id [protected]@eth.net. since 15 days. I have logged a complaint at customer care on date 28/07/08. The complaint number is 6513354. No fixed yet. I even spoke to Nodal officer yesterday for Delhi region on the number [protected]. He said that, ' their backend team is working on it and it would be fixed with 4 to 5 hour. Since it was not fixed today I called him back on the same number around 1:45 pm his cell was switched off, (these are business hours). I then called the customer care and spoke to a lady executive, i informed her about my compliant number. She said that we tried to call you on your number and your number was not reachable. I have not got any calls from tata about the status of my web mail services till date. Could you Please ensure who was the executive calling me and on which number. My number is [protected]. Call got disconnected while we were discussing. I was not called back. I had to call back, got the same executive i said to her call got released, she asked for my account details, provided her account info as [protected]@eth.net, she said that she cannot find my details. Gave her complaint number again, then she was able to locate my id. Well on this point want to how has my account been disabled if all my dues are clear at your end. Then asking for supervisor she asked me to wait, came back saying that supervisor is busy, and would arrange a call back. I wanted to speak to a supervisor, said i am online till i get a supervisor. I was put to a supervisor very next moment. Spoke to supervisor he said they would take some more time to fix the issue. I asked for time frame he said within 24 hours as he report to his backend team. I said that you give me the settings I would fix the same. He said you would be called back from the backend team and would not able to help and would release the call from his end. I then said ok if you do this then let me know about the compensation about my mails being reverted back to the user from where there are coming. He said he is not sure who would help on this, i wanted to speak to his Manager, he said there is no manager at this time, i again said i would wait for your manager, he said it is not possible and disconnected the call. Just want to know, i do people in customer care have the right to disconnect the call. I tried to call the nodal officer again his phone was ringing put call was not answered. Call after some time came a propmt that caller is busy on other call. Called back still same no answer to the call whereas the call was ringing. Called back from my cell and a landline came a response that the phone is not reachable and last call made was at 16:43 pm. Hope to have the resolution soon. Waiting for reply.

                        My net connection has been missused by some one on Nov4th onwards. I have been informed to customer care. They are saying that my account has been deleted. i have all the proof like (PAYMENT confirmation details for renewal my account), downloaded and uploaded data on Nov 4th everything with me . Now i am unable to use my account due to zero balance. Before Nov 4th my balance was something around 3500(renewal amount 3034+carry forward of previous renewal amount).                         My broadband service account was used by some one else.We had informed the consumer department, techinical persons, engineers.but no one cans olve teh problem, its totally useless.


                        This is from Kv Tours & Travels -Mumbai.
                        WE had paid the money to rnew our account consevetative for teh 4th year also with tata comunications.We have given them yearly prepiad subscribtions & from 8th we had launched teh complain that broadband is not working. Our complain no is:
                        8009722 / 8.12.08.
                        Till today no one taken up the matter seriously, I think you'll are not allowed to take any steps towards any Corporate companies...is it so?



                        Cauase last year I had given you the complaint about such matters, we had given nearly 42 complaints & nearly 60 days in a year my internet was not working at all though I had paid them prepaid completely while subscribing at the start of year.

                        I did not recv any extra usuage from them. So they should give according to Consumer Court laws...I think you'll must surely be knowing it...



                        This year as soon as they received payments of renewal the braodband is not working, but I understand You'll have only certain rights..



                        Well can you inform me, how to resolve this matter.Now I am interested to receive my payment back of Rs 8023.00 which I havent used any broadband services of this year & want to cancel my account. Can you able to help us ?



                        We call their eengineer Mtr Virender at his cell number: [protected].He immediately says, its not worth to join Tata, it will work on the same basis .Do not bother us or call us.We are not your servants.Just all the bad words...We expect such things from Tata persons.



                        Well good, may be...I think our desicions are wrong, so we have bear qall the nonsense & haer teh badw ords from others by paying them.



                        I am also the member of Consumer Court.If I get this kind of reply from the Tata & not a single revert back feedback from Your side, what the general consumer must be facing it shows...

                        We are facing the same problem my friend. The Broad band connection day to day is very poor and very bad customer care office relationship. I have call 25 times, (I have solid proof regarding my calling details), I think the best way, Please disconnect your netconnection.
                        The customer care service is too bad, i have registered two compliant (9466332, 9488014), but ...poor and poor service

                        We have been facing the Tata net issue for last three weeks, I have called many times to customer care officers ([protected] - would connect to Hyderabad - officers praveen, joji, Preetha, Swetha, Vijay, Shalini ) customer care office and all are saying please check your modem lights, please delete your pc cache.
                        Is this the company giving better service, ??
                        what is the customer care officers qualification??
                        Is they know about the remedy for the customer's compliant?
                        I think they were only looking for their salary.

                        and also they are not ready to connect the call with their supervisor according to my suggestion, So the customer care service is too bad, I have raise two complaints regarding my issue (compliant no : 9466332 (Saturday[protected], 9488014(Monday[protected], But i have not got any relevant help from the TATA broad band service. This is too too bad, especially in Cochin city kakkand

                        I don't know, what i have to really to do for my compliant, because i am paying 1100 rupees each month
                        I have two options now

                        1) is disconnect my net connection
                        2) or have to get better service from the TATA broadband connection
                        I think, First option is better to all to get fine result

                            There has been a error 678 coming on the system for the last seven days. I had logged a complaint no. 5751712 with the customer care on 13th may'08 telling about the problem and explaining them that this problem have been troubling us for the past 7 months continously because of which we are able to use the broadband connection only for 15 days in a month whereas we are paying tata communications the rental for the complete month. They assured us that the complaint would be resolved within 24 hours. From that time onwards i have been calling the customer care for the follow-up but nothing has been happening but the customer care executives have been escalating the issue but nothing has been happening.
                            This connection has costed me very dearly in terms of lose of work and money for which i will like to log the complaint against Tata Communications.
