We had opted for tata broadband as the sales person commited one month free and we took 3 months connection on November 17. Sales person mentioned one month free on the connection receipt details. Also informed us at the end of 3 months we will automatically get the 1 month free but now at the end of 3 months understand thatv it was a false commitment just to win the business. We trust tata brand and such stunts from the employees are creating mis trust over the brand. Tata Play Fiber ID: C[protected]
Kindly assist further on this and provide us the one month free subscription. Else we proceed to cancel the account and will never ever deal with Tata bradband and will ensure to inform all communities about such tactics used bt tata broadband employees.

      I ordered a SSD harddrive on 25/01/2022 order I'd no[protected] I received the product on 29/01/2022 I got defected product then I contacted costomer care and email them they denied to return and replace it this is my first order very bad service please do needful.

        I have ordered an brand new iPhone 13-256 GB Starlight on 15-Jan-2022 through TataCLiQ. Order id:[protected]. I received the same on 18-Jan-2022. While unboxing I found that the inner box of iPhone seal was already broken. Further, to confirm I checked the activation status of an iPhone & I checked it through apple website, and I found that it was already activated on 22-Dec-2021, before placing my order. So, it’s confirmed that I received used product. So, I immediately lodged the return request on 18-Jan-2022 and sent them proof o[censored]nboxing video & images. However after 10 days of investigation they informed me that the product delivered was quality checked & in working condition, so it could not be returned and rejected my return request. I paid Rs.85k for brand new iPhone and I received used product. It’s totally unacceptable & it’s cheating. I have proof o[censored]nboxing the parcel and also screenshot of activation of iPhone and its clearly indicates that it was used before I ordered. So, kindly accept my return request and provide me full refund.

          I have ordered one Bosch dishwasher from tatacliq. the product`s one handle inside is broken and the their was water droplets in the product(used condition).When I tried returning the product with proper images and documents, whenever I call tatacliq customer care, they are postponding my request for every next 24-48hrs. I have placed the return request on 26.01.2022. May kindly respond to this issue .

            Sir I purchased a washing machine through this application and I found a defected & damage product than I request for replacement/return but customer service reply me box is open this is not fullfil my return policy So you take damage product with you. It's is not fair.

              Dear Team,
              I am not happy with your Pragati Gas dealer, Because they are not able to deliver the gas cylinder on time. Even after booking we do not get cylinder soon. Secondly, I had taken a cylinder in the last week, that leakage came out, the one who gave it did not even replace it. Devkar who delivered me didn't even check. Now tell me what should I do now, I want to take legal action against this issue.

                This is to inform you that I am not happy with the performance of the TP Link Deco E4 pack of 2 which I purchased on 7th Nov 2021 under order No:[protected] dated 7th Nov 2021.

                The product does not meet the technical specifications in terms of the speed which is mentioned as 300Mbps on 2.4 GHz, where as I am getting less than 80 Mbps.

                My ISP gives a speed of 250 Mbps as per my plan.

                After discussing with so many people and the technical person from the ISP, the finer technical details are never mentioned. This is not correct, hence I am returning the product, as this product does not meet my technical specs and the internet speed.

                I am attaching the invoice and the picture of the product. Appreciate your help in taking the product ASAP.

                Hope Tata communication resolved this issue at the earliest.
                I feel Tata communication should sell only those products which are fully compliant with product specification.
                TP link company is not a user friendly company and for such TP link products, Tata Communication should give a one month window return period to client.

                  I got damaged product from tatacliq and I requested return on 1dec 2021 but I don't get any response from them and I called to customer care they tell wait 24h still waiting no response and also I uploaded photos of product but why they waiting I don't know please solve problem and take several steps against them

                    Claim for Dialysis for period 1/9/2021 to 30/9/2021 was 28800. Against this only Rs 18000 has been settled. And period mentioned in your letter states time from 1/9/2021 to 8/9/2021. Please clarify is it only for 8 days or 30 days. Also which is the amount that you have not paid and why. My only Dialysis amount for 30days is Rs 2816. And other medicines Rs 9316. You have given only Rs 20000 as final settlement. Would like to know which items it has not been paid and reason for that.

                      Placed order on 10th October 2021, today is 5th, no information on shipment, on Tuesday morning spoke to one of TataCliQ Customer Executive confirmed that their seller confirmed the order but no information about shipment till now, no proper response from TataCliQ.

                        I have recently ordered a lg tv in the tatacliq website from the following link:

                        I thought that it is a CX series tv and bought the product based on the images displayed in the website. Later, when I received the product, I was surprised to see that it is a different product and opened the product page. I got to know that they have posted the images of CX series tv which is not of that product.

                        A BX series tv would look like this from the following link which is from lg india website:

                        you can check the images in the tatacliq website with the linked I have pasted. The images are different.

                        I have raised a return request telling that wrong images were displayed for the product and based on the images I have bought it. But the return is not accepted and they didn't contact me properly up untill today and told that they cant accept the return of the product.

                          I am utterly disappointed by the customer support and the return policy of TataCliq. I had placed an order for Morphy Richards OFR 09 2000W Oil Filled Room Heater (Grey/Black), however I received Morphy Richards OFR 900+ 2000W Oil Filled Room Heater (Grey/Black). This was a cheaper model without the fan. When I called their customer support, I was informed to download the TataCliq app and then place return request as return icon was not appearing on the webpage. After requesting the customer support many times, she placed the return request through call. I was then provided a Whatsapp number to share the images, which I had shared immediately. The next day, I was informed to share the images through email, which I did.

                          They have a vague policy of refund and not replacement. I think TataCliq is now committing a fraud by taking orders from customers and then sending the cheaper model instead of the ordered one. Then they call them and offer to keep the product and take INR 500 in TataCliq wallet. I don't understand that if the product received is way more cheaper than INR 500, why will a customer keep the product? If the customer has been given the cheaper model and TataCliq is accepting it, then they should replace it with the ordered model and not refunding the entire amount and asking the customer to reorder it. Now, the same model is costly on their website. I think this is a serious fraud going on, which is least expected from Tatas. Request the grievance team to take strict action against this wrong and vague policy of TataCliq to not offer replacement. The customer spends a lot of time researching on different platforms to order the best possible product, and they simply send the cheaper product only to get the order cancelled and block the amount for a period of 15-20 days. This is a serious fraud goin on.

                            I ordeed an AC from tata cliq and it was confirmed that it will get delivered in a week, but then after 1 day I got an smail saying order was cancelled due to no stock but when I checked in website same seller is taking orders but the price has gone up by 10k. I called customer care and they were like you need to reorder with updated price..

                                I had purchased a Milagrow Seagull vacuum cleaner from Tata cliq. After delivery, I tried it and found issues which includes:
                                1. I tried it in kitchen for 2-3 times and everytime it got stuck near some cabinets making noise. Manual intervention was required.
                                2. I tried it in my balcony after removing all the obstacles and even after 30 hours, there were large spec of dirt, twig in the center of the balcony.

                                I called Tata cliq team to initiate the return. They asked me to contact Milagrow team and get a jobsheet. The Milagrow team mentioned they cannot provide it. I sent email with Milagrow and TataCliq customer support in the mail asking for them to resolve the issue and settle things over mail for all required documents. No one replied.
                                Every return request till date has been cancelled. Its been over a month of continuous calling, mailing with no result.
                                Please help.

                                    Hello, my name is Sachin Kumar and my tata Tele broadband number is [protected] (New town, Kolkata)

                                    My broadband plan is suppose to have 16mbps but I was receiving only below 1 mbps throughout the month of June. I called almost daily to helpdesk and they keep giving me ticket number but no action was taken till June 30 when local tech guy came and speed was increased to 5-6 mbps.
                                    I asked them to wave off one month bill but instead they increased it by 200+ saying a booster pack was added, which I doubt as speed was never increased.
                                    Now yesterday they discontinued my connection sighting outstanding amount. I paid the amount and now after 24 hours my connection is still discontinued.
                                    This is harassment. I am not able to work, kid missing online classes. Please kindly look into this.

                                      Kyocera Document Solutions India Private Limited has received a notice for payment of Rs. 7, 66, 707 but as per records we have to pay Rs. 2, 56, 184. We have called your collection executives several times and supplied all the documents in support of our claim. But still we are getting reminder for the the payment of Rs. 7, 66, 707.

                                      Kindly look into this matter and help in resolving the same.

                                        I have placed an return request and as per policy i have provided all the required images, bills and brand confirmation from Jabra team. Still Tata Cliq team is delaying my return request stating silly reasons everytime.
