Second message show in 6 page of appointment letter tata motors show the requirting manager name mr. Dinesh kumar of mobikwik deposit slip and documents address proof and aadhar id send to tatamotors. [protected]@india.com

    I have been using tatasky since more than 1 year now... My id no. [protected]

    Fromm one the month, i am getting "no signal" and i am unable to watch the tv even after recharging packs.
    I have complained several times (Nearly 10 times on phone to local guy) but the problem is the same. Every time they say your complaint will be attended to but in vain.

    Kindly do the needful.

      This is to inform you that we are facing street dog issue at tcl premises & its continue increasing day by day. Many incident happens while moving at tcl premises.. On daily basis when employee walking after completed the lunch they are hide near to car & some wall & instant when they found some one near by they attach them. This is very serious issue which occurred lots of inconvenience.. Kindly look into it as many times they bites & employee take on leave & effect directly goes to company performance & earning.

      So it humble request to send your dog catcher team to take away from the tcl premisses.

        Hi,

        This is nilanjan mitra here. I have received one mail today regards to an interview with tata group of companies ltd. (Attached the mail below) in the mail it has been told that an amount of rs.7999 has to be made which is refundable.
        I contacted the person name mukund mahajan before making the payment he said me once the payment is made he will be sharing the other details related to interview pass and change of interview location and date.
        Since in the mail it was written to complete the payment on 04/03/2019 by 2pm hence i had to hurry with the payment process. Once i done with payment i called him to confirm he said he will call me back in some time with confirmation but after few minutes he send me one message (Attached below screenshot) that i have to submit 7999+18%gst amount of rs.1440. He said me that the amount of rs.7999 will be credited by today end of day or max by tomorrow and asked me to submit again complete amount of rs.9439 again but i didn't submitted this amount as i was not having again around 10k to spend from my account.
        I wanted to know from tata group team now is this a genuine interview call or a fraud one. As the way the mail is written anyone will understand this is a genuine mail like i did. If this is a fraud mail i want my money to be refunded back to my account as its my hard earn money. I will not able to survive for complete month if this has been cheated to me. My family condition is very poor and my father is hospitalized i can't afford to loose my hard earn like this. This is my humble request to please look into this at earliest and provide me a response.
        I want my money to be refunded at any cost.

                Received fake interview call via an sms. On checking l found that they were asking for money through paytm.

                I didn't paid anything because i knew this was a trap.

                  Tata cliq is an fraud co i buy an a/c brand godrej on 5-6 feb and its delivered on 11 feb and then tata cliq itself appoint an engg to install when engg came to install and opened the packing then he told us its an used or 2nd hand a/c and dose not have any gas in it then i put an request to tata cliq by call and mail also, then they ask me to send the images i did the same but there after i am keep sending them mail ever time they are saying the same statement its under process will update you in 24 hour or 48 hours so i request others not to buy any think from tata cliq my order no is [protected] and complaint no/return request no is[protected] under id no [protected]

                    I purchased kent grand plus 8l ro + uv + uf water purifier (White) by paying full amount as advance on tata cliq website.

                    They delievered me 2 year old product & now are not taking back the product as per their return policy.

                    Simply they are cheating the customers & respond that all products displayed are some where that much older that is of 2017 or 2018.

                      I have returned the product and quality check has been successfully completed then also i had not got my refund. The product which i purchased was westside sea green lavin blouse for rs 699/-. I have raised a complaint about the same many times before but their finance team always says to wait. I have given my bank details to you and tatcliq management 3 times. But they are doing nothing.

                        Hi,

                        I got interview letter on 10 jan from tata groups stating that interview is scheduled on 17 january at uttar pradesh and refundable deposit of rs 9550 has to be deposited before 10 jan 6pm for attending it. Hr name was mentioned as abhimanyu sarkar and mail id as '[protected]@tatagrouplimited.com". I dropped a mail to that mail. I didn't get any proper response. After that i contacted through phone and asked him whether it's possible to change the interview location and date. He told that he will send a mail after payment only and it will be refundable only if i attend the interview. I was confused a bit and got the account details from him. Since it's refundable, i paid the amount and informed him. He told that i need to pay 11923 including gst 18% and not 9550. So, pay full amount and get the call letter.
                        I asked him to refund the 9550.
                        He told that it's company account and lots of transaction going on that account and its not possible to refund now and asked me to pay the full amount. Now only i realised that i was cheated and registered a complaint in bank.

                        I am not sure whether i will get the amount back or not. But i am registering a complaint for saving other innocent people and their hard earned money.
                        Guys please don't trust anyone who asks money for interview. Mncs won't ask money from candidates for interview.

                          DONT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM TATACLIQ. HERE IS MAY BAD EXPERIENCE.

                          Very Bad experience from Tatacliq with the return policy.

                          I have purchased a Mobile from TATACLIQ, I have got defective charger. When I reached out to tatacliq customer care they have suggested to get the job sheet to do the replacement.

                          I have traveled to other city to get the job sheet but they have conformed only offline stores will get the Job sheet. If we order from any online store they are not providing the job sheet. (Ex Amazon, Flipkart and tatacliq).

                          But you guys have told me if I bring job sheet you are going to provide the replacement. Mi store team is not providing the Job Sheet.

                          After having the conversation with TataCliq social network team they are suggesting to get the new charger from the service center.

                          They are not responsible if you get any defective peace that’s what TATACLIQ team is confirmed.

                            I have ordered lg washing machine from tatacliq app and have received a wrong model. I cannot return or reorder the product as it is out of stock. Now i am asking for the correct invoice for my different model but everytime they assure me of sending updated invoice and send incomplete invoice. They dont update the product name. Four times they fooled me this way.
                            Me also received same sms, they asked 1000 rs for security bond,
                            but can't pay for this job...
                            and i dnt care about this job, tnx to all guys.

                              I ordered a dress on 12/1/19, so far I didn't receive the order. When I called the help line I got the information that it could not be delivered and they have sent the money back. I have not received the money and no one bothered to even send a mail or SMS regarding this. This is so unprofessional and I demand an apology with the money

                                My worst online shopping experience with tatacliq. This was my first time purchase with them and they are horrible. I ordered an 1.5 ton ac on 13 oct 2018, order i’d[protected] which i have not received till date. The delivery was in 7-8 days and they shipped the ac on 16oct through gati courier awb no.[protected] which was supposed to reach on 22 oct but still not delivered. Lodged complaint with gati yesterday 23 oct 2018 and they said the good is lying in bhiwandi and will reach today but i have not received the product till now. Still waiting...
                                I have ordered (Order #[protected]TV at TataCliQ site and paid 45, 405/- on 25th Oct 2018. It supposed to delivered on 5th Nov 2018 but not delivered yet. No updates provided by them even after many escalations. No help from their customer care. They refused to cancel my order and asked me to wait for 10 more days. Request your help immediately.

                                  The Shoes I have Ordered were delivered on 27th September, 2018 and when I opened the box, it had used shoes it it. The same day I have placed return request, stating that used product was delivered. On 30th September, their pickup partner came and denied taking return saying that the product is used, he refused to take the product saying that it's a used product, when I told him that is the reason why I am returning it. He told that he was not informed by Tata Cliq that the product is used and that is why customer is returning it.
                                  After that I made a complaint to Tata Cliq about pick up partner refusing to take the product and customer service representative told me that within 2 days product will be picked.
                                  It's been 4 days, nobody came to pick the product when I called Customer Service, they told to send screenshots for the product. After 4 days these guys have realized that screenshots had to been sent then why not inform me earlier.
                                  Then I sent a mail with pictures of product attached.
                                  Now after almost a week they are denying to refund my amount and get the product returned.
                                  I do have mail about complaint and their acknowledgement and also call recordings.
                                  I have call recordings also. Please let me know how to upload it.

                                    I would like to let you know that my 2 yr old daughter had dropped my old phone and it lost its display. Life without smartphone is impossible these days so on the same night i order a phone from tatacliq from my hard earned money. If you want i can provide the image of my old sony phone which has lost its display. I received the phone on saturday, put the sim on sunday and tried to make it functional. As soon as i tried to use it a pop up notification started showing up for volume control which was automatically silent. I tried hard, went through online search to understand the problem and found that its inbuilt malfunction in the phone itself. There when i tried to switch even power button i was not able. That i am waiting for a return instead your team is asking and reasking imei number, photo of box etc. Which is very strange and can verified by a simple call where i can read it to them if they can't read. I have attached image of imei number with this email as well.
                                    From last few days during my office hour i am continuosly spending hrs to handle my own return request queries, photographs sharing etc if a defective phone is delivered to me then i failed to understand is it my problem or tata cliqs? Is it in connivance with the online fraudsters and scamsters which i have heard and read..

                                    I find violation of my basic consumer rights and sales purchase agreement where i mean i gave 14k rupees to tatacliq and i am supposed to receive a fully functional brand new phone. They took the money and handed me a defunct mobile phone which was highly unexpected for me as tata commands respect in india in service sectors.

                                        We purchased vu (Brand of tv) tv from tatacliq on july 20.

                                        Installation was a failure and we requested tatacliq to take back the faulty unit and refund the money paid in full. Tatacliq did not accept the job card from the technician that stated that the tv unit was hanging (Electronically non-responsive). Job card number 1 attached.

                                        Tatacliq insisted that they should send another technician for a second job card. Our contention is that we have received a faulty unit from tatacliq and they must honour their policy of taking back a defective supply as the customer is not satisfied.

                                        Our dissatisfaction is not only the product but by unprofessional approach of the product vendor vu as well as tatacliq who are forcing us to accept a product that is defective.

                                        After one month of struggle we allowed technician to look at the tv again. The same result and we have a second job sheet that declares the tv faulty (Attached).

                                        We are finding tatacliq very insensitive to the customer complaint and the agony, frustration we have faced in the past month. The full communication with tatacliq is available and you will see the lack of action from tatacliq management on this matter.

                                        We need action against tatacliq to provide us the full refund immediately and compensate us for the pain and mental agony we have gone through.

                                        I have ordered LG TV on Tata clix on 13th October but still I have not received the product ...I called customer care several times but didn't get the satisfactory answer...please guide me how to proceed leagally...as my money is with tata clix more than 10 days with out delivering the product and not intimating the proper reason
                                        Payment failed order number[protected], amount was deducted, however till the date is no refund from Tata cliq, Rs-1782, also compliant taken from customer care executive, both Written communication & voice call center, ref id- [protected], however there is no valid response from both, also not refund money back, kindly look into this?
