The Shoes I have Ordered were delivered on 27th September, 2018 and when I opened the box, it had used shoes it it. The same day I have placed return request, stating that used product was delivered. On 30th September, their pickup partner came and denied taking return saying that the product is used, he refused to take the product saying that it's a used product, when I told him that is the reason why I am returning it. He told that he was not informed by Tata Cliq that the product is used and that is why customer is returning it.
After that I made a complaint to Tata Cliq about pick up partner refusing to take the product and customer service representative told me that within 2 days product will be picked.
It's been 4 days, nobody came to pick the product when I called Customer Service, they told to send screenshots for the product. After 4 days these guys have realized that screenshots had to been sent then why not inform me earlier.
Then I sent a mail with pictures of product attached.
Now after almost a week they are denying to refund my amount and get the product returned.
I do have mail about complaint and their acknowledgement and also call recordings.
I have call recordings also. Please let me know how to upload it.
Your service is stopped by 28th April I want my this email id what have to do. Please confirm
