I ordered apple iphone11(128)gb green from tatacliq website on dated 20/07/2020. this packet was received to me from expressbees vide awb [protected]. my sister collect this packet at home . in the evening when i came to home i saw that the size of packet is too small and it can't be mobile i was in doubt so i didn't open the packet and contact to tatacliq helpline instant and they advised me to open packet with video recoding and i did so . when the packet was opened i found airpod inside the parcle. i again contact to tatacliq custumer care they advised me to raise return request and i did it on 27/07/2020 .till then i have contact tatacliq custumer care so many times and already shares pictures and video but still not resolve my problem.
they are not giving any satisfactory answer .its 18 days have passed but no response please either replace my product or refund my amount

But the device is defected and then i raised a request for return and refund on 29 july 2020 but no action has been taken.

      I purchased bajaj mixer grinder juicer from tatacliq website. Its of bad and duplicate quality mixer grinder, the jars are too weak, doesn't fit properly, have placed return request but no body comes for pickup,
      Only chutney jar is good and has bajaj written on it with rubber on its lid and is of good quality. But other 2 jars are defective, duplicate and are weak one can easliy find that out.

      They are just time passing since 5 days. As per their website they should have collected it in 48 hours.
      I want my money refunded and the product returned back. They are just giving diplomatic answers that they are looking into it nothing else since 5 days.

        In first incident i received a sms stating that my resume get selected for tata motors (Job applied via shine consultancy online) (As a sales executive officer), hr ishika ([protected]) called and ask ed to transfer 2250 amount to receive offer letter via email, (Which will be refundable), then sr. Hr kavita singh ([protected]) called and asked to transfer the amount asap to receive the offer letter and also informed that you will receive a call from our manager for further details, for job purpose i transfer the amount 2250 in the given account. Received a call from mumbai (Tata motors manager) aarohi mittal[protected], she informed that i am selected for the job and need to pay 4550 amount for company uniform purpose, again which will be refundable within 2 days via courier, i request them that i am facing some financial issues, so unable to pay the amount, you can deduct the amount from my salary, they informed that without paying the amount we are not able to proceed further. Second incident, i applied via indeed online website for the job on 15/07/20, 16/07/20 morning i received a sms stating that "i am shortlisted by company tomorrow is meeting download your letter on a mentioned link", in that letter it is mentioned that need to pay 500 online for the gate pass entry.

          I got a job offer link to my number and they told to pay 8000 rupees in google pay and they provide some hr number and it s valid
          Someone is responding for that number and i don't know whether it s fake

              Thay are sending msg of to get hire to thier company and also told me to pay 500 rupees as registeration fee. Kindly look into this matter. Its reflect on our cateer by accepting them and believe on them as of thinking abt tcs company but they r fake and demanding for money.

                I don't know how they got my mobile number but I've received the text message stating that I've been shortlisted for the job and they've given some link of website where some offer letter is been uploaded. And also they've provided some HR number to send documents. And website suggests to send money for application form and also looting money from people

                    As our several mails you have reversal the late fees but again you passed the late fees charges before raising the fresh bill and am requesting every time you have done a mistake in my card to allow auto debit option to Royal Sundaram now you asking charges and on that late fees charges it's not acceptable anyone, am decided to stop using this unsecured card from past one year now you picking the money from our pocket by this way I requested to reverse all the charges and close your card permanently without delay

                        I purchased haier ac based on dimensions mentioned on tatacliq website as 60x57x38 on 20-jun, on 22-jun i received the delivery and dimension of haier ac received was 66x77x43. This ac does not fit my window, so on 22-jun i requested for return, since then there had been no response from tatacliq.

                        Every day i make call to their customer care they give assurance but no one is contacting and processing my return and refund.
                        I have received complaint number [protected], from tatacliq and escalation number 325225 from automated email. Every communication they mention that they will contact in 1-2 day but then there is no response.

                            I have written continuously about my query to [protected]@tatacard.com & [protected]@sbicard.com about your TATA credit card, It has been issued on 2019 as free and committed no annual charges from your sales person, I have already using your SBI credit card but as request by him applied but you have punched annual fees I asked him for this he told that Pls pay the amount you will get gift voucher on that value but still I didn't received so I decided to stop using your TATA card again you have given permission to Royal Sundaram insurance to take 496/- without intimate to me from past one year am not using your card have billed the same amount I have raise the query about fraudaulant transactions and your TATA card is not safe again reverse the amount and slapvon my head difference amount Rs 50/- something and annual charges With GST again am continuesly send mails you have charged late fees, FIN charged, Tax everything what charges options you have in my Bill Now your persons asking pay the bill amount, my query is y should I pay unnecessary amount to this card if I have not done any single transaction in this card and, your sales person given false commitment and your TATA card is not safe, and you have not solving the customer queries and put heavy charges if person is in confusion stage am requesting Pls cancel this TATA card and waiveoff the billed amount as earliest

                              I ordered philips qt4011/15 trimmer costs for 1715 rupees. Because of out of stock tatacliq cancelled the order and they mentioned that refund successful in the tatacliq app. But till now i didn't receive any refund from them. Felt like got cheated. Kindly look into this issue.

                              Note : tried to contact customer care and also tried raising help or issues in the tatacliq app... No response from them.

                                Hi team,

                                I bought 3 time product from tata cliq company online owned by tata unistore, when i booked first order, amount deducted but order not confirmed, i asked them then refunded, after that i ordered same again, they gave me 7 days to deliver, time line completed but order not delivered then i got message last day order cancelled and their excutive said product will be deliver within time line but they cancelled by itself and every executive was misguiding me, after that i got message, refund successful on 19th june will be reflect in bank within 4 working days but today is 5 day completed no reply no refund and no call pickup from tatacliq for order no.[protected]. For third order, i got damaged product, i asked as per policy for return, they register myself for return and said you will get a mail with whatsap contact number, share defective image of product and all the accessories and packing you should have even packing pollybag, they said share you image of defective product and we will call you within 1 day for arrange you product for pickup, 1 day completed but not call no reply, no reponse for order no.[protected]. I hope will take action asap. I am very sad and not satisfied from this site, it is totally fake site, take action against it.

                                  I have purchased a refrigerator with complaint reference # ticket no. [protected] regarding haier 258l 3 star (2019) frost free double door refrigerator (Black brushline, hrf-2783bks-e).

                                  It was delivered on 09th june 2020 (Evening) with 2 star and on 10th i have registered the complaint till today there is no resolution provided.

                                  I want to return the product and asked to refund my money back to the same account.

                                  I have given enough time to replace but there team nor bothered to respond and nor reverted to me on time, so i need to return and refund the amount immediately without any further delay since already i have wasted 12 days in waiting for response even after sending reminder emails and calling your customer care number on a daily basis.

                                  I was calling customer care on daily to check and to know the status everyday they say the team is working today end of the day you will get a call back sir. This is the standard reply from the customer care even i spoke to 2 supervisor who also says the same thing just to end the call.
                                  I am very much frustrated because of this also the fridge is usable on day to day basis. Where i have received wrong and can't use also.

                                  So requesting consumer forum to check & resolve the issue on priority & do the needful.

                                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                                  From yesterday I am trying to contact customer care number [protected] but the number is now not reaching to customer care it Audio saved saying Due to high call volume your number is registered with us we will call back you in 1 hour. Tried calling from different phone numbers but I am getting audio recorded response.

                                  Since i am waiting from 10th June 2020 to till date as they have not come back to take the refrigerator, it is not used as I am wasting my days on reminding them but no response. Hence it is one type of torture to customer for which I am suffering a lot on daily basis by following it up with them on calls and emails.

                                  So I am writing this email as I am very much stressed because of the TataCliq behaviour. I need the refund amount in next 24 to 48 hours’ time, or else they need to compensate me on the same. As I have taken this on EMI basis when I spoke to my bank they said it is already converted to EMI when I had purchased so if am cancelling the EMI mode then I need to pay the entire amount immediately or else it will attract the interest charges for the same.

                                  Looking for a response in favour and request you to take this issue on priority & need resolution ASAP.

                                    On 18.06.2020 at 4:00 pm i have received the item, But the size the package is big. I was Surprised and Shocked what it is ? Courier boy left ...

                                    Then after opening i found package is not ear phones but they are Candles.

                                    I really Dissapointed with the TATA CLIQ. Iam a fan of TATA. I Always only TATAs have contributed something to country. But this is really bad experience.

                                    I Immediately tried to call customer care(CliqCare) and Dialled to
                                    [protected] for any support, but all in vain.

                                    Finally i googled how to complain on receiving wrong product from online shopping i found this site.

                                    I just want right product or Refund and return.

                                    I want my money refunded asap. this is worst experience ever happened to me. I'll lodge complaint in consumer court by next week.

                                        Dear Sir, On 29th May an order with Id No Order ID:[protected] was placed with www.Tatacliq.com and sum of Rs 25998.00 was [aid to the via my Visa Debit card, the delivery of the product was promised by the party by 7th June, the due date passed and I also did not take it as serious seeing the current pandamic situation. they accepted that they failed in effecting the delivery but to refund issue, they have making false and fake updates to me for last more than 7 days. The helpline No a paid mobile No is never responded, once this responded that too after 19 minutes and to no use as they just said, we appolise sir that your money is stucked up with us.
