    Sir i have got a email from tata group of companies limted for the post of assistant manager/executive manager. They asked me to deposit an amount of 8550 rupees in favor. After depositing 8550. They call me and told me that your interview will be organized on 9th dec 2019. And the venue was the corenthum but when i reached there was nothing and their numbers were going switch off. So plzz help me.

          I bought a bosch woe704w0in washing machine on october 14th, 2019. The installation was done on october 19th, 2019. After the installation the machine is very noisy and vibrates. I’ve raised the complaint regarding this to tatacliq. Tickets no# [protected], [protected]. Tatacliq service person akbar close the complaint, saying that the bosch person visited on october 20th, 2019 and his job sheet also signed by me. But there is no bosch service person visited on that date and i didn’t signed any of the job sheet. I’ve argued but he is have no patience to hear my words. He repeatedly saying i am closing this ticket as the person visited and rectified. I asked akbar to share the job sheet but till now no response. He also closed the service request.

            I am using tata tele broadband connection since auguste 2018, in fabuary 2019 i lost my job, so not able to pay internet bill of march and april of around 2000.

            I requested the company to give me some time for that, in july they give me the offer me discount of 800 if i pay immediately 1200. And promise to resume the services.

            I paid the 1200 at that time, i was not get any discount and my services cut again after 2 days.

            I complained several times but they were not responding.

            Now i got bill of 2096 all of a sudden, they start my services without inform and start billing again.

            I haven't used any amount of internet this time. I complaint about that but the company told me to pay. They don't understand my problem. They told me this is postpaid connection and we will continue to charge you weather you using internet or not.

            I am attaching the last bill. So you can get information about it.

            Now i have job and i can pay that amount but it is wrong, that's why i complaining here. Please help me over it.

              I have ordered a prestige pkgss 41573 1.7 l electric kettle (Silver) from https://www.tatacliq.com/ worth rs. Of 841 on 04 st of december 2018.
              The product was damaged so i retuned it i was need to replace it had any replace option so i select refund amount but by mistakly it was seect the wrong account not, whic was not mine, but when i called customer care they said please provide your another ac no so that they can transfer to alter native ac number, but after that they said me, it was not possible becuse your credit amount already initiate. So now what should i do, tlll i did not any update

                On 1st june 2019, i ordered online a voltas 1 ton split ac from tatacliq.com { (Order no.[protected], (Sno. 4552300a18ec02688)}. The product was installed by a voltas technician on 16th june 2019. Within few days the ac stopped functioning (Not cooling). On 15th july voltas technician identified the problem as gas leakage and rectified it by gas filling. However, within few days the ac stopped functioning again. On 14th august voltas technician identified the same problem (Gas leakage). Notably, he pointed out that this ac is having manufacturing defect and the same problem will persist very soon even after repair. Based on his advice i contacted voltas for a product replacement, but, they directed me to contact tatacliq.com. On contacting tatacliq they refused product replacement. During purchase they have offered a 5 years’ warranty for the product. On 15th august, i registered a complaint with consumerhelpline.gov.in (Grievance no. 1519333).in response, the voltas technician refilled the gas on 16th august, and the company assured me that the cooling (Gas leakage) problem with ac was rectified permanently and will not further occur. Afterwards, the ac was used seldom, and on 1st september the ac stopped functioning again (Not cooling). I want a permanent solution from the company for this problem by either a replacement of product or a refund, as gas filling was proven to be a temporary solution as seen from the past experience. Importantly, this ac uses r22 refrigerant gas as coolant. The use of r22 type gas is banned worldwide since it is poisonous and ozone depleting. Therefore, my family (Children) are in high risk of exposure to this gas due to leakage and tatacliq and voltas will be responsible for any sort of accident or casualty happening to my family or neighbourhood.
                Tata Tigor xz dark brown shade colour we are currently facing some paint issue the car is nearly 7months old and has completed 18000 km approx the clear coat I mean the final glossy coating of the car is coming out slowly it is under warranty so I hereby request Tata Motor India kindly please solve my issue

                    I had placed order for shapewear (3 nos.) on 22-8-19 (Order no.[protected] but after placing the order found that the product was non returnable so wanted to cancel it by calling even before the product was shipped but tatacliq helpline refused to cancel and said that i could cancel myself at my doorstep on 26-8-19 when the product would come to me for delivery. I did thew same but inspite of calling the helpline and speaking to personnel there not less than 25-30 times since 26-8-19 the product delivery was reattempted instead of being refunded. I had used paypal voucher expiring on 30-8-19 for the part payment and hence requested for the refund fast so that i could reorder with the voucher again during the deadline period but seems tatacliq is a fraud company and is unnecessarily delaying the refund by saying that they try to deliver thrice and then only they cancel the order to be sent back to the seller by their logistic team which means they would attempt to deliver again on 29-8-19 and then it would take another 2 days to reach the seller and by that time the paypal voucher would expire and i would lose my rs.500 paypal money.
                    I went through the reviews and found that the reviews are pathetic and customer service is hopeless-a message not expected from a tata enterprise.
                    Nobody is getting connected so i tried messaging through messenger and the same old story is repeated by the company there too.

                    Still complete refund has not been processed - fed up following up with the management team. Very poor and slow customer service.Only 2 out of 3 products have been refunded inspite of rigorous follow up although the products were same and in the same parcel.

On contacting tatcliq they refused product replacement and didn’t provide me any alternatives to solve this issue and simply washed their hands.                           Unethical business practice is going on tata cliq

                          I have placed the order no[protected] &[protected] on 20.05.2019 for rs 16329.55 each for lg 139 cm (55 inches) smart ultra hd 4k led tv 55uk6360pte (Black) and paid thru my credit card.

                          After placing the order i got the confirmation mail that my order is placed

                          But after few hrs i got another mail saying your order has been cancelled due to out of stock and is cancelled

                          But for my surprise product was still available on the website but on increased price of rs. 60, 608/- each.

                          I tried contacting the customer care thru email and twiter customer care but after multi-pal reminders still not received any revert.

                          This is the normal practice on tatacliq. They offer rockbottom price for a product just to attract traffic on the website and if any customer place the order they cancelled the same (This is unethical business practice)

                            Sub:- non refund of balance/security deposit amount in the credit of my internet account as on 31.03.16 due to termination of my dial up net work of internet w. E. F. 31.03.16 as per the e mail of tata communications dated 03.02.16 (Copy enclosed, page no.1 a and 2a).

                            Dear sir,
                            I have not received the balance /security deposit in my credit at the time of termination of my dial up internet service w. E. F 31.03.19 by tata communications ltd w. E. F. 31.03.16 as per the e-mail dated 03.02.16.
                            As per their direction i had provided the bank details and address etc for sending the refund cheque. Further i had complained/ reminded the company vide my e - mails dated 17.09.17, 06.10.17, 15.12.17, 07.07.18, 17.04.19 and 18.04.19 (Copy of e-mail (Correspondence page no. 9 to 9a, 8, 7, 5, 2 and 1)
                            Moreover i had furnished various information to the e - mail of the tata communication dated 15.12.17, 17.04.19 and 18.04.19 vide my e mail dated 16.12.17 (Page no. 4) and e mail dated 18.04.19 (Page no.1) respectively.
                            I had kept the account with m/s. Tata communications ltd with a view to retain my e-mail account : [protected]@vsnl.net and mostly i was not using the internet and hence there should be a substantial balance amount in my credit as on 31.03.16. Kindly provide me my balance in my credit as on 31.03.16 as i am unable to retrieve by account due to the closure of the same by m/s. Tata communications ltd.
                            Inspite of all my aforesaid efforts, till date m/s. Tata communications ltd has not refunded the amount.in addition to the same, i also had telephoned to their customer care services many time in the past and every time they told me that the refund was delayed due to some technical problem and the refund would be made t me shortly. But till date i have not received my refund of balance in my internet account as on 31.03.2016.
                            Hence it is once again requested to make the refund to me the balance in my credit as on 31.03.16 as promised by m/s. Tata communication vide their letter dated 03.02.16 at the earliest.

                              I received a faulty product and I immediately reached out to customer care at Tata cliq on 14/6/19. My pickup was approved on 15/6/19. But my product is yet to be picked up. It is 21/6/19 today. I reached out to the courier partner assigned for my pickup, Delhivery and they said that the their branch in our town was closed down recently due to operational difficulties. So I have been reaching out to Tata cliq representatives regarding the same since 4 days and they just keep giving me the run-around without providing a proper resolution. I have been requesting them to just change my pickup partner since 3 days but to no avail. It's been 7 days. Please help.
                              They are send the website link and contact number through the SMS and provide the offer letter on the website, and the asking registration fees 1000 through the offer letter conditions

                                  I have ordered (order no.[protected] a Voltas air-conditioner from tatacliq.com on 1st June 2019 by paying an amount of Rs.19989 by online transaction. They have assured home delivery on or before 11th June. I didn’t receive the product on the mentioned day, and when I contacted tatacliq, they told me to wait up to 12th June, as there is a network delay from Bluedart courier partner. After this deadline also I have not received the product and they are not giving me any provision to cancel this order to get a refund, so that I can use this amount to buy an AC from other sellers. My family is suffering in this summer heat due to the delay and uncertainty in delivery.

                                        On ordering the led tv tatacliq shows 2 yrs extended warranty with extra 1000 rupees after delivery of the tv they denied for 2yrs extended warranty and asking for refund. I ask more then 5 times about sure extended warranty before delivery but they assured me for warranty and now refuse to give me the same. I have a phone recording of the executives of tatacliq who clearly told me that once customer pay for product he surley received the product. I bought this tv only due to 2 yrs extended warranty now they denied for giving me extended warranty so i want warranty or return the product. They showing me policy if the product is defective then only tata return the product. My order value is 30946/- at the time of order flipkart also give me this tv at lesser price then tatacliq but they are providing only one year warranty. I need 2 yrs extended warranty so i bought tv from tatacliq by expending more money then flipkart. Now they refuse to give me 2 yrs warranty.
