My alumni registration process was failed i don't know the reason. so i submitted multiple helpdesk tickets regarding the alumni registration but no response.

Contacted customer support they asked me to send an email, so I did after that I tried register in alumni portal again, after two days it was completed. Now when I login and see the tickets I have created, For some tickets are they provided response but i never got those responses.

    Hi,
    I am kajal jain emp ID 1791966, I have registered myself on TCS Alumni portal, but haven't received any activation email yet. I tried it multiple times but nothing is working. I tried to contact them but haven't heard back from them. I need my experience letter. please help.

      Hi,
      I am tried to register in alumni portal regarding my experience letter.
      But I am not able to register getting message "My reliving date is Incorrect". I have given my last date as reliving date. Please let me know
      how to resolve this problem.

        Hi,

        As being permanent employee of TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES, and ex-alumni would like to bring to notice on contradiction on Service agreement terms where husband and wife are employed as Contract and permanent employees in the same company, in the same Client and Project. May be due to Diversity and Inclusion the Account manger really dont know they are husband and wife and communication should not be forged as have worked extensively on chat protocols and legal boundaries as in Invesment banking and equity research T&C's, Not sure at first from how HR will identify as they married after becoming team members and can they continue working in same Project Billing Code after marriage is questionalbe and regrettably denied and should be shifted rather they have been moved to onsite and which is another contradictory clause from management perspective, There could be discrimination on Language and region enforced by Supervisors.

        Where there needs to be removed and re-assigned after change in maritial status they are allowed to continue, hope they are not trying to Co-forge, De-forge, Re-forge, As personal front he is subject to discussing as friends at home as he is my neighbour and he has some commercial holdings which he should not discuss with co-eompoyees which is vioalation of terms about his shares in CoffeCafeDay, TheHindu Editor etc

          I have registered yesterday in TCS alumni portal . Today when I am trying to login it's showing please use the activation link. But I have not received any activation link in my personal mail.

            After 1 week of registering in alumni portal still I am waiting for activation link. Kindly provide the activation link in personal email id with default user id and password to login so that we will download necessary documents and also do pf transfer.

            I am also facing same issue. Dropped mail to multiple people. No one is responding .

              I am unable to access my TCS alumni portal.

              I have raised ticket so many times and tried to register also but again and again, it's showing me a message as:- please use the activation link sent to your email to activate your account.

              I have not yet received any email link.

              Please help me to resolve this issue because this is very important to me.

                My TCS alumni portal account got locked so want to reset my password. So I tried "Forgot Password" option but not receiving any temporary passwords to my mail as mentioned. Also raised tickets on the same issue in "Contact Us" option but no response again. I need to fetch my service letter from alumni portal. Please help me with sending temporary password to my mail id : [protected]@gmail.com

                  I am already registered to the alumni portal.
                  But, whenever I am trying to login to the same, I am getting this error "Please use activation link sent on your email id to activate your account".

                  It's been more than one week that I have tried to register my account on tcs alumni portal.It says that the activation link has been sent on my personal mail id but I have not received any link.Now I couldn't login in the portal as every time it ask to me first act complete the activation part.                           Mobile theft

                          I'm Manisha I went to write exam in ion digital zone idz rajarajeshwari college of engineering kumbalgodu centre. I showed my hall ticket & went inside. I called my parents about reaching & kept my mobile in bag and placed in shelves which is provided by centre & went. After I came out & took bag & thought to call my parents but mobile wasn't there in bag. I called to my number with others phone it was ringing I came to know mobile is stolen....

                          I am a ex-employee of TCS.i have served my notice period in October 2022.i have tried to register to alumni portal but it showed registration failed also after that I was unable to access the link for the same.i have raised the ticket for this issue for more than a week but haven't received any response yet.(ticket:963724).Also there is no contact details available to reach out regarding same issue.kindly check with the issue urgently.

                            Facility to pay registration fee for 'Bylaw amendment' in the Society Sub Menu needs to be provided as Associations are unable to pay through the portal due to lack of this feature. Thanks.

                                Hello TCS,

                                As per Company policy would you keep an employee who sent threating messages mentioning illegal activities & harm a person by cutting his private parts? I had a Business deal with him in the past but he is very notorious & showing roudyiness. I have all the proof & evidence against him of this threating & Iam ready to share it with the company

                                  I had my exam date on october 10th 2022, and I had prepared a lot for it.It is a paid exam of Rs 999, so i had taken it very seriously .My exam time was 6pm-9pm.I logged in at exact 5pm for registration and completed all the procedures, and at 6pm when i clicked the launch button, i was redirected to the initial page of downloading the portal for assessment which i had done already.
                                  I contacted the tcs helpline via phone, i also sent them mail as told by the tcs helpline person.I didnt get any reply.
                                  I approached tcs livechat the next day for help and they too asked me to mail at tcsionhub.i mailed, but i got no response.I did this about 3 times and hoped for a response.
                                  It has been almost a month now and i got no reply from tcs and i even asked for my refund several times through tcslivechat, to which they are not responding.
                                  I need a reschedule for my exam or atleast a refund.
                                  If anyone knows how to deal with this issue ..Please reply to me in the comment section.
