When i register myself on TCS alumni portal my account is not getting created. I receive a message "details provided by you are not matching with the one we had during your tenure at TCS." And the account is not getting created.if it get activated only i can download payslips and relieving letter

    I have raised a ticket 15 days in TCS alumni portal to enquire about my recovery amount, i have not received resolution yet, hence I have not received my service certificate
    Please tell what to do in this case as they are not responding

      I am an ex-employee of Tata Consultancy Services and my last working day was on 4th of October 2022. Till the last day I have been checking my company mail for any TCS Alumni portal in order to get registered in that portal and get my service and relieving letter with Full Final Settlement but didn't received, So one my ex-colleague of TCS shared me the link in order to help me to get registration in alumni portal but since that it's showing as below after I followed their registration process:

      "Dear Ms. Nandi Sneha,

      Thank you for registering with TCS Alumni Portal. Your registration information has been processed. However details provided by you are not matching with the one we had during your tenure at TCS.

      We are sorry to inform you that we can not make your account active.

      You can reach us through "Contact Us" link in the Alumni Portal Login Page if you have any further query."

      Even though I registered and raised ticket to "ContactUs" for 3 times as per mentioned above, the same thing happened repeatedly even though I have put correct details and team is not considering my issue, it is very important for me to get my belongings as mentioned above.

      My last ticket raised was
      "TCS Alumni Portal: Ticket No. 953867 has been registered successfully under TCS Alumni Portal - Login Failure".

      Please help to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

        Hi. I know you value integrity in your company. However, I felt betrayed. I actually applied for a non voice account but I was left dumbfounded when I confirmed with Miss Divine that the account assigned to me is a voice account. During the initial and final interview, I was never told that it is a voice account. All along, I thought it was non voice as posted in one the job portals where I submitted my application. It left me with no choice but still pursue the job because of the time I invested with this application process and I badly need a job as I had been vacant for almost 3 months looking for a job that I really want. It is just disappointing how this one turns out. From the beginning, recruiters and the interviewers were not very transparent. If only they told us earlier, atleast I could have applied to somewhere near to my place. Your company provides good compensation and benefits, I guess. However, it just doesn’t felt right to me. I truly feel that they were dishonest. I already reached out to Miss Divine regarding my concern. Sadly, the explanation she gave me left me unsatisfied. By the way, it was not only me who were shocked, 3 of my colleagues were also anticipating that this was a non voice account. How could you make this thing right? Hoping for your kind response. Thanks

          Hi all
          Is there any mail address available to complain about TCS HR's response during package discussion call?
          I asked only 20%hike but they utilized my acceptance nature and trying to cheat me by offering with very low package than the current salary
          And wasted my time and efforts spent for technical interview.

          The justification and reason HR told was not valid, for all the questions they escape by blaming company's policy which actually is not true .

              Hi Team,

              My name is Ragini. I 'm a TCS employee and when I joined the company 5 years back I was given ICICI food card which got expired on 4/22 .

              I would need a new card but unable to reach helpdesk and unable to login to portal (showing card invalid status), can you assist me.

              Every month during salary credit 500 rs is automatically being deducted for food card and currently the card should have around 5000 rupees so plese help.

                I joined TCS on Aug 29th 2022 and as part of onboarding before joining the organisation I uploaded all the required documents. Details were verified and no concern was raised.

                After I joined the company BGC Team informed that I haven't uploaded one organisation document where I worked for two months and I have shared that document immediately to them. PFA email from HR on the same.
                No concerns were raised or informed to me even then.

                Now I am being informed that BGC is negative from BGC team and also I am being forced to do resignation by the HR who is not ready to hear an explanation which is unprofessional.

                I requested them to please provide reason for forcing resignation when all my documents are intact and have no issue in them and also requested them to recheck my BGC, and with out any mail they terminated me.

                  As per TCS offer letter, My offer letter is dated 27-Jun-2022 and DOJ was 3-Oct-20 it is valid till 120 days so it will automatically terminated on 25-Oct-2022. (105 days are already passed only 15 days are remaining) . Request you to please help me in onboarding.

                    I have applied for TCS NQT exam and I have attended the exam on the date of examination. But there is no question appearing on the screen but the timer of examination is going on. There is no response for the mail which I forwarded to nqt support.

                      Good morning.

                      I am trying to register a property in Tambaram at Tambaram and Selaiyur combined Sub Registrar Office. I am stuck in the registration process for the past month because the Property registration IT system cannot upload the EC certificate.

                      The sub-registrar of Tambaram and Selaiyur combined Sub Registrar Office finds that the sole problem is the inefficency of Tata Consultancy Services as the TCS staff member cannot solve this issue in a prompt manner.

                      It will be great, if the problem in the property registration IT system could be solved .

                        My last working day with TCS was on 22nd Aug'22. After that I tried to access TCS Alumni portal but was unable too. Registered manually and I received an email (on my personal email ID) that the TCS team is looking into the registered and the account will be activated once it is approved by the TCS team. Since then, the account is in the same state. I have raised multiple tickets for my access issue. I only received one response that I need to re-register. But the portal is not allowing me too as my personal email ID already exists in the database (somehow). As of today also, I'm getting invalid ID error when trying to login into TCS alumni portal. My ticket no. related to this issue are 932246, 927275. Please look into it and resolve it ASAP.

                          I am an ex-employee of TCS with Employee ID- 1758667. I have raised PF transfer out request on 23-August-2022, and submitted the ticket 911150 on TCS alumni Portal. Now when I checked in UAN portal, I can see it is still not completed.

                          Please look into it.

                              I had an offer from TCS to join the company on September 5th. Based on the same I had resigned from my previous company. I was recieving generic calls and mails from TCS confirming my joining on the mentioned date. However, I didn't receive the necessary welcome mail for onboarding. I was not informed anything and hence reached out to HR and Onboarding manager. I was told that Background check discrepancy has happened and was told that I had not provided the Salary slip for previous company (not the one I recently resigned from, different one I had worked in long back). I was not asked for the same previously and had obtained the same from the said company even though it was no longer in existence. I even shared the communication from the owner of the company (It was a small start up). Despite all this, I did not receive any further update or intimation from HR or anyone else from TCS till date. I have been trying to communicate with HR with no response. When I emailed [protected]@tcs.com, I was again told to check with HR. Prior to joining, on multiple occasions, I had asked the concerned team if anything else was pending from my side and they had not mentioned anything regarding this issue. I had even a call with HR regarding document verification prior to the joining date as part of process. There also I had asked if anything else was pending from my end. They had not mentioned anything. Now because of this I am unemployed. I cannot fathom such a reputed company behaving like this and causing an issue in a person's career and life.

                                Hi Team, I have a query related to Educational Qualification Criteria of TCS for any job. I have completed my 3 year Diploma after 10th and 3 Year Distance Learning (BCA). As per Govt. Rule for Engineering Diploma minimum qualification is 10th only. Then why TCS is not considering any 10+3Year Diploma holder for any Job and asking for 15 year regular education. Also TCS is not considering any distance education which is approved by Govt. Authrority.
