Fraud

Booked 6 plot @Shahpur in Mumbai via VMC Developers in 2013. But neither the plot has been registered not have got any mony back....

Not Received service Experience/Release letter

I haven't received the service experience or release letter from TCS. Seperation accepted mail mention like, it would be shared on Full and Final settlement or after 10days.
I have chased over the phone and alumni portal too. No proper updates.

Can anyone help to get an copy of my experience letter.

Health condition of employee

Manager is scolding me

I joined TCS as a fresher, i joined a project, I didn't got development project still i worked hard.
Project is not adding even 1% in my career growth
Still i working hard for their unachievable targets, and at the end i got 3 ratings, my colleagues got 5
4k difference in salary
Is that nothing
My inhand salary 11k now 14k after 3 rating

Denied offer letter after 3 months,

I have been interviewed in TCS in April month for Sr.Software developer and i cleared all rounds, after that HR discussion i have been told to upload documents and provide counter offer letter, which i provides.we discussed salary and hr told me that i will consult the senior and let you know.Till date i have mailed HR hundred times, but HR didn't reply.HR just called me once in a month for nothing, just telling me we are evaluating.After...

'Helpdesk' option not visible on TCS Alumni Portal

Interview process

Interview process is too slow. I got an offer with TCS 21 months back and I wasn't able to join them back then, which I had notified them promptly. However, despite multiple follow ups, the profile is still reflecting as BGC scheduled. I am unable to attend any interviews with TCS now, due to the same.

Have been dropping emails after e-mails for which there's no response. HRs don't have a clue as well on what's to be done...

TCS Alumni Portal not responding

I am an ex employee of TCS. I have raised a concern ticket 910899 on 23rd of August. According to their rule they supposed to get back to us with in 3 working days with some resolution. But I do not receive any reply from them. It is related to Form 16. I need my old form 16. It's very urgent....

No response from TCS alumni support team in the ticket

Hi, I am Rahul Kumar, employee Id:973233. I have raised a ticket(908828) on 19th Aug, 2022 regarding the retrial form tab in the TCS alumini portal as it is missing.In the support mail, it is mentioned that the support team will positively respond within 3 working days.But I have not got any reply till today....

PF transfer issue

Hi,
My name is Talha Shaikh Employee ID 923191. Its been around 5 years I left TCS.
I can see some balance still stuck in my PF Passbook under TCS's employment.
I want to transfer the amount to my Current Employer.
I have raised ticket for the above issue but found no response from TCS.

Initial Relieving Letter is not issued within 7 days

My employee id is 1775353(Narayana Padullaparthi). Last working day is[protected]. I was not provided with the initial release letter by my branch separation officer within two working days after my release.

Alumni portal account

I registered to TCS alumini portal 10 days back and still not got activation link on my personal email ID. I raised two tickets using "contact us" link but still there is no information regarding my login. I have to raise for last 3 months payslip...

Not ready to make onboarding after issuing offer letter letter and DOJ

I got offer letter and DOJ. And I got several remainder mails to join to on the day they provided. And they didn't share any mail regarding joining and when I ask them the reason that background verification have some issues ( related to salary slip) and I submitted the documents and ready to provide contact means of my ex-company HR or director with their consent. Issue here is they didn't inform me the issue even on the day of my join....

TCS Alumni Portal 'Help Desk' option issue

Hello Team,
I have issue with the TCS Alumni portal. I have logged a ticket over the portal 1 week back and issue which i have addressed there required to be resolved on urgent basis for me. It has been more than 1 week but still my ticket is in pool status and has not been assigned to anyone till now.
