Dear Sir,

While Porting Idea to tata docomo, the tata docomo customer care explained me the plan as 3G, 1GB data and unlimited 2g there after,

After one month my bill is Rs 1600, and same I spoken to customer care and they informed me that there is no such plan activated as per your customer application form...and you have used the net and you have to pay, ,

now I am receiving legal notice for outstanding

please please let me know what I can do for this...

Dear Sir, Alternative No. person left the job and that no. using by other employee...
I have received the call from [protected] regarding the port to Tata Docomo(TD) the office is in aundh and watsup no.[protected] to which i sent the documents,
The Agent explained me 2 plans 299/month and 399/month,
I have chosen the 299 plan in which they have informed me 3g, 1gb and 2g unlimited and same confirmed 2-3 times. After activation I dint got any call from TD regarding the plan. I got call after 15 days in that they have not explained me any plan but till that I was billed approx Rs 1500 to 1700 and same I paid(15 days bill). After this bill I have so many communication in fact frighted with customer care to get the proper resolution any how TD failed for that thy are speaking only with Customer application form. And finally I requested that I will pay the amount which actually used for calling and SMS but they dint agree and I got frustration and finally I discontinues the no which I was using since 8 years,
It is because of only unprofessional Agent and wrong plan given by agent...

      Today, i checked for new 3g offers in tata docomo sevice, after dialing *141# it showed a choice of lucky day pack o[censored]pto 10 gb 3g at 208 rs, valid for 28 days. I activated the service but only got 1 gb data. I called the customer care, he was so ill mannered, i asked him about the lucky day pack, he said its upto ur luck the pack is from 1gb to 10 gb of 3g net pack. This is seroiusly a case of cheating. The pack should mention this hidden information.

I am facing this problem since the last 1-2 days. Everything was working fine before. I am not receiving any emails even on webmail.           Hi,

          I have been getting emails from tata indicom (Payment. [protected]@tatatel.co.in) for pending dues of someone that i don't even know (Mala bakshi). I have been getting such emails for years, and i have written back to tata indicom that this email id belongs to no mala bakshi. Despite this, i keep getting these harassing emails that the dues are pending, if you have an issue in your records, you should get it sorted instead of sending someone random these emails. I have been a tata indicom user myself for good 6-7 years, and recently stopped using your services, and i have zero pending dues on me. I have no clue who this mala bakshi is, so please sort this issue at your end, and for god's sake stop sending me such emails.

          I don't know what you guys are doing, even after submitting this compliant, I haven't heard from you, and, I am still getting these emails.

          I got 5-6 more such emails in last two months.

          Is Tata team really looking into such issues, or are these replied and then forgot about?
          Just recharged my account for 50rs .my balance after the calls I made was around 32 .few minutes later when I checked my balance it's showing just 12 rs ..I don't know what the hell they do .these kinds of problems occur very offently

                Hi tata photon plus team,
                Thanks for your co-operation and understanding.

                My photon plus no: [protected]
                My account no. Is[protected] and i am using post-paid data connection from tata photon plus since 3 years.

                My plan is ka-3g dongle ibm special plan.
                Ibm auto switchover plan 10gb ul
                My bill plan from ibm when i took the connection is attached here with and also mr. Irfan is the person from whom i took the connection.
                It is 50 paisa per extra mb used.

                However, this month (Aug-2016) there is a conflict in my data usage and billed amount.
                It is wrongly recording my data usage and also billing for extra data usage is calculated as rs.1 per mb of extra use instead of 50 paise.

                Please check my attached this month bill details for aug-2016 which is rs. 5612.

                Every month i used to get bill amount of around rs. 1000 with similar usage as that of this month’s.

                One more strange bug is, without connecting my data card since 10 days and not used internet even once also,
                It is showing some xxxxmb o[censored]sage as per the screen below.

                I never connected my device during the above period.

                Last month, it reached 100% of my usage limit without much usage in the beginning 2-3 days only.
                Also, this month bill also huge which is wrongly calculated (Both data usage and amount).

                As per my plan, i was always using similar data every month and promptly paying around rs.1000 p. M.
                I called customer care about this month’s bill and utilization. They asked me to write to you.

                To further test the usage and confirming the record in my account, i stopped using internet since 1 week and
                I have not even connected the device once, but it is showing 9333 as my un billed usage from 23rd to 28th aug.

                I am using your services since long time and would like to continue but if the bill amount is huge, which i could not pay, i could not continue any more.
                I request you to look into this month’s bill (Aug-2016) and adjust accordingly.

                I had recharge rs. 17/- for 100 mb data, and i use only 50 mb data approximate but my company deducted my balance approximate rs. 170 wrongly . when i discussing this issue company's customer care, there is no solution and said me send a e-mail.                   My number is [protected].1 month ago i have done a portability from idea to docomo with 298 plan. Regarding this plan i have submitted all my documents and its activated for few days after that its disconnected, i called many times to customer care to get proper information but all time they gave us a different information for same problem.
                  I went many 2 times for docomo store also but they are saying we are not responsible for this. Then to whom should i ask...
                  I cant understand whats going on. Anyone in docomo company to give me a proper information. Actually its horrible to use postpaid connection. Its a fraud with customer.
                  The employees at tata docomo office highly unmannerred, they have no clue regarding how to treat a customer. Firstly i thought for a police complaint, but then it would anyway be better if the company fixes the problem by itself or else the help of the law can be taken! I hope that it is good for the repute of tele company as soon as possible.

                    The employees at tata docomo office, fort are highly unmannered, they have no clue regarding how to treat a customer. Firstly I thought for a police complaint, but then it would anyway be better if the company fixes te problem by itself or else the help of the law can be taken! I hope that it is good for the repute of te company as soon as possible.
                    Secondly, I have been billed wrong by the company and inspire of the customer complaint no action has been taken by the company!

                      ​One of the worst service providers is TATA DOCOMO. We have been facing problem from Day 1. We have 2 landline connections at our store as well as internet connection. None of these connections have ever functioned properly. Your Engineers are not well versed or trained about their job. From day 1 we have just been going round & round on our problems & no solution from your end. We have also suffered loss to our business as well suffering a bad name in the market.

                      The cause to our problem is that we unfortunately decided to go with TATA DOCOMO.

                      Let me take you on a walk through on our problems or let me say the torture we are going thru:

                      The person who came to do the setup of the connection for us messed up with the internet setting which till today none of your engineers are able to sort out. The internet 99 times out of 100 does not work & for your kind information my billing system & CCTV cameras work on internet. You can just imagine how dreadful it is if any mishap happens. Your TATA DOCOMO wont compensate us...

                      When we got your landline handset your team told us it comes with a 1 yr warranty & its not even 8 months and the handset is got spoilt as calls were coming but the phone was not ringing & calls were getting automatically answered. Our guests were furious on us with no fault of ours. When we told your technician he said its a 6 month warranty so you have to buy a new handset from us. We purchased a good quality handset worth 2000 as we had no faith in your company anymore.

                      After few days we still started facing issues with the other landline also. We called the Engineer Fareed. To our surprise he told us that the handset comes with a 1 yr warranty & we should have replaced it.


                      This is how you'll fool the customers just to make money.

                      Your technician told us he will sort out the issue for us, today its been a week & no solution.

                      We receive a call from your customer support whos says that our connection is in repairable so we will have to disconnect the line.


                      Was your team sleeping for the last 8 months why did they not realise that TATA DOCOMO cannot provide service.

                      Who is going to compensate us for all the problems we face???

                        Hello Team,

                        I did purchased Tata Photon Wifi Max plus in the month of July 2016 with rental as Rs 1, 000 plan of 20 GB unlimited. (Fort, Churchgate Mumabi) Tata Docomo number [protected]

                        For the month of Aug 2016: I started receiving message that you have exceeded your free limit and will be charged for extra consumption. I did called up call center for the same but they were like ignore the message and bill amount will be adjusted while generating your monthly bill.

                        Suddenly on 21 Aug 2016, I account got blocked with out any intimation. After calling on call center they informed me that account was blocked due to exceeding credit limit. When I informed that I do have Unlimited usage plan then how come I exceeded credit limit. but still they are like sir you have limited plan activated and need to make full payment to unblock your account.

                        In-spite of repeating my self that I have enrolled for unlimited plan but still they dint believed on customer. Finally they logged complaint for the same[protected] and provided me with resolution date of 21 Sep 2016 (after one month).

                        I did visited nearby gallery to check my plan. They also confirmed that document were submitted for Unlimited plan but Limited plan has been activated. Which resulted on such issue. Have called up call center atleast 15 time but every time executive response that we have raised the issue to concern department and they are looking it but no resolution has been provided for the same.

                        on 22 Aug 2016 : I again called up call center and had a word with one Sr Manager, where he helped me and at least unblocked my account so as to use the service.

                        Now I did received huge amount of bill of approx Rs 5, 635 against 1, 000 + tax (my plan). When I called up call center then mentioned me that bill is due to excess usage for the month of Aug 2016 which I need to pay. After explaining all the story they again lodged the complain and provide me with resolution date of 21 Oct 2016 (after month). ref no[protected]

                        In-spite of lots of complaint email and calling on call center I have not received and response from Tata end nor any of the executive bothered to call back for any query or resolution. Just one answer "WE ARE WORKING AND WILL PROVIDE YOU SOLUTION AT EARLIEST".

                        Couple of point which I wanted to high lite during this issue.
                        1) How come incorrect plan was activated in-spite of documents submitted for unlimited plan ?
                        2) No proper investigation was done by executive when I first called up call center and provide me with incorrect information.
                        3) No proper response from any of the executive at any point of time.
                        4) None of the executive is bothered to call back client on his query/complaint, It seems no one wants to take up the ownership.
                        5) My account was blocked for 2-3 days and was not able to use service, who is responsible for delay in my work ?
                        6) Resolution date for both my complaint is after one month. Such kind of ETA is not acceptable in competitive market.
                        7) Please note : During my conversation with all the executive I have clearly mentioned that I wont be paying my bill except my basic plan+ taxes as issue is from service provider end and not from consumer end.
                        8) My last date to make payment is 11 Sep 2016, Please note that I wont be liable to pay any extra amount (late payment charges) if my query is not resolved on time.

                        Company can also check all the call records if required as all the calls are recorded.

                        Hope to get resolution at earliest.

                                Since the last two months, I have been trying to call Tata DoCoMo Photon Customer care to cancel my connection (post paid) but to no avail. Since July 2016, I have stopped using my connection because I have shifted to a residence which has wifi and hence do not require Photon connection. Ikeep receiving reminders to pay outstanding rental, although the connection has been stopped. I request Tata DoCoMo to immediately cancel my connection and resolve the issue.

                                    It is extremely frustrating to experience the horrendous work culture at your end and leading to terrible services consistently over a long period of time.

                                    As you may find through the trail of mails, you have failed to provide promised services and support time and again.

                                      Recently i complaint for network failure. I have calls from service team but issur is not solved yet. Why this delay are occurring. About a month I am facing this issue. did u not have any solution then say directly. We will port to another company. totally u make fool the customers.even i dont nake call to customers care. Same issue is happening to my neighbors. Every time i call to customers service agent they said that.. We are working on the tower. But how much time they require. I cant wait for long time.

                                      I have recharged my mobile as per scheme received on my mobile"rc25 ke recharge per 30 ka talktime+local & std 25p/mt.for 60 day
                                      I have received special balance but call rates are not reduced.
                                      Plz reduce call rate tariff as per your plan my mobile is [protected]
                                      Tata docomo is cheating the customers. I recharged my docomo no [protected] with 3g pack. But it is not blocking the 3g downloading only allowing the 2g download. This is clearly cheating by docomo I have wasted my 500Rs. on docomo. I was regular cusomer of docomo. But now I close this service. Go to hell you Japanese company.
                                      My tata docomo sim card with no: [protected] has been lost on 18/08/2016 at 8 PM. Kindly deactivate the service to this number.
                                      I am in rajesthan and the sim is of maharastra but I am not getting network its just telling network unavailable pls help me its urgent
