Few notes, milestones of the journey and suggestion to TataDocomo Team:
- i had contacted TataDocomo Authorities, all possible way - email, customer care phone numbers, regional manager, senior people from MATRIX at website, VICE PRESIDENT Mr. Elango... some replied saying WE WILL LOOK AN RESOLVE ASAP, some said NO REFUND IS APPLICABLE, some didnt bother to reply.
- Most disappointing part contacted higher authorities also
[email protected] and Vice President Mr. Elango didnt work.
Genuine feedback:
a. Sync within ur Tele support team and accounts teams missing.
b. within ur Tele support team sync missing.
c. Ticket Closure must be done by Client. Like in my case ur team kept closing the ticket without resolving it.
You may not have bad intentions but end user suffers!, and made me quit TataDocomo all lines and connections that I was using for 6+ years.
I may come back after few years, assuming ur team has improved or existing people are replaced by then :)
