Hello Docomo team,

15 days back, i have requested to deactivate my docomo postpaid connection as i am leaving the place- Pune but seems my request has not been processed yet.

i am really fed up with service of the provider. Instead of deactivating, new and new services are getting activated to my card without any notification or confirmation.

it is definite that i would not be paying any amount which will come as a part of my bill as i have not used your card since mid august.

Please deactivate the card asap as will force me to take the legal actions.

As per the telephonic conversation with our team, we would like to inform you that your cancellation request has been registered with the docket number[protected] raised on 13-SEP-2016. We request you to make a note of this docket number for your future correspondence. Please find cancellation process for the account below: 1. Outgoing services of this number will be barred within 72 hours from the day of request registration. 2. Temporary disconnection will happen on the 7th day and billing on the above mentioned connection would stop on the 7th day from the date of cancellation request registered. 3. Your total outstanding amount till date is Rs. 00.01/- . The number will get permanently disconnected within 16 days. 5. Your billing cycle is 22nd of every month, hence, you will receive final bill on prorate basis post disconnection which will be payable.

      Hello,
      i am a tata docomo user my no is [protected], on 2or may be 3rd august i opted for data pack recharge worth rs 127 for 1GB 3G data for 28 days .but on 8 august my 759 MB data got ended
      suddenly .without any cause such as any updation or interne browsing or video waching. due to which i have to recharge it again.kindly take immediate action regarding it, and add my remaining data while keeping the current data as well .

        I have taken a internet connection from Tata docomo and have been using it for the past almost 1 year. Below are the connection details:
        TATA DOCOMO No: [protected]

        Tariff Plan: 8Mbps FUP 160GB @ 1500 Plan

        I have noticed that they provide less speed as promised and advertised.

        The way they cheat the Speed Test is by fluctuating their signal. Like in my case, they should provide 8mbps internet speed, but what they do is, they fluctuate their speed, such that it is close to 8mbps for some time and close to 1 mbps at other times. When you do a speed test, it will show the average speed which will be close to 8mbps.

        In case you are doing an online transaction, the transaction won't go through because of this. This is not the first time I have noticed this. I managed to capture some screen shots for slow speed. PFA.

        Please do try it your self once and you will come to know.

            Hi, I was using Tata photon connection [protected] since April, 2015. I raised complaint many times because of pathetic speed. Those guys had always given the excuse that due to network congestion in my area, nothing can be done. In the month of march i requested them to take the device back and refund the amount Rs 1500 which they had taken from me while giving the device. Once i was being told that if i'll be getting speed less than 500 kbps, then they will give the refund. I had sent the screenshot of speedtest along with the email and mentioned to refund the amount and take the device back. I never received any satisfactory response from their side. It continued for few more months and during the month of July, i couldn't even able to do simple browsing, i tried to call those guys but never got proper response. Those guys are not giving the refund now and moreover, asking me to pay the bill of one and half month. This is pathethic. Kindly look into this issue and help me out. I can pay the bill if those guys can refund the device amount which they had taken while giving the device along with the fallacious promises.

              I am using postpaid connection of Tata Docomo with 10GB high Speed.
              on 7th Sept i received a message from them stating that i have used 5.72 GB of my data and suddenly i received a message from them today that i have consumed 10 GB of my high speed data wherein for the past 2 days i have hardly surfed for 3 hours only.

              This is happening for the past couple of months now and when called the customer centre then they had no reply for the same and said we cannot help you.

              Tata Docomo — Still not porting my number 7811974248 to tata docomo

              I request for porting my mobile number [protected]. tata docomo Customer care on chat says that it is telemarketing number.Hence porting request is rejected.

              It is never been used for telemarketing. It is just an excuse not to port. Please resolve the issue and port my number to tatadocomo

              But I was suprised to hear that it cannot be ported. But when I crossed checked with TRAI website

                158 rs was deducted from my main balance.When i spoke to the customer care executive, he said i had used extra internet.But i still have 2.83mb left in my data pack. so why did this happen? i want refund as u cant charge from my main account untill my data balance becomes 0.
                i have been a tatadocomo customer from past 5 years and would like to continue but wat happend with me now is completely unacceptable.when i have some data in my account, why would u deduct 158 rs from main balance?

                    My broad band account number is ********920. I paid the bill wrongly twice in the month of July but even then the excess amount was not adjusted . They bill excessively and the call centre keeps on telling that your number is wrong and you keep on roaming and no one solves your problems. half of the time there is no connection . I suggest never to take a tata docomo broad band connection . Very bad service

                      I received a call from Tata docomo collections and they asked me to make a payment of Rs. 300 and would change a rental of my number but they are cheating customers and just trying to recover money.

                      I visited the Tata store in March and requested them to change the rental of my number but now realized they did not change that and are only cheating customers and making money for the company by fooling customers.

                      Now the collections made a call from [protected] and they said would change the rental to Rs. 25 per month and waive all the charges and forcefully made me pay Rs. 300 on 2nd September and now they make excuses will let you know who made a call to you and do not know sir etc.

                      If you need money to run business, ask for charity and do not cheat customers, you can check i have not made any outoging calls from my number and want to use it only as an incoming line and still you are cheating me and charging rental as sometimes you say visit the store and sometimes you say it can happen over the phone via collections just make immediate payment.

                      Hope you give a proper explanation and remove the person who makes such false commitments and cheats customers or hand over your business to reliance jio.

                      I have a tata docomo mobile number and have been using it regularly.

                      I have a plan in which there is data of 100 MB

                      Suddenly i get a bill of over Rs. 1000 and now to my shock i realise that data has been used.

                      There was no message from the company mentioning my data has been used up and do a top up or any such warning.

                      This is a very big cheater company and would like others to be aware and stay away from using their service as they only want to make money by cheating customers as I have other numbers where they inform customers on data usage and i never realized I have used so much data.

                      This could be due to the revenue targets of the company to its stake holders so that they can do cheat customers but meet revenue targets.

                        4 days back i have recharged my docomo no. with 149 1gb 2g data pack. and yesterday i recharged it with 24 3g data pack. after that i lost my 2g data balance. customer care is telling me that if i recharge 3g over 2g then your 2g data will be lost. i told that in past it never happened like this. i asked him to return my balance but he is refusing to return it. instead he is telling me that its your fault, you should have asked us before recharging. it is the reply of senior department of customer care of docomo.

                        i think docomo has started to cheat customers. i have recharged like this many times in past but never lost my previous balance. now i will never use docomo. its like you are providing Rs10 offer till 6 months and in 7th month you take back double of it.

                          every coin has 2 sides.
                          so my sim card stop functioning on 20th May 2016 when i was Surat, since then it stopped completely.
                          when i came back to Pune on the 28th May i went to the TATA DOCOMO center to complaint, they very casually mentioned that it was ok and if i pay rs 50 i will get a new sim, i refused to pay as it was the company's problem and not mine, since then the SIm didnt function and i refused to use the services and even mailed the docomo people, i have attached the mail for ur reference.

                          after that i have called the call center once and explained them to solve my problem, give me a new card and i will pay up.
                          after that i kept getting calls from them customer care service personnel and in not less that 5 occasions i have explained to each one of them what went wrong, and with a promise to pay if my issue was resolved. nothing of that happened, they kept adding on my bill.

                          hence i will not pay up till my issue is resolved on WHY MY SIM WENT DEAD ALL OF A SUDDEN, WHY SHOULD I PAY A RENTAL WHEN FOR THE DAYS WHEN MY SIM CARD WAS NOT FUNCTIONAL.

                          NOW THEY SEND ME SOME LEGAL NOTICE THROUGH SOME ADV CALLED DEEPAK CHOUDHARYadv.[protected]@gmail.com WHICH I FEEL IS A DUMMY EMAIL ID AND IS A LEGAL PROCEEDING INITS SELF.

                          the email id is from this person called deepak choudhary but it has no mention of his address and the letter ends with some names of other people Mr Santosh Bamne (Mob. No [protected]) OR Mr. Sandeep Bhosale (Mob No [protected]) and tata tele services.

                            It took several months (around 6+ months) and finally received refund cheques. Applause to Pune team/ person who actually resolved: Swati Mithe [[email protected]], 020 66005848 Few notes, milestones of the journey and suggestion to TataDocomo Team: - i had contacted TataDocomo Authorities, all possible way - email, customer care phone numbers, regional manager, senior people from MATRIX at website, VICE PRESIDENT Mr. Elango... some replied saying WE WILL LOOK AN RESOLVE ASAP, some said NO REFUND IS APPLICABLE, some didnt bother to reply. - Most disappointing part contacted higher authorities also [email protected] and Vice President Mr. Elango didnt work. Genuine feedback: a. Sync within ur Tele support team and accounts teams missing. b. within ur Tele support team sync missing. c. Ticket Closure must be done by Client. Like in my case ur team kept closing the ticket without resolving it. You may not have bad intentions but end user suffers!, and made me quit TataDocomo all lines and connections that I was using for 6+ years. I may come back after few years, assuming ur team has improved or existing people are replaced by then :) Thank u all for my learning!

                            I am waiting patiently for the refund of the deposit amount.

                            Also escalate the reimbursement of the double payment made towards a bill as explained over phone.

                                I am not using my sim [protected] since three months and i had requested many times on 121 customer care no. To disconnect my connection but there is no response from docomo.
                                Previously i complained for wrong bill and settled that bill and then requested to disconnect my conn. But after then they are continuously exceeding bill per month while i have not inserted sim in my phone also, also i have all call recordings saved which complain on 121.

                                  Calls and internet services for the mentioned number. For no reason they have been doing this for the past 15-20 days.
                                  I have been trying to contact the customer care since 10 days, but to no avail, they are not picking up my calls. I am extremely disappointed at the poor customer service and the mobile services being provided by tata docomo.                                       For some days ago I given my mobile to service center for some repairing and after some days when I again inserted my sim card in to the phone it is showing “sim registration failed”.I have tried other handsets also but the same thing continues and now tower is showing in my handset.
