My tata docomo number [protected] has no active rate cutters or packs but still every single day 60 paise is being cut from balance. When i checked with customer care they responded that no such balance is cut. Then where did my balance go all these months. Please check and solve this i don't want to lose my number. I have tried all the ways i know and still can't resolve. Even though when i checked it says no rate cutter is active my calls are at 1 paise per 3 second i.e. when i made a call for one minute call it charged me 20 paise only. I think there is an old rate cutter active but not showing in checking. Please resolve this. I want to use my number again.

    My sim with number [protected] has been deactivated as it was not recharged for last three months. I have done a recharge on 4th july 2019 which have not credited and previously i have done a recharge on 31st march 2019. This is the only contact details i have for my banks and other utility purpose. It would be a great help i[censored] can reactivate my sim for future usage.

        I am unable to make outgoing calls from my tata docomo number. When calling someone, it just disconnects automatically doing nothing.
        I have already done recharge o[censored]nlimited calling. My docomo number is [protected].
        This problem exists since last two days.
        I could receive calls but could not call from my end.
        Network in my mobile is always good as i am in a city with good network infrastructure.
        Screenshot attached of what exactly is happening.. It shows "dialing" and then disconnects automatically.

          My mobile number was deactivated by docomo without intimating or informing me. The number was working and there was some balance left in that. I was getting calls regularly. That number was important to me and now they are saying that they can't activate the number again. My all accounts and contacts are connected with that mobile number and i am unable to login. So i request you to take an action against it. If they can't activate a deactivated number how they can deactivate it without informing.

            Hello,

            I'm unable to generate UPC code for [protected] (Prepaid KL) I've recharged and Available balance is Rs 49.00, I've sent "PORT [protected]" to 1900.

            I've charges Rs 0.25 per SMS. But I've not received the UPC code even after multiple attempts.

              I am unable to generate the port code for my tata docomo number, due to which i am unable to port my number to reliance jio

              Everytime i send the sms (Port [protected]) to 1900, i don't get any message regarding the port code.

              I have tried sending the sms for more than i can remember. I do contacted the service provider company which is tata docomo, even they are not doing anything or giving me any useful solution.
              It seems tata docomo is trying to deliberately block the port code generation to restricting me to port to different service provider.

              Please take some action against these guys.

                  I bought new sim on 29/06/2019 but still not activated please provide the reason my new sim number [protected] Actually they told after 30mins activated your sim.. but nearly one week SIM not activated Please provide the present status of my sim...Today I meet retailer I asked my sim not activated till the day.. retailer told me after 4th actived .. still not activated what I do...

                    Number has not been used for over 2 months and now when trying to use it, its stating that the number is not in existence. Can this be reactivated for the same number?

                      I allabaksh rudgi, having problem with tata docomo sim card. My prepaid sim card number is [protected] it’s showing as “invalid sim" from past few months. But more than 2 month i have not recharged the sim card, may be it affects that service. I have linked this number to my bank accounts as well as gas connection. So i request you sir to kindly activate my sim card & looking for the solution.

                        My sim got deactivated and now i want to reactivate it. When i called tata docomo customer care they said it's permanently deactivated. And they are not giving any solution to it. There is no nearby center of docomo. Please let me know if any chance is there to reactivate. It's urgent all my accounts are on that number i need to activate it. Please reply

                          I am able to make outgioning call but incoming call is not heppening on my docomo number.this is the critical issue as i can get very urgent call this week on same number whic is related to my carrier.

                            From my tata docomo number i am able to send msgs. But i can't receive messages i am trying to register my number with my google pay account but because there's problem receiving sms i can't register anywhere.. Even i have recharged my number several times
                            My docomo number is registered with bank so i am facing alot of problem please resolve this asap

                                  I am using a tata docomo sim for past 9 years now and
                                  Suddenly my docomo sim card stopped reading in any of the phones like samsung j7 and nokia and when i went to the airtel store they asked me to replace it with airtel with same number where i have to purchase a postpaid plan for 5 months worth rs 500.
                                  Also, he said after 5 months i can get my sim to be prepaid

                                    When i talked to customer care they give me number #33*1234# to call and said that this will solve the problem.
                                    But this solution also did not work for me
                                    In my area tata docomo network is very poor so i want to port my number
                                    But i think company does not want that so the blocked messanging on my number

                                    I am using Tata docomo number for the past 7 years but now 2 months back my sim stopped working.
                                    Please help with a solution to reactivate my number.
                                    [protected] my phone number suddenly stopped working today .outgoing faculty is not available there is no Tata office in whole Hyderabad to contact.
                                    I cannot receive OTP etc calls the service is not working in jakarta Indonesia. I don't mind paying any amount please start my international roaming it's not working at all.

                                      My mobile number of tata docomo got deactivated, i was not using this docomo sim since 1 month.. Now it's not showing range also, unfortunately i am using this number for online banking and all. Now it is showing out of grace stste... Now am not able to proceed my banking services.. I request as early as possible make my number activate to proceed my banking services.

                                        Tata docomo — number got disconnected - need number back

                                        I found my number disconnected. It is very very important to get the number back as i use the number for all communications purposes like whatsapp facebook google account gas services.

                                        I need my no. Back as soon as possible

                                        There has to have a way to get the number back???
