Today, i was trying to recharge my tata docomo sim through tata docomo website (Recharge. Tatadocomo.com) then i entered my number then selected recharge amount, of 145, then it showed option to select payment option (There were credit card, debit card, google play etc), i chose google pay, automatically directed to google pay app and i paid cash to tata docomo bill desk, then directed back to web browser, it agian asked to choose payment option. Money is gone recharge is not done. Usually there shows "transaction successful", but in this case nothing happened. I contacted tata docomo service helpline, they told me, it's up to google pay because it's third party to them. I can't contact thrm. Please help me to refund

My Docomo internet is not working and when i contacted customer care they told it will be resolved in 4 hours. I called again after 3 hours to know the update, now they are telling it will be fixed in 72 hours. 72 hours without internet!!! i want to port to other trusted service provider
