Dear sir/mam
I manoj kumar srivastava. my wife Using your sim card of tata docomo of number +91 [720xxxxxxx]. I here to say about by deactivated sim card. As i am out of station for an year from india. My sim has been deactivated. As my all the information like bank, aadhar card and all my accounts i please request to activate my sim card as soon as possible.
Please let me know how to reactivate my sim card

Hi Team,

My Docomo internet is not working and when i contacted customer care they told it will be resolved in 4 hours. I called again after 3 hours to know the update, now they are telling it will be fixed in 72 hours. 72 hours without internet!!! i want to port to other trusted service provider

    I am using Tata docomo broadband for last 5 years (ACC[protected]. Today there is a downtime since 11:00 am and after calling customer care around 6:00pm I got a standard answer of area outage and services will be back by 11:00pm.
    I want to register complaint and want an official answer from you company for
    1) For bill you keep sending hundreds of reminders and mails but for a known outage why a single SMS or email is not sent to customers?
    2) Why these outages are not discounted in the bill? As per the plan I am entitled for unlimited internet for full month. So such outages should be discounted?

      I have been using one tata docomo number since so long as i have been transferred to some other location for shorter period of time and now when i am trying to use the same number found my sim number is showing as invalid.

      I have linked so many accounts to this number, without informing me how come they have stopped the service. When I m trying to call customer care I am not able to call even as message is popping up mobile service not registered on network, kindly help me out in re activation of sim as its is very important for me.

        My tata docomo no. Is [protected] which is deactivated by you on 16/05/2019 although i have recharged at on 12/05/2019. I have given this no. At my all the bank, my ca institute and all the legal places.
        So i am requesting you to reactivate the my no. As soon as possible. As you can also see that i may using your that no.

        Reactivate my this no. From your end or give me the way how i can reactivate it so that i can do it as early as possible.

          I have been using tata docomo since long time and i am not able to send messages from my prepaid tata docomo phone it always fails, i tried clearing the cache and reset the message centre i have done calling many times tata docomo customer care but it doesn’t work at all please solve my issue

            I am unable to generate the unique port code for my tata docomo number +91 [protected]

            Everytime i send the sms (Port [protected]) to 1900, it said regret inconvenience.

            I have tried sending the sms for 2 times and got the same reply instead of the port code.
            It seems tata docomo is trying to deliberately block the port code generation to restricting me to port to different service provider.

            Please take some action against these guys.

              I am using my tata docomo number from 6 years which is a prepaid. But suddenly on 23 may 20189 it was disconnected. I am not able to find any customer care store nor able to reach any customer care centre. I tried to connect to Airtel store but they refused to help. I sent an email to tat Docomo customer care and Customer service guys informed that this number is permanently disconnected, but i am using this number from more than 6 years how can i get my number back. Please advise on this situation.

                Since 2 months im not able to make outgoing call to any number leawe alone my contact list saying the number dialled is not correct. I'm surviving in wifi for calls all time thankfully but this can't be stretched any more. Kindly solve the issue asap. Also the docomo network which i'm currently manually have opted for airtel as it says your carrier has no network. Have tried all the caller id failure tricks to overcome nothing worked

                  Today, i was trying to recharge my tata docomo sim through tata docomo website (Recharge. Tatadocomo.com) then i entered my number then selected recharge amount, of 145, then it showed option to select payment option (There were credit card, debit card, google play etc), i chose google pay, automatically directed to google pay app and i paid cash to tata docomo bill desk, then directed back to web browser, it agian asked to choose payment option. Money is gone recharge is not done. Usually there shows "transaction successful", but in this case nothing happened. I contacted tata docomo service helpline, they told me, it's up to google pay because it's third party to them. I can't contact thrm. Please help me to refund

                    As i am using the tata docomo sim for a long time, but due to non-usage my sim got deactivated automatically without any prior notification. All my account s are linked to the tata docomo number and now i can't activate the same as the it is shown as invalid number.

Is registered at number of important places for different kinds of verification. Now i am having trouble in getting messages. I am not sure, how a company can make this kind of activity if someone is already their customer.

                          I have a tata docomo prepaid number. Whenever i am sending a message, it is declined and it is shown as "message not sent". I want to port this number to jio, however since i am not able to send messages, i am unable to apply for mobile portability also.. I have recharged this number and i am able to receive messages but i am not able to send messages.. There is no proper customer care of tata docomo whom we can approach.. When approached the customer care center, they are not able to help... Pl check and help

                            My sim card is not detecting in any of the phones that i have tried since last week. I cannot do a manual selection as those options are disabled because of the sim card not being detected. I have called the customer care a number of times and tried to talk to local retailers too, but no one is providing support as the company is shutting down. I even tried contacting airtel as they have taken over tata docomo, but they are unable to find my record in their database. I have used twitter too, but there hasn't been any progress on the issue

                              Hello i just want to reactivate my tata docomo number which was deactivated due to inactivity bcoz of some personal reasons and the same was deactivate on around 17 may 2019 and without any prior notification on my alternative numbers they deactivate the number which is still not allotted to any one now i want that number as that number is very much imp for me bcoz of so many places i have given that number only.

                                    I have been tata docomo customer from 2013. From few days even after having balance in my account i am not able to send sms. Have subscribed for two special recharge packs. Even then i am not able to send sms from my number.
                                    Tried calling the toll free number but that was of no use. No other customer service is answering the phone. This is such a nuisance. I had an emergency and was stuck just because i was not able to send sms.

                                      I have Tata Docomo number, When I send a message PORT 8792****** to 1900 I am being charged for sending the message. I guess port message are chargeable. Then After 5mins I get a message from 1901 "Regret Inconvenience. Please try after some time".

                                      They charged me for sending message then they did not give porting code too.. Serious violation of TRAI Policies

                                        My mob no. ([protected]]) shows error as "sim card registration failed". How can tata docomo deactivate my mobile without sending cautionary sms. I was not making call for a long time but i was getting sms in this no. Everyday. As i was not making calls, my balance was less.

                                        But how can u deactivate my number without sending an sms (Or email). I[censored] have deactivated, then you must give another chance to retain the number after recharging some amount. How can u totally stop my mobile no. I am using this no. For banking transaction so i can't afford to loose this no.

                                        Your customer care is not connecting. Please call me in my alternate no. ([protected]).

                                        Tata docomo is requested to give solution for retention of the same number. Please solve the problem on a priority basis, because i need banking transaction immediately
